“Mother!” Jimin and Suzy exclaimed, rushing out from their seats
Everyone g@sped in shock, queen Rachel has done it again
Sera closed her eyes so the wine won’t pene-trate, Rachel laughed derisively and Kimora is shaking visibly alre-ady
“Why did you do that?, How can you pour that on her face” Jimin said, facing Rachel
” Oh , want wine on your face too?” Rachel replied
” Devils don’t change, you’re still the same queen Rachel, and if you continue like this, you’re gonna end up losing everything” Jimin said seriously
” What!” Rachel said, surprised that he’s talking back at her
The Jimin she knows will tremble when she talks and is always full of fear for her but now he’s talking back at her, it got her surprised
“I mean… everything that’s precious to you” Jimin said
Suzy took Sera away while some maids including Kimora trailed after her
“How dare you talk to my mother that way” Cal said, appearing behind Rachel
” Oh, Cal” Jimin smiled shortly
“Don’t you dare call my name” Cal replied coldly
” It’s not a good experience to have your name on myl-ips but what can I do” Jimin replied
Cal stepped closer and sm-irked
” Let’s stay away from each other, that’s the only way to avoid problems” he said and started walking away
“Cal Jung…..you should stay away from me too, you nee-d that warning more than I do” Jimin said and Cal stĀ©pped
About eight guards rushed into the hall immediately
“His majesty ordered for you to come to his chamber right now your highness” one of them said, bowing in front of Rachel
She sighed and walked out of the hall
Jimin and Cal gave each other ha-rd stares before Jimin left first
“Beginning of many dramas, I can’t wait’ br@yden said and Janis hit him
“Ouch!”
“You think it’s a good thing for the palace to be full of troubles everyday?’ Janis said
“Whatever”

King’s chamber**
“Your majesty” queen Rachel bowed when she got there
“I warned you not to attend the p@rty, but you did and ruined everything, you poured wine on Sera’s face do you even have ears!” King Jung Mal yelled angrily
” Your majesty, I was re-ady to go there and sit gently then merry with them but I got there and Sera talked shabbily to me, I got angry and….
“Shut up!” King Jung interrupted and she went mute
“You just disobeyed the royal decree and for that, you’re receiving your punishment here and now”
” Your majesty…”
” You’re getting locked in your room for three days and when you get re-leased after three days, you won’t be allowed to attend the king’s festival with me” King Jung Mal said and Rachel’s eyes wi-de-ned as guards c@mĀ£ in and held her, they started taking her out
” No your majesty, you can’t do that to me I’m your wife how can you place a concubine over me!, King Jung Mal!, It’s unfair!, I’m the one getting cheated…”
” Father you can’t do this” Cal said, entering immediately and pushing the guards away from Rachel
King Jung stood from the throne and hit his hand on the table ha-rd
“You dare disobey my orders?” He said, breathing heavily in anger
Cal went on his knees immediately
“I beg your pardon father” he bowed
“Take her away for the lock up, if she comes out before the three days, I’ll personally behead you guards” King Jung said and Rachel was taken away
King Jung breath ha-rd and sat
“Your majesty” a guard said by the door
“I’m all ears”
” The rice supply did not get to the farmers, the drou-ght is much and people are dying of hunger, that’s the report that’s just coming in from minister Joo”
” What! ” King Jung said

” I’m ok” Sera said after the wine has been washed off her face
” Are you sure?, Mother…” Suzy said worriedly
“Yes daughter, you don’t nee-d to worry, I nee-d to go see his majesty” she replied and left the room
Suzy faced the maids and frowned, concentrating more on Kimora
“Kimora” she said and Kimora bowed
“Your highness!’
” You made a deal with queen Rachel right?, To bring in the wine so it’ll be poured on my mother’s face” Suzy said”
“No it’s not like that princess, I’m completely innocent I know nothing about it, she just snatched it from the tray and…”
” Everyone vacate this room except her” Suzy interrupted
” Your highness she’s de-eply sorry, have mercy” Tania begged, going on her knees
Headmaid is not around though
“Want to get beaten too?, Get out!” Suzy snapped and Tania left the room trembling
“ba-re your legs” Suzy said to Kimora and she pu-ll-ed up her robe, revea-ling her legs
Suzy sat and got wh!pping sticks from a drawer, she started wh!pping her ba-re legs with the wh!ps ha-rd ly, leaving red marks on her legs
“I’m so sorry it wasn’t my fault, I know nothing about it” Kimora begged as Suzy continued wh!pping her legs
” Another word from you I’m gonna str!p you n-ked and order the guards to lash you” Suzy said and Kimora went mute, taking the painful wh!ps and bending slightly at each stro-ke
“Suzy are you in?” Jimin’s voice said by the door
“Jimin oppa” Suzy replied and Jimin c@mĀ£ in

