I ki-ss ed her forehead as I slept next to her tiredly . Not too long I heard a noise followed by movement on the bed .
” Let me go ….mom please don’t do this ma ….don’t die on …me please ….
” Mama wake ….wake up ” she cried as she trashed on the bed .
fu-ck I cursed as I woke up in shock .
I tried to wake her up as she screamed in her sleep . Don’t tell me she’s having a pannick attack .
” Aria wake up Aria ” I screamed and shook her up immediately .
” Mom don’t go please. …don’t leave me ” she cried bitterly as I pulled her into my Arms .
” She’s gone Aria , she’s never coming back , please stay with me … please stay ” I said softly whilst stro-king her hair and she just cried bitterly .
I poured water from the jug on the nightstand and handed her a gla-ss of water to drink from , She drank and ru-bbed her face in Embarra-ssment.
” I’m sorry …..I’m so sorry you had to see all of that I just , ……I keep getting those nightmares when I’m stressed I just ….” She trailed as she cried .
” It’s okay ….I …I un-derstand” I said as I handed her gla-ss of water to drink from .
” I’m sorry Fred ” she said and I just stared into her hazel eyes.
” Since when have you been going throu-ghthis ? I asked.
” It’s okay Fred I…” She trailed .
” Since when Arianna ? I asked and she sighed softly .
” After mom’s Death , I just haven’t been able to fully get the picture out of my head ,I’d be fine ” she said and I Watched as she walked over to the bathroom .
She returned after some time and I gestured for her to get on the bed .
She sat Besides me and I pulled her into my arms and she tried to untangle herself but I only smiled at her stuborness as I pulled her close and slept off .
The next morning I woke up before her as I went downstairs after taking a shower .
” Good morning Champ ” I said and looked at Red in suprise.
” You got ready ? I asked shocked.
” Yup , back when we stared together mom used to have her shifts really early so I get ready for school on my own ” he said with an Happy grin .
” Daddy ” he called and I looked at him like I’d just seen a ghost .
” I …I was wondering if I can call you that now ? But if you’re not comfortable we can just …” He trailed.
” No …no it’s okay I’ve always wanted to hear you call me that , I just ….” I trailed as I bent to his level and he ki-ss ed my forehead .
” I’ve always wanted a Daddy ….all my friends back in school had daddy’s but I didn’t have ,I’m glad you and mom finally sought things out ” he said smiling.
” I’m happy you are happy champ …” I said and he chuckled.
” Daddy can I go to school like everyone else ? I just ….don’t get me wrong I love my tutors ….I just I miss going to school like every other kid out there ” he said smartly.
” Red it’s not safe out there ” I said and he frowned .
” Why ? Is it because of your political career ? He asked and I chuckled .
Red was a very smart kid I’ve even told Sergio not to leave his laptop infront of Red because of just how fast the boy is .
” Let’s just say Daddy wants the best for you , I promise you ,you’d go to College outside the estate …it’s a promise” I said and he gave a nod .
” Whatever you say Dad ” he said and did a signature handshake with Me.
” Red ” I called immediately he set his pillow properly .
” Ya …” He turned .
” What does your mom have for breakfast now ? I asked and he chuckled softly.
” Trying to be Romantic ? He asked and my jaws literally dropped .
This boy Definitely doesn’t act like a soon to six years old .
He acts like a grandfather.
” Forget I asked you that ” I said and he laughed .
” Mom has never changed her diet …it’s still the same . Pancakes and coffee …some fruits and she’s ready for the morning” he said and gave me the logic sign which made me chuckle at his cuteness .
” I’d see you ” I said and walked out of his room .
” Good morning Boss ” the servants greeted immediately I walked into the kitchen .
” It’s too early for that father …” I said immediately I walked in on my parents early morning kitchen roman-ce .
” Hehe …it’s nothing son there’s just a bu-tterfly in your mother’s eyes I’m trying to bring it out …” He said dramatically .
” Santi ” ! Mom scolded with a chuckle .
” What ? He asked feigning innocence .
” You just said there’s a bu-tterfly in mom’s eye’s , her eyes …dad …” I said trailing the eyes part .
” Fine. … I’m bad at making Escuses ” he said and ki-ss ed mom on the li-ps then walked out of the kitchen .
I looked at how mom blus-hed happily and looked away …
I still can’t believe these two finally love and un-derstand each other this much .
They used to leave like strangers , Things only got better after the Death of his mistress , they Rekindled their lost love with lots of visit to marriage counselors.
” You’re smiling ? Mom teased and I chuckled softly.
