Juliet slowly brou-ght her hand to his hair but it stopped before she could touch it.
She looked at his hair again and he wrapped his arms more ti-ghtly on her wa-ist, his face is still on her tummy.
She eventually tou-ched his hair and started stro-king it gently.
“Are you sure you’re fine?” She asked.
“For now” he replied silently, still not letting her go.
Mona has been watching secretly from the door, she smiled so wide before walking out.
Juliet was expecting Romeo to let her go but he didn’t even move so she continued to stro-ke his hair.
“You should lay back on the bed” she said.
“Are you gonna leave afterwards?” He asked.
“I’m not leaving yet” she replied and he reluctantly let her go.
“Lay down please” she said, holding his shoulders.
She helped him lay back in bed and covered him with the cover clothe.
“You should sleep” she said.
“Stop ordering, dumb genius” he replied and she smiled.
“Sleeping will help it heal fast” she retorted.
“Really?, So you went to medical college” he teased.
“No but …. I have slight ideas” she replied, looking at the blood bag.
It’s already in half.
“Will you receive all of this?” She asked.
“You said you have slight ideas about it, you should know if I will or not” he replied and she took in her li-ps slowly.
“But….” She suddenly said.
“What?”
“You know….in one of your action movies…
“One of them?, I’ve only starred in one action R0m-nce” he interrupted.
“Oh sorry…I mean…your only action movie, what’s the title?, HIS SPARK” she said.
“What’s up with it?”
“You took three knives for your girlfriend in the movie but you still stood gallantly” she said.
“So what’s your bone of contention?” He asked.
“You took two knives in real life but you … Almost died, now that I think about it, that movie is ridiculous” she replied.
“For real?” He glared.
“Like seriously” she replied.
“Like seriously?” He said.
“For real” she replied.
“Get out” he said, sitting up despite the pains
“I was only joking” Juliet laughed, covering her mouth.
Romeo grabbed his pillow and threw it at her but she ducked and ran out of the ward.
Romeo held his stomach afterwards, squealing in pains.
“Ah!, My stomach…that mad thing….Fu-ck!, My tummy!”
Mona came in.
“Are you ok?” She asked, walking to his bed.
“I’m fine” he replied quickly, laying back on bed.
“You weren’t supposed to sit up, not just yet” she said, checking the blood bag.
“I think I should transfuse you with another one after this, you lost a lot of blood” she said.
“I’m not getting another bag after this, I’m fine” he said.
“Thanks for coming back alive, I was so scared, my heart was racing throu-ghout” she smiled, checking his pulse and temperature.
Romeo was mute as she did it all.
“You’re really fine, we just have to wait for the stitched areas to heal up” she said.
“Thank you” he replied and she smiled.
“Feels good to hear that from you Romeo”
“I wanna sleep” he said.
“Ok I’ll give you the privacy, rest well” she got her steths on the bed and started leaving.
“Why?” Romeo suddenly asked and she stopped, looking back.
“Why did you date my dad back then?” He asked.
Mona’s face became guilty.
“You seem like a chaste and good person though I’m not sure if you’re pretending” he said.
“Romeo…
“You knew he was married, why did you had an illicit affair with dad despite that fact?” He asked.
Mona held her steths ti-ghtly, not knowing what to reply with.
No matter what she says, it’ll only amount to excuses, flimsy ones.
“If you hadn’t had the affair with him, my mum will still be alive by now, you know that… right?” He asked.
Mona started crying.
“I’m so sorry,….I…. I’m…I’m sorry Romeo”
“I’ve vowed that I’ll hate you, Justus and dad till eternity but…. someone said I wasn’t being a human, and since then I’ve always wanted to be, maybe along the line I might forgive all of you but…. that’s so darn ha-rd” he said, he could feel tears sli-pping out throu-ghthe corners of his eyes.
Mona kept crying, covering her mouth with her palm.
“I just hope that a day will come…when I’ll be able to forgive you all” he said and closed his eyes.
Mona rushed out of the ward, still crying, she rushed past Juliet by the door and went into her office.
“What’s going on?” Juliet wondered, following her in.
“Chief doctor! What’s wrong?”
Mona was squ-atting, crying silently.
“Madam Mona, please talk to me” she said, bending beside her.
Mona looked up with her tears-soaked face and Juliet gasped.
“I think it was selfish of me to ask for his forgiveness, I don’t deserve it Juliet” she cried.
“What do you mean?, Everyone deserves to be forgiven, everyone deserves a second chance doctor” Juliet replied, wiping her tears.
“I’m I really among the everyone?”
“So far you’re human” Juliet replied and hu-gged her.
“Stop crying Mrs Spencer, stop please”

