Merritt got back into the station and ran into the washroom, she stayed behind the door, breathing heavily.
“Why did I do that?”
“Not like we’re dating, he said he loves me but I don’t feel the same” she said.
‘Lier’ her subconscious said and she stood.
“Ok whatever!, I don’t care about him anymore, I don’t care about his hic-keys or whoever he ki-sses” she said and started staring into space.
She imagined his li-ps on hers and started li-cking her li-ps .
The door opened and she got pushed by it, and that broke her out of her trance.
Lula came in.
“Oh sorry!, I didn’t know you were there” she said, helping her up.
“Thanks, I was just out of my mind” Merritt replied and started leaving.
“You had a fight with your boyfriend right?” Lula asked and she suddenly looked back.
“Huh?”
“That guy with irresistible pink li-ps” Lula replied.
“Oh…” Merritt said.
“He’s too handsome to have a fight with, please make up with him as fast as possible” Lula said and washed her hand before leaving.
Merritt held the door and her second arm went akimbo.
“He’s not my boyfriend, he’s just someone I fell helplessly for” she said and her eyes wide-ned.
“I must be crazy!, Merritt!!!” She said and quickly rushed out.

TREASURE CASTLE
Reid stormed into the castle, meeting Peter at the park .
“You came back early today” he said but he walked past him and waltzed into the house.
He got to the first living room but no one is in, same with the second and third one.
He went upstairs and opened the Queen’s room, it’s empty
Then he entered Maria’s room and met her Fu-cking herself with a dil-do.
She pulled it out of herself immediately he came in then she wrapped the duvet around herself.
“I wasn’t wrong about you, you’re really a slut, why the Fu-ck are there hic-keys on my ne-ck!” He yelled.
“Are you furious that it doesn’t belong to that girl?, Yes I did it!, I gave you the hic-keys!, I ki-ssed your li-ps just like I wanted yesterday, I nibb-led crazily on your ne-ck and rode on your co-ck!” She snapped without thinking.
“What!” Reid’s eyes wide-ned.
“I…mean….I…
“You ra-ped me?” Reid said shockingly.
“I made love to you!, You’re my fiance Reid!, I belong to you and you belong to me!, I’m a se-x lover!, Shouldn’t you learn how to give it to me everyday?, I love you!” She shouted.
“You ra-ped me” Reid said again.
Maria started breathing heavily.
He rushed to her and grabbed her ne-ck, pushing her to the bed.
“Help!, Help!” Maria shouted as he pinned her ne-ck to the bed, chocking her.
“Someone help!” She screamed again, tears escaping her eyes as he continued pinning her ne-ck.
“I’ll just kill you and go to jail, it’s better if you’re in hell” Reid said, pressing more ha-rd.
Her eyes are already turning and the veins in her forehead are already out as she struggled weakly.
Queen Lucy came into the room with four guards.
“Reid!” She shouted as the guards took him away from Maria who has pas-sed out already.
“Maria!, Maria!” She tried calling her back to life but Maria remained unconscious.
“Get her to the hospital, right now!” She ordered the guards and they took Maria out of the room.
She walked to Reid and raised her hand to give him a slap but he held it.
“Gone are the days when you for-ce me to do that you want, not anymore….freak!” He said to her face and threw off her hand before heading out of the room.
“That reporter girl” she said and he stopped walking.
“How does it sound in your ears that Prince Reid of treasure castle is dating a lowly reporter!, Aren’t you ashamed?, Huh!”
“If you do anything stupid to her, the outcome won’t be funny I swear to you, I can kill because of her, Maria narrowly escaped, I’d have killed her… If the two of you love your lives, then stay away from her, it’s not a warning, it’s an advise” he said seriously and left the room, slamming the door behind.
Queen Lucy sat back on the bed , breathing in anger.
Reid got to his room and sat in front of the mirror, checking out the hic-keys very well.
He didn’t check the mirror in the morning because he was rushing so he could see her early.
His Br@in flashed back to how she pushed him away and called him a player.
“Don’t show up in front of me anymore”
That line made him hold his head ti-ghtly.
“She hates me now, she does, what do I do?, I can’t stay away from her” he said, standing up.
He’s unaware of how it happened so fast but one thing he knows for sure is that he loves her madly.

