Victoria got to her room pan-ting. She was so angry. How come that Nina always get lucky. “Aaaaahhhhhh!!!” She scream and scattered her hair. “Nina…..you won’t get away with this…..I a-ssure you…..aahhhh….”
The witches hold Nina so tight.
“She’s ours shimmer…..get lost!” They said.
Wind began to blow inside the room. Kai has arrived with Kaleb.
“Let…her..go!!” He roared.
“She’s ours” they said. Kai wanted to attack them but the shimmer hold him back with her staff.
“Calm down Kai….if you make a hash movement you might hurt Nina” she said.
“You can’t take her….no….you won’t take her!!!” Kai yelled.
“You gave us your greatest desire……it is her Kai….she belongs to us now” they said.
“No…I’ll never trade her for anything even if it cost me my life……” Kai said and everyone was surprised.
“We saved her life before…so she’s ours!!” They yelled.
“K…Kai…..” Nina murmured with her low voice.
Kai drew his sword. It was a sword made of Jade and silver. It was made by the great Lord of Flame and blessed by the gods of death.
Kai threw the sword to them.
“Kai what are you doing?” Kaleb yelled.
“This sword is something I cherish and desire…..you can have it… just let her go and promise never to return!” Kai yelled
“The Jade sword…….you have our word!” They said and disappeared with the sword.
Kai ran to Nina who was lying helplessly on the floor. He lift her up in his arms.
“Nina….Nina can you here me?” He asked as he caressed her hair.
Kai looked at her body, it was covered in bruises. “Am sorry Nina…..it’s all my fault…..I’ll make the pains go away trust me!” He said and brou-ght out the wooden knife Nina gave him. He cut his wrist with the knife.
“Kai….” Kaleb warned
“Let them be!” The shimmer yelled and Kaleb stood back. It’s only lawful for a man to give his wife his blood if he wishes to heal her and ready to love her more.
Kai put his bloody wrist on her mouth. But she couldn’t drink it. She was too weak and half conscious.
“Nina…you have to…to take my blood…..Nina….” Kai sad with a sad and disappointing voice.
Kai remembered how he once feed her medicine. He quickly took his own blood into his mouth and kis-sed Nina….. using his tongue to open her mouth and allow his blood into her throat. After giving her his blood he refused to break the kis-s. He kis-sed her slowly unto she heaves a de-ep breath. Kai hug-ged Nina and carried her to the physician room.
He held her hands.
“Kai am scared” her words echo in his ears. Now shell be more scared if she walks up. If he had known things would end up like she dreamed he’d never had push her away.
“K…Kaleb……” She said in her dreams. Hearing his brothers name in her mouth. Kai felt his chest heavy.
“Why are you saying his name…..am here with you now…it’s not Kaleb who saved you this time Nina…..it’s me…Kai…let me be the only one you’ll call…..” He squee-zed her hands and buried them on his chest.
Kai was summoned for an official meeting. It’s been a weak now….she’s not making any attempt to wake up and it worries him.
“I’ll keep an eye on her” Han said but Kai frown….he didn’t want any male bear her.
“No..you stay outside… Eva go get the Queen” he said.
Few minutes later the Queen arrived with Kaleb. Kai wasn’t happy.
“I said the Queen not Kaleb” he said
“Am just here to see Nina…. nothing more” Kaleb said seeing the jealousy flashing on Kai’s eyes.
Kai’s eyes were still blue…..but it wasn’t that effective.
The meeting was going on and on and on…..Kai wasn’t paying any attention and no one dates to talk to him.
Baron walk into the room with big steps and whispered to Kai
“Your princess is awake”
Kai jump off his chair and without a second glance he left the meeting and head straight to the physician room.
Victoria just came into the room smiling at me with flowers on her hands.
“Am so happy you’re awake” she said and hug me. I forget a smile and hug-ged her back.
“Nina… Victoria was so worried about you….I heard she prayed 24hours for you at the temple” the Queen said and Victoria’s eyes were filed with tears.
“I was so worried and scared Nina….. I thought I’d never see you again” she whined in tears. I almost clapped for her performance.
“Victoria….am fine now…..you don’t have to worry about me…” I said my voice was getting better now.
“Then can we……..” The door barge open as Kai matched in.
“Nina…..” He said and sit at the other side of the bed and hug-ged me. I looked at Victoria and smiled. I wrap my hands round Kai’s wa-isttelling her….Kai’s mine….deal with that.
Kai finally broke the hug.
“Nina…..am so happy you’re awake I was so worried!” He said
“Yes… worried enough that you attend a war meeting instead of staying by my side?” I frown. I was surprised Kai wasn’t minding Victoria…or has he not seen her?
“Nina am sorry…..I….”
“I know you want me dead….good job your plans almost worked” I said. The Queen gestured Kaleb and Victoria to give us a privacy.
“Nina…..am sorry…..I thought I had a plan that was why I push you away….”
“And how did the plan went?” I cut in.
“I refer ever telling you my dreams….if I had told Kaleb he’d have known what to do!”
“ENOUGH NINA!!!!” He yelled “must it always be Kaleb for you….at least compliment me for once…..i save your life!”
“No Kai…you saved your life…..I know you don’t care about me”
“What if I told you I care!!!” He yelled “I care about you alot…..I mean…though I just noticed but you mean alot to me now…..” He said
“Not as much as Victoria…..” I said.
