It’s been two days since I dropped Gwen home, yesterday we were giving two weeks break,miss Kathleen had instruct me to keep tutoring Gwen even when there was holiday and I really don’t mind about it,i liked the idea tho . I discovered i think about her evey second of the day,and somewhere de-ep down I didn’t like it, I could feel Jose really like her and this
wasn’t right , I don’t know how or what I really felt but it’s totally wrong, I just want to stop itbut I can’t help the feeling. Signing i brou-ght out my phone and stare at her number, should i call or not ,? Call. Not. Call. Not Call I reluctantly pressed her number and wait
patiently for her to pick up .

I just finished washing and mobbing the bathroom, am so tired , after I finished cooking breakfast, I started cleaning the house to make it clean .
Actually, Susan and aunty has traveled,i don’t know where they went but they do this almost Everytime there’s no school and since it’s a vacation they won’t be back till 2 weeks. She never bother to even take me with them ,
but somewhere am happy that I won’t have to hear there voices in this house for two weeks, it was a freedom for me . I kept mobbing the bathroom,i finished and start cleaning the sitting room , scrubbing the floor since it’s rug we use , I wanted it clean.
My phone started ringing and i rub my hand on my shirt to clean the water before bringing it out of my jeans pocket . I looked into it and it’s Marion , my heart beat suddenly quickening, damn,i just can’t control how badly my heart beat each time I see his name or hears it,i wipe the sweat from my forehead and place the phone on my ear .
“Hello ” I heard his sweet se-xual voice and my heart
melted that instant
“Umm…hi ” I said into the phone making sure not to crack my voice .
“It’s Marion ” he informed I Chuckled.
“Yeah I know it’s you , ” I replied.
“Oh! Well ….I i hope i didn’t disturb you ? He asked sounding nervous.
“Not actually” I replied.
“Oh am so sorry ,
I could call you back if your busy at the moment” he said .
“Oh no …am not am good “I said am happy to hear his voice and what if he doesn’t call later .
“Ok then , umm….I was wondering that …umm…you know we’ll still tutor right even if we have break ? He asked and i was so happy to hear it, he really wants
to tutor me, I thought he won’t anymore since there was break, and this means I could still see him ,
I was thinking that i won’t be able to see him for two weeks before which made me sad but now am so happy. “Sure, yeah ….” I replied.
“Umm, so I was wondering where we could meet , I’d prefer my house but…… ”
“No it’s okay,we can study at my place” I cut him off , he was silent for a while .
“Your place? I thought you said no one is allowed there ? He asked . I shrugged.
“Well …my stepmom and sis ain’t home at the moment, and they won’t be back untill break is over ” I said feeling a bit awkward what If he doesn’t want to come ?
“Oh I see ,” he said the line was quiet for a while before he spoke again
” umm so, if I come it’s not a problem? He asked . “Yeah ” I replied.
“Umm…okay …but ” he hesitated like he wants to say something
” what about Jose, he won’t mind ? He suddenly asked making my eyes widen .
What does he mean by that ?
“Why ? I asked .
“Umm, you know his my friend,i just want to know if it’s cool with him” he said and I could feel a resistance in his voice like he wants to say something and that
instant I knew what he was getting at so I said
the appropriate word.
“His not my boyfriend if that’s what your thinking” I said . I really don’t know why I feel bad that he thinks am dating his friend, for goodness sake is he blind , his the only one I have feelings for and jose is just a friend to me and nothing more .
“Oh am sorry ,I didn’t mean it like that ” he said .
“Yeah it’s nothing, I understand, but just to clear your mind we are just friends”, I reminded him .
“Yeah , okay so umm….do you mind if I add you on FaceTime? He asked and a big smile came across my face .
Marion is really getting closer to me, he wants to see my face like he really wants to be looking at me
when talking.
“Umm yeah sure that’s great ” I said . ,
“Alright then, I’d talk to you later tonight”,he said and i blus-h .
