Marissa was shocked as everyone bowed.
She turned to Lex and he smiled at her
“You deserve it” he said and Marissa smiled not knowing exactly what to say
“Is godfather kidding me right now? Since when did the clan have a boss lady?” Chicago said,looking shocked
Galaxy didn’t say a word,she still find it ha-rd to believe. Even if this is ever going to happen,it should be her not Marissa
Jubilee on the other hand seems confused,when did Lex suddenly change his mind??
Galaxy walked away from the scene and Chicago followed.
“Thank you godfather” Marissa finally said
Lex nodded and everyone began to murmur

Everyone finally left and Marissa turned to the direction of Venom’s suite,she pressed the code and the door opened.
“Nobody is here” She muttered as she entered
She went to Beauty’s room first,it’s empty. She’s probably with madam Zuna
She entered Venom’s room and let out a gro-an
“fuc-k,I’m so tired” she said and began pulling off her clothes. She walked into the bathroom,she went un-der the shower and turned it on.
She exhaled as the water run throu-ghher body while she wash off the blood.
After what took like forever,she was done. She left the bathroom and walked to the closet,she picked one of Venom’s shirt and put it on.
She grabbed her phone and fell on the bed,she dialed Venom’s number but got no answer
“Is he still mad at me? Where is he??” She muttered and kept on calling,she was still trying to reach him when the door opened and Venom entered.
She immediately got down from the bed and walked to him
“Where were you? I’ve been waiting” She said and hug-ged him
Venom didn’t move
She disengaged from the hug and frown
“What’s wrong? You should at least congratulate me,I came back safely” She said
“Congratulations” Venom muttered and tried walking away
“Sweetheart” Marissa pouted and cu-pped his face
“You should have seen the way I…..”
“Exactly,I saw everything.” Venom roll his eyes
“Really? Don’t tell me you were watching everything I did” Marissa said
“I saw everything okay?? I don’t even know why you must allow that motherfuc-ker touch you just because of this,I wanted to pluck out his eyes so badly” Venom scoffed
Marissa smiled
“You’re smiling?” Venom asked
“It wasn’t even that de-eper…..”
“Of course it was,that idiot kis-sed your ne-ck,you even sat down on his lap-s,he tou-ched your th-ighs too…I don’t even want to think about it. Have you taken your bath? I want his hands out of your body” Venom said,pulling her into the bathroom
“Michael,I just had my bath just now” Marissa said
“You’re taking another one” Venom muttered and they entered the bathroom together
“Seriously?” Marissa chuckled,Watching as Venom un-bu-ttoned her shirt
Her br**st came to view and he bite his li-ps

