Lamia stood up when he noticed she was asleep,,he moved to her and covered her b©dy properly before leaving the room.

*In A Secret Place**
Different candle lights could be seen almost everywhere as a source of light,,men and ladies dressed in all black sat down accordingly like they are waiting for someone.
It was like a hall filled with large chairs while a lady sat down on a special place like throne.
Minutes later two people entered,a boy and a girl.
They knelt in front of the leader who is a female with red eyes and sharp canine.
“Leader” They both said still on their knees
“Tell me what happened this time” The so called leader said furiously
“We are sorry to say this but,,the human princess is no where to be found ” The guy said
“What do you mean? Where is she??” Their leader asked
“We have no idea,but her family are looking for her too” The girl beside her said
The leader growled angrily and everyone’s head bec@m£ bowed,,,
“LAMIA!!!!!!” She screamed out
“Check if she’s with Lamia,,immediately” she sajd
“Yes leader,,what should we do if we find her??”
“Bring her here,,”

The next evening,as Evelyn dressed up in the suit,her mind was filled with home. Even though no one is ma-king her feel bad here,still she misses home a lot.
She sighed out and arranged her hair with her f!ngers,
“Gosh,no mirror here. So annoying” She shook her head and turned back
The moment she turned,Lamia was right there with his hands behind him.
“Oh goodness,,where did you even pas-s??” She asked and Lamia sm-irked
“Throu-gh the wall” He replied
As he talked,she realized how much she had missed him the whole day,she haven’t set her eyes on him since hours and now here he is.
“The wall?? How??” She asked but then remember seeing him pas-sing throu-gh the wall first time he c@m£ to her.
“Wow,,that’s amazing. I wish I can pas-s throu-gh walls too” Evelyn smiled
Lamia only watched her in total disbelief,what type of human is she? If only every humans acts like her. She always brings positive things out of everything,isn’t that amazing??
“Can I use my first request for today now??” Evelyn asked
“Your first request?? Did I give you numbers of requests you can ask for??” Lamia asked
“Let’s make it three,,so plea-se don’t get mad at every request of mine until it’s up to three,,” She plea-sed
“Okay,,so what do you want??”
“Uhmm,,Jareth,,,can I at least take a walk outside?? I really want to know how this world looks like,if it’s different from mine” She asked with her head bowed
“You want to take a walk out alone?” Lamia asked with a frown
“Oh no,,of course not. You can ask your guards to follow me,,” She said
“Get dressed,I will come with you instead” Lamia said
“Really?!!!” Evelyn jumped up
“Anyway,I am dressed alre-ady. Let’s go” Evelyn smiled
Lamia checked her out from her head to her toes and then scoffed
“You think you’re in your palace right?? What if I decide to cause silly troubles which requires running? How will you run in this long flowing dress of yours??” Lamia asked
Evelyn gulped down looking at his face,,,
‘How can he be scary and h0t at the same time??’ She thought
“Are you even listening to me??” Lamia snapped his f!nger
“Oh,,yeah,,,,,I am sorry,,,but,,,I don’t have any other clothes aside long dresses. And besides,,,,are you really going to cause trouble out there??” Evelyn asked
“You never can tell” Lamia sm-irked
“So,,what should I do now?? I really want to go out” she said
“Come with me,,and these clothes of yours will be thrown out. I hate the sight” Lamia said as they walked out
‘Why is he so angry about the dress? I think it’s cute,,maybe because he’s not human,or maybe,,,’ she st©pped thinking when Lamia faced her
‘Can he hear what I’m thinking??’ She thought again
Lamia shook his head and continue walking
They got downstairs and Evelyn bec@m£ lost in admiration,,
‘Wow,,this place is so beautiful. I’ve been caged all this while?’ She thought
Lamia turned but could not find her behind him,,,he was about going to find her when she appeared.
She ran to him
“The guards are scary” She said
Lamia kept quiet and open the car.
“Wow,,you have cars. Vampires really have cars,,wow” She smiled and entered
Lamia joined her,,,
“Your highness,,” The guards called
“Don’t worry about us” Lamia cut them off before driving out.
“Humans have cars too,so why are you surprised?” Lamia asked
“Of course we do,,but in the palace,,sometimes the royal families prefer using horses. I don’t know how to ride one though” She explained
Lamia kept quiet and focused on the road
“Where are we going??” She asked but he kept quiet
Evelyn took that as one of his attitudes she shoukd get used to and decide to focus outside but she couldn’t keep quiet anymore,she faced him again
“You have humans in this world too??” She asked hoping he will reply her this time
“Yes,,,but you should be careful,,most people here are not humans” Lamia replied shortly without looking at her.
Evelyn nodded and focused her gaze on him as he drives,,
‘Vampires are really h0t,,just like I re-ad. I just wish he’s a little bit less scary,,just smile for once,I want to check something’ She thought
Lamia who was listening to everything couldn’t control himself,,he smiled out and Evelyn’s eyes grew wi-de.
“Oh my,,,did you,,did,,did you just smile??” She asked
Lamia looked at her briefly and sighed
“Wow,,this is amazing. I hope you smile more often” Evelyn said
“You’re talking too much,,and don’t forget,,you have one more request for today” Lamia said with his blank face again
“One more? How?? I only used one right?” Evelyn said
“You asked for a smile” Lamia replied and st©pped the car.
He got down and walked into the mall,,
“I was only asking in my thought,,how did he,,,,gosh he’s scary” Evelyn sighed and immediately ran after him.

