AUTHOR’S POV
Miles, Mason and Melissa appeared in Polatan kingdom. Melissa took them to Obet’s resident. Immediately they got to polatan Miles’s injury got cured magically.
Miles transformed back into human form,he didn’t look weak as expected.
“Mason can I make use of the washroom” Miles requested.
“Alright.. Let me help you to the washroom” Mason offered.
“No thanks I can find my way” Miles rejected calmly as he stood up and left for the bathroom.
“Miles is holding on quite well after being betrayed like that” Obet said with a smile.
“And that’s one of the reasons why I’m worried. They only d@tĀ£d for a week and so but I could feel Miles has absolutely fallen for her” Melissa uttered worriedly.
“Busted…. Miles” Mason g@sped out and stood up.
“Don’t tell me it’s what am thinking” Melissa said with her eyes wi-de open.
Swiftly Melissa followed Miles to the human world.
Melissa got to the human reign and saw Miles heading to Zoe’s hostel.
“Miles..!” Melissa screamed and Miles tried to run but seems like his stabbe-d back began to bleed again.
“Miles get back here” Melissa yelled angrily as she ran to him.
“Miles what the hell are you doing here? And why’s your back bleeding again” Melissa asked losing her cool.
“I have to see Zoe. She has to explain to me why she did that to me” Miles uttered almost in tears as he stĀ©pped running.
“You’re not thinking straight right now. Miles you have to go back to Polatan else you will die at this rate of bleeding” Melissa yelled worriedly.
“You have no idea what kind of pain am going throu-gh right now. Why would Zoe do that to me. If I don’t speak to her, I’m not going back to Polatan” Miles uttered as tears escaped his eyes.
“Let me go instead. You’re not in the right shape to meet her,we don’t know what she would do to you” Melissa suggested and he nodded in disagreement.
“This is a race only I can run. Let me do this and get the answers am looking for” Miles said faintly and walked to the girls hostel.
I thought he got healed but why is his injury back again. Melissa thought perplexed.
MILES POV
I got to the main entrance of the girls hostel and Zoe c@mĀ£ out like she has been waiting for me to visit. She took me into a car and drove far away into the bushes then we c@mĀ£ down.
“Why did you bring me here” I asked confused looking around.
“What do you think I brou-ght you here for? Of course it’s to finish what I started” She said with a malicious smile.
“I thought you loved me. Why did you do it? You know exactly how much I cared for you, you still went ahead to do that to me. I thought the love I had for you is gonna change you. I never knew you had a devious heart” I cursed.
“I never loved you. It was all p@rt of my plan to get what I want. Don’t even bother asking me about your blood I took because it’s alre-ady at the right place”
“Oh I get it now… You’re working for princess Luna. What did she give to you for you to hate me this much” I asked as my eyes bec@mĀ£ teary.
“What do you want to hear from me” She uttered and c@mĀ£ closer to me.
“….” I signed and she stabbe-d me again, directly into my stomach.
“Do you get it now… Because it’s your life am after” She uttered coldly and blood gushed out of my mouth. Swiftly I gave her a cut on her nĀ£Ā¢k with my sharp nails.
“When next we meet,I will kill you. You betrayed me twice. Hope you’re happy now. You succeeded in destroying our only way of happiness” I uttered slowly and h0t tears roll down my cheeks.
I felt Melissa’s presĀ£nt coming close by.
“Get out of here before I regret the next thing I would do to you. Go!” I yelled with the last strength in me as my eyes turned green. And Zoe ran away as she felt the rage and anger in me.
“ZOE! Where the hell are you” Melissa yelled furiously as she showed up but she shrink at the sight of me bleeding beside a tree.
“Miles,did she do this to you” Melissa asked angrily as her eyes turned green.
“Don’t waste anymore time here. Go back to Polatan and take away the blood Zoe gave to Luna. Everything is about to get busted” I uttered faintly.
“What! Zoe is working for Luna. I can’t believe this. I will slit her throat in two then go back to Polatan with her head. I must kill her,how dare she harm the Alpha un-der my watch” Melissa barked then transformed into a wolf.
“Don’t you wish to save the throne? Melissa you have to get my blood that’s with Luna and discard it because the trinity she has been looking for is in my blood” I winced and Melissa swiftly transformed back into human form but her eyes didn’t go back to the normal color. One can still feel the rage in her.
“Let’s get you back to Polatan. I promise on my mother’s grave to have Zoe’s head when next we meet” Melissa swore and we disappeared back to Polatan kingdom.
POLATAN KINGDOM
LUNA POV
I was seated at the ritual hall. My skin have been pierced to inject Miles’s blood.
“Supreme are you re-ady for this” One of the chiefs asked.
“I’ve never been this re-ady my whole life” I said anxiously and they injected the blood.
“Supreme how do you feel” Kevin asked with a smile but suddenly my bĀ©dy felt like it was set on fire.
“h0t…h0t. I feel terribly h0t” I screamed as I stood up from the throne.
“h0t… Chiefs what’s going on here? Is this a good sign or bad sign” Oliver yelled as I ran around in the hall.
“The supreme wasn’t supposed to get such reactions. What’s happening” The chiefs questioned.
“Are you trying to say none of you have any idea on what’s happening to me” I screamed losing myself to the terrible heat I was feeling inside.
“Hahaha… Mason kill them all except for this three” A young man chuckled boldly as he walked into the hall with the polatan warriors.