He was cut short when he saw Kimora in front of Suzy with ba-re red legs and wh!ps with Suzy
“Don’t tell me you did this to her legs” Jimin said
“I did, queen Rachel took the wine from her so…” Suzy said
” So it means what!, Suzy how could you..” Jimin said
“I just hate her!” Suzy replied loudly
“Cover up” Jimin said to Kimora and she let down her robe, her legs hurts
“Are you ok?” Jimin asked
“Yes your highness” she bowed
“Leave” Jimin replied and she left the room immediately
“Why?…do you hate her” Jimin asked
“She’s too beautiful for my liking” Suzy replied
” Jealous of her beauty?” Jimin said
“I never said I’m jealous”
” Then what’s the meaning of this?, Why is everyone getting worse?, I thought you’d have changed” Jimin said, slightly angry
Suzy stood, noticing his mood
” Oppa…
” I’m disappointed” Jimin said, cutting her off and leaving the room
Suzy threw the wh!pping sticks angrily and it scattered round all the room
“Eish!, Kimora!!!”

Maids chamber**
“Prince Jimin saved you?’ Tania asked after Kimora narrated the story
“Yes, if not for him I’d have lost my legs alre-ady” she smiled, ru-bbing her legs, she applied an herbal ointment on it alre-ady and it’s back to normal though she’s still feeling little pains
“You’re smiling too much since you c@mĀ£ back, are you that very happy that he saved you?, He’s handsome right?” Tania said, shifting closer to Kimora
Kimora pushed her away slightly and stood from the be-d
“StĀ©p bothering me I nee-d to go pick herbs” she said and took her basket and small hoe, she left the room
“Cutie… let’s go together!!!” Tania ran after her.

Jimin got back to his room and smiled at the cleanliness, just the way he wants it to be
He walked around it and stayed by the window, staring out to the palace environment
Four years ago when he left for France, … Cal was wicked and Rachel behaves like a devil, Suzy is always behaving like a devil’s advocate, he c@mĀ£ back with the hope that they’d have all changed but they all got worse instead
He sighed softly. “I hope I’ll be able to cope”
He sighted Kimora leaving the palace with another maid
“Her legs were red and looks hurtful just now, is she ok?” He wondered
” Your highness!” Cory said by the door and Jimin left the window
“Cory?’ he said and Cory c@mĀ£ in
” Your welcoming p@rty was one of a kind your highness” Cory said
” When we’re together like this, address me as Jimin” Jimin said and Cory smiled
The four years he spent in France was spent with him so to Jimin, he’s more than a guard, he sees him as a friend
“I’m still trying to get used to it, you know… calling you Jimin when it’s only the two of us and then switching to address you as your highness when we’re out” Cory replied
” Get used to it fast” Jimin said
“Yes Jimin” Cory said and Jimin smiled
“You just beheld my royal family, you’ll get to see a lot of dramas soon, don’t get tired, this palace has always been full of troubles” Jimin said
” I can smell it alre-ady, but what about you?’ Cory asked
” Me?”
” Aren’t you gonna get married?” Cory asked and Jimin laughed
“You’re so funny…well I plan to get married anytime his majesty wants me to, I’ll marry any girl he chooses, I can’t stress my heart with falling in love, that thing is too stressful” Jimin said
” So you’ll marry anyone his majesty chooses even if you don’t love her” Cory said
” I alre-ady said falling in love is like stress to my heart and….
“You’re not re-ady to stress your heart” Cory replied, finishing the sĀ£ntence for him
” That’s it” Jimin replied
“What if your heart wants stress?”
” I’ll have to tame it then…let’s go to my flower garden I’ve missed those flowers so much, after that we can go into the streets and enjoy the beautiful view” Jimin said…