“Nina…let’s leave Victoria out if this….you…you just woke up….you need to rest” he said
“I’ll rest only if you leave!” I said and his eyes wide open. His eyes turned green instantly. He was enchanting again but I quickly turned by eyes away before I melt into him.
“Nina you don’t mean that” he said
“As a matter of fact Kai….I do….just go!” I pointed at the door
“You prefer Kaleb to be with you?” He asked
“You prefer Victoria to be with you?” I asked back……
“I’ll go…..just rest” he said and left…………..

Victoria went to see her godmother. Her name was Genevieve.
“What!!!!” She yelled when Victoria told her what happened
“Godmother if we don’t act fast both Kaleb and Kai will be in her control…..” She cried
“You foolish girl….am sure no one suspect you?’ she asked
“No…..no one except from Nina….she knows am the one…who….”
“Shut up…..you ruined everything….now the sword is in our care….I can compliment you for that….but you’ll have to take care of the Nina whatsoever I her name, while i deal with the shimmer myself!” She said and handed her a bottle
“What’s this godmother?” Victoria asked
“Just hold unto it…..a time will come when it will be useful to you…..when that time comes…..the existence of Nina will seize and the new reign of Victoria will grow…hahaah….” She laughed.
Moo calm back from the animal realm when he heard what happened.
“Oh…oh Nina….if only I was here I’d have slay the witches head” he bragged.
“This is not a joke moo….am really scared….i dont know what Victoria is going to do next….I’ll just leave Kai for her…I don’t want to die….the shimmer said if I should die in this world I’d shatter and so will.my family…..” I buried my head on my knees crying.
“Nina….don’t cry!” Eva rubbed my back, i could tell she was crying too.
“Nina….you shouldn’t give up….” Han said
“I agree with Han!” Moo added.
“What if I die?” I asked revealing my tearing face.
“Kai won’t allow that?” Eva cut in.
“He doesn’t even care” i said
“Yes he does…” Han said
“Prince Kai gave away his sword to save you…..that sword is very precious to him and it’s the only sword that can kill him and injure him without healing and he gave it away for your sake, are you still going to say prince Kai don’t care?” Eva said.
“I don’t know Eva….am confused am scared!” I admit.
“Nina…you remembered when we first met?, When you first came into this world? I saw a girl with a fighting spirit, and the second time…I saw a girl who would fight for anything and not willing to give up until she wins…..if you don’t fear Kai then there is no one in this world you should fear…even the shimmer” Moo said.
“Moo are you sure I can do this?, Because…. because I think am….am in lo………”
The door opened, it was Kaleb.
“Greetings to the crown prince!” The bowed.
“Nina…how are you feeling?” He asked “where you crying?” He asked again before I could answer his first question. “What’s wrong with you and Kai today, did you two fight?” He added another question.
“No…I…I yelled at him..I I..told him to leave…that I don’t want to see him, i don’t know if I was too hash?” I asked. Kaleb looked at her sparkling eyes and pouting cute li-ps.
“Yes…you were indeed too hash….Nina everyone were worried about you…you should see Kai when he found out you were taken by the demon……” He said
Tears filled my eyes “oh….I didn’t know…I..I thought he didn’t care……oh…what do I do now…. should I apologise to him…..where is he?” I asked my heart began to feel guilty.
“He should be at the way room…. drinking himself to death….you’ve got mind Nina….no one…..on one has dared to tell Kai to gwt lost of his or her side….no wonder he looks injured….you hurt his pride….I don’t think you should apologise…..you two needs space…he has to know that you’re have a heart too and you feel pain…..he has to know that you’re unique….I’d advise you snob him more…..until he realize how special you are to him” Kaleb said. I couldn’t help but hug him.
“Thank you Kaleb…….” I said.
Kaleb left at midnight after Nina was fast asleep. He got to his underground dungeon.
He met Kai there.
“How’s she?” Kai asked.
“She’s asleep now….i think you should go to her, just incase she have any nightmares….I’ll stay here and interrogate the demon!” Kaleb said and Kai agreed.
Kai got into the room and saw Nina was peacefully asleep. He gestured Eva, Moo and Han out.
He sat beside her and hold her hands.
“So stubborn!” He whispered. He caressed her cheeks and smiled. “I want to mean the world to you but my heart is not just for you!” He said sadly “if only you came earlier Nina….if only you were here all along….I’d never had fall in love with Victoria….I want you to help.me stop falling….I know it’ll be ha-rd but..can you please try and help me….yeah that’s me…the mighty Kai… begging for a woman’s help…my woman’s help!” He said and smiled sadly as he buried his head him her hands.
Kaleb’s torture and torture Zed but he won’t say who sent him.
“Who sent you!!!, For the last time!!!!” Kaleb yelled
“I will never tell.you…just kill me already!” Zed smiled as his wounds began to heal “but you can’t kill me!” He bragged.
“Oh…yes I can!” Kaleb said and light a mighty fire in front of him. Zed began to shiver as he melts away. “See?, I know demons are afraid of fire…..i won’t kill you…oh no….I’ll heat you until you tell me who the hell sent y……”
“Aaaahhhh…….it was Victoria……v…. Victoria…a..a.a…..let me go……..it was Victoria…….!!!” He cried…………………………TBc
