I walked out only to meet Amber and Amy outside the door
“Hi” I said
“How long have you guys been standing there” I added
“Not too long ago” Amy replied
“Oh so any update” I said relieved
“Well apart from the fact that Courtney has to kis-s Owen Amy discovered something ” Amber said
“ Really what is it” I said
“ Apparently Sebastian is Roxanne’s son” Amy said
“Roxanne as in Roxy Ace in R.A records” I replied
“ Yep even offered to coach me” Amy said
“ Good Maybe you can sign a contract with his mom” Amber replied

“You don’t seem like Ava the usual joyful Ava ” she added
“Yeah what happened in there with Andrew” Amber said

“You don’t need to kick me out because I quit ”I said as I cut the friendship bracelet on my wrist me and Amy made it when we we’re 6 then we made our promise
“You’re making a mistake Ava you know what happened to Asha you’re going to be unpopular” Amber said
“Who said I ever wanted to be popular I was only trying to be a good friend and I turned out to be a lost stray puppy going after uigh” I replied
“Ava how could you ” she said picking up the bracelet
“How could I have you ever considered how I feel about all this all This stupid schemes you guys do he’s a boy just let go he doesn’t like you”, I said
“Really I should let go three years ago you and Andrew broke up and you can’t let go of that past” she said

“At least I don’t try to actually kill someone I act like a normal person ”I said and stormed off

It’s been two weeks since the whole Ava leaving the A BBYs drama but the drama just begins December is going to be a dramatic month

“Courtney Courtney Courtney you’re a good actress and I don’t wanna have to cut you from the play you’re supposed to kis-s Owen rather Hermia is supposed to kis-s Lysander but now Hermia which is you Is not kis-sing Lysander”
”Um I have a thing about offstage kis-ses and I kinda have the flu I wouldn’t want to pa-ss it on to Owen”I lied
“Can my un-derstudy fill in” I added
“I’m not feeling too well either so can Michael fill in then they’ll do the kis-s” he said and winked at me and I rolled my eyes
“Amber and Michael get ready for the scene the director said”
I walked out of the room and ran into Clary
“I have good news great news”

“I’m getting a duet with guess”

I sat on the bench outside the studio I didn’t feel like singing especially when it was with her
Ava came over and sat next to me and I ignored her

We should practice ”

“Calm down” she said giving that smile and I just looked away
After some silence she said
“Andrew you know my best food in the whole world your chocolate chip cookie you know growing up till now I never got to eat any snacks because of my mom you know control freak wanting the perfect daughter but that one cookie kinda changed me”she said and pushed me a large box and got up to leave she walked but turned back and said
“Happy birthday Andrew”
She actually remembered my birthday
The only people who had remembered were Jason and Owen
“You remembered”I blurted out almost immediately regretting why I spoke
“Of course do you remember the first day we met ” she said
“Why would I” I lied There was no way I could forget that day
“Oh but anyway I can never forget that day and that day was ..” she said
“Ava ”her mom called interrupting her conversation and she pa-ssed me a death glare
I stared at the box and I just lost it I threw it on the floor and as I walked past it I looked at it and I saw a cookie and a letter I to-re it and threw it away I don’t care about her anymore

I was about finishing my statement when my mom called me she always does this
I entered the car and she stared at me angrily
“Didn’t I tell you never to talk to that boy again what were you doing with him”
I took a de-eper breath and said “we’re having a duet for singing”
“ Is that so Nothing else”
“Nothing else” I said
“Ava are you gaining weight ”she said
“No ” I replied
“That’s a lie I can see it in your face your body I’m out for one week and I find you’re gained at least one pound more”
“What’s wrong with gaining one pound I follow my exercise schedule I ate every single vegetable what do you want again” I said
“For you to be perfect you’re going to be a popstar one day and people won’t like you if you’re weighing 30 pounds or have you been eating junk”

“You’re lying you better Don’t you’re grounded for a week”
