Lovely could be seen leaning on the elevator wall with eyes closed.
He could see flash of Kapella’s image walking out on him.
The elevator made a ‘ding’ sound as it c@m£ to st©p and the door opened.
Three men in black suit could be seen standing in front of the elevator as he stepped out.
“I suppose you ain’t here for me”. He said as he made to walk past them but they blocked him way.
“Mrs. Arrowood requests your pres£nce”. One of the men said.
“Tell her, I’m not in the mood to honour a request”. He said as he made to go to the left but they blocked
“Don’t make this ha-rd step aside”. He warned.
“We’ve been asked to use lethal f0rç£ or whatever means to bring you”. He said.
“Seriously?”. Lovely said as he bit his lower l!pand with one swift speed kicked the man on the crotch.
He gr@bb£d the other swiftly and pushed him to the wall.
The third gr@bb£d him from behind but he hits his mouth with with head and pu-ll-ed off the hand.
The second man took it was an opportunity to punch him but he dodged it and gr@bb£d the man’s hand from behind.
That was when he saw armed people in black running toward the scene.
“$h!t!”. He cursed as he used the man as shield walking back to the elevator.
The men fired tranquilizer pins but it caught the man Lovely used as shield.
He bec@m£ unconscious which made his mas-s heavier.
Lovely hits a bu-tton on call box with his foot and let go of the b©dy as he dived to the elevator.
He somersaults to the left quic-kly as pins hits the wall.
The doors closed up and the elevator descend.
“He’s headed for the first floor”. He could hear a voice from above.
Men in black could be seen waiting in front of the elevator as they pointed their guns forward.
It made a ‘ding’ sound as it opened up but Lovely was not in.
“Candy is not in elevator, I repeat, he’s not in the elevator”. One of the men roared into his telecom earpiece.
Lovely could be seen running down the stairs.
He jumped forward kicking the man that ran up the stairs.
He turned to the left hallway and took off.
He stood abruptly as he saw a group of women in black headed that way.
He dashed into the Cafeteria and closed the door behind him.
All the students in fixed their gaze on him as a young girl walked up to him.
“Are you alright? You look distressed”. She said.
“Just mind your business and return to your damn meal”. He said and turned to the door as he peeped out watching the women in black walk past the Cafeteria.
That was when a realization hits him, the girl looked familiar.
He turned back slowly and there she was pointing a gun at his face.
“You love giving us ha-rd time, Candy”. She said and fired a pin into his throat.
He dropped to his knees and then unconscious to the ground.
“I found him, get me a stretcher and get the vehicle re-ady”. He said into her telecom earpiece as she took off her Jacket and threw it to a student.
“Thanks For the wear “. She said and carried unconscious Candy on her shoulder.
She walked out of the Cafeteria and down the hallway where she met two agents with a stretcher.
She placed Candy on the stretcher and they carried him away.
” What about the rest? “. She asked as a man approached her.
“They complied as always”.
“Good, let’s move”.
They all marched out as the students gave way staring at them.
“Oh my God, what did you do to him?”. Ashley said as they dropped the stretcher.
“Brother is having is nap as usual, can we move now?”. Diaz asked.
Kapella could be seen running down the hallway speedily she broke throu-gh the crowd and walked out of the building to see the SUVs driving out of the compound speedily.
“Oh my God!”. She exclaimed and raced back into the school.
She almost bu-mped into Cindy who was walking out of the clinic.
“Hey hey what’s going on, why is there noise all over the building?”. Cindy asked.

“What happened? Did Diaz throw him into a pool again?”.
“No, some people were said to have kidnapped him, the talk is all over the school, they were heavily armed”. Kapella said.

He gro-an ed loudly as he pu-ll-ed himself up gr-abbing the knot around his n£¢k but his w@!st ached badly and he let go.

She took the knife on the table and threw it cutting the suspended rope.

“Here we go again, can’t we just get something like Ashley and Dahlia’s ear ring that repels the charm in a Mermaid’s voice”. Finn said.

They picked the cotton bud and di-pped it into the honey rolling it.

