MASON POV
“Melissa don’t you think you’re frequently visiting the human reign lately. Is anything wrong with Miles’s business over there” I asked curiously.
“Not really,just decided to visit now that they have lots of projects at hand. Neither you or Miles can go visiting so I’m the only one left to do the work” Melissa replied.
“How’s Elina and Cora doing? I just hope they’re not causing any trouble over there” I asked concerned.
“Mason why did you agree on the idea of letting them visit the human reign” Melissa argued.
“Why are you pissed? They will be fine. You just nee-ded to tell me that you didn’t visit them. There’s nothing wrong with exploring after all Miles and I grew up there and we grew up to be strong and energetic. No nee-d to be so sĀ£ntimental” I said looking away.
“You really are so clueless. Luckily you didn’t sĀ£nd Finley with them” She protested.
“Finley don’t like exploring with girls tagging along. He would coldly and politely reject the offer so I didn’t bother” I laughed.
“He’s really becoming a boring fellow. He’s never at the castle do you think,he’s after something outside the castle” She giggled.
“Finley isn’t the easy type to love. He’s like a younger version of myself when I was his age” I said laughing.
Melissa’s hiding something. Why’s she frequenting the human reign? Something feels off,she can’t possibly be cheating on me. Right?
Come on what are you thinking Mason? Why would you think of such a thing? Gross. I thought waving the silly thought from my head.
FINLEY POV
I went out of the castle to the forest to have some quiet moments alone when a girl ran pas-sed me,she was being chased by a werewolf who transformed.
“Mack it’s okay,you don’t have to keep on chasing her. She doesn’t look like a spy or intruder” I said as I ran after them then he transformed back.
“I saw her, sneaking around so I thought she was an intruder but Finley what are you doing here” Mack asked curiously.
“Nothing much. Don’t worry I will take it from here. You can go ahead” I instructed and he left.
“Thank you” She said softly.
She has a lovely voice. She doesn’t have the aura of a werewolf. Where’s she from. I thought staring at her.
“Do you resue anyone who get chased like that” She asked with a smile.
“I’ve saved you so go back to where you’re coming from. Polatan don’t accept guests” I said rudely and walked away.
“Finley thank you” She said.
“Getting going before anyone sees you. You might get killed” I ordered as I turned around.
“You’re so handsome,see you again” She g@sped and ran away.
“See you again… What’s she trying to imply? Hey… Don’t bother coming back”I shouted so she can hear.
Back to what I was calculating.
If the Alpha still can’t find his heir then there’s only one answer to that and that’s the alpha’s heir was taken to the human reign. They wouldn’t take him to the demon region,he will get killed and the blood moon will appear and nobĀ©dy mentioned about the blood moon appearing so the alpha’s heir is still alive and at the human reign. There’s a possibility,he’s the first person I will come across with when I get to the human reign. I thought and a smile appeared on my face.
The Alpha might look okay but he’s desperately looking for his child but no progress. I also want to help out. I thought and ran back to the castle.
“Supreme I also want to go to the human reign so I can protect Elina and Cora. Princess Elina is very mischievous and we all know that” I said calmly.
“Why the sudden change of heart? You don’t like hanging out with the girls” Father ch!pped in.
I know that but I just can’t help it. I thought.
“Father you should be happy I’m willing to protect them” I cut in.
“Finley you really don’t have to,they can protect themselves. You should stay here with your mother alright” mother said softly.
Mother’s anxious,why is that? I thought staring at her.
“I really want to stay with you mother but it’s really bothering me. The girls maybe causing a scene right now. Supreme plea-se give me your permission” I requested.
“Finley you know the girls will really see you as a nuisance and a mood spoiler” Father tea-sed and the Alpha chuckled.
“It really doesn’t matter what they think” I cut in.
“Permission granted,you have to take care of yourself and the girls okay” The Alpha instructed and I nodded.
I got to the human reign and located Cora with her Aura.
I got to a mansion and rang the doorbell and I noticed someone sneaking out of the wall across the street.
“Is that a thief or I’m seeing things but why would one be stealing on broad light. Human reign is really crazy” I thought still ringing the doorbell and the thief walked pas-s me. A similar aura c@mĀ£ from his direction.