Juliet entered her floor, looking down
She has been so scared since she saw the letter and though they reported to the cops already, her heart is still not at ease.
Joel is a bastard who shows up anytime he likes, what if he hurts Gina in the sto-re?, What if he gets her here at work?
The culprit who abducted her the other time hasn’t been found and now Joel is threatening to end their lives
It’s all so frustrating and it’s making her scared.
“Why are you standing there!” Sugar’s voice woke her up.
Then she realized she has been standing in front of the elevator for over three minutes.
She walked to her seat and dropped her bag.
“Why are you late?” Sugar asked.
“Something personal happened” Juliet replied.
“Something personal?, Were you getting Fu-cked by your boyfriend?” Rhonda said.
“What!”
“Oh I forgot you don’t have a boyfriend, who’ll want to date you with your face looking like that” Rhonda continued.
“And who told you you’re beautiful?” Sugar said and Rhonda laughed.
“See?, Even Sugar said you’re not beautiful” Rhonda said.
“I’m talking to you” Sugar replied.
“What!” Rhonda said surprisingly.
“You look like a sick ram so tell me the right you have to insult her like this!” Sugar demanded.
“Sick ram?” Rhonda said.
“What?, Are you gonna beat me?” Sugar replied.
“My boyfriend will make you regret talking to me that way, just wait for it” Rhonda said, hiding the fact that she’s pained.
“Oh you have a boyfriend?, He must look like a bag of bones” Sugar said.
“What!” Rhonda said angrily.
Lovelyn was already laughing and Juliet finally blew up with laughter.
“Next time, try to check yourself out before judging faces, if anyone is ugly here it’s you” Sugar said, wiping his polished nails with a piece of tissue.
Rhonda carried her bag immediately.
“I can’t sit here and allow you to mess with me when you’re not my boss!, I’m leaving!” She said and Sugar li-cked his lolli-pop before talking.
“As you wish, sick ram” he said, adjusting her blouse.
Rhonda left completely.
Lovelyn and Juliet laughed more loudly.
“I hate people like her” Sugar muttered.
“Aww, Mr Sugar” Juliet said cutely, widening her arms to give him a hu-g.
“Get to work!” He snapped and she dropped her arms.
“I love you Sugar” she said, giving him hearts with her fingers.
“And I’m Miss Sugar, goddess of beauty, Miss Sugar!, Not Mr!” He shouted.
“Forgive me Miss Sugar, I won’t do it again” Juliet smiled and started walking to her seat.
“Juliet” he suddenly called.
“Yes Mr Sugar” she replied and he threw his lolli-pop away.
“I’m so sorry” Juliet quickly said.
“Miss Sugar!, Miss su-gar!, It’s Miss Sugar!!!”

Rhonda got out of the company and looked at it again.
“I’m not gonna step in till boss comes back from the hospital” she said and turned to go but a car parked beside her.
The front window winded down and a guy showed up.
She decided to walk away since she doesn’t know who he is but he followed her and she stopped.
“Do I nee-d to call the cops?” She said.
“I’m sorry but you don’t wanna lose a deal worth 50 million dollars right?” He asked and her eyes wide-ned but she quickly acted normal.
“Are you one of the scammers roaming the streets these days?” She glared.
“Come in and let’s talk business, it’s about Juliet Hayes, I know you hate her so…” He said.
She looked around to make sure no one is watching her then she went close to the car.
“What about her?”
“My lady wants her dead, you’re the only person who can help” he replied.
“Am I safe?” She asked.
“I’m for business and if you’re not interested I’ll just leave” he replied and she quickly got in, he drove off.

