#NATALIE
My all b©dy bec@m£ Numb after hearing the news of my husband impregnating another girl .
I wanted to call Dominic but he was also upset with me , who wouldn’t be upset with me ,when I told him that I wanted him to stay away from me ,because I wanted to be with my Darling husband , I wanted space but I think it didn’t help because at times I would miss him tou-ching my b©dy …
I heard the car drive in the yard and I knew Lucifer’s son was back .
“Hey babe ” Kelvin said
I had a glas-s of wine in my hand
“The way you are drinking that wine am scared ” he said sitting next to me.
“When were you going to tell me you impregnated someone ?”
“Huh”
“What’s with the huh ?”
“Who told you that ?” He asked surprised
“Is it true ?” I asked
“Babe I can explain ”
“So its true ” I said
“Look ,I will only be in my son’s life ,like I promised I want us to work this out ”
Son,did he say son? That’s one thing I couldn’t give him ,a son , and that’s what he wanted a son.
I got up took the all bottle of wine .
I sat outside and watched the stars
“When I was little my mum would bring me outside to watch the stars , I would fall in love with them everyday ,just the way I fell in love with you everyday ” Dominic said ( I was remembering him)
I miss him , maybe I scre-wed up a good thing ,because of my so called marriage .
I stayed outside for an hour more .
When I went inside I was alre-ady ti-psy .
“When did you even start drinking ,it doesn’t suit you ” he said as he held my hand
I faked a smile ,I don’t even know why I faked it .
Thank God I didn’t have a clas-s the next day .
I sle-pt on the couch , cause I wasn’t in the mood to sleep next to Kelvin
When I Woke up I was in our be-droom .
“I will be late today ,I love you ”
The text said.
This new kelvin was scaring me
I cleaned the house made breakfast for myself .
I decided to go to Dominic’s house ,I really missed him so much
“Hello ” a beautiful brown skinned girl said
“Hi am looking for Dominic ” I said
“Am sorry he traveled ”
“Do you know when he will be back ?”
“He didn’t tell me ,let me ask aunty Maya ” she said
“No ,don’t worry ” I said with a smile

She looked like Mrs Stone because of her beautiful eyes
I didn’t want to see Maya after the insults I got last time
I drove to the park and I was just thinking about my life .Anyway we move .
Was I stupid to forgive Kelvin and push away Dominic?
It’s been a year since I cut ties with Dominic ,it was ha-rd the first few weeks but there was nothing I could do .he travelled out of the country that’s what I have been told .. So I just gave up on going to his house
“You ain’t re-ady ” Mervis asked
“Am done ” I said
“I don’t want to be late for this p@rty because of you ” she said
“Yeah whatever ” I laughed
I started living for my daughter and me not my husband ..he tries to be a good husband but naah it’s not in his blood ,you can’t f0rç£ a cow to drink water . I was done with school ,a few days ago ,during this time I really miss Dominic ,Kelvin’s baby mama gave birth to a boy , the few days the baby was born he was very excited he would go for days without coming back home .
“Woow Mrs Mutale you look great ” Kelvin said
I faked a smile
“Guys let’s go ” she said
“The way Mervis is yelling ,you would think she is the organiser of the p@rty ” Kelvin said laughing
“Let’s Go plea-se you might not know I might be the organiser” she said
We drove to the venue ,it was a end of year p@rty .
My mind and heart was missing Dominic .
Kelvin started interacting with people while I stood there like a lost sheep .

“I would love that ” I said turning to look at him
“You look more beautiful “he said
“Hey ” I said with a smile
“So you are alive ” he tea-sed
“Where could I be Mr Mbewe” I asked
I don’t know Mrs Mutale , people like you are ha-rd to trace ” he said
“Nice seeing you again ” I said trying to walk away
“Why are you running away?”
“Dominic am trying not to k!ssyou right now ” I said
“I miss you every day” he said
“I nee-d some air ” I said
“Am I ma-king you that nervous ?”
“You just don’t know ” ..
I walked out and found my husband k!ss!nganother girl .
“Such as idiot ” I said
I just got my purse and walked out .
“Where are you going” he asked gr-abbing my hand
“Leave me alone Dominic” I said
“Am not going to leave you alone , look at the way you are looking” he said following me
“Leave me ” I said walking towards the car park .