“I’m not tempted,I want his hands off first” Venom suddenly said and Marissa laughed
“Are you serious right now?” She said between laughter
Venom carried her and dropped her in the bathtub
“I can’t believe this,you should just do everything coz I’m too tired to move my hands right now” she muttered
Venom started scru-bbing her body and each time,Marissa will m-oan out naughtily
“What are you doing” Venom chuckled
“I’m enjoying every bit of it…” She mo-aned again
Venom chuckled
“Don’t even try to sound this way when you’re with someone else” He said
Marissa laughed and lean closer for a kis-s,she pec-ked his li-ps
“I still can’t believe godfather though” She muttered
“He said you deserve it,He’s really unpredictable” Venom smiled and carried her in a bridal style out of the tub.
They returned to the bedroom
“So I guess I’m all clean now right?” Marissa asked
“Yes doll” Venom said
“Call me that again” Marissa bite her li-ps
“No” Venom winked
“Seriously? Are you punishing me right now??” Marissa wrapped her arms around his ne-ck and began to kis-s him.
Venom gently dropped her out the bed while their kis-s continued. Marissa started taking off his jacket.
They suddenly heard the doorbell and Venom broke the kis-s
“Boss” They heard Drake’s voice and Venom got down from the bed.
He went out of the bedroom
Drake walked to him as he showed up
“Godfather want you and boss lady for a dinner in his apartment” Drake said
“Okay” Venom replied
Drake bowed and walked out
Venom returned to the bedroom,Marissa was still on the bed waiting.
“You should get dressed,godfather want to have dinner with us” Venom said and Marissa gro-aned
“Not now” She muttered and grabbed Venom,kis-sing him like her life depends on it.
Venom broke the kis-s
“Are you serious? Should we ignore him?” He grinned
“No” Marissa released him and got down from the bed
She put on the shirt and turned to Venom
“Let’s go to my room” She faced him
“You need a dress?” Venom asked and she nodded
Marissa pec-ked his li-ps one last time before they left the suite.
They got to Marissa’s room and she dressed up before they both proceeded to Lex’s apartment.
They met Blade also about to go in
“Hey Blade” Marissa immediately called,smiling
“Hey boss” Blade bowed
“Oh please” Marissa laughed
Blade sm-irked at Venom and he rolled his eyes
Marissa and Blade kept on talking as they entered
“I’ve been waiting” Lex said
“Sorry godfather” Marissa said
Blade and Venom kept quiet
They walked to the dinning room and the maids started serving the meals on the table
The three sat next to each other,Marissa in the middle while Lex was at the first side.
After the maids finished serving,they all started eating
It was silent until Lex spoke up
“You must really be a fast learner Marissa to do that in such a short period” Lex said and Marissa smiled
“I guess so,Venom really was a great teacher” She said and winked at Venom
“I was really amazed”Lex said
“Wow,it’s my first time hearing that from you” Blade said
“Really?? Then I’m lucky” Marissa smiled
“I’m sure you kicked their as-ses” Blade winked at Marissa
“Trust me” She grinned
“And thank you for planting a bug on me without my notice” She roll her eyes and Blade laughed
“You guys know the banquet is coming soon right?” Lex asked
“Yes” Venom and Blade responded while Marissa looked confused
“I guess the bosslady doesn’t know anything about what I’m saying” Lex smiled
“No” Marissa shook her head
“Every year,in the mafia world. There’s a get together party where other mafias get to have fun together. It’s always taking place here” Lex explained
“Wow,I can’t wait then” Marissa smiled
“It’s quite fun” Venom muttered
“So,when is it?” Marissa asked
“Less than two weeks” Lex smiled and Marissa nodded
“Congratulations once again,on your first mission and a big respect for doing a clean job” Lex said and raised his gla-ss up
They all clinked their gla-sses together before drinking from the wine
They talked about other things until it was over,everyone left the apartment.

GALAXY’S ROOM**
“I still can’t believe godfather,I don’t trust him. He wouldn’t just do that for Marissa” Galaxy said,pacing around
“Well I don’t know,but come to think if it. Phoenix never went for a one man mission,same goes to you too. But Marissa succeeded…..”
“So you think she deserve that position?” Galaxy cut Chicago off
“You deserve it better,but I wonder when godfather accepted her. She’s just making me hate her more,first it was Blaze,then Venom and now godfather. I don’t know what is so important about that girl. Now I have to call her boss??” Chicago scoffed
“I will rather die than bow to her” Galaxy snapped and hissed

Phoenix was walking when Blade suddenly appeared
She stopped immediately
“You almost scared me” She said and wrapped her arms together,she only had a short and a tank top on.
She was looking like a complete beauty even in that
Blade smiled and moved closer to her,his two hands tucked in his pockets
“Where are you going?” He asked
“Marissa…”
“She’s not in her room” Blade cut in immediately
“Oh right…then I will go back” Phoenix muttered
“Just,come with me rather” He said and grabbed her hand
They both went to his suite
“I want you to sleep right beside me” Blade muttered
“Are you telling me indirectly that you missed me?” Phoenix raised her brows
“So fuc-king much,I wish we can spend more time together” Blade said and hug-ged her
Phoenix smiled
Blade broke the hug and cu-pped her cheek before placing a gentle kis-s on her li-ps.
“I don’t think I will be able to sleep tonight if you’re not beside me” he muttered and kis-sed her again.
They both got on the bed and Blade pulled her closer,his arm wrapped around her ti-ghtly. Their faces really close
“Your eyes are pretty” Blade smiled
“You smell so good” Phoenix said and rest her head on his che-st
Blade kis-sed her hair and closed his eyes