“Who the hell are you and how did you get in here” I asked angrily still burning inside. Swiftly a young man slit the throat of the seven chiefs who were performing my rituals.
Kevin tried to put up a fight with the young man who killed the chiefs but I think Kevin still has to go back to training.
“I am…” The other young man uttered then sat on the throne.

Oh my gosh this possibly can’t be Miles. I thought nervously.
“Who the hell do you think you’re to seat on the sacred throne of the supreme” Oliver challenged.
“Oliver I will advise you to stay out of this because you have no idea who this young man is” Obet scoffed just then the Hattan pack walked into the ritual hall.
“Welcome back Alpha” They all hailed with a bow.
“Alpha..” I uttered in shock.
“Meet the young supreme lord, the new Alpha of Polatan kingdom” Masho announced and my eyes went wi-de open. That instant I forgot my bĀ©dy was on fire.
I didn’t fight all my life just to get defeated by a small boy like you. I was actually getting tired of how boring my life was becoming but finally you showed yourself. I thought with a sm-irk.
MELISSA POV
I went back to the human world in search for Zoe immediately I took Miles back to Polatan.
I almost gave up on the love I’ve had for Miles for good seventeen years. Zoe has always been a black spĀ©t from day one.
I will use my last breath to look for her. I thought and head to the director’s office in Carson university.
“Good day Mr Patrick” I greeted politely as he offered me a seat.
“You must be miss Melissa. You booked an appointment with me early this morning” He said.
“Yes. Mr Patrick I have a request to ask of you” I uttered sincerely.
“plea-se go ahead,am all ears” He said.
“Zoe happened to be my lost sister. I’ve been searching for her for years but all to no avail but luckily when she started working at Mega estate I got to know she’s my missing sister. Right now I have no idea where or what she’s up to. And I forgot to check up on the background where she was raised. Director can I plea-se go throu-gh Zoe’s file” I lied without blinking.
“Here’s a ph0to of the both of us when we were little” I added giving the director the ph0to.
I c@mĀ£ here,well prepared. There’s nothing technology can’t do. I thought with a sm-irk.
“Wow,you have a very tou-ching story. Zoe dropped by my office this morning and requested I approve her permission to leave school for a month. She said she had some serious family issues. That her parents are getting divorce and her younger sister got into an accident” The director narrated.
She was definitely telling a lie. How would she have a family here when she was raised by Luna. I thought.
“Here’s Zoe’s file” The director said handing the file to me.
“Thank you so much Mr Patrick. I will surely repay you in the future. You have no idea how many lives you’re saving by doing this” I said with a smile.
“We don’t normally give out people’s files but you look very honest miss Melissa and I hope it helps you find out your sister’s whereabout” He said politely.
MILES POV
We were all still gathered at the ritual hall.
“You look very shocked to see me Aunt. You probably thought I was dead right” I scoffed.
“What’s there to be shocked about? You survived all thanks to my supervision. I’m pretty sure the Hattan Alpha is appear of that” She said with a smile.
“You refused to let us meet the Alpha. You were actually been serious when you said you’re the Alpha” Hattan Alpha chuckled and Luna began to sweat heavily.
“Oliver go get the physician here” princess Luna ordered miserably.
“Don’t even bother because there’s nothing even the physicians can do about this. Aunt do you wish to witness sunrise tomorrow” I asked silly smile.
“You br@t… What the hell did you do to me” She yelled breathing heavily and Mason placed his sword on her nĀ£Ā¢k.
“How dare you call the Alpha a br@t” Mason uttered angrily.
“Mason show some mercy. She’s only frustrated” I scoffed.
“You’re still siding with Miles because you have no idea what he did to your father before he died” She sm-irked and Mason stared at her confused as he withdrew his sword like I requested.
“Aunt are you trying to poison the heart of my best friend in my presĀ£nt. Do you really wish for death this instance or you don’t bother seeing sunset today” I said angrily as I stood up.
“Why are you being all worked up? You claim to be the Alpha but your rituals haven’t been performed yet. You may not have all the qualities of an Alpha” She scoffed.
“I’m afraid of nothing because I’m my father’s son. If I begin my coronation,you won’t live to watch me finish it. You dared to steal the trinity. That’s treacherous” I g@sped out.
“I didn’t steal it… It has always been mine. Jaxo begged me to give my trinity to you so we could save your life when you were still a baby. I’m not stealing but taking what’s rightfully mine just like the throne. You all think Miles is the next heir. Ha! That’s delusional because he wasn’t even born with a trinity” Luna laughed and fell on the ground as her face bec@mĀ£ pale.
“You look very pale. We should ask the Alpha if we have any antidote for this unforseen illness” Kevin whispered to Luna.
FLASHBACK*** “Supreme, Luna has a very strong backbone so I don’t think you can still overcome the throne by silencing the chiefs. Oliver is Luna’s chief adviser,he can even kill just to make her happy. Kevin is the chief general although the polatan warriors are stronger than his army. Kevin kills in a second. He protects Luna with his all. If you want to get Luna,we have to delete the both of them” Uncle Obet advised.*** FLASHBACK ENDS.

Uncle Obet was right,I have to be di-plomatic when dealing with them. She murdered father without hesitation,am sure she has something un-der her sleeve. What’s she trying to dig out about the trinity. What does she mean that I wasn’t born with it? Father never told me anything about this. She really got me with this one. I thought confused.
