MOTHER WHY
EPISODE 51
After praying for hours Michael was finally delivered, after then his friend explained everything that has been going on in his life to him.
Michael wept in the church like a baby, he knelt down before God’s alter and asked him why he would allow such evil happen to him.
Pastor Dominic told him that a prayerless life is a open room for satan to prey.
He took his car keus and drove away without waiting for his friend or mother, he drove straight to Amelia’s house.
of all things he could only think of the pain he must have caused amelia knowing that he was not only sleeping with her sister but her mother too.
Michael parked at the gate and ran into the compound making the gate man to run after him.

oga any problem? why you dey run like this?
Michael ignored him and went to Mrs chioma’s door calling Amelia’s name.
That got the gate man even more confuse because the last time Michael came there he asked for Amara and when he tried to correct him of the name differences he told him he knows who he is looking for.
Amara heard Michael’s voice and came out, she has memorize everything she’s going to say to him word but word…. but that thought immediately she came out and saw the deadly look Michael gave her.
AMARA
Baby, what happened? why are you looking like this
she said trying to touch him but Michael grabbed her hand for-cefully and sque-ezed it….. If not because of the promise he made to his dad that he would never hit a woman no matter what…. he would have beating the devil out of amara. He pushed her away from his body.
MICHAEL
how could you and your mother ruin my life like this? was it a crime for me to fall in love with your sister? what did I do wrong?
that was when reality set in and Amara knew Michael was out of their spell….
she remembered what rosemary told her earlier “I have worked for michael since I was 18, you wouldn’t like to know what he looks like when his not un-der your spell” it’s gonna he “game-over”
She wanted to run back inside and shut the door but Michael grabbed her hand and pulled her back.
AMARA
mummy, mum…..mum….
(she kept calling for help)
Mrs chioma came outsidea and met them.
MRS CHIOMA
young man what is your wrong? why are you pulling my daughter like that?
MICHAEL
(He let Amara go)
it’s a shame that you happen to be called a mother too…. and you know God isn’t a man that could probably make mistake else I would have said he made a big mistake blessing you with children.
MRS CHIOMA
I beg your pardon
MICHAEL
I refuse for my pardon to be begged…. what kind of a monster are you? are you really the mother of Amelia? tell me because…
MRS CHIOMA
enough, leave my house before I have you arrested
MICHAEL
I dare you to call the police, then we will see who will leave this place in handcuffs…. you are worse than a criminal.
Mrs chioma was tired of all his insult, she started to dial a police number but Amara whispered something into her ear and she ended the call and faced Michael.
MRS CHIOMA
my family and I have not wrong you in any way and if you feel we have….lets meet in court.
MICHAEL
look here chioma or whatever you call yourself, I’m not here for either you or Amara, I’m just hear to see Amelia…. you wanna go to court? hell no I’m not gonna do that, i already submitted you both into God own court and very soon you both wi be sentence because of your evil deeds.
AMARA
you can’t see amelia, she’s out of town….in fact she doesn’t stay here anymore
(she lied)
MICHAEL
she doesn’t live here anymore? where does she live? I tell me I want to know
AMARA
(Scoffed)
you just be crazy if you think I will ever give you my sister’s address so you can go there and tell her ru-bbish about us.
MICHAEL
I don’t un-derstand….. oh I see so you guys didn’t let her know you were the br@ins behind our breakup…..wow even the devil would take lessons from you guys.
MRS CHIOMA
iburo what are you still doing standing there, will you throw this man out of this house?
Even though iburo was listening to their conversation he didn’t un-derstand what exactly they were trying to make until michai said “you both are the br@ins behind our breakup” he became shocked to the bone…. he has always known Amara to be mean, but to be this wicked is something he never thought.
He just shook his head and left without saying a word to any of them…. he just kept murmuring to himself
“chai enemy from within na bad pas-s enemy from outside ooh, but chai this one bad well well mother and daughter against daughter…. that’s very bad”
He went to his duty post and sat down, his both hands on his cheeks.
MICHAEL
(He Chuckled)
even your gate man is ashemed of your act….. since you both have refused to tell me where amelia is I will go, but know that I will find her even if it’s the last thing I ever did.
He told them and started to go, Mrs chioma angrily went back inside and her daughter followed her…. she’s happy Michael is not pressing charges or asking back for all the money he spent on them both.
As Michael came out of the compound, iburo followed him outside.
IBURO
I don’t know what really went down with you and this family, but my only advice for you is to stay away from them….. anuty Amelia has already moved on, coming back here would put you in amother danger.
MICHAEL
she moved on? is she married now?
IBURO
not yet, but I’m very sure it will end in praise…. that’s all I have to tell you for now.
Michael nod his head and entered his car and drove away while iburo went back to his duty post.
Michael got home to meet Tony waiting for him, Tony had followed him but was surprised when he got home and rosemary told him Michael hasn’t come back since he left.
He immediately knew he had gone to see Mrs chioma and her evil daughter.
immediately rosemary saw just her boss she ran and hu-gged him, she was so happy his finally back to his senses.
When Tony explained to her what happened, she couldn’t hide her emotions, she knelt down and worship God for answering her prayers.

EPISODE 52
Amelia and Victor laid on the couch cuddling each other when amelia’s phone started to ring, she thought maybe it was her sister because she promised to call her today, but her smile immediately turn to frown when she saw the name of the caller.
She hissed and dropped the phone back on the table and laid on the couch.
VICTOR
you don’t want to answer your call?
