Victoria went to see her godmother. She throw the little bottle to her.
“You liar!!!” She yelled at her
“Victoria what’s this nonsense?”
“How could you……how could you do this….you took Kai away from me…..” Victoria cried.
“You foolish girl…..did I kill Kai?, It’s not my fault that Kai is dead….now we’ll have a change of plans!” She said
“No…..am su-ck and tired of your dirty trick….Kai is dead and I have nothing to lose!” Victoria yelled.
“I own you Victoria and you’ll do as I say!!!!” She said
“Bring Kai back to me…..bring him back……” Victoria started crying.
“Get yourself together Victoria….he’s gone and there is nothing I can do!!!” She yelled.
Nina was too stubborn….if she should go into the fire realm she might not come back alive. Baron warned her but she refused. Master was now with them as they made there plans.
Moo and master turned into huge men. They look like peddlers. They tired my hands and that of Eva and Ella. We dressed in rag looking like slaves.
We head towards the gate.
“Halt!!!” A gate guard yelled. I look up at his face and shivered in fear. He was the most disgusting creature I’ve ever seen. He had a dragon head… infact he was a complete dragon….but more like in human form…he has a tail and legs like a dragon. “What’s you have?” He asked
“Beautiful girls….I want to sell them” Baron said. The dragon moved close to me and li-ck my cheeks with his burning tongue.
“Hehehe…..master will love this one.. .it looks special…go on in” he said.
Mission one was successful we have successfully entered the fire realm. Now it’s finding Kai.
“Nina…..” I heard my name it was Kai…
“Am hearing his voice…This way!” I lead them until we got to a dead end.
“It’s a dead end…..” Eva said…..
“Nina……Nina….!!” It become louder.
“It’s not a dead end….is a secret pa-ssage” master said and successfully opened the door.
I hold the necklace and took a de-ep breath and entered the tunnel.
We finally say him. His hands were chained upwards….his h
Legs were chained too…..his chest was exposed as blood filled his body. Tears filled my eyes.
“His someone’s coming!” Master said and we quickly hid.
A handsome young man and two dragon like humans were behind him.
“Kai…..look at you…the mighty ice prince…..hahaha……” He mocked. Kai raised his head and looked at him. His face was brutally disfigured and covered in blood.
“Give me the Wizards necklace!!!” He yelled again but Kai shake his head “N..N..e..very!!” He whispered.
“Tire him open” the man said. The two guards nodded and stab Kai with their swords. I covered my mouth in tears and bran quickly hug-ged me and turned my eyes way.
After torturing him they left.
Baron and the others quickly released the chains. I ran to Kai.
“Kai…Kai can you hear me?” I cried…he has lost so much blood “please Kai…..”
“Nina…..” Me gently opened his eyes. I removed the necklace from my neck and wore it on him. Immediately his wounds began to heal…..he was completely heal.
“Kai we have to get out of here” i said
“Why are you here Nina…..you never should have been here……!!!!!” He said coldly.
“We don’t have much time…let’s go” master said and Kai used a spell so we can all disappear.
We appeared on our camp. “Are you all crazy?!!!” He yelled
“Kai….all we did was try……”
“Did I tell you I needed help? Nina hiw could you be so stupid….I never asked for you to save me….
I had a plan but now you e ruined it……!!!” He yelled tears filled my eyes…tears of disappointment…..tears of pain.
“You’re cold Kai….” I could only say and ran away…Eva ran after Nina.
“Kai how could you be so selfish……you arrogant ungrateful beast!” Baron cursed him in anger.
,”What did you just say!!!” Kai yelled
“Yes you heard me Kai….. Everyone believe you dead….
your dead body is even at the palace but only Nina believe you were still alive…. Nina suffered because of you…. everyone maltreated get because she kept saying you’re alive….she struggles to find you……she barely eat anything for almost a week or two now…. and you’re just going to act like this?” Baron walk away in anger.
“Am disappointed in you Kai……so much!” Master said…………..

Kai felt really bad when he heard what Baron said. “Baron what do you mean?, Who dare maltreat Nina?” Kais eyes darkened.
