So, he immediately agreed to help Louis till these trust issues are resolved in Kingdom

Meanwhile, the doctor checked Brina’s pulse and ordered his a-ssistant to set up a IV drip.
He was about to continue his check up when the door suddenly flew open and someone barged in.
Louis sprinted towards his wife and he bent down on his knee, as he held her hands.
“Phili-p, what happened to my wife? Why did she faint?” Louis asked his doctor friend.
His heart ached when he saw her pale face and we-t cheeks. It started to worry him.
He couldn’t help but remember when she had the accident.
“Don’t worry friend. She just fainted! She was weak and tired up her mind a lot. For further information, I need to talk to her doctor and clarify some things” he said.
He is a most professional doctor and when he checked her, he just felt like she might be pregnant. However, as he could not be sure without testing her, he decided to talk to her doctor. His guess was just his instincts from experience.
“I will make a call to Rhianna,” Ethan said.
“Why don’t you move her to the bedroom, upstairs? It’s pretty congested on the couch” Elora said as she caressed Brina’s head.
Louis nodded his head, his eyes concentrated only on his wife. It is like his whole world is falling apart whenever he sees her like this.

Meanwhile, Rhianna talked with the doctor Phili-p.
Phili-p and Rhianna knew each other before itself, so it became simple for them to communicate.
“Pregnant? I already thought” Phili-p said. He sighed in relief when he realized that fainting is just one of the symptoms of this.
Excessive stress could cause it if the lady is weak when she is pregnant.
“But, hey, could you leave it to Brina? Let her tell her family about this” Rhianna said.
“Sure then. I will just prescribe some medicine and bed rest then. You, as her personal doc, could take it from there” he said.
“Yeah, I could do that. I will be flying to the Kingdom with Natalie this evening” she said.
“It’s cool then” Phili-p said, ending the call.
…..
“Brina had some excess stress over something. And, she is very weak” Phili-ps said.
“Just keep her un-der IV drip for today, slow and steady. She will wake up soon and her doctor Rhianna will be coming here by evening. She said, she will take care of the rest of the matters” he added.
Louis nodded his head. He knew he overreacted but he couldn’t help it. He just can’t bear to see her like this.
“Thanks Phili-p. Just don’t tell this to anyone okay?” Louis asked.
“Cool, man. My li-ps are sealed” Phili-p said. “Dont worry too much. She is fine” he said.
“She never fainted! How could she be fine?” Louis worriedly asked.
‘You will get the answer and you will be very happy too’ Phili-ps thought inside.
…
“Tell me what you told Brina that it triggered her stress this much?” Louis demanded his brother..
“I already told her that this information would disturb her as a woman. But like usual, your wife is stubborn and I didn’t have a choice but to tell her” Ethan said.
“Tell her what, Ethan? I want details please” Louis asked, annoyed.
Something is really wrong with his wife since yesterday. At first he thought that she was just in the mood off, but this…
She is hiding something from him…
“Fine, here it is. The story of our great, vicious and inhumane grandmother” Ethan started narrating the story.
After a few minutes…
“I never knew she was this vicious,” Eliina said, her voice so emotional and cracked.
“That’s what all the Royal family holds, Elle. We never know the real persona of the person” her mother, Elora said.
Meanwhile, Louis stood there quiet.
“So, you are telling me that my wife fainted after listening to this?” Louis asked.
“I just did,” Ethan said.
“She has been throu-gha lot worse, Ethan. Just the mere details of something that happened in the bloody past won’t make her stressed out. Until unless, there is something more than this she knows about” Louis said, thinking why it triggered her so much.
“You might be right. She was in her own de-eper thoughts and she was clearly in turmoil before she fainted” Ethan said.
“Wait, could she be thinking that the same thing would happen to her as well?” Louis asked. “Like what happened to that queen?”
“Yeah, that swapping of dead plants, trying to start rumors” Katherine added, thinking of it.
She was pissed off when she heard one of the foolish thesis.
Greta married her best friend’s husband.
Elora married her best friend’s husband.
Will Katherine marry her best friend’s husband too?
It made her very angry when she heard this.
In no way she will betray Brina like what Great did to her friend, nor Brina is going to die like Elora’s best friend.
“But, there is no connection. My wife could be just overthinking. What gain will Greta get if she harms Brina? I mean, she isn’t that influential like before” Louis said.
“I told the same too. But Brina said, ‘Don’t un-derestimate ‘, before she fainted away” Ethan said.

As Brina was un-der drip and the color in her face started to come back, others sighed in relief.
Waiting for Rhianna and Natalie to come, everyone stayed behind in Ethan’s quarters.
After the meeting ended King Edgar rushed too.

Inside the room..
Louis just wiped Brina’s face with a damp cloth and is about to wipe her arms too when he heard her whisper, ‘baby’
“Baby??” Louis thought, surprised.
She rarely calls him baby. She uses honey, darling or Louis. But not, baby. It’s rare..
‘So, whom is she implying? Or, was she thinking of the story Ethan told her’ Louis thought. ‘Could be. She always had soft sp-ot for kids and babies’
However, the idea of his wife being pregnant totally didn’t cross his mind at all.
He is not even ready to think about it.

