Sarah’s POV▪▪
My eyes were clouded with so much tears not knowing what to say.
“this about your sister Sarah, please tell me something,” he said calmly while i sighed. Am sorry mom but i guess your time is up.
“am sorry for keeping this away from you. Mom was behind everything and i think she might be the one who kidnapped Princess,” i said trying to hold my tears.
“what did you mean..? he asked.
“she was the one who had Princess shoot and kidnapped during her tenth birthday, she also killed your dad, she killed grandpa. I guess grandma will be in the right position to explain that to you,” i said in tears, i was surprise when dad pulled me into a hug.
“it okay Sarah, it a good thing you didn’t take after your mom,” he said and i could feel the sadness in his voice.
“come with me,” he said and i felt so nervous.
Did he just forgive me this easily or was he just trying to act nice! i just told him my mom killed his dad and also kidnapped his daughter!
We walked downstairs and my eyes meet with grandma- i guess it better we let everyone knows about this for the sake of Princess. Laura has already left and i wonder why she left so soon.
“Sarah told me something, mom- are you hiding something from me? he asked looking at grandma Amelia.
“mom is behind everything and i confirm it all from Max, he was actually the one who shoot and kidnapped Princess back then and am sure he’s still working for her till today,” i said in tears. Tony and Greg were surprise to hear me say this.
“why will you have to keep it away from us Sarah.. why will you do this. How could be an ingrate, not after what Princess did to you why didn’t you expose her enemy right away, if anything bad should happen to my daughter you and your evil mom will rot in jail,” Mom Mabel yelled at me while i cried the more.
“I know Sarah keep the truth from you but it not been long she get to know all this, i guess i should be the one to be blame for this,” Grandma said making everyone confused.
“Please forgive me son… you know how Erica has always been my favorite. I’ve always wanted her to be your wife and not Mabel,
i took side with her in everything she does… i know i have hurt and put your marriage at risk all because of my foolishness and am sorry. It was all part of our plan when Erica even drugged you that time…,” she cried while i sighed then sat down in tears. Mom Mabel was staring at her in disbelieve and i could say she looked so angry.
” Erica told me about her plan to get rid of Princess but i never supported this, i couldn’t save Princess on time and i thought Erica wasn’t capable of killing anyone especially the little Princess back then but she prove me wrong and i was angry when she Princess was shoot and taken away on her birthday i know it Erica’s doing, so i confronted her about this that’s when your dad heard about this…
Patrick heard our conversation and he was so mad at both of us… i didn’t saw it coming but Erica push your dad and he couldn’t survive the fall and he wanted me to tell you the truth but i couldn’t. I know you’ll never forgive me and that’s why i didn’t have the courage to tell you. Erica threaten me and i was so scared to lose you my son,”
she cried.
“you were the same woman who mocked and maltreated me when i first married your son, you make my life living hell with Erica and even when i later gave birth you still didn’t accept me, you try to break my home, you hated me and my daughter! what type of mother are you! Mom Mabel yelled at her in tears.
“please forgive me Mabel, i regretted doing all this and that’s the reason why i pleaded for your forgiveness and you accept me here when my husband died,” grandma cried.
“you almost ruined my marriage, my daughter’s life. Do realize the trauma i have to go throu-ghwhen Princess was missing…
i was so devastated and you saw how sad i have become. Princess have to go throu-ghso much hardship just to survive. I missed out fifteen good years from my daughter’s life, i couldn’t be with her, i couldn’t be a mother to my child and yet you know the whole truth but keep it a secret from us,” Mom Mabel said angrily then walked on us.
“please forgive me son,” she cried turning to dad.
“i will get back to you but as for now Erica has to pay,” dad said angrily.
“i can also help you to get Max, we can plan this,” i told dad while he nodded.
“i will go with you,” Greg and Tony said at the same time.
I quickly called Max because i still have his number, now i have to act smart about this.
“Max,” i called into the phone.
“where are you? were you able to get rid of Princess, haven’t mom told you to clean up the mess you’ve created,” i said
“not yet,” he said.
“so i want to help you out,” i said while he chuckle.
“well i only take orders from your mom not you. I have no business with you and your mom told me never to communicate with you,”
he said sarcastically.
“i know that but am only trying to help out.. you can’t get Starr that easily because she’s now Princess and her life is way better then she was,” I said while he kept quiet for some time.
“okay..
“okay then, let meet up! i will text you the address,” i said then ended the call.
Hours Later….✨
Edward’s POV▪▪
We were all at the station and i was glad we caught Erica at the right time, she was damn surprise and keep denying everything that was said about her but then she felt so ashamed when Max exposed all the doings and all the people she killed.
“Just tell us where Princess is! i yelled at her.
“i have no idea.. i don’t know anything! she yelled.
“it okay to be so stubborn Erica but i promise you this- you will rot here and i make you feel each pain you made me and Mabel pas-sthrou-gh, you’ll pay for every thing you did to Princess,” i said angrily. A call came in and i quickly picked up the call, it was a strange number.
