Chapter Six

Life without grandma has been hell here on earth for Kieran.
She misses everything about her grandmother and it hurts knowing that she will never see her again.
She’s the only one living in the house since her mother had refused to return and been that she has promised herself not to involve herself in anything that concerns her mother anymore, she didn’t even ask her why she didn’t want to stay with her.
Kieran has decided to start living her life based on her terms without having to worry about whether it’s plea-sing to anyone. Even when ru-ben introduced himself as her father she shunned him and told him to not come bugging her. She has experienced enough hatred and pain to be worried about anyone.
“See, just live your life and I’ll gladly live mine. You were never a p@rt of me so I wonder why you want to be now.” Kieran said to ru-ben who had begged her to allow him to be a father to her. She told him that she doesn’t nee-d any father figure in her life right now.
“Maybe I do miss you. Yes, I was head over heels for you. All I wanted was to meet my father even though I know what he did to my mom was wrong but Mom was never nice to me and I believe you’ll save me from her wrath but where were you?!” She asked him and just as she had thought he could not provide an answer.
“I thought as much.” She said with a light smile.
“Give me a chance to make it up to you Kie….”
She cut him short.
“I’m sorry but you don’t get to call my name. Now if you don’t mind I’ll like to get back inside.” She said and shut the door to his face.

Kieran can be seen holding a poison and with the look of things we alre-ady know she wants to kill herself and just end it, after all, it’s not like anyone cared about her or when she’s no more.
She had lots of pills on her palm and was in tears, she took them all in, and seconds later, she was on the floor shaking and vomiting some fluids from her mouth.
Too bad there was nob©dy to come save her.
I guess this is just the end of Kieran Lorrie’s life.

“Where is she?” ru-ben asked Joe the minute he got to the hospital. Joe had called him that Kieran tried poisoning herself.
ru-ben bec@m£ disorganized that instance. He felt something fighting to leave his b©dy. He can’t lose Kieran not now that he just found her.
He approached the doctor and asked about his daughter and the doctor told him that the poison she took would have not just killed her but damaged her cells but it was a good thing Joe brou-ght her in or else they wouldn’t have been able to save her. ru-ben asked if he can go see her and the doctor told him yes.
On getting into the ward where she is, he saw her trying to break herself free from all the things they plugged on her b©dy but ru-ben was able to hold her still.
“You people should just leave me alone! Let me die, plea-se! I’m tired!” She cried in his arms and ru-ben didn’t know the words to use in consoling her, he hvgged her instead and they were both crying.
“I’m here now. Daddy is here now.” He said on her n£¢k and she wra-p her arms around him.

You just didn’t know but Ruth is happily married and not to Richmond as we all know but to someone entirely different who knows nothing about her past life or daughter. She told him she was an orphan and that she doesn’t have any relatives anywhere and he believed her without asking any further questions after all he didn’t see anyone with her.
She has been married with no child and her husband seem not to bother about it but she was and she took it upon herself to visit a spiritualist who told her that God destined her with just a child which means she’s supposed to have just one child for the rest of her life.
Ruth didn’t believe this and she called the man fake after throwing some amount of money on his face.
She went back home and they kept on trying. this time her husband suggested they go to the hospital to know what the problem was, the doctor confirmed that both of them are okay and that is when she started putting some thoughts into what the spiritual man had said.
She kept thinking about how she was going to tell her husband about the child she rejected when another spiritualist hired by the husband c@m£ into the house with the husband. He said the same thing and that is when she knew that she has been doomed.
“All you have to do is get her back or else you will not just be barren but you will never know peace till your last breath.” The man said and left.
Stephen, question his wife who told him everything and how it all happened, and the reason why she never told him about Kieran.
“We have to look for her.” He said but she has to think about it. This is not just something she can rush into,
she has messed up this girl’s life.
She hated her for complete 18years. What then is she going to tell her for her to forgive her?
“You won’t know unless you try.” He said as she starts to cry cause she too has realize how awful she was towards the innocent child.
But, hasn’t it been too late?

She has decided to forgive her father and move on. She’s currently living with her Dad and his girlfriend who happened to be Joe’s mom and Joe himself.
ru-ben has asked Becca to marry him and it’s the preparation they’re all unto.
Kieran stepped out in the middle of the night alone to go buy the things they’ll nee-d for the bridal shower that’ll commence in two hours.
On her way back home swinging whatever she was carrying and humming a song when some group of guys carried her and drop her in a lonely and quiet street.
Kieran screamed for help but nob©dy heard her.
They were five guys who R@p£d her and when they heard a siren of a police vehicle they all ran leaving the unconscious Kieran bleeding.
The police st©pped when they saw a b©dy lying lifeless on the ground.
They checked her pulse but she was no longer breathing.