“Alright , bye ” I whispered the bye and hanged up,i stare at my phone for a while and placed it on my chest ,am so happy I can’t contain my joy .

I brou-ght the phone down from my ear and stare at it , somewhere in my heart am so happy that I found out she and Jose are just friends, but why does it border me? Jose had said he will confess his feelings to her and ask her to be his girlfriend, but I really don’t like
the sound of that , I feel so sad hearing it God.
I gro-aned, I don’t know why I don’t like the fact that his trying to court her or he is already, what’s gonna happen,i thought she likes me or has she stopped and now likes Jose ? What if she likes Jose and she accepts to date him ? Damn fu-ck my life , I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I don’t like how I’ve been thinking about her lately, this isn’t a good sign and I want to stop this feelings before it gets out of hand .
I picked my jacket and head out of the house after kis-sing my mom’s cheek , am actually going for sport ,
and I will be back late since I’d go for kickboxing after that . Getting into my car I zoomed out of my father’s property ,I arrive at the stadium once I parked I saw Jose and Andrew waiting by their car I got down from
my car and walked towards them as they smirked at me .
“The wild heir ” Andrew winked me .
“F¥ck you ” I told him as we handshake.
” So are you ready to hit some shit? Jose asked and i smirked . ,
“Of course” I replied as Jeremiah magomero appeared he should be probably be around his 30ties, his one of the racer’s too.
“Hay boys, finally arrived” he winked at us .
“Jeremy , I’d take the fourth role today ” Jose said as i and Andrew looked at him . ,
“Why the fourth role isn’t that too far ? I asked .
“Gosh it’s been long I did this sh¥t ” he said and we
Chuckled,jose isn’t the best when it comes to car racing,
I was one of the best and Andrew was second best while him is maybe third .
“No problem Joseph I will do that ” Jeremy said nodding at him , if your wondering that’s Jose full name it’s Joseph .
“So what about you two monkeys? He asked.
“I’d take the third role ” Andrew said .
“I’d take the second role since I still need to be somewhere” I said he nodded and left us preparing our names on the roles we’ve chosen .
Soon the race begin and the first set went , we watch as they race who to reach the finish line first , at the end Clark Peterson won one of the best car racer aside
me , it was set two and I shoke my friends before getting into my sport car . I set my car on gear and we started racing, my full concentration was on the Road as I speed more, the red car behind me is trying to over
take me, at a point it try to distract me, I try to see who was in the car and I used my rail mirror but couldn’t get a clue , I press the accelerator and speed more as my speed Dail went faster , that red car suddenly appeared beside me and once I glanced at it my eyes caught a familiar face , it was Harris my
enemy how can I forget , his one of the best racer’s too,eveything in school was a competition for him, he was jealous of me and I could still remember his victory smile the day I caught my ex Ava and him kis-sing in the
janitor’s closet .
The memory made me so mad, his a fu-ckin a-sshole I saw him smirked at me and speed up, but I don’t give up maybe he doesn’t know me too well , I speed up too I
concentrated on the road. The finish line was drawing nearer and nearer and Harris and i are fighting who will reach there first , I speed up more gripping my steering wheel tightly putting my full attention on the road and there . It’s close . Close Closeeee. Closerrrrr And clossserrrr And I won , I smiled as I stop my car , it was announced I first , then Harris was the second I smirked at him throu-ghthe mirror and he looked so upset .
I soon met with my friends they congratulated me . “I
can’t believe am next ” Andrew said and Jose and I smirked .
“No sh¥t Sherlock” Jose said earning a playful punch from Andrew .
“Sorry bro , I got to go for kickboxing now, but make
sure to give me the news’ I said handshaking them. “Sure ” they said and i left .
I need to go for kickboxing before I call Gwen, signing i got into my car and speed off , and her beautiful face with a big smile suddenly flash in-between my eyes that instant. Damn me.