“Princess is here with us,” i heard male de-ep voice and was shocked. who is he? so Erica was right she said she knows nothing about Princess kidnapped but this might be a set up.
“where’s my daughter,” i yelled into the phone.
“no money no Princess, we need the sum of $5 million,” he said while i scoffed.
“we need this before the end of tomorrow,” he said but before i could say any thing he hanged up and just after few minutes a message beep in and i was shocked to see a photo of Princess tied to a chair. I quickly told the officer what just happen.
“we need to track them, i can’t believe Princess has so much enemies,” i said sadly.
“they need $5 million? Greg asked when i told him what they requested for.
“who are those people after all…. why are they after Starr,” Tony said frustrated.
“$5 Million is not nothing compared to Princess’s life we have to give them what they want,” Greg suggested.
“it not gonna be easy as you think, we have to act smart,” the officer said..

?Starr’s POV▪▪
I slowly open my eyes, having a slight headache. What! what they heck am i doing here…? i fully open my eyes and found myself tie to a large chair in a very large empty room, it looks like a warehouse.
“what am i doing here…. get me out of here,” i yelled trying to untie my hands but i couldn’t. Suddenly the door went open and i shocked to see Mrs. Kate.
“good thing you’re awake Starr,” she smirk then walked closer to me holding a gun.
“i knew you weren’t for real when you pleaded for my forgiveness, you will never change- will you?
“seems like… well! i have nothing to discuss with you, so am here to end your life after i have my money,” she laughed.
“what wrong have i ever done to you… so this was all part of your plan with Laura how could you do this to me,” i said almost in tears.
“it all your fault…. and i have to make you pay just the way i did to Arnold, i killed Arnold for what he did to me and that’s what i will exactly do to you,” she yelled while more tears flowed down my cheeks,
i thought about that too but i just don’t want to believe she would murder her husband, the father of her daughter. Laura so much loved her father and she was so devastated when he died… why will she even do that to hurt her daughter this way.
“you’re a monster,”
“you make me the monster.. when i was in jail all i could figure and think of was how to activate my revenge on you… i was so desperate for revenge and i was glad i killed Arnold because he cause me so much pains and you, you’re the main reason am doing this and am killing you right after i have collect my money from your parents,” she yelled then slapped me.
“you don’t owe them any money and why are you doing this. You’ve hurt me a lot, you left me with a scar on my stomach, you hide the truth about my identity and if not for Greg i don’t know what my life will become and now you want to kill me..? i yelled angrily at her.
“yes and that’s because i hate you… everything was going fine when you came into our lives.. you ruined my family, you’re just a bad luck and i hate Arnold for adopting you. I will kill you Starr.. i will kill you, i will kill you a very painful death that your mom won’t bare to see this time,” she yelled then dragged my hair and slapped me several time.
“you shouldn’t have come into our lives!
“it wasn’t my fault.. i was just a kid then and don’t blame me for anything. Arnold was a good man he was the one who adopted me.. you never like me from the start and now you ruined the
relationship i have with Laura, you also killed her father, what type of mother are you..”
“you have no right to tell me this,” she said then walked out angrily. More tears flowed down my cheeks as i cried. She was the one who killed my
dad(Arnold) she killed the innocent man for no good reason and now she want to kill me. I kept crying not knowing what to do or how to get out of here.
After some few hours Laura walked in and it breaks my heart to know it was all part of her plan with her mom to get to me.
“please Laura get me out of here,” i pleaded.
“if only we have our money,” she said.
“but your mom want to kill me… once she have the money you guys required for, she’ll kill me and she might also kill you,” i said in tears..
“don’t say that about my mom..” she said angrily.
“she killed your father Laura, she killed dad and am sure dad so disappointed in you.
Look at how you turn out to be! i can’t believe you allow her to brainwash and deceive you this way. Laura i thought we were sisters.. i thought you were that sister i could trust with my life but you’re just horrible, so horrible like your mom. Dad will never forgive the both of you,” i yelled while she walked closer to me and slapped me.
“kill me if you want to Laura but you’re so evil..
so evil just like your mom and dad will never rest until to change for good. So stop blaming me for all the misfortune that happens in your family it all your mother’s fault because she killed your dad,” i kept saying it because my words were having effect on her, she dragged my hair and slapped me again, my hands and legs were tied and i couldn’t do anything.
“my mom can never do that.. she’s not what you think because she’s far better than you,” she yelled back. The door went open and Mrs Kate walked in.
“what are you doing here Laura, haven’t i tell you to leave Starr to me, i know how to handle her,” she said walking up to us.
“tell me the truth mom.. did you killed dad? Laura asked while she Kate laughed sarcastically.
“is that what she told you so she can brainwash you… that’s what i hate about you Laura you’re easily manipulated. Starr is our enemy and you shouldn’t believe what she told you,” she yelled at her while Laura walked out angrily.
“how dare you huh! you’re so stubborn Starr,” she slapped me again!