“Are you one of their bĀ©yfriĀ£nds” He tea-sed and I glared at him.
“Don’t tell me you’re dumb or you’re intentionally keeping mute” He joked.
“Do you love meddling into others privacy or you find me interesting” I replied sarcastically.
“Wow… Now you’re too good of a bĀ©yfriĀ£ndmaterial for those rude girls although you kinda sound rude yourself” He giggled and the door cracked open and Elina c@mĀ£ out.
“Why are you getting the door yourself” I asked curiously.
“I didn’t get the door,I’m heading down the street” She blurted.
“Oh,piece of rag” Elina pointed referring to the thief.
“Piece of rag,how dare you call me a piece of rag” He yelled and Elina shrinked.
“Do you know him” I asked curiously.
“Yeah,he leaves across the street. He’s the owner of that mansion over there” She explained and I looked at the guy from his head to his toe.
“Why are you dressed like that? You don’t have to make it obvious that you want to act poor. You’re ma-king people misun-derstand you. I almost thought you were a thief ” I g@sped.
“Exactly, Cora and I also thought he was a thief the first day we saw him” Elina cut in.
“There’s nothing wrong with what I’m putting on, I feel very comfortable in it” He said.
Why do I have the feeling he speaks like the Alpha? Exactly what the Alpha will say. I thought.
“Father would make same statement in a situation like this” Elina giggled.
“I’m off… Oh yeah, friendly reminder. Don’t make any one of them your girlfriend. They’re so rude” He ch!pped in and walked away.
“Look who’s talking about being rude. So annoying but he kinda talks like father sometimes” She said slowly.
My point exactly. It can’t possibly be what I’m thinking. I snapped the thought out of my head when Elina hit me ha-rd on my arm.
“Ouch that hurts but what was that for” I winced.
“Your presĀ£nce isn’t really nee-ded here. Why do you have to follow us down here” She blurted.

VAMPIRE REGION
AUTHOR’S POV
Erica went back to the vampire region after Finley ordered her to leave Polatan.
Erica is the only child of the Alpha vampire and she’s sixteen years old. She’s very softhearted and intelligent but always get scared of her mother who has the final say in every decision made.
“Erica why are you back so soon? You were supposed to be back tomorrow” Alpha vampire yelled and Erica shrinked.
“I’m sorry mother but Polatan is been heavily guarded,I almost got caught by a werewolf but I was saved so I decided to come back to report my observation” Erica said almost in a whisper with her face on the ground.
“I’ve told you so many times,if you’re talking to me,you have to look at me in the eye. How do you plan on leading the vampires in the future with that weak heart of yours. Now look at me in the face” The Alpha vampire yelled and swiftly Erica raised her face.
“I’m sorry mother” Erica got back her voice.
“What was your observation” She asked curiously.
“I think Polatan will be attacked soon,it’s heavily guarded and a werewolf told me something like Polatan doesn’t accept guests,I think he knows I am not a werewolf” Erica narrated.
“It’s difficult to detect such things about you but whoever did is close to the Alpha and the Alpha is my biggest target. Erica where did you find that werewolf ” She asked curiously.
“I met him at the forest where I was been chased and he was really good looking and at the same time rude” Erica uttered with a smile.
“Don’t ever put on a smile like that on your face when you’re thinking or talking of a male werewolf or vampire. You’re not allowed to love until we conquer the Alpha” She forewarned.
“Mother just the Alpha or Polatan” Erica asked and she glared at her.
“It really doesn’t matter which of them but I must kill the Alpha. I have a hvge score to settle with him and only death can settle that score” She said angrily as she ti-ghtĀ£Ć±ed her fist.
“You will go back to that forest to check on the werewolf that saved you,he can be of great help. Luring him with a beauty isn’t going to be a big deal” Alpha vampire said with a sm-irk.
“Mother I don’t think that will work on him. Looks mean and very intelligent” Erica cht in.
“More reasons why you should go back to polatan and capture his heart,love always helps in defeating a werewolf. Love is bit-ch” She cursed miserably.

Zoe c@mĀ£ back from the shadow pack region and couldn’t find the girls around.
“Miles where’s Elina” Zoe asked curiously and Miles hesitated before answering.
