Kylan’s pov
Dylan was about to slap Maya when I lost my
temper and held his hand
“Don’t ever lay your hand on her again”.I said in
anger
“And how does that concern you?”.Dylan asked
as he je-rked his hand away from mine
Calm down Kylan
“She said you were hurting her.why are you
behaving like this?”.I asked as Maya walked
away
Hey,look at the person I’m even fighting for
“Why do you even care about her?”.Dylan asked
and I looked at Ryan.He ignored me and stood
up to leave
Is he just gonna leave like that without saying
anything?
“Hey,I’m talking to you”.Dylan said bringing me
out of my thoughts
“Huh?”
“Why do you care about her?”.He asked
“I don’t care about her”.I replied
“Then why did you do that?”.He asked
“Do what,look I’m going upstairs”.I said and
quickly walked away to avoid any further
questions
Why did I even do that.Where’s even that
Maya,can’t she say a thank you to me
I went to her room and knocked on her door
“Who’s there?”.She asked from inside
“Open the door”.I said and the door opened.She
was about to close it when I brou-ght out my leg
and entered her room
“Get out,get out now”.She said in anger
“Look,I just saved you down there and you can’t
even say a thank you”.I said
“Did I ask for your help?,no.now get out”.She
said pushing me but I didn’t move
“I’m gonna go until you say a thank you to me”.I
said and she rolled her eyes
“I’m never gonna say that to you”.She said and I
sat in her bed
“Then I’m gonna remain here”.I said and she was
about to drag me when we heard a knock on her
door
“W..who’s there?”.She asked
“Ryan”.Ryan replied and she turned to me
“Go hide somewhere,hurry”.She whispered to me
and I remained on her bed
“Please”.She said dragging me and pushed me
into her toilet
Was the big deal in letting Ryan see me in her
room
I tried to open the door but it was already locked
Like seriously,she locked me in her toilet
because of Ryan. I hope it’s not what I’m
thinking

Amaya’s pov
What is he looking for.I opened my door and he
walked into my room
“What can I do for you”.I asked as I closed the
door behind me
“Where did you go?”.He asked
“Must you know?”.I said in my mind
“I went out with Kylan”.I replied
“I know,I’m asking were you went with him”.He
said
“To the waterfall”.I replied
“Why?”.He asked
“He said he was bored and we should go out”
“Together?”
“Yes,together.what’s the matter?”.I asked looking
at him suspiciously
“Nothing.Just asking”.He said looking around my
room
“Anything else?”.I asked
“Huh,no.Do you by any chance like him?”.He
asked
“Who?”.I asked
“Kylan”.
Why do you guys ask me who I like
“No i don’t.why did you ask?”
“Nothing.just curious.I’ll be going now”.He said
and left my room
What was that
I heard a bang in my toilet door and I quickly
unlocked it
“Are you nut?”.He said in anger
“What?”.I asked looking confused
“One you locked me in your toilet because of
Ryan,second when he asked you whether you like
me,why did you say no?”.He asked looking
straight into my eyes
“Because I don’t like you”.I replied as I tried to
calm my heart down
“How could you not like me?”.He asked
“Why do you want me to like you?”.I yelled
“Because I like you”.He yelled back and I opened
my mouth to talk but no words came
“Why did you ki-ss me when you didn’t like
me?”.He asked
“You were always the on that ki-ssed me first”.I
managed to say
“Then why did you respond to it?”.He asked and
my heart began pounding,it feels like it was
about to explode
“Why?”.He yelled and I shaked my head.Before I
knew it,his li-ps met with mine and he began
ki-ssing me when i pushed him away
“What do you take me for,what do you think you
are doing.I said I don’t like you,can’t you get that
into your skull.And if ever try this again,you
won’t like yourself”.I yelled at his face as I felt
water forming in my eyes
“Get out”.I said as I pushed him outside.I
slammed the door on his face and went straight
to the floor,crying silently
Why are you crying Maya.Stop all this
I said to myself when someone came into my
room and hu-gged me from the side.I looked up