#DOMINIC
Seeing her again felt great ,after a year being ap@rt, I was So mad at her for choosing her husband over me , but I had to realise that she was in love with the man.
“Why do you want me to leave you huh tell me ” I asked
“He will never change ” she cried
“Who ” I asked
“My husband ” she said
“Come here ” I said
“Take me some where ,were we can be the two of us ” she said
“Let me get my car ” I said
I didn’t care about this p@rty ,I just wanted to know she was okay
As I drove the car to my house she couldn’t st©p crying ,why does she love a man who keeps hurting her like that .
When we reached ,I shook her slowly .
“Hey, we are here” I said
“Where are we ” she asked
“My house” I said
“This ain’t your house” she said
“I shifted from the other one” I said
She got out of the car and I followed her ,you could see that she was really trying to save her marriage .
I opened the door and she just k!$$£d me .
St©p you are upset” I said
“I want you ” she said
“You don’t know what you want babe , I don’t want to catch feelings again” I said
“I want to be out of this marriage ,I un-derstand why many women leave when their husbands starts cheating ,I thought he would change but he never did ,I tried being a good wife but still he couldn’t change ”
“Huh”
“what do you mean what huh ” she asked
“He doesn’t know what he wants ,he has a diamond at home but he keeps getting stones ,if I had you again, I swear I would love you till I die” I said
“I wish I never married him ” she said
“And you wouldn’t have had that beautiful baby girl” I said
She closed her eyes ,I knew she was very tired . She closed her eyes and sle-pt
I joined her in be-d after taking a shower ..
When I woke up she was slee-ping peacefully .
“Hey beautiful ” I k!$$£d her forehead
“Hey ” she said with a weak smile
“Everything will be okay ” I said
She got out of be-d and she went to take a bath .
I went to the kitchen and prepared food for us .
“Can I stay here for a while ” she asked
“Yes sure but your husband and daughter” I asked
“My daughter is at my sister’s place ,she has been staying there for a while now ” she said
Won’t your husband look for you ” I asked
“That would be a miracle” she said
“Why don’t I spoil you today ” I said
“You want to be seen with me in town ” she asked
“You are the one who never wanted to be seen in public with me ” I said
I gave some clothes to wear.
“I look like a man ” she laughed

We went to town and I bought her some new clothes ,also took her to the salon later we had our lunch .
I never thought she will come back again ,I love Natalie with all my heart but am scared that she will again change her mind and go back to her husband .
“What are you thinking about ” she said sitting next to me
“Do you love your husband” I asked
“Why asking me that question ?”
“I want to know ”
She started pla-ying with her f!ngers
“Natalie ” I said
“He is the first man I have known and being with you is wonderful ” she said
“But do you love me ” I asked
“Dominic ..I interrupted her
“Do you love me that’s the question dammit ” I yelled
“I don’t know okay ” she said
“Than what are you doing here ” I asked

“No you don’t ,you just want someone to help you forget about your husband” I said

“Natalie ,you have been with that man all your life ,just go work things out with him I can’t be with you ” i said

“I just don’t believe in divorce” she said

I laughed

“Just go to your husband” I said
She looked at me with a sad face .
I went in my room .
I just wanted her to know that I was serious about her and all I wanted was to end up with her .
I decided to take a nap and when I woke up I found her gone .

I never believed in divorce , even my parents always taught me that no matter what happens divorce should always be the last option . I really wanted to be with Dominic so badly that man made me think about how beautiful I was , I had fallen in love with him all over again and I couldn’t admit it that I was in love with him
I smiled when I saw her running to me .
“I missed you mummy ” she said
“My little girl I missed you more ” I said with a smile
“Is your aunty in ” I asked
“Yes ” she said holding my hand
“Let’s go I see her ” I said
“Bana Jas ” my sister said
“Bana Joy” I said
“What’s brings you here ” she asked
“You have never asked me that question” I said laughing

I faked a smile

After talking to my sister I realized that I nee-ded to be happy ,I called my dad’s lawyer and I asked him to prepare the divorce papers .
After a few days the papers were re-ady .
I went home and I found Derrick getting re-ady,i don’t know where he was going .
“I nee-d you to sign these papers” I said
“What are these” he asked
“Divorce papers” I said
“You are kidding right” he asked
“I have loved you ,cared for you, sacrificed my family’s trust just to make you happy ,what did you do for me? ,cheat on me in my face and treated me like trash ,just sign the papers so that you can be free ” I said
“What about Jasmine” he asked
I laughed
“Now you are thinking about jasmine ” I asked

“Actually you are nothing without me , Sign the papers you see ” I said
He got the papers are signed them furiously .
“You will regret this ” he said
“No Kelvin you will regret, not me ” I said
“All these years ” he said
“It took another man to take me to school for you to know that you should have done that ,I should have done it along time ago ,the minute you started taking me for granted ” I said
“You will regret leaving” he said
I just smiled and walk away .
Don’t just think about what you missed! Don’t continue to dwell on your past mistakes. You shall always miss something in life, consciously or unconsciously! You shall never be able to do all things excellently in life though you must try to! The lesson from what you missed and its application for a better tomorrow is what matter! Move your thought! Why didn’t I do it sooner ? Was I so scared?
The reason why I didn’t do it sooner was because I just didn’t know how I will leave my life without him .was I scared ,yes I was scared that I will never find another man who will love me like he loved me (I thought he loved me) .
A week has pas-sed and I was a free woman ,single and re-ady to mingle lol.
I was back in my parents house just hoping I will move out soon .just waiting for the money that we were suppose to split . I alre-ady started applying for a Job