” Seems he c@mĀ£ home more s-en-sible” Cal said, drinking from his bottle of wine directly
“More br@ve too” Darrin replied bin front of him
“But he can’t be completely ok, you know what I mean” Cal replied
” His narcolepsy?, It seems like it’s gone, maybe some doctor treated it in France” Darrin replied
” It’s not as easy as you think, follow him around secretly and watch his steps, tell me every move he makes, I nee-d to know if he’s still narcoleptic though that’s not his only weakness, his allergy to rainwater is another” Cal said
” What happens to him when he comes in contact with rainwater your highness?” Darrin asked
” Don’t pry if you don’t want your head to roll at my feet, follow him secretly like I said and report every move he makes to me” Cal replied and Darrin bowed
” Yes your highness” he said and left the room

Miryang forest**
” What leaf is this?” Tania asked, plucking a leaf from its tree
” That’s bawang leaf, where’s the tree let’s pluck more” Kimora replied and Tania pointed at it
Kimora started plucking as many as she wants
“What’s it used for?” Tania asked
“It can cure toothache and hypertension” Kimora replied, plucking another leaf
” What’s the name of that and what’s its uses?” Tania asked
Hierba, used to cure headache and stomachache” Kimora replied
” I have a lot to learn from you, you know so much about herbal leaves, who taught you?” Tania asked
” No one, I just grew up with the knowledge” she replied and Tania laughed
“Is that even possible?, Even a painter will have a master, wait!…who taught you how to paint drawings too?” Tania asked
” No one, I grew up with the knowledge too, Ginelle also wonders why I know so much without learning” Kimora replied
” She should be, you’re awesome…by the way, I heard prince Jimin is narcoleptic, what’s narcolepsy?” Tania replied
” Narcolepsy?, It’s an illness which makes you sleep anywhere, anytime abnormally, people with narcolepsy can even fall asleep in the market place, they have no control over their sleep, it’s bad” Kimora said and Tania’s eyes wi-de-ned when she saw a snake just beneath kimora’s leg
“Don’t step on it!, A snake!, You’re about to step on a black snake!” She screamed but Kimora has alre-ady stepped on it
Tania eyes is still wi-dening as she watched Kimora raising her leg from the snake
“The foolish snake bit me” Kimora said, her ankle is bleeding slightly as a result of the snake bite alre-ady and immediately the blood dr!ppĀ£don the snake, it got burnt till it bec@mĀ£ ashes right in front of their eyes
Tania screamed loudly
“What?, It’s normal” Kimora said, walking away with the wounded leg
“Did you just say normal?, Kimora the snake just got burnt when your blood tĀ©uƧhed it, and besides, you don’t feel pains?” Tania said
“I nee-d to deliver a painting to the smith down the market, I’ll get to see Ginelle too” Kimora replied, avoiding her question
” I’ll go back to the palace, see you later” Tania replied and Kimora smiled before p@rting ways with her.

Miryang palace, Jimin’s garden**
” It’s beautiful here isn’t it?” Jimin said, entering with Cory
” The best sight ever” Cory replied, inhaling the sweet smelling scent of the beautiful flowers
“Inhaling the scent means a lot, I’m always happy while doing that, I’m in love with flowers” Jimin said , closing his eyes and allowing himself to get drowned in the beauty
“Oppa!” Royalty’s said, just coming in
“Royal love!” Jimin exclaimed, opening his eyes as she flew into his arms
“Where have you been since I arrived” he replied, breaking it
” I wanted to avoid Suzy’s trouble, she told me to stay away from her brother” Royalty replied sadly
Jimin smiled and tĀ©uƧhed her shoulders
“I’m here now, talk to me anytime, we’re still the best buddies right?, You’ve grown so beautiful” Jimin replied
” You’re too handsome right now, I won’t think twice if I was told to marry you” Royalty replied and Jimin laughed
” I missed you” he said
“Me too” she replied and they hvgged again
Cory coughed and Jimin faced him
“Here’s Cory, my personal guard, more like a friend” Jimin introduced and Royalty’s eyes bec@mĀ£ bigger immediately she saw him
He’s breathtaking!
“Oh….nice to meet you” she smiled awkwardly
“Same here your highness” Cory bowed
” We’re going into the town right now, I’ll see you at night” Jimin said and Royalty smiled as they left
” Cory?, Cory… yeah, the name is Cory” she said to herself.

