We got set for school by 7:30 so I had to call Muna to know whatsup with him…. I dialled his number and at first ring he picked.
Lisa: Hello dude, are you ready?
Muna: Yah I’m heading to your house already
Lisa: Heading to my house with your phone?
The call already dropped before I could conclude what I want to say…. His already standing in front of my door… Kelvin opened the door for him and he walked in looking extremely very handsome in his neatly ironed school uniform, his black shoes and black one handed leather bag, hanging at his left shoulder, his quit cute just like kelvin my brother.
Muna: morning ma’am, morning sir,… he greeted my parents
My Dad: Good morning son(they both shook hands)… Is been a while I last saw you and it seems you’ve just added some inch.
Muna chuckles shyly..
Muna: Dad I have always been around but you are always away for businesses
My Dad: You’re right son, I have to make enough money to make sure my children attends to any height in life, since I didn’t get the opportunity to go to school due to one factor or the other, I vowed that my children will go to the best school and attain any height they wants to in life….
Muna: You are right sir, my dad has the same perception as you, and most a times I wonder if both of you are bloodily related
* This is one thing about my best dude Muna, he has a wonderful sense of humor and always stands bold and free to express himself no matter whom his talking to or the condition his facing. He is very outspoken and that commands great respect from people around him both teachers and students, he is very intelligent and smart and goes as far as proving teachers wrong when they misquoted or made a mistake in their teachings. Girls flocks around him like his their Shepherd and just like kelvin, he has the same philosophy about girls and that makes him not to give a damn shit about girls, and some times I also wonders if he shares blood relationship with my brother.
I know why he put up with me,… Well I will tell you later because for now, is my little secret.
My mum brou-ght me out from my thoughts…
My mum: I charted with your mum last night and she told me that they will be returning by month end…
Muna: Yes mum, that what the planned on doing..
Kelvin: We are not going to spend the whole day in this conversation, common guys we are running late already.. Bye mum, bye dad… He said and entered into the front seat.
Lisa : Bye mum, bye dad
Muna : Bye
Mum&dad: In unison they responded…. Bye guys, be a good pupil and stay out of trouble
All three : Okey we will….
While on their way, Muna was playing games with his phone
Lisa: Monkey, you choose to go to school with your phone, just watch it get seized by Mr Williams…
Muna: Still focused on his game…. That’s if he will see it, I need it at school because I know today is gonna be boring….
Muna: just switch it off before we alight the vehicle to avoid stories that touch
Muna: And if I don’t?
Lisa: Thank God I don’t have spare hanky to lend to anybody that’s gonna cry his eyes sour.
Muna: I guess you just forgot that I have no more tears left in my eyes…..
Few minutes later, they arrived at the school gate, the gate man opened the gate and they drove in… Before they alighted, Lisa snatched Muna’s phone and switched it off then hand it over to him…..
Kelvin smiled and run to the a-ssembly ground while Muna and Lisa walked to the a-ssembly together hurriedly.

The school was not full at all because is the first day and many are still on vacation probably planning to come back by weekend to resume school next week.
The principal mount the podium and as usual made the necessary speech and welcomed every one back both the old and new students who just joined our school…. Is the 2nd term so only few new students were seen
Finally the a-ssembly came to a halt and all the students marched into their various cla-sses.
My clas-smates are not much and most of my friends are still away… Every possible lectures that was supposed to be taught were no doubt taken care of by the teachers but the point is that the clas-sis not full so there was less fun
I forgot to mention also that there’s this new girl in clas-stoo…. Tall, dark and beautiful, I think she got brains as well because she expressly answered the questions that was thrown to her by the different teachers that teaches us for the day…. But she looks older than me and most of my clas-smates but not very old though
She introduced her name as Susan Chris and I think many attentions was practically given to her today.. I became friends with her also but there’s something about her that I don’t quite understand but lemme keep that to my self as well.
Grimm! grim! grim!!! Yah is break period already.
Muna: Hey bestie, come over here let’s take a selfie… Muna beckoned on Lisa
Lisa: So that’s the sole reason you came to school with your phone to take a picture right? Lisa teased…
Muna: Are you in or out? He asked switching on the phone.
Lisa: Of course I am in..
Lisa went closer to Muna and they took many selfie.
Muna: Hey! Common guys, let’s all take a shot and send to our clas-smates and beg them to come back to school already because the clas-sis boring and empty without them.
All our clas-smates gathered and we took many selfie, we even made some videos and sent to them in our watsap and Facebook group group
*Some one is missing from this fun and guess who? It’s Susan…..
Lisa: hey Sussy, come join us you’re also in our clas-sright?
Susan: No thanks I’m fine..
Lisa: No you’re not fine, come join us,…. Hey dude, bring the phone hear so that we will inform our cla-ssmates that we have a new member that’s damn beautiful and brainy….
Oh yah! The whole clas-schorused and move towards her sit….. We all took a shot with her and sent it to online informing our clas-smates of Susan….. Some replied and commend her beauty, you know how silly guys can be right? They love every single person that’s a SHE.. Lol… Some girls made some gestures just a sign of Jealousy… You know how girls can be right? They don’t need a competitor… LOL..
Well that very act of picture snapping made our day a fun filled one… Is not all that boring anyways and all thanks to Muna Monkey who came to school with his phone today.
Now, we are looking at Tuesday and wondering what it will unfolds for us tomorrow in school….
