“Why is your face like this?”Adanna asked after I dropped the call.

“Nothing”I lied.

“Don’t tell me that you are alright, whom did you just spoke with now?”she persuaded.

“It’s my mum”I answered.

“That’s nice, I heard everything she said and I must confess that you have a caring and a loving wife.
Not every woman can tolerate childlessness for nine years as your mum said now especially when they noticed that the fault is from the husband” Adanna said.

“You are misun-derstanding everything pls, am okay and i am serious.
I don’t want to discus this pls”I said with tears.

“Like I was saying, I can help you guys out if you want.
I am a specialist consultant both in counselling and in childless thera-py”she said and to aviod further talk about that i nodded.

“No problem, let talk about that later pls”I said with tearsI.

Why is Sonia doing this to me?
What have I done to deserve all these?

I locked up my mind to Sophia just to make her happy and be a fidelity man she deserves.
I broke up with Bianca and never dreamt of going back to her because I thought I have found love in Sonia.

I drank my life out in that restaurant and drove back to my office deciding to sleep there.

I don’t know what is happening, all i know was that I drove to my office and entered.
Whether Adanna were in there with me, I couldn’t remember.

Vivian, my niece visited and was so happy about Nelson.

“Who do we have here?”he asked reffering to Vivian as Nelson was alre-ady clutching on his shoulder where he jacked him on.

“I should be the one asking you because am not just coming.
I have spent three days here and I never see you”Vivian said.

“Daddy I have missed you”Nelson interupted feeling confortable on his shoulder.

Gosh! This is becoming something else.

It was like Vivian re-ad my mind, we watched Michael and Nelson till they entered his room discussing like man to man.

“Sister, am not un-derstanding oh”Vivian said and brou-ght my attention back to reality.

“What?”I asked looking so confused.

“That little boy, is he not your child?”she asked and startled me.

“He is my son by adoption but not blood”I replied.

“Look close to that boy and you will be seeing your husband in him” she said and it sounded like a plan because I have been witnessing that for a while.
Atimes I stood watching him because he reacts exactly how Michael used to and talks like him also.

“Am confuse Vivian, what will I do?”I asked her.

“I have a specialist consultant, she is good in counselling and i will recommend u to her”she said and gave me the person’s number immediately.

I called her and she sounded so cool and interested on what I was explaining to her.

“I won’t have chance tomorrow, maybe during weekend you come pls”she said and I thanked her earnestly.

Nelson is the only joy that brings me home, he is such a smart boy.
He stayed with me and even made me go late to work that my PA (Adanna) was calling me before I could reach the office.

“Am worried because you don’t use to come late at work”she said and she collected my bag from me.

“You won’t un-derstand dear….
The kid that woman adopted in my family is such an amazing boy, so intelligent and wise”I replied.

“That woman? You called your wife that woman?
C’mon sir she deserves some respect pls”Adanna said and I smiled because she don’t know what I’m going throu-gh.

“She is not my wife, she seized being my wife from the day she decided to be taking Postinor 2 to prevent pregnancy, she equally siezed to be my wife from the day she made arrangement with a doctor for family planning without my notice and crowned it up by adopting a child behind my back”I shouted with tears.

“Gosh! Pls take it easy you may wound yourself pls”she advised.

“How I wish that Nelson is my child”I wailed and bent down on the table.

I never planned to be discussing my family with the third p@rty but look at me now.

“What is the good news?” I asked so agitative.

“The good news is that When everyone didn’t believe u, I do because I have a prove and don’t ask me about the prove pls” she said blinking her S-xy eyes.

Hmmmm, how I wish that I have a wife who can talk to me in such manner just to revive my damped spirit.

“Thank you so much”I hissed and lied back on my chair.

“Erm, I won’t come work tomorrow” she said again and i bec@m£ surprise.

“Why?” I asked.

“Someone is coming to see me and i don’t want to miss the appointment with the person pls” she said and made me more anxious.

“Someone? Who is he?”I asked so worried.

C’mon sir, is she not he abeg” she cleared my doubt.

“Hmmm, I don’t want to hear story pls, if you can disappoint me just let me know on time” i said so mean and she smiled.

I don’t un-derstand pls, what do you mean?” She asked looking so desperate to hear what I want to say.

“I love you Adanna and i want to make you mine if you won’t mind” I said and she startled.

“It’s time to pl@ymy own role on her as she did to me.
Am not begging her for anything anymore, after all i have job and many investment to cope with if she nee-d divorce no problem” I said in my mind.

“Why are you silent?”she asked and i chuckled.

“Nothing, I will discuss it with her and bring u a reply next tomorrow since u won’t come work tomorrow” I replied and she rolled her eyes.

“Till tomorrow?
So we can’t see till then?”she asked and i baffled.

So she is having feelings for me too?

“I will come around tomorrow evening after work” I said and she shined her thirty two.

I later went to meet the woman Vivian gave me her number. The lady was so beautiful and charming, her voice alone is enough to make you so comfortable with her.

“Seriously, the faults are from you dear, why not allow your husband’s idea to lead in the family.
He is the head and u must not change it no matter how you may be right.
Let me ask you this, can to wrongs make a right?”she asked after hearing all i told her.

“No but…..”I answered and wanted to back up my answers with reasons but she interupted me.

“No but young woman, men like your husband are rare in this world.
Do you want to bring your husband closer to your home?” She asked and i smiled.

Why will she ask me such?

“U are not un-derstanding why am here.
I want to know what to do about the child so that i will be sure of whom he is because his behaviours and my husband’s is just the same” I cleared her up she smiled.

Listen, if the child is my husband’s from another woman I will disown him immediately and even forfeit all i have spent on him” I said with boldness.

“Excuse me, you prefer training a child that has nothing related to you nor your husband than your husband’s blood?” She asked looking so confused.

“It is possible that the child has nothing in common with your husband, it might be a coincidence but don’t let it to bother you like that okay.
Try and go for a DNA test so that you will be sure of what u are saying before you chase your husband out for what you have no prove of” she advised and my mind had some rest.