Town of Miryang**
“I love this painting” Smith said, admiring the painting Kimora c@mĀ£ to deliver
“I’m glad you love it” she smiled
“You drew me just like I am” he said, still admiring it
” My… money” Kimora said
” Come back for it tomorrow” the Smith replied
” No…we agreed that once I’m done with it and give it to you, I’ll collect my money” she replied
” And I said I don’t have the money today!” He yelled, pushing her away, hurting her wrist
” Ouch!, Then give me the painting, I’ll come with it tomorrow and take the money before giving it to you” she said, standing up
” And now you crossed the line, no money for you, leave!” The Smith replied and entered the shop
” What do I do?” Kimora said to herself
“Isn’t that Kimora?” A voice said behind and she looked back to see Ginelle, Ginelle is her elder sis whose work is unknown
“Ginelle, I was still thinking of coming to see you” she said gladly
” What are you doing in front of this filthy man’s shop?” Ginelle asked
“I painted his drawing for him but he refused to pay” Kimora replied
” What! That thief” Ginelle said, gr-abbing a broomstick
*No Ginelle, don’t cause trouble” Kimora said
” He’ll only come back to his s-en-ses if I teach him something unforgettable” Ginelle replied and opened the shop with her leg
” You wench!, What are you doing here!” Smith said
“I’m here to teach you good manners you idiot” Ginelle replied and hit him countless times with the broomstick while he kept shouting till he was able to run out of the shop
Ginelle ran after him with the broomstick while Kimora ran behind..

Jimin walked the town in sadness with Cory, Cory suggested they take a palanquin but he declined, saying he wants to trek though they both used mask which covered half of their face so no one knows he’s the prince right now
“People are suffering” he muttered, looking at the poor people around, some are sitting beside the narrow roads, begging for alms
Jimin closed his eyes and stĀ©pped
“Why is father not doing anything?, Mother said it has been a month since rain fell, the drou-ght is affecting everyone” Jimin said
” Jimin we nee-d to go back right away, it’s not right to trek like this” Cory said
” Are you afraid that my narcolepsy might come again?” Jimin said and Cory is about to reply when a man ran past them and a lady gr@bbĀ£d him from behind, she made him fall and started beating him with a broomstick
“I’ll give her the money!, I’ll give her the money stĀ©p!” The man kept screaming and a large crowd formed around
“Thief!, How dare you try to cheat my sister you ugly moron!” Ginelle screamed, still beating him
“What the hell” Jimin said shockingly
The crowd are laughing at the scene
“Ginelle it’s ok” Kimora said, running into the circle, breathing heavily as a result of the running, she’s standing beside Jimin
Jimin looked at her and blinked. “The maid” he said inwardly
“I’ll give the money” the Smith said, red marks from the broom is all-over his bĀ©dy
He di-pped his hand into his pocket and brou-ght out a pack which he threw at Kimora
Kimora caught it to her che-st and checked the coins
“Complete” she said
Ginelle pu-ll-ed the man up by his robe
“Next time you try to swindle, try it on another person” Ginelle said and re-leased him, he ran off
“Gomawo eonni (thanks sis)” Kimora smiled and Jimin looked at her again
Jimin immediately started feeling drowsy and his lashes started hvgging each other
Everything started becoming blurry and he lost control
Sleep took over his system and he fell directly on Kimora who’s beside him