It was already past 7 when Sugar released Juliet and Lovelyn though they really covered a lot today as Romeo instructed.
The three came out of the company together and Sugar stretched.
“I promise to get you a pack of lolli-pop tommorow Mr Sugar” Juliet said and bit her li-ps for her mistake.
Sugar took off his heels and threw it at her but she avoided it.
Sugar tried to balance back on one heel but he lost it and staggered back, about to fall.
Justus car stopped and he came out and rushed to him.
He quickly held him back and the moment Sugar’s eyes caught Justus own, Sugar smiled.
“I didn’t notice you were as cute as this” he said , blinking severally.
“Always be careful” Justus said and wanted to let him go but he hu-gged him
“Hold me in your arms for a little bit longer, your arms are so warm” he said, resting his face on Justus che-st.
Juliet leaned on the car trunk as she laughed at the drama.
“Mr Sugar” Justus called and Sugar let him go.
“Miss Sugar…ok?, Miss… Sugar, Justus can I be your sunshine?, I can be your moonshine too or starshine, I can be your darkness too…. sorry I mean lightness… and…
“Thanks” Justus cut in and smiled as he walked away from him.
“You’re my everything Justus!, Justus I love you!, Justus!” Sugar screamed after him as Justus entered the car with Juliet.
“He’s a whole mood right?” Juliet laughed.
“Trust me” Justus laughed too, zooming the car to the road.
“So… how was work today” he asked as he drove.
“Mr Sugar is frustrating but I’m getting used to him, oh…I mean her” Juliet laughed.
Justus stopped the car suddenly.
“Why?” Juliet asked.
“Close your eyes” he said.
“You’re not planning to sell me right?” She said and he smiled
She closed her eyes and he inse-rted a pin into her hair.
It’s colour pink with white star designs.
“Open” he said and she did, he mirrored her face with his phone and she gasped, touching it.
“It’s beautiful!”
“I just thought it’ll fit you when I saw it at the mall earlier, and I got it” he said.
Juliet hu-gged him lightly.
“Thanks Justus, the last person I got an hairpin from was my late dad, I love it seriously” she said.
She made to break it but he hu-gged her ti-ght.
“Wait” he said and she stayed still.
He closed his eyes and started stro-king her hair
“I just love being with you, I love it a lot” he said and she smiled.
“Me too, you’re lively” she replied and he broke the hu-g.
“Valentine’s is next month, and Monday is first of next month, so we’re left with few days before Valentine’s day” he said, arranging her hair.
“Why did you say it?” She asked.
“I wanted to ask if you’ll be my… nevermind” he said.
“You won’t tell me?” She pouted .
“I’ll tell you before then” he replied and she smiled.
He drove them to the hospital and they met just Romeo in his ward, he’s sleeping.
Immediately they came in, Justus got a call from his P.A and it’s quiet urgent so he left.
“Please get well soon” Juliet said, moving closer to his bed.
She poked his cheek and smiled.
Yesterday’s hu-g came to her mind and she looked at him again.
“Kid” she smiled, trying to poke his cheek again but he grabbed her hand and her eyes wide-ned.
“What kind of voice is yours?, No matter how de-eply asleep I am, you’ll always wake me up” he said, opening his eyes.
He sat up, still holding her hand.
“I….I’m…sorry” she said.
“For?”
“I don’t know” she replied and he sighed, letting go of her hand.
“Thought you won’t come” he said.
“I’d have come earlier but Mr Sugar was delaying us, so how’s your stitch faring?” She asked.
“Better than yesterday, I can sit up without Gr0-ning” he replied, staring at her.
“Nice hairpin” he said.
“Oh this?, Justus bought it for me” she replied.
“It’s ugly” he said, glaring at the hairpin, he could see Justus face on it, very clearly.
“But you just said it’s nice” Juliet said.
Romeo continued glaring at the pin and Juliet covered it with her palm.
‘Ask her to act as your girlfriend at the get-together’ his mind told him but he declined.
“No” he blurted out.
“What?” She asked.
“Nothing” he replied and her stomach rumbled.
“That was my stomach” she said, holding it.
“You didn’t eat lunch?” He asked and she nodded negatively.
Her stomach rumbled again.
“I’ll find something to eat at the nearby restaurant, I’ll be right back!” She said, running out.
Her hairpin fell but she was too hungry to notice.
Romeo got down from the bed and picked the pin.
“Finally I got you, you don’t deserve to be in her hair” he said and entered the restroom.
He threw it in the toilet and flushed it away.
He came back to the ward and waited for almost twenty minutes but she didn’t come back, he got worried and tried her line.
Her phone rang in her bag.
“Is something wrong?” He wondered
Two minutes later, he changed his clothes and left the hospital.

After buying the packaged meal in the restaurant, Juliet took the package and was heading out after paying when she bumped into someone.
The package landed on the ground and she looked at the person angrily… Rex!
Rhonda is right beside him.
“Whoa!, Look who’s here” he laughed.
“I never knew ugliness could cause blindness too” Rhonda laughed.
Juliet bent down to pick the package but Rex matched it, it poured away.
He bent in front of her with an arrogant smile.
“Girls like you deserve to be locked in your rooms, you don’t deserve to be let out, your ugliness is intimidating” he mocked.
Some men in the restaurant laughed loudly and Juliet felt like crying.
She’s always tough but not when her ugliness is used against her.
“Not like you can be reborn anyways, you’re already ugly, and I don’t think plastic surgery can help you either, pathetic” Rhonda laughed.
The men beside them laughed again and Juliet stood.
She ran out of the restaurant in tears, pas-sing by Romeo at the door.
She was too blinded with tears to see him.
Romeo actually traced her here and he saw everything.
Right now, his anger can successfully cook stones.
The fact that she cried is worse
He dipped his hand into his suit pocket and luckily he found a mask which he put on.
He walked briskly into the restaurant.
By now, Rex and Rhonda are seated.
He got to them and picked a cu-p of alcohol, he poured it on Rex’s head and everyone stared with wonder.
“Who the hell are you!” Rhonda shouted, staring at his masked face.
He slapped her ha-rd and she fell on the ground.
Everyone gasped.
“You stinking motherFu-cking shit!” Rex yelled, punching Romeo’s masked face.
Romeo punched him back immediately, giving him triple.
Rex fell on the chair and Romeo grabbed the bottle of alcohol next to him then boom!
He crashed it on Rex’s head.