“Oh now you want to ask?……, Nina suffered alot because of you… everyone in the place thinks she’s the cause of your death…..”
“What?!” Kai yelled.
I sat by the stream. I couldn’t stop crying. I look at the little bottle the shimmer gave me.
“Oh…..Nina you’re such a big fool…..I was so stupid….so stupid……I…I could have just leave……just not care…..he’s a monster….Kai…you’re so heartless!!!” I cursed in frustration.
Kai was at the back watching her….. Hearing her say those words hurts him.
Kai walked to her and sat a bit far from her.
“You know a story about this stream?” I heard his voice and quickly cleaned my eyes and look away from him. “There was a mermaid who fell in love with a heartless human. Their love grew stronger. One day the heartless human noticed people found out about the mermaid, he had to protect her and to do that he had to give up his love for her. He got married to another woman, when the news got to the mermaid..she was heart broken…..she cried here in this forest for.days….
for months and for years until.her tears formed a river de-ep. She entered the river and never showed herself again” he said. “Nina….you’re in danger….am sorry I was harsh earlier…..I just want to protect you” he was now close to.me.
“I risked everything for.you” i said trying to hold back my tears….I wasn’t ready to cry in front of me.
“Am sorry Nina….you’re too good for.me” he said and cup my cheeks. “You can cry….go on….” He said and my eyes filled with tears.
I hit his hands away from my face.
“Go away Kai….but I don’t regret ever coming to save you……if you didn’t want me to come why do you keep calling my name…..”
“Because I missed you…even though I know I couldn’t see you but I just wanted to call out your name” he cut in.
He said and I looked at him again. “Nina…..am the heartless man but Nina now you’re my heart….if anything happens to.you…..i won’t be able to bare…….”
He said and tears filled my face even more. “Don’t cry….I hate it so.much” he said and pushed me into the stream.
“Aaahhh…..Kai….I…I can’t swim” i yelled and he jumped into with him. His hands hold my wa-istand lift me up. I laughed. He looked de-ep into my eyes and press his li-ps against mine. We kis-s with so much pa-ssion. I kis-sed him with all my might…..we finally broke the kis-s pan-ting.
“Don’t ever live me again… please Kai” i whispered.
“Nina….i have to go back to the fire realm” he said softly.
“No!” I yelled “they’ll kill you”
He chuckled “they can’t kill me…..”
I became silent again.
“Will you be long?” I asked
“No…..give me one month” he said and my face fall
“It’s too long” i said
“Ok….three weeks?” I pouted
“No….one week” I said and he laughed
“It won’t be easy to fulfill my mission in just one week Nina” he said
“But I miss you too much I want you home….Kai….”
I said
“Done…..i promise to be home in a week” he said doting me. I smiled. “But then…..” He removed his necklace from his neck and wear it on my neck again.
“But you need it….” I said
“No Nina…you need it more than me” he wear it on me.
Kai was ready to go back. “I don’t want you to go” i said and he drew my wa-istto meet his body.
“Just one more week…. promise me you’ll eat well, not to cry and be strong…i promise to make them all suffer that maltreats you” he said and i was surprised…how did he know, I was in my thoughts when his li-ps press against mine

“Take care of her” he said to Baron and disappeared.
We went back to the palace. And the guards block my way….it was already the third day.
“Let me in” i said but the Queen and Victoria came out.
“It’s three day already…you didn’t keep to your word….. you’re no longer one of the royal family” she said and Victoria smiled.
“You have to.leave now Nina…..”
“Mother…..!!!” Kaleb yelled.
“I’ll go” i said.
“No Nina…..” Kaleb said.
“I’ll be fine” i turned back to go and Eva Han and Baron were following me.
“Don’t follow me….I’ll go to the animals realm with moo…you three can go back to the palace” i said.
“I was given an order Nina” Baron said and moved closer to my ears and whispered “you dont want Kai to kill me when he gets back do you?”
I smiled.
“Oh look mother…..she’s already having an affair with Baron….” Victoria said
“Victoria!!!” Kaleb yelled.
“Kaleb….I’ll be fine…..I still have what the shimmer gave to me…..I’ll just stay here for a little while before I go back to my world” I said………………..TB