It was almost dinner time.
However, Louis couldn’t eat. He was very worried about his wife and he lost all his appetite.
And, he still couldn’t un-derstand what actually had happened. He is sure that his Wifey is not this sen-sitive that she would faint just by listening to someone’s story.
So, it started bothering him if anything has triggered her trauma again. Harry told him that Brina could have these fainting episodes if she excessively stressed over something, especially if it related to her trauma. The trauma of losing her loved ones.
And, Louis couldn’t help but worry.
He waited patiently for Rhianna to come and tell him what’s happening to his wife, but the weather outside just got cleared and it would take time for her to come.
So, he changed Brina’s dress into comfortable PJs.
Her fragile body and delicate structure made his heart throb. But, when he saw the Hi-ckeys, bruises that haven’t faded yet, he couldn’t put a gulp down.
It was as if it’s been ages since he didn’t make love to her and not to mention that it’s just been one night they haven’t got intimate. He was that addicted..
‘Hope you will wake up soon, love’ Louis thought as he caressed her cheeks. It’s been almost three hours, yet, she didn’t wake up, making everyone worry.
Doctor Philli-ps, who is still in the palace, a-ssured him that Brina is fine and just sleeping, but it didn’t ease his heart.
Meanwhile, God knows how much time she was unconscious, she finally woke up.
And, the first thing she could sense is the gloomy aura and cold gaze on her back. She shivered in reflex and turned her head sideways, just to see her husband who was sitting on a chair, his eyes focused on her.
“Mhmm” Brina m-oaned as she uncomfortably tried to turn sideways. However, because of her IV drip, she couldn’t..
As soon as Louis noticed that his wife was awake and heard her faint whimper, he sprinted towards her and immediately crouched down to the edge of the bed.
“Baby…. are you fine? Should I call the doctor?” he asked, looking at her worriedly.
Brina blinked her eyes and it didn’t take her much time to recall what happened. And, she couldn’t help but worry what happened to her.
Not her… The baby.
She abruptly fainted and that’s definitely not a good one.
And, when Brina felt Louis holding her hand and kis-sing it while his eyes brimmed with tears as if he was about to cry, she couldn’t help but worry about him first.
“Hon, nothing happened to me. I just fainted for a few minutes” Brina comforted him with her hoarse throat, despite not being sure what actually had happened to her.
She just remembered how her body started losing all its strength when Ethan told her Greta’s story.
Her body started to tremble and her forehead started to sweat so that she felt her eyes go blank. Whatever Greta did in her times, it felt similar to what is happening now.
The sudden thought of losing her baby made her overreact which caused her to faint.
A worried frown marred Louis’s face when he saw the hesitant and uncertain look in Brina’s eyes, in contrast to what she just spoke.
Nothing much??
She just fainted abruptly and she is calling it as nothing much!!
“You fainted,” Louis said, his hands involuntarily reaching for her face to caress it.
“Not for a few minutes but for continuous
fu-ck ing three hours. Phili-ps won’t tell me what happened to you, but he was adamant that you need bed rest!” Louis said, almost losing his cool self.
“You worried me to my death!” he added, pressing his face into her hand and closing his eyes.
Brina immediately cu-p-ped his cheeks and tenderly looked at him.
“For hours? Bed rest?” Brina asked, de-eper in thought.
She never felt this fragile before. This could be her trauma that started surfacing again. The trauma of losing her close ones, especially her family.
It impacted a little more because that close one she was afraid of losing is her own baby, her own flesh.
Or, did..did, Greta already succeeded in doing her trick?
It made Brina shiver again.
She is observant and cautious, however, some things just escape the vision, no matter how conscious we are.
No human could keep track of everything that is happening around him or her. Especially when they are unaware of how cruel and vicious the other person is.
Meanwhile, Louis felt his heart twist when he sensed her shivering hands.
She just looked very fragile and delicate like a porcelain doll. Her eyes are gla-ssy and lifeless while her skin is pale.
In this whole month, he never saw her like this. She was Nau-ghty, mischievous, seducing and very playful and seeing her like that and suddenly seeing her in this state, right now made him really worry.
“Love what happened? You just fainted, nothing else….okay! It’s because of excess pressure you are putting yourself into. Don’t worry please” Louis said, gently taking her into his arms as he sat down on the bed.
“Nothing else? I just fainted? That’s it? Did the doctor confirm to you that I am fine?” Brina asked, anxious, leaning her head on his che-st and hugging him with one of her hands. Another hand lingered on her stomach…
She thought she would have already miscarried and that’s why she fainted. She knew she was overreacting, but….
Who knows what Greta is up to! Brina never thought she would be this vicious. She un-derestimated that old geese and neglected her.
But, that isn’t her fault as well. If she would have known how Great truly is, she would have surely avoided this.
However, what happened has already happened. She can’t change the fact that she is already pregnant.
“Yes, that’s it. Nothing much happened. You are worried for nothing” Louis answered, a-ssuring her while he planted kis-ses on her forehead..
“No Louis. I un-derestimated your grandmother. I should have focused on her earlier, you know. I made a huge mistake!” Brina said, one of her hands caressing her stomach while the other one covered her face.