Amaya’s pov
I continued crying silently when someone came
to my room and hu-gged me from the side.I
raised my head and saw Miyah
“W..what are you doing here?”.I asked as she
kept hu-gging me
“Why are you crying aunt Maya?”.She asked and
I cleaned my tears and sniffed
“I’m not crying”.I said and she moved away from
me
“But I saw water in your eyes”.She said as she
placed her tiny hands on my cheek
“Something got into my eyes.How did you know I
was crying,who told you?”.I asked
“Bro kylan.He said I should comfort you”.She
said and I smiled.I removed her hands from my
cheeks and placed mine on hers
“I’m fine now okay?”.I said and she nodded her
head
“Okay,I’ll go tell bro kylan”.She said and rushed
out without closing the door
“Maya”.I heard Dylan voice and stood up
immediately.He appeared at the front of me and
I lowered my eyes
“Why are you not looking at me?”.He asked
“Nothing”.I replied but didn’t raise my head
“Something is wrong”.He said and I shaked my
head
“Nothing is wrong”.I said
“Then why did you lower your head.I expected
you to throw me rude questions”.He said and I
smiled
“Do you want that?”.I asked as I raised my head
“Go on”.He said
“What do you want?”.I asked
“What’s with what’s wrong with you”.He
mimicked
“Just go straight to the point.I have things to
do”.I said and he nodded
“That’s more like it”.He said and I chuckled
“Blair wants your attention downstairs and we
are going somewhere when you are throu-ghwith
Blair”.He said
“Okay”.I said and went downstairs
“Hi bitc-h”.I greeted coming down the stairs as
she stood up from a couch
“What do you want?”.I asked as I stood in front
of her
“I came to warn you”.She said and I scoffed
“Warn who,me?,do you even know who I am for
you to warn.if that’s why you are here,don’t even
waste your time.Just turn around and get your
fu-ck ing bu-tt outta here”I said and she smi-rked
“Oh,you’re sm-irking.it seems you don’t know
me”.I said
“I don’t give a damn about you.For your
information,I’m the craziest person you’ll ever
know and you just pas-sed your boundary.Just
wait and see what I’ll do to you”.She said in
anger
“As your highness pleases”.I said bowing my
head and raised it back
“Oh,you think I’m joking”
“Oh,I thought you were,so you were serious.You
nee-d to take some lessons on how to be
serious.But I don’t know if you can ever get it
right”.I said and I could see total anger written
all over her face
“I can see anger in your eyes now,I didn’t ask
you to come here.as-suming you haven’t
come,you wouldn’t have witnessed all this”
“You do have guts.who gave you the audacity to
talk to me like that?”.She yelled
“And who gave you the audacity to kidnap me”.I
yelled
“You should be scared of me”.She said
“Same goes to you”.I replied and he hit me
across the face
“How dare you”.She said as I held my cheek and
tried to calm down
“Don’t ever try what you just did again”.I said
“And what if repeat it?”.She asked
“Just get out”.I said
“And why should I?”
“JUST fu-ck ING GET OUT”.I yelled and she
shook in fear but she didn’t move
“You are still standing.i said get the hell out”.I
said as I pushed her out of the house
Goodness,that girl just spoild my mood today
“Are you ready?”.I heard Dylan voice and turned
to see him behind me as I sighed in frustration
“Why are you sighning?”.He asked
“Let’s just go”.I said and went outside
I’m no longer in the mood to talk to anyone
He met me outside and we both entered his car
“Where are we going to?”.I asked as drove out of
the house
“To meet someone”.He replied
“Who?”.I asked but he didn’t reply so I just kept
quiet

“Hey”.Someone said shaking me as I opened my
eyes
“What?”.I asked as I sat straight
“We have arrived at our destination.Get
down”.He said and he got down as I did the
same
“Where are we?”.I asked as I trailed behind him
“A place”.He replied
“Who are we meeting with?”.I asked
“My first love”.He replied as I looked at him in
shock and surprise

“Your first love?”.I asked
“Yes.There she is”.He said pointing to a lady and
I turned my gaze to a lady
Wow.Such a beauty
“Hi Cree”.Dylan said as he hu-gged her
“Hi Dylan”.She said as they disengaged
“You look stunning today”.Dylan said and Cree
smiled
“Thanks.Who’s she?”.She asked pointing to me
“Oh,she’s my as-sistant”.Dylan replied

“Let’s eat”.Cree said as they sat down
“Go make us lunch”.Dylan said
“Me?”.I asked
“Do you expect her to prepare lunch?”.He asked
pointing to Cree.
“Sorry”.I said and was about to leave and I was
about to fall when Dylan caught me by my wai-st