Men and women armed with harpoons could be seen standing on structure around the big river.
Some other had a drawn bow and some had guns.
A Hyundai SUV drove speedily to the shore and c@m£ to halt creating an atmosphere of dust around it.
The doors pu-ll-ed open and the Arrowood got down.
Ashley had a bow with a sheath filled with arrows behind her.
Finn had an M4A1 hung over him and Diaz had a stun Gun and a desert eagle in his holster.
Lovely appears to have no weapon as he got down from the vehicle with Mrs. Arrowood who wore her eye patch.
“Mom the blueprint of the river”. Lovely said as they moved toward the armed men.
“Someone is getting it”. She replied.
He climbe-d up the ladder to the t©p most p@rt of the building where a woman was viewing the river with her sniper rifle mounted on the roof.
“Excuse me”. He said and she drift back.
He squat low and looked throu-gh the scope.
“This is not a UV scope”. He said as he turned back to her.
“Yes. That one over there has a UV scope”. She said pointing to the other sniper rifle on the roof.
He moved to it and looked in throu-gh the scope.
He could see the little creatures in the river but not big enough to be mermaids.
“UV does not have them in sight, they must have gone de-ep into the river “. Lovely spoke into his Walkie Talkie device and retreat it.
“Then luring them above is the best sh0t”. He heard Ashley’s voice and he turned back to see her.
“s£nd the divers in, use them as bait”. Ashley spoke into her Walkie Talkie and retreat.
“This doesn’t change anything between us”. He said.
“I don’t care, you heard Mom loud and clear”. She said and he nodded.
Divers could be seen di-ving into the waters and Lovely returned to viewing the river with the Sniper rifle.
He could see the divers in ultraviolet colour as they swam in when suddenly some creatures with fins like them appeared from de-ep down gr-abbing them.
Lovely aimed one with his sniper and fired her in the arm causing the rest to flee toward one direction.
“The blueprint”. Diaz said as he climbe-d up the ladder.
He placed it on the ground and they gathered around it.
“There’s a tunnel, over there”. Finn said marking it with he pencil.
Lovely rushed to the sniper rifle again and looked throu-gh it.
He could see the divers headed for same direction as well.
“Where does the tunnel leads?”. He asked.
Ashley collects the pencil from Finn and trailed the tunnel down to an intersection.
“It connects to sewer that bur-st out in Fion Factory “. Ashley said.
“They’re escaping throu-gh the tunnel “. Lovely said.

They hurried down the ladder and almost bu-mped into Mrs. Arrowood.
” The divers s£nt a message, the mermaids are headed for the surface of the waters at the north side “. She said.
” It’s not the surface mother, it’s a tunnel that’s close to the surface, we know were it’s bur-sting, Diaz you drive”. Lovely said as they moved toward the SUV.
They all got in and he reversed the vehicle before driving off speedily.
They got down from the vehicle and raced into the factory.
They all paused seeing the open sewer and men armed with spanners waiting for them.
“They’ve been charmed”. Lovely said as one of the men raced at them, Ashley re-leases the arrow in her bow into his l@p and he dropped out.
The rest roared as they raced at them.
“C’mon they’re decoys”. Diaz said and they ran back to the vehicle.
They got in as the men threw the spanner at them.
He starts the ignition and drove off.
“They transformed into mermaids so coming out right now they’re n-ked”. Lovely said.
“That means they’re close by”. Finn said.
“Exactly… Tell mom to s£nd the agents into building around”. Diaz said.

“Hunting”. He replied.
The streets was Fion was busy as usual.
With people buying tickets into theatre and museum as vehicles drove by.

The market was filled with a lot of people as they bought.

Then he saw this girl ba-refoot covered in a coat in front of a market stall.

She flin-ched and he turned to her.
“Um is all well”. He asked and she nodded.
“You looked scared, are you lost?”. He asked.

“My hands nothing except probably salt, I work for a salt manufacturing company down the street”. He said and she exhaled.
“Is everything well?”. He asked and she nodded.

“Someone wants to capture me”. She said.

“Yes”.

