Amaya’s pov
He wrapped his hand around my wai-st and my
hands were on his che-st
“Let go”.I said and he shaked his head
“No”
“I said let go”.I warned and he smiled
“And if I don’t?”.He said and rolled over me
“Get off me”.I yelled and pushed him away
“Hey we are only couples by contract not by the
heart,so don’t try anything funny,because if you
do”
“What will you do”.He said
“Just don’t try anything funny”
“Just admit it,you do like me”
“Keep dreaming”.I said and walked out of his
room.
“Why are you coming out of Kylan’s room”.I
heard a voice and looked up to see Ryan
“What?”.
“You just came out of Kylan’s room,why?”.He
asked
“Because she’s my girlfriend”.I heard Kylan voice
and he approached us,putting his hand around
my ne-ck
“What!!”
“You heard me,she’s my girlfriend.we are
couples”.Kylan said and I looked at him in shock
“No we aren’t”.I said and removed his hand
“He for-ced me.Please tell him to stop it”.I told
Ryan
“I didn’t for-ce you.we agreed on it”.Kylan said
“That’s it.I’m quitting this job,you guys are giving
me headaches.I can’t even have peace for just a
day.If you guys are okay with it,I’ll quit”.I yelled
and began walking
“Maya”.Kylan called and I stopped on my track.I
smiled and turned to face them
“What?”.I asked faking an angry face
“You can stay.The contract is cancelled.I won’t
disturb you again”.Kylan said
Yes,I did it
“I won’t disturb you too just don’t quit”.Ryan said
“You guys have made a promise”
“Yes”.They both said together
“Okay.I know you guys are fighting,why?” I asked
looking at the both of them
“Because of you”.They both replied
Why did I even ask
“Why would you guys fight because of me.I’m
not something worth fighting for,well that
aside,you guys should settle your stuff,if not,I’m
gonna quit”.I said and turned to leave.I ran to
my room and slumped on my bed
“Gosh,that was amazing.i didn’t know I could
convince them.Thumbs up Maya.The person I
have to convince next is Dylan and I don’t think
its gonna be that easy but I’ll have to try my
luck”.

Ryan’s pov
Maya walked away and I looked at Kylan
“You caused all this,if you haven’t for-ced her to
be your girlfriend,she wouldn’t think of quitting”.I
said to him
“You also caused it,if you haven’t confessed your
feelings to her,she wouldn’t think of quitting”.He
fired back
“Gosh,you are really annoying.And you know I
love her”
“And I also love her”.He replied immediately
“No you don’t,you never love anyone,you are just
a lonely guy”
“I’m not”
“Just stay out of my way bro,I’m just taking it
easy on you because you are my brother else,you
wouldn’t like what I’m gonna do to you”.I said in
anger
“I’m also gonna fight for my love,fine I don’t
usually love but that doesn’t mean I’m not gonna
love someone till I die.Ever since mom died I
didn’t get myself and now,if I’m always with
Maya,I do feel alive.i do feel that the happiness
that has been taken away from me has been
resto-red.I do feel like she’s my mom and how do
you expect me to not love that person or to not
keep that person with me and protect her?”.He
said calmly and I was short of words
“Y..you really mean it?”.I asked calmly
“Yes I do mean everything.I love her with my
whole heart like I loved mom.I wouldn’t wanna
see her hurt”.He said and I was moved or
tou-ched.I moved closer to him and hu-gged him
“I’m sorry bro,I’m so sorry.i didn’t know you love
her so much”.I said disengaging from him
“Just promise me you won’t break her heart”.I
said
“I won’t.Thanks”.He said and patted my back
before leaving
There goes my first love.I hope he doesn’t break
her heart

Kylan’s pov
I was really glad Ryan has stepped down.I didn’t
know what I’ll do if he finally gets her because I
know he’s gonna get her
“So you guys have settled your disagreement”.I
heard a voice and turned to see Maya
“How did you know?”.I asked
“Ryan told me”.She said
“Okay”
“I’m glad”.She said and I smiled
“Do you like have any feelings for Ryan?”.I asked
and she began laughing
“Why are you laughing?”.I asked looking confused
“Why would I have feelings for him, he’s just my
boss,i can’t have feelings for him but to be
sincere I kinda have feelings for Dylan”.She
whispered
“Dylan?”.I shouted
“Shhh”.She shushed me
“Keep your voice down”.She whispered using her
hand to cover my mouth
Wow,she has a soft palm
“Why Dylan?”.I asked as she removed her hand
“I don’t know but it’s kinda like a crush”.She
whispered
Please let that love for him disappear
“Okay but I don’t think he likes you”.I said in
jealousy
“I know and I….”
“And I don’t think he can ever like you”.I
interrupted
“That was mean,I’ll have to make him like
me”.She said and I became disgusted
“But you said you just have a crush on him”.I
said in jealousy
“Yes,why do you sound jealous”.She asked
looking at me suspiciously
“Me?,jealous,why would I?”.I said laughing
nervously
“Because you cancelled the contract between
us”
“That is nothing,I didn’t even mean it”.I said and
she moved closer to me
“Are you sure because you sounded serious”.She
said nudging me and I couldn’t help but admire
her beauty
“Hey”.She said snapping her fingers
“What were you thinking about?”.She asked
moving away from me
“Nothing.erm do you have plans for today?”.I
asked
“Not really,why do you ask”
“Can we go out,home is boring”
“Sure,where to?”.She asked and I was really
happy she accepted
“Anywhere”.I replied
“Okay,let me go get my bag”.She said and I
nodded before she went upstairs
I’m really happy like I’m extremely happy she
accepted and who knows she might notice my
feelings towards her
I thought and smiled at the thought of the both
of us getting married.I’ll eventually get you Maya