AMELIA
it’s not important
(she snapped)
VICTOR
(he smiled)
you don’t nee-d to be hostile baby, I just asked a simply questions.
AMELIA
(She covered her mouth in shame)
I’m so sorry baby, I didn’t mean to snap at you.
VICTOR
(he turn her over on the couch so she face him)
It’s okay, I’m not mad at you…. just worried about you.
AMELIA
I’m fine baby
VICTOR
alright, I won’t ask if you don’t wanna say anything.
Her phone started to ring again but she ignored it, it kept ringing to a point she could no longer bear it but to answer it.
AMELIA
(She took in a de-ep breath)
Hey Mr runner way boyfriend….. I heard you were out of the country.
MICHAEL
Amelia
AMELIA
yes, that’s my name…. you must have sone nerves calling my number michael…. I thought you travelled out when did you come back? wait let’s go back to the question ‘why are you calling me’
MICHAEL
I know I have really wronged you and your Creator, but I swear Amelia it’s not my fault.
AMELIA
(she smiled painfully)
it’s has never been the fault of anyone to treat me like trash, it’s how my life was designed…. so why should I blame you? you know Michael, for days I kept wondering where exactly I went wrong and you could no longer forgive me and had to run away without a proper goodbye…. was I that bad of a person?
As she was expressing herself, she lost control of her emotions and started to cry, Victor moved closer to her and was robbing her shoulder to keep her calm and strong.
MICHAEL
you know how much it hurts me to see you cry or hurt…. what Happened was beyond my control or yours.
AMELIA
it doesn’t matter anymore does it? I already moved on and I’m sure you did the same already….. I met someone who wouldn’t leave me for any reason.
Her last word hit Michael differently he wouldn’t have left her for anything too if her evil mother didn’t charm him
MICHAEL
I was faithful to you Amelia, considering the way we first met….you should know I have always gat your back…..everything that happened between us is your mother’s fault.
Amelia suddenly felt a stronger hate to Michael, was it not enough for him that he broke her heart and embarras-sed her entire family? now he wants to destroy her family too by lying against her mom?
AMELIA
what in Jesus name do you mean by it’s your mum’s fault?
MICHAEL
Your mother and sister used charm on me, they made me to hate you and that was why I was having all those bad dreams that you wanted to ruin me and my life achievements……..
AMELIA
just shut up Michael, my mother and sister are many things but they are not what you have just painted them.
MICHAEL
a monster? because that’s exactly who they are…. I love you so much Amelia but even if you are to give me another chance in your life I wouldnt take it…… your family are messed up and crazy, they are desperate and evil…. I can never leave with myself knowing that I slept with the entire family…. I’m grateful I never asked you for se-x amelia…. maybe I would have been curse for life.
AMELIA
(her hands started to shake)
Michael I told you to shut up, stop lying about my family….. my mum….
MICHAEL
this blind eyes you pit towards your family is why you have been unable to see how wicked they are towards you…. your sister recently travelled to Canada with her supposed boyfriend didn’t she? I was that supposed boyfriend… and your mum was gifted a br@nd new car too? I gifted her that car after she spent hours in my place making me to do the most disgusting thing ever….. I only called you to clear the air amelia, I have not wronged you in anyway, your family have…. but I’m still sorry that God have to use me to prove to you how dangerous your family can be.
Have you ever been in a situation where by you and your inner spirit will be fighting with each other on what to eat, what to do, what to where and what to believe? Amelia didn’t know if what Michael was saying is true but indeed Amara travelled recently with her new boyfriend, truly her mother came back home with a car saying her single father of a boyfriend bought it for her.
Her whole body was too weak to digest all the news she has just gotten so she fainted.
Victor quickly grabbed his woman and placed her well on the couch, he ran to the kitchen and got a bowl of water, he came back and poured some on her face making her to wake up.
Victor dropped the bowl and held his woman very ti-ghtly.
VICTOR
you scared me baby, what did Michael say to you that would make you faint?
AMELIA
(Her eyes were so red and filled with tears)
I fainted?
VICTOR
yes babe, you did…..
Amelia got up and started pacing up and down the living room, she was trying to put one plus on together….. nothing was making sense to her so she called Michael again.
MICHAEL
I’m sorry for the way you are taking the news, I didn’t know it will get to you like this… hope you are fine now?
AMELIA
how can I be fine Michael? non of what you are saying make sense to me…. I mean why will my mother charm you? when all she has ever wanted was for us to marry rich men and end her suffering?
MICHAEL
you remember the second time we met, you were so scared about what your mother was going to do to you when you get home…. you remember she turned a blind eye to what you did only because of me
AMELIA
I know but what has that got to do with anything.
MICHAEL
even a blind man would know that Amara is your mother’s favorite…. you never told me anything about your family but I could see for myself…. I noticed your sister liked me from the very first time she saw me, maybe it was just a crush that turn into evil intention I don’t know…. you remember that Saturday we agreed to go out and I promised to take you out by 3pm? I actually came to your house that day, Amara told me you went to see your boyfriend called Peter and how she begged you not to go but you refused… she even went as far as calling the Peter and I heard M0-ns…. maybe it wasn’t yours I wasn’t sure but my heart broke and she ki-ssed me…. I left your house that day and promised myself to end things with you because I thought maybe Peter was the reason why you kept saying no to me.
All this revelation was just too much for amelia to digest, her heart was beginning to beat fastly again and she fear she might pas-s out the next minute.