Slight headache…
Weird feelings…
Reid woke up with all these, not feeling like his real self.
He sat up on bed and narrowed his eyes, trying to get it all straight.
A sharp pain got his head and he quickly held it.
“Damn, when did morning break?” He murmured, his eyes blurriness leaving bit by bit.
He remembered eating breakfast late yesterday and after that…
His eyes became clear.
“After breakfast, I started feeling sleepy abnormally and I fell on the bed after that….I… blacked out and…
“And now it’s morning?, What the…..
He quickly got down from the bed and the weird feelings still persisted, making him feel used and insane.
“What happened to me?” He asked himself.
He was still pacing around when Maria came in with a cu-p of coffee and he turned to her as she got to him.
“Goodmorning ma cherrie, I added enough marshmallow to the coffee since you love it that way, I made it myself so take a sip” she said, giving him the cu-p.
“What the heck happened yesterday?, It doesn’t make any sense that I slept since yesterday only to wake up now” He said, expecting a tangible answer.
Maria smiled, seeing the large deposits of hic-keys on his ne-ck
She dropped the cu-p and made to touch him but he stepped back.
“The queen added sedatives to your meal, she said you’ve been leaving the castle too much lately and she wanted you to stay yesterday” she said.
“What!, Mother sedated my meal?”
“Sure, and it was so good to have you at home throu-ghout yesterday, I wish you could stay home today too so …
Reid pushed her out of the way and she fell on the bed as he left the room.
She smiled happily, remembering what happened yesterday.
“Fu-ck!, His di-ck”
Reid stormed into the dinning room since that’s the only place he hasn’t searched for queen Lucy.
She’s right there, just taking her seat for breakfast.
“Oh cool, join me for the meal prince” she smiled.
“What was that nonsense you tried out yesterday?” He said hotly.
“Nonsense?”
“Tell me how it makes sense to sedate me!” He yelled.
“You always leave this castle anytime you like and you don’t come back till it’s late, what were you expecting me to do, I want you around too, Maria nee-ds you around” she replied without mincing words.
“So…you sedated my meal because of that?”
“Yes!, And is it fair that you haven’t been looking at Maria since she became your betrothed?, It’s been a year now and you haven’t made an attempt to touch her, I nee-d grandchildren too, I’m getting old!” She’s shouted.
“I never said I wanted Maria to get betrothed to me!, You signed the docu-ments without my consent so tell me why I should have anything to do with her when I’m in love with someone else!” He said fast.
“What!” Queen Lucy stood.
“You’re….in love with someone else?, How dare you go against the queen”
“Ask my heart that question, inconsiderate freak!” He replied and knowingly hit the plates on his own side of the table away.
The plates shattered on the ground as he ran upstairs.
Queen Lucy held the table ti-ghtly, seething with anger.
“Find that girl, I’m sure she’s the one he has been going out to meet”