“Elina, Cora and Finley they all went to the human reign. Elina reminded me of a promise I made to them three years back and I couldn’t help it but allow them go to the human world. I always keep to my words” Miles replied looking away.
“I really don’t have any issues with that. Elina and Cora went throu-gh so many tough trainings from you and Mason so I’m not worried. They will do just fine,if they don’t get themselves into detention” Zoe scoffed.
“What are you implying” Miles asked Abit confused.
“You really think Elina will stay out of trouble. No way,she got her stubbornness from me but she won’t do anything that will upset you” Zoe as-sured.
“Of course she won’t” Miles smiled.
“About the vampires preparing for war,I have a strong feeling. It isn’t an unknown enemy,you can feel the rage and anger in the Alpha vampire’s threats. You really did offend them in a bittter way” Zoe cut in.
“Do you think the Alpha vampire is none other than Lila because her bĀ©dy wasn’t found and you can tell how bittered she would be feeling towards me for betraying her” Miles g@sped.
“Why would your thoughts run so de-ep,there’s no possible way Lila must have survived your attack. Let’s not jump to conclusions and the Alpha vampire is known to be a man so why would you think it’s a lady” Zoe protested.
You really don’t have any idea how angry Lila must be feeling. I pretended to be in love with her and suddenly I killed her. That’s so horrible thinking about it alone. Miles thought.
“When you got to shadow pack,did you in any way get any information about our lost son” Miles asked almost in a whisper.
“No one knows anything about him. It’s eighteen years alre-ady and we still haven’t given up. I don’t have to see him if it’s impossible but he should be healthy and strong that will do” Zoe said and tears roll down her cheeks.
“He’s alive and well, you don’t have to shed tears whenever we talk about him. You really make me feel weak whenever you do that” Miles protested as he gave Zoe a hvg.
“I’m sorry but I can’t help it” She exclaimed.
I’m not losing heart. I have the feeling I will meet him soon. Miles thought staring at the empty space.
HUMAN REIGN
Finley was seated on his be-d in his room staring at Aidan’s building. Surprisingly Aidan’s room happened to be facing Finley’s.
“What’s he staring at” Aidan uttered looking at Finley from afar.
He’s very observant in nature but why would he stare at me like that. Aidan thought.
“Go down,let’s meet” Aidan shouted so Finley would hear and surprisingly he did.
Aidan went downstairs and Finley was at Aidan’s gate alre-ady.
“You asked for me? What do you want to talk about” Finley asked swiftly.
“Come in. I think we have a lot of things to talk about” Aidan g@sped staring at Finley suspiciously.
“I don’t remember having anything to talk you about. Like Elina said,you are piece of rag” Finley sneered.
“Don’t you think that’s a bit harsh coming out from someone you just met today” Aidan said rudely.
“I don’t think I’m harsh” Finley sneered.
“What are you exactly” They both said together.
They both went inside. Giving each other a strikingly glare.
“Where are you from” Finley fired.
“Do I really have to answer that question? I had no idea you also get nosy in people’s privacy” Aidan argued.
“What year were you born and where” Finley asked curiously.
“What world are you from” Aidan asked and suddenly remembered he shouldn’t be asking a question like that.
Exactly what I’m looking for? Get pissed and spill the beans. What does he mean by what world am I from. Finley thought staring at Aidan seriously.
“What do you mean by what world am I from? Is there another description of the world we are ap@rt from earth” Finley inquired.
“What are you implying exactly” Aidan asked.
He’s acting suspicious. Finley thought.
He can’t possibly be a werewolf as well. He finds me suspicious,what’s he trying to find out. Aidan thought.
“My name is Aidan. If we want to know more about each other,I think we should start with our names” Aidan mentioned.
He’s changing the tĀ©pic. He’s hiding something. Aidan, that name sounds familiar. Finley thought.
“Of course. My name’s Finley. Elina and Cora’s elder brother” Finley introduced.
“I actually thought you were one of their bĀ©yfriĀ£nd” Aidan chuckled.
FLASHBACK*** On fourteen years ago.
” Zoe what would you have named your son if he was here with us” Melissa asked jovially.
“Miles really love the name Aidan. He said it meant fire. Flame heir” Zoe said with a smile.*** FLASHBACK ends.