” I wanna make breakfast for … Arianna” I said and she turned with eyebrows lifted .
” Wow I didn’t think I’d see this day though , you being Romantic ? You guys finally soughted your selves out ? She asked arms folded .
” I’m working on it mom …. thinking of it now , she didn’t fall inlove with the real me , …I was never honest with her from the beginning , so It’s only gonna be fair if ….I try to build back the bridge between us” I said and she smiled .
” That’s my boy….I’d just go check on my grandchildren ….I cant believe I finally have three grandchildren ….” She said excitedly.
” Have fun ” I said as I ki-ss ed her forehead then made to prepare the pancakes .
Let’s just hope Aria doesn’t give me attitude this morning after all no one can un-derstand what this other gender wants .
” Son ” she called and u turned.
” Mom ”
” How about you take her out , like on a honeymoon ….” She asked and I laughed .
” That’s funny mom ,this woman doesn’t like me romantically and you suggest a honeymoon ? Wouldn’t that make things worse than they already are ? I asked curiously.
” Oh c’mon no matter how much you think she hates you or your reputation ,I believe there’s still a strong part of her that loves you ,she wouldn’t have named her child after you if she didn’t love you , Why didn’t she terminate the pregnancy ? She asked with a smile.
” Although I’m still mad at Aria for Dumping you on the wedding Alter and the pain she put you throu-gh,but I believe in my heart that the both of you are meant to be together” she said and I chuckled.
“Let’s just hope I can fix things mom and do this the right way ” I said and she smiled then left me in the kitchen .
I chuckled as I made breakfast with a smile on my face after so many years .
The servants looked at me in shock as I whistled whilst making the breakfast .
They definitely haven’t seen me like this .

” Arise and shine sleeping beauty ” I heard his morning voice and snapped my eyes open in confusion .
Frederico ?
My eyes trailed from the bed towards the clock on the wall .
“….Fred ” i said suprised when I stared at the tray in his hands.
” I made you breakfast in bed just like old times ” he said and I looked at him Amusingly.
” That’s not necessary don’t you have work to ….” I trailed .
I was seriously shocked that he’d gone out of his way to make me breakfast ….I just it was too shocking at the same time overwhelming.
” I wanted to do this Arianna and can you be romantic for once ? At least appreciate my effort ” he said and I looked at him tiredly ..
” Thought you wanted to suprise me and you’re fed up already ? ” I asked sm-irking .
He took a de-eper breath in and out.
” I made you breakfast with lots of lo…….time and your just gonna wave it off like it’s not important I…” He trailed.
” Fred would you calm down already? I need to shower first , you’re making a mountain out of a molehill” I said and got down from the bed I could feel his eyes trailing behind my A*s.
” Should I join you ? He asked and I blus-hed red .
” I don’t think I wanna get pregnant anytime soon you see ” I said and he laughed .
” You’re scared ? He asked and I turned ..
” I know you Frederico so I’d pretend I didn’t hear that ” I said and went into the bathroom to shower up .
I walked out and he had the table ready …
” C’mon ” he said and I walked over to the table then sat down .
” So what did you make for breakfast ? I hope you didn’t out go yourself , like trying to make me a continental dish for breakfast ,that didn’t end well the other time ” I said and he looked at me suprised that I was making a conversation with him .
” We De LUCA’s are talented people ,my brothers and I are every woman’s dream guy …” He said I looked at him with eyebrows raised .
” I’d pretend I didn’t hear that ” I said and chuckled.
” What do you mean by you’d pretend you didn’t hear that ? It’s the truth Lily and you know it ” he said unknowingly calling me the nickname I’ve not heard for six years .
My heart fluttered as I tried to act normal .
” I don’t know it ” I said teasingly.
” You know it ….,I mean like me for example I’m definitely husband material 1000 yards there’s no need for Arguments ” he said raising his imaginary coller
” Oh …..” I said jaws dropped.
” Oh that’s all you have to say ? Okay tell me Where you think I’m not a husband material ? … I’m a good cook ….I’m a cuddler like you can call me Mr teddy bear I don’t mind , I love ha-rd I’m a one woman kind of man when I’m committed I’m committed ….and I’m definitely good in the other room ,Red is a living testimony ” he said and I just stared at him speechlessly.
” I thought you hardly talk Frederico ? I asked and he looked at me.
” You asked me a Question Lily”
” Aria ” I corrected him .
” Let’s go on a honeymoon choose a place and we’d go there ” he said and I laughed
” So you can turn me up and down then finally shift my wo-mb …. Frederico I’m not a child …I know what you’re planning” I said and he burst out laughing crazily .