MONA HOSPITALS
Romeo woke up late, the time is past 8 when his lashes decided to part ways.
He looked at his sides and felt good when he saw Juliet sleeping on a chair, her ne-ck was hanged on the back of it.
“That must be inconvenient, when did she even come back?” He thought and sat up gently.
The blood bag is gone since the transfusion is over.
He shifted to the edge of the bed and made her his view, he started staring at her face.
It’s only now he notices her pimples are reducing.
He remembered slamming her back on the wall when she eavesdropped the other time, then grabbing her shoulders rou-ghly, falling and hurting her ankle when he was sending her around.
A lot of harm happened from him to her despite the fact that it has only been a short period.
And she’s the first person who’ll ever face him and talk confidently.
Everyone was always scared of his frowny face so no one dared to do that.
Then she’s the first person her words would ever get to him because he doesn’t give a crappy damn about anyone.
How she was able to do all of these, he doesn’t know.
She’s just one crazy troublemaker, the first clumsy girl he met.
The blue boxers picture came to his head and he closed his eyes.
“My most embarr@$$ing moment” he muttered and immediately he opened his eyes, he picked the pillow and threw it at her.
“Ah!, Mum it’s Sunday!, I’m not going to work!” She shouted, still sleeping.
Romeo almost laughed.
She changed position, thinking she’s on her bed but she fell from the chair
Romeo quickly knelt and caught her with his right arm.
“It’s Saturday, dumbo, and you’re not on your bed” he said and Juliet opened an eye first.
She quickly opened the second one and stood from his arm.
“Goodmorning boss!”
He stood and sat back on the bed.
“Why did you sleep in that inconvenient position?” He asked.
“It was convenient” she lied and he heaved.
“Romeo!!!!” Baby screamed, coming in at a crazy fast speed, he has a bouquet of flowers with him.
He made to jump on Romeo but Juliet held him.
“No you can’t, his stitches might come loose” she said.
“Oh I forgot” he said.
“Moron” Romeo said as he hu-gged him gently.
Romeo broke the hu-g immediately, taking the flower from him.
“Were you planning to come for my funeral?” He asked, smelling the flowers.
“Come on you love flowers…it’s the only gift I could think of” Baby replied.
“Thanks, for being sensible for only today” Romeo said and Baby smi-rked.
The rest came in at once.
“My boo” Naomi said, widening her arms.
“I don’t want to hu-g” Romeo declined.
Naomi sma-ck ed his head gently.
“Ou!” He ru-bbed it and Juliet smiled.
Right now she really envies their friendship.
Well.. except for the bad egg.
Michelin came in.
“Romeo” she smiled with a wave
“What’s up?” Romeo replied.
“I’m glad you’re awake” she said and Romeo nodded.
“Bro, welcome back to life” Justus said.
“Thanks” Romeo replied simply.
“My Mr Spencer!!!” Ben and Sugar rushed in, running to see who’ll hu-g him first but Romeo quickly stood from the bed and they both fell on the bed instead, Ben tou-ched Sugar’s che-st mistakenly.
“What!, How dare you touch my bo-obs!” Sugar shouted, standing up quickly.
“You mean bones?” Ben replied.
“B…b…what?” Sugar said.
“The only similarity between your che-st and bo-obs is the B” Ben replied.
“Come here, I’ll kill you!!!, You tou-ched my bo-obs and now you’re insulting me!!!, MotherFu-cker!!!” He started chasing Ben round the ward.
“Where did you get them from Romeo?” Naomi laughed.
“I’m glad you’re awake boss” Lovelyn said
“Boss!!!!” Rhonda rushed in and tried to hu-g him but Michelin pulled her back with a glare
“It’s not advisable to hu-g someone who just finished getting surgery” she said
“Oh ..ok” Rhonda said.
“Boss there are lots of gift cards outside…. from your fans” Lovelyn said, rushing out.
Juliet went with her and they started taking in gift cards, they’re much and all filled with “get well soon” wishes.
“The media is full of love from your fans too, everyone is wishing you quick recovery boss, your fans are awesome” Ben smiled as Romeo sat back on the bed.
Ben came to him.
“Avril is attending the get-together” he whispered and Romeo’s eyes wide-ned.
“Are you really sure you won’t go now?” Ben smiled and Romeo tried not to tense up.
Mona came in.
“Time for his check-up” she said and they all left the ward.
“Let’s go” Justus held Juliet’s hand, taking her out of the ward
Romeo watched with mixed feelings.
“Juliet, Rhonda, Lovelyn, I’m the boss today, you three must get to work before 10” Sugar said when they got out.
“Yes Mr Sugar” they all chorused and he catwalked out after rolling eyes at Ben.
“He’s just too problematic” Juliet said.
“That’s Mr & Miss Sugar for you” Justus replied.
“Mr & Miss Sugar?” Juliet replied.
“Yes, since we don’t know if he or she is a male or female” Justus said and Juliet laughed loudly as they left the hospital together in his car.
Michelin was the last to leave among the B4, she got into her car and her stomach rumbled.
She has been forgetting to eat since yesterday.
She got her phone and texted Spy.
*NOT ONLY THE DAUGHTER ANYMORE, ELIMINATE MOTHER AND DAUGHTER*
She dropped her phone and sighed.
“You must pay for slapping me”

Justus got to Juliet’s place and she got her bag.
“Thanks for the drive cutie” she smiled.
“The dermatologist is really good, your face is getting better” he said.
“I noticed too, I should take it more serious” she replied.
“Sure” he said and before she could stop him, he gave her a peck on the cheek.
“What..was…that?” She said awkwardly, ru-b-bing her cheek.
“Have a nice day” he smiled and she nodded before getting out, he drove off.
She kept ru-b-bing her cheek as she went in but she met Gina in the living room.
“You aren’t going to the sto-re?” She asked and Gina pointed at a note on the couch.
Juliet took it slowly and opened it.

The paper fell from Juliet immediately.

Merritt looked around as she got coffee from the Starbucks.
No sign of Reid and he didn’t show up yesterday too .
Maybe she misses him, whatever is wrong with her, she doesn’t know.
“How can I be missing a stranger?” She asked herself.
“Ok maybe he’s not a stranger anymore, I thought about him countless times yesterday and…. Merritt stop” she told herself and got her cu-p of coffee.
She started walking back to the station slowly.
“Starlight!” His voice made him look back quickly.
She hasn’t turned her ne-ck as fast as that all her life.
She smiled without knowing when she saw him.
He’s as perfect as usual and his li-ps looks just as ki-ssable.
“Hey, did you miss me yesterday?” He smiled but Merritt’s smile dropped when she saw the line of hic-keys on his ne-ck
“Merritt” he called and she stepped back.
“I see you’re a playboy, nice hic-keys you’ve got on your ne-ck” she said and turned.
She started walking away, feeling hurt or whatsoever.
Reid rushed after her and pulled her arm but she raised her second hand to slap him.
He closed his eyes, expecting her palm but it didn’t come.
Merritt dropped it and pushed his che-st, he staggered away.
“Don’t show up in front of me anymore…..go meet the owner of the hic-keys on your ne-ck, player!” She shouted at him and Reid felt like crying.
She threw down her coffee cu-p and ran into the station.