Diaz appeared behind and plugged the Stun Gun into her back pressing the trigger.
A stun gun works by attacking the nervous system, delivering high-voltage electricity to a b©dy.
She screamed as the electric shock caused her to shake vigorously.
He pu-ll-ed it and she stood immobilized.
“You lied”. She whispered and dropped unconscious to the ground.
“What have you done I had her!”. Lovely roared.
“Or you were flir-ting with a mermaid, five minutes Lovely for something that can be executed in less than twenty seconds”. Diaz said.

The pas-s£nger’s door pu-ll-ed open revea-ling Finn.
“Bring her in”.
“What are you doing?”. The Women who sold ice-cream screamed.
“Call the cops and don’t forget to them, The Arrowood”. Diaz said and dragged the girl’s b©dy up.
Finn took the b©dy from him and dragged it in.
“That girl was innocent”. Lovely said.
“Now I hate the fact that you work with us”. Diaz said.
“I saw it in her eyes, she wanted a life, she was innocent”. He said and Diaz placed a phone on his hand.
He stared a the screen and could see a moving dot on the map.
“I stabbe-d one but she escaped, the dagger has a tracker, follow it and don’t flop because I’m calling Mom right away to inform her that emotion had taken over her dear son again”. Diaz said and got in.
“Drive Ash”.

Kapella could be seen putting some dress into a trolley when her br@celet began to glow brightly.
“What’s happening? Am not provoking it”. She said looking around.
“Help!”. She heard a soft voice in her head.
She quic-kly took off the br@celet and exhaled.
She could feel a pres£nce around and could feel the distress.
“plea-se help me, I can feel you and I know you can hear me”. She could hear the voice in her head.
“What’s happening to me?”. She asked looking around.
“Your left, I’m there”. The voice in her head said again.
Kapella turned to the left and it was the fire exit.
She let go of her trolley and head for the door.
She pushed it open and entered as she climb up the stairs slowly.
She turned to the left and continued climbing as it c@m£ closer.
She g@sped as she saw a woman bleeding from the stomach with a knife stuck in.
The staircase was literally filled with dripping blood.
“Oh my God I nee-d to call the ambulance”. She said as she wore her br@celet.
“No don’t, I’m a Mermaid”. She said.

“I know you’re one, that’s why you heard me”. She said and paused.
“Someone is coming, you hear the steps”. She said.
Kapella’s rose to her feet slowly and moved for the exit door.
She pushed it open and stepped out.
A hand gr@bb£d her n£¢k almost pushing her off the outside stairs of the fire exit.
It was Lovely.
He gr@bb£d the Stun gun behind him but paused seeing her face.

He slowly let go of her n£¢k as she stared blankly at him.
“What are you doing here?”. He asked.
“Um.. I heard you were taken are you alright? What are you doing here?”. She asked placing her hand on his shoulder.
“Running from my mother’s people again Um sorry I gr@bb£d your n£¢k, I thought you were just one waiting for me”. He said as he slowly re-leased his grip on the Stun gun.
“Adrenaline”. She said and he smiled.
“Yeah adrenaline”.
“Well i c@m£ to get some dress and nee-ded some air, she said walking down the stairs that prompt him to follow.
” That’s nice, I could come get you more if you… “.
” No, not at all all, just nee-d a few, Mr. X would want to turn my room to a boutique so I didn’t really mean to say no”. She said as they got down from the stairs.
He laughed and he tapped his l@p.

Kapella slowly closed the door and turned to where the woman was but she was no longer there.
” Hello! “. She said taking off her br@celet but there was no response.
She didn’t feel the pres£nce again.
Kapella ran down the stairs to the Boutique and exhaled as she puts on the br@celet.
Lovely could be seen running speedily as he kept glancing at the phone’s screen.
He somersaults over a moving vehicle and the driver hits the horn angrily.
He was getting closer to the dot as he pu-ll-ed the stun gun behind him.
He raced into the building but it was empty.
That was when he saw the bloody knife on the ground.
She roared angrily as he punched the wall.
She must have taken the opportunity to escape while he was with Kapella.

Steve walked sluggishly toward the door as the bell rang loudly.
He unlocked it and opened revea-ling Kapella.

A yellow Cab halt in front of Cindy’s home and Kapella got down.
It was morning but with a t©uçh of darkness as it was 5am.
Kapella knocked on the door and waited but there was no response.
