When the two men saw that James was dead, one of them took their phone and made a call immediately.
“Boss! it is done, we have killed him “he said
Are you sure he is dead? the boss asked over the phone trying to be sure

Ok good job, you guys should leave there Immediately before someone will sees you people, then come and take your balance, I will also give you money to leave the country so that the police will not find out who is responsible for his death, leave there Immediately and come “the boss said and ended the call, while the two men left there, leaving James corspe.
Angela was at home with her brother in-law and her son wisdom when her phone began to rang, she checked the caller and it was her husband number.
“Hello honey, what is keeping you so long plea-se come home is getting lat……… “she have not finish her statement when an unknown voice interrupted her on the phone
plea-se am I speaking to Mrs James?
Yes and who are you? and what are you doing with my husband phone? Angela asked surprisedly
“Am inspector Samuel, am sorry to tell you this, we found your husband’s corspe along the road, is like he was murdered “inspector Samuel said over the phone
“you must be joking for telling me this, my husband that was with me this afternoon before he went out to drink with his friends, you are telling me you saw his corspe on the road, that is impossible “Angela said in disbelief

Madam you people should come and take his corspe, is your husband name not James nwachukwu, that is the name I saw on his Id card and you are the last person he called on phone which I use and called you “inspector said and Immediately Angela screamed and the phone she was holding fell from her hand, Donald who was there with her was surprised on what was going on

what happened to my brother, plea-se talk to me? Donald asked in anxiety but Angela didn’t say anything again as she was busy crying, so Donald picked her phone up on the ground and dialed the number that called Angela which was his brother’s number, immediately inspector Samuel picked the call

Am sorry your brother is dead, you people should come and take his corspe “inspector Samuel said
plea-se tell me you are joking “Donald said almost in tears

Some weeks later after the burial of James, Angela was at home still mourning for her late husband, with Donald also mourning, wisdom was too young to un-derstand what was going on, he just sat beside his mother Angela looking at her wondering why she was crying. As they were mourning, Tony and mark c@m£ to sympathize with them because James was their good friend.

I un-derstand how you feel for losing your husband, we his friends also feel the same way, but all the same you have to be strong for your son “mark said
“Donald plea-se take heart and do take care of your brother’s wife and son, in case you people nee-d anything don’t hesitate to let us know “Tony said and after that he and mark left.

As time goes on Donald rented an ap@rtment of his own and move in because he can’t continue living with his late brother’s wife, within some months he later got married to the love of his life Helen.

One midnight, mark was in his house slee-ping, as he was slee-ping he had a terrible dream, in the dream he saw a little boy crying in a nearby bush where he was pas-sing, so mark st©pped and went closer to the boy to know why he was crying.
“little boy, why are you crying, and what are you doing in the bush by this time of the night, and where are your parents? mark asked but the little boy didn’t say anything as he face the other side crying.
“Little boy why are you crying and what are you doing in the bush all alone? mark asked again and ths time the little face his direction and Immediately he turned to James his late friend, when mark saw this he screamed.
“Mark! why… why…… “James said in a loud voice
plea-se don’t kill me, don’t kill me “mark trembled
Mark you were my best friend and was like a brother to me, but why did you choose such evil decision, why mark… whyyyy, you must confess to the world what you did to me….. “James said and disappeared while mark screamed with fear before he woke up
“So this is a dream, James is telling me to confess to the world, No I can’t “mark thought to himself p@n-ting and sweating at the same time, not too long his wife woke up from sleep and saw her husband p@n-ting
“Darling! what is the matter? and why are you p@n-ting? his wife asked
I had a terrible dream, a very bad one, in the dream I saw a little boy crying in the bush, so I went to him to know why he was crying, but to my surprise he turned into my late friend James “mark said
“This is strange and scary, but why will your friend come to you in your dream instead of his wife Angela, or is there anything you are hiding from me? Nancy his wife asked
“Not at all, I hope you are not trying to say that I have a hand in my friend’s death?
Not that am saying that you have a hand in his death, just that it is quite strange for him to appear in your dream, but darling did he appear in a friendly way or in a……….
plea-se enough of this, I don’t know what you are talking about, if you don’t mind am going back to sleep “mark angrily said and went back to sleep, after some moment his wife also went to sleep, but all throu-gh the night he was somehow scared.
THE next day mark also had the same dream, and this continues everyday but he never tell anyone about the dream he was having, even his friend Tony was not aware and they are seeing almost everyday but he never mentioned anything to him about the dream he was having, he kept it to himself.

One day mark was in his office thinking, he could no longer consectrate because of the dream he was having every night.
“I can not sleep in peace in my house, I can no longer consectrate, because of James who have been tormenting me here and there, how does he expect me to confess, for what, never I can not do that, if he like he should torment me from morning till night I will never confess that I killed him and I did not regret killing him, he think he can come from no where to reap where he did not sow in this company, I introduced him to this company at the end he wanted to over take me, that was why I killed him, and now he is no more the company have given me his post, at least no b©dy know that am responsible for his death, and they will never find out that am the one that killed him, and as for James let him rest in pieces, I can never confess anything never……”mark thought to himself

Angela was in her room browsing with her phone, she was chatting with her long time friend named blessing, blessing was her best friend in her primary school days, they even went to the same secondary school, but they loose contact after they finished their SSCE. Angela was checking something on Facebook before she c@m£ across with her long time friend blessing, so she s£nd a friend request to her which she accepted and from there they started chatting, and also they exchanged number before Angela went off line, not too long, wisdom her son c@m£ inside her room, wisdom was now 8yrs.
“mum! I saw you smiling pressing your phone “wisdom said and Angela smiled
I was chatting with my long time friend, her name is aunty blessing “Angela said and patted him
so when is Aunty blessing coming to our house? wisdom asked
I don’t know because she doesn’t stay in Lagos, she based at PORTHARCORT “Angela replied smiling
Ok mum, but when will dad come back from traveling? wisdom asked again
very soon my dear “Angela lied because that was what she have been telling him for long that his dad travelled

Three days later, one morning Angela was dressing her son for school when her phone began to rang and it was blessing calling.
“hello Angela, is me blessing “she said over the phone immediately Angela pick the call
I know is you, I saved your number, so how are you and your family? Angela asked
“we are fine and how are you and your son? blessing also asked
we are fine ooo my sister, but this one you called this morning, I hope all is well? Angela asked
yes my dear all is well, plea-se I called to inform you that I will be coming to Lagos next week to buy goods because I heard that things in Lagos are very cheap and I will spend three days in Lagos, plea-se i want to beg you for something “blessing requested over the phone
And what is it that you want me to do for you? Angela asked
“you know I don’t have anyb©dy in Lagos, plea-se can I spend my three days in your house? blessing said