Kylan’s pov
“Let’s go”.Maya said as she came down the
stairs
“Okay”.I said and we both went outside.we got
into my car and I drove out of the house
“So where are we going?”.She asked
“You can decide”.I replied
“You were the one that said we should go out so
you pick”.She said
“Okay,what about the waterfall?”.I asked
“Okay.I was paid for it”.She said and u felt
dissapointed
She doesn’t have to say that
We got to a waterfall and I halted my car.We
both got and down I looked at her
“Wow”.She exclaimed
“Isn’t it beautiful?”.I asked as she kept admiring
the waterfall
“Extremely beautiful.Thus is my first time seeing
a waterfall you know”.She said as we sat on a
gras-s
“Really?”.I asked and she nodded her head
“Well I’ve seen it on my phone and Tv but not
the real one.it’s amazing”.She said,smiling and I
smiled.I was glad I’m the first person to show
her a real waterfall.She brou-ght out her phone
and started taking pictures of the waterfall
“Join me”.She said and dragged me closer to
her.We took some pictures together and I was
very happy at that moment.I wish it could never
end but not all wishes come true
“Do you wanna go swimming?”.I asked and she
wide-ned her eyes
“Really?”.She asked in excitement and I nodded
my head
“But I didn’t put on a swimming suit”.She said
with a sad
“I think I have one in my car”.I lied and her face
brightening
“Okay.let me go get it” She said
“No,no.ill go get it.just seat here and I’ll be back
with it”.I said and stood up.I walked away and
quickly went to a nearby shop.I bought a female
swimming suit and quickly rushed back to the
waterfall
“Take”.I said stretching the suit to her and she
collected it
“Thanks”.She said and stood up
“Please turn around”.She said and I turned
immediately
“I’m done”.She said after some minutes and I
turned
“Wow”.I exclaimed looking at her body from her
toes to her head.She used her hands to cover
her body and I chuckled
“It’s wrong to look at a lady like that”.She said
“Oh,I’m sorry.Are you ready”.I asked and she
nodded her head
“Okay”.I said and removed my clothes
“On the count of three,1,2,3”.I shouted and we
both jumped into the water
“So cooold”.She said using her leg to splash
water on me
“Hey”.I say and she began laughing.I began
splashing water on her and she did the same.We
continued the battle for like five minutes and
ended it
“I think I’m gonna freeze”.I said
“Same here.Let’s go”.She said and we got out of
the water.We went to the gras-s and put on our
clothes
“That was amazing and fantastic”.She said as
we sat in the gras-s
“Yeah”.I replied
“I wish we could come here more often”.She
said
“We can”.I said
“It’s not possible.You do have work to attend
to”.She said and I nodded my head in agreement
“Okay,every weekend”.I said
“Okay”.She said and smiled at me
I was like about to explode.Her smiles are killing
me.
A breeze swept past us and her hair covered her
face.I tucked her hair behind her ear and
admired her face.I didn’t even know what came
over me when I moved closer to her.I was about
to place my li-ps on hers when she moved away
and cleared her throat
“Oh,sorry”.I said feeling embarras-sed but she
didn’t say anything
“Let’s go”.She said standing up and I also stood
up
I was such a fool do doing that
We got to our house and I met my brothers in
the living room
“Where have you guys been”.Dylan asked and
Maya was about to walk away when he grabbed
her hand
“I asked a question and I expect a answer”.He
said in anger
“Am I the only one that went out,can’t you ask
Kylan”.She said and Dylan ti-ghtened his grip on
her wrist
“You are hurting me,let go”.She said trying to
free her hand from his and I got angry
“You are hurting her Dylan.Let her go”.I said
calmly trying to calm myself
“Stay out of it”.He said
“Are you deaf.I said let go of my hand”.She said
je-rking her hand away from his and Dylan was
land a slap on her face when I held his hand
“Don’t ever lay your hand on her again”.I said in
anger