As Evelyn entered into the mall,different eyes followed her. Some admired her dress while some were mocking her for dressing like a princess even at night.
“Isn’t that so stupid to put on?? If she’s really a princess,then why is she not here with her maids,such a lowlife trying to act big” Evelyn heard a young lady said and she looked at her without saying a word.
The lady shut her a deadly glare
‘Okay,,calm down Evelyn. What if she’s not human??’ She thought inwardly and breathe out calmly
“Come with me” Lamia’s voice said behind her and she immediately followed
He gave her a more simple and comfortable outfit to put on,,,she checked herself in the mirror and smiled feeling satisfied with her look even though it felt weird on her.
This is the first time she will ever put on something as short in public,,life of a princess. From different go-wns to another.
“Maybe it’s really great to be here anyway” She said and then walked out of the dressing room.
“So,,how is it?” She asked Lamia who was talking to one of the mall attendants
“Let’s go,,,,” He said and walked out while she ran after him.
‘Must I run everytime??!’ She screamed inwardly
When they got out,Evelyn saw the lady who said silly things about her,she immediately entered the car.
Lamia also joined her
“She’s human” Lamia suddenly said
“Huh?” She faced him
“That lady,,she’s human” Lamia repeated
“Oh,,,I should have taught her a lesson right??” She smiled but Lamia didn’t say anything again
“What were you discussing with the girl back at the mall??” She asked
Lamia was quiet for seconds before speaking up
“Should I take permission from you now?” He asked
“Oh,,no,,I don’t mean it that way. Oh,,my mouth” She bite herl-ips ha-rd .

After driving for few minutes,Lamia st©pped the car and asked her to come out. They were in the city,different things caught her attention,the lights are out of the world.
How can a vampire world look more beautiful than that of humans?
“So,,are we taking a walk from here??” Evelyn asked
Lamia nodded
“Wow,,,,let’s buy those” Evelyn pointed at a small fishcake stand.
Lamia followed her,,
“How much for each??” Evelyn asked the lady
The lady smiled at her but her smile disappeared when she saw Lamia,,,
She almost freeze
“Are you okay mam??”
“You can take it for free,,,you are pretty” The lady said to Evelyn and Lamia scoffed
“Wow really,,thanks” Evelyn said as the lady gave her five sticks for free.
“Bye,,thanks”
“Wow,,she’s really nice” Evelyn said to lamia
“She’s not,,she only gave you for free because she want us to leave immediately” lamia said calmly
“Huh? You know her??” Evelyn asked
Lamia nodded
“How??”
“She tried to hurt my sister once,,I should have killed her but I didn’t” Lamia said
“Why didn’t you kill her??”
“I prefer killing humans,” He replied and Evelyn’s heart skipped a beat
“Humans? Why??”
“I don’t want to talk about it” Lamia replied
Evelyn nodded trying not to f0rç£ him,,
“Have one” She pointed the fishcake at him
Lamia scoffed and looked away
“So,,Vampires only drink blood?? Shouldn’t you eat food and drink blood as water instead??” She asked
“Should I drink your blood then??”
“Absolutely not” She laughed
They continue walking
“Jareth?” She called
“Speak” Lamia replied without looking at her
“Your world is beautiful,,and everyone here is cute but scary” She said
“I know” Lamia replied
“You should learn to appreciate things” Evelyn scoffed
Lamia turned to her
“Oh ,,I mean,,,gosh,,I am sorry” She apologized
“But why is everyone avoiding your face??” Evelyn asked
“Why do you think they are doing that??”
“Because it’s scary??” She said
“If That’s what you think ,,” Lamia replied

It was so late before they got back home,Evelyn was asleep alre-ady. Lamia tapped her
“Hey human,wake up” He said at once and she opened her eyes
“We are home? Gosh,am so tired,I don’t think I can walk” Evelyn gro-an ed
“You can spend the night in the car” Lamia said and got down
Evelyn immediately ran out,,
“You’re so harsh,,other guys would have carried the lady” Evelyn said
“I am not other guys” Lamia replied
Evelyn sighed sadly.
,she suddenly missed Charles.
Lamia faced her knowing what she was thinking about,,
“Do you want me to take you back home??” Lamia asked
She looked up immediately
“You,,can take me back??” She asked
“Tell me if you want to go back,,I will do that” Lamia said