NEXT MORNING>VENOM’S SUITE**
“Wow,Madam Zuna. You’re the best” Marissa said as she entered the kitchen.
“I can perceive the aroma all over” Marissa said sniffing
“I’m making a meal specially for you,so kindly go back” Madam Zuna pulled Marissa out of the kitchen and she laughed
“Hi Momma” Beauty called
She was busy playing with a doll
“Hi baby girl” Marissa smiled and carried Beauty immediately,placing kis-ses all over her body while Beauty kept on laughing happily
“A kis-s for me too baby” Marissa pouted and Beauty kis-sed her
“Where’s baby?” Beauty asked
“Can’t believe she’s still calling me that” Venom came out
Beauty immediately left Marissa and ran to Venom who also carried her at once
“So you’re choosing your baby over me? Right??” Marissa asked
Beauty smiled and hug-ged Venom
“Wow” Marissa clapped
“All ready!!” Madam Zuna came out and began setting the table
“Chicken!!!” Marissa screamed and immediately sat down
Venom chuckled and also sat down
“We are waiting for someone else though” Madam Zuna said
“What is that aroma?” Blade entered,sniffing the air
“Come take a seat” Madam Zuna smiled and tou-ched his hair
Blade smiled
“Hey young adult” He waved at Beauty and she smiled
“What? Young adult?” Marissa laughed
“Of course,isn’t it obvious she’s a young adult?” Blade said and tried eating
“Don’t eat,one more person coming” Madam Zuna said and they all looked up
“Who?” Venom asked
“A good friend of boss lady” Madam Zuna smiled and just then Phoenix came in
“Phoenix!!”
“Marissa!!”
They both screamed and hug-ged each other ti-ghtly at once
“I’m so happy for you!!!” Phoenix said excitedly
“Thank you” Marissa smiled
“Morning boss” Phoenix greeted Venom and then Blade before sitting down next to Marissa and Blade
“So,enjoy” Madam Zuna grinned and also sat down
“Thanks for the food madam Zuna” Marissa and Phoenix said at once
Madam Zuna nodded and turned to Blade beside her
“I will get you more if you want” she said and Blade looked at her
“Stop treating me like a kid” he chuckled as Madam Zuna ruffled his hair
“You’re a kid of course” Phoenix said and immediately looked away
Blade and Venom exchanged glances and Blade winked at him
“About Beauty’s school,everything is ready” Madam Zuna said
“Today is Friday,she will definitely start on Monday. Gosh I can’t wait,right Beauty” Marissa faced her
She replied with a nod from Venom’s lap-s as she ate
“Seriously,you look like a dad right now” Blade teased Venom
“He’s going to be great father,and you too” Madam Zuna said
“Of course,I will never want to be like my own father” Blade scoffed
After about an hour,Blade and Venom left together.
“What about Jinx? I should have called her too” Marissa muttered
“Right” Phoenix chuckled,looking around
“Honestly,it’s my first time here” she said
“Really?” Marissa laughed
“I’m really happy Marissa,you should have seen Galaxy’s face last night. Funny!!” Phoenix said and they both laughed
“I think it’s time for a proper show” Marissa sm-irked
“Less I forgot,the mafia banquet is coming soon,do you know that?” Phoenix asked
“Yeah,I heard about it last night,I guess it’s always fun” Marissa said
“Super fun,I have a friend from another clan. Knight is so good,you will meet her” Phoenix smiled
“I’m jealous of her” Marissa pouted
“Oh please” Phoenix laughed
“I can’t wait for another work,definitely you will be there this time. I just can’t wait!!!” Phoenix shouted

“Boss,she’s here” Uranus said as she entered Gunner’s office
“Who?”
“Our new spy,she’s from Cobras clan”Uranus smiled
“Really? You found one already?” Gunner asked
“I will invite her in” Uranus went out
She Came back with her
“Here she is” Uranus said pointing at her
“Wow” Gunner smiled
“Have a seat,I hope you will do a great job” He said
“I wouldn’t be here if I won’t” the voice said
“And I hope you’re not trying anything funny like a prank,I will kill you” Gunner threatened and she scoffed
“Are we here for business or what”
“Good,seems you’re determined to work with us” Gunner smiled
“Why will you want to betray your clan though?” Uranus asked
“That’s my business,not yours” The female voice said and Uranus roll her eyes
Midnight entered
“Wow,so you got her. And….it’s a girl” She grinned,staring at the body
Uranus nodded
