Charlotte stood still in his arms, watching him gently. Her hands was on his che-st as she’s so close to him. At this moment, she’s scared her heart might burst out of it’s ribcage.
Arthur closed his eyes, he wasn’t expecting her to be in his house at all. It felt like a dream to him. He developed a serious headache when she was avoiding him, he couldn’t even sleep at night. What’s the meaning of this?.
” Boss! Your body is warm!” Charlotte exclaimed, touching his forehead. Surprisingly, his temperature is back to the normal level.
Arthur opened his eyes, staring at her.
” How is that possible? It was very high before” Charlotte mumbled.
Arthur smiled.
” Because you’re here” he whispered.
” Huh?”
He sat up and she did also.
” Why did you come here? Were you that worried about me that you couldn’t control it?” He asked.
” I,, I wasnt” Charlotte stuttered.
Arthur smiled.
” You were avoiding me, I thought you didn’t care about me anymore but I guess I was wrong. You are after all” he muttered.
Charlotte didn’t say any word. Arthur raised his brow.
” You’re right. I was worried,,,”
Arthur smiled.
” Because you’re my boss” she completed.
The smiled wiped away from his li-ps hearing that statement. He lowered his head and bit his li-ps. What was he really expecting?
” I’m fine now, you should go” his voice came out coldly.
” Are you sure you’re o,,,,”
Arthur cuts her off harshly.
” I said you can go don’t you hear word at a time?” He retorted.
Charlotte stare at him in surprise. What’s with the sudden attitude from him?
” Of course I heard, but you don’t have to be rude” she rolled her eyes and stood up, carrying her bag.
” You know what, I’m sick and tired of your mood swings. No matter how I try to control myself, you just keep getting un-der my sleeve and it’s frustrating. Go to hell, I know I’ll get fired anyway but I don’t give a damn!”. She snarled.
Arthur just kept looking at her.
” Such a dic-khead” Charlotte huffed before leaving the room.
Arthur stare at the door before the words she uttered finally dawned on him.
” A,, a dic-khead? She just called me a dic-khead?” He asked himself, staring into space.
Charlotte scoffed when she got out of the gate. She raised her head and looked at the mansion.
” He’s so rude. Tch!” She starts walking but suddenly stopped. She gasped.
” Oh my! Did I actually said all that?” She covered her mouth.
*”Go to hell, I know I’ll get fired anyway but I don’t give a damn!”*
” Oh no, I don’t wanna get fired” she cried.
” Charlotte, why couldn’t you control your mouth. He’s gonna fire me, I’m done for” she laments.

Rhett glance at Vera’s seat and sighed sadly. She promised him she’ll be in school today but she didn’t. He knew why she isn’t at school today and that’s because of the bruises on her body.
Emma and her friends also aren’t at school too and that really pissed him off. To cut the long story short, today is a bad day for him.
He made up his mind to visit her at her house cos he’s sure she won’t be able to go to work.
” Wow! Still can’t believe you’ve gat yourself a girlfriend” Jason said to Blake. Drew is also present too, Eleanor is with Lily.
” And he kept denying his feelings” Drew grinned.
” Guess I was a fool then, I love her” Blake muttered.
” Ohooo” Jason whistles.
” What about your Dad? How do you think he’ll react if he knows you have a girlfriend. You have a betroth too” Drew said.
” I don’t give a damn about him. He should go to hell for all I care” Blake mumbled.
” Blake,,” Jason called softly.
” Don’t spoil my mood, guys” Blake murmured
Drew signalled Jason not to say a word again.
” Blake is your boyfriend? I’m surprised” Lily said.
” He’s so sweet” Eleanor giggled to herself.
” Now you wanna make me feel oppressed” Lily pouts.
” Sorry, Lil” Eleanor grinned.
” I’m happy for you, Elle. You finally tamed the rude boy”
” I know, right?” They both chuckled
” You should celeBr@te your new relationship by treating me for lunch tomorrow”
” Sure” Eleanor agreed.

” I’m sad I won’t be able to take you home” Blake said. It’s closing hours already.
” Maybe next time. I have to go with my brother” Eleanor said.
” I un-derstand. I’ll miss you” Blake murmured.
Eleanor smiled.
” I’ll miss you too. Bye!” She turned to go, Blake held her hand.
” Is this how you do your thing?” He muttered. Eleanor stared at him confusingly.
Blake moved closer to her and captured her li-ps slowly. Eleanor’s eyes went wide, trying to register what he’s doing. She isn’t used to this yet.
Blake pulled away and ki-ssed her forehead before gazing at her. Eleanor blinks her eyes, staring at him.
” Bye, I love you” he whispered.
” I love you too” she replied
Blake smiled.
” You can go now. I’ll call you” he said and she nodded.
She left him and went to Lily who’s waiting for her.
” Gosh, you’re making me wanna have a boyfriend” Lily muttered.
Eleanor smiled.
” Then you should get one” she mumbled.
” Nah, nah. Not in for that” Lily shook her head.
” Really? Then what about Jason or should I say Drew? You’re always around them” Eleanor said.
” Hey, that’s nothing, okay? I don’t like any of them” Lily muttered, bi-ting her li-ps.
” Why do I feel like you’re lying?” Eleanor glance at her.
” I’m not” Lily replied quickly.
” If you say so. I’ll get going, that silly head is waiting for me” Eleanor gestured towards Rhett.
” Okay, let’s chat tonight” Lily said and Eleanor nods in agreement before walking to Rhett.
” One of these days, I’m gonna leave you behind” Rhett muttered, getting into the car.
” I know you can’t” Eleanor smiled, entering the car too.
” Really? Then watch me do it” Rhett starts the car and drive away immediately.
” What’s between you and Blake?” Rhett asked as they got to the road.
” Huh? Nothing” Eleanor replied rather awkwardly.
Rhett glanced at her before facing his front quickly.
” Are you sure? He’s always around you and I don’t like that” he muttered.
Eleanor looked at him.
” Why?” She questioned.
” I don’t just like that guy, he’s creepy,, always alone. Anyways, just be careful around him” he concluded.
Eleanor looked away and bit her lower li-ps.
” He’s a good guy though” she mumbled.
Rhett didn’t replied her.
” Rhett doesn’t like Blake, how will he react if he finds out he’s my boyfriend? I think it’ll be better if he’s not aware about it” Eleanor thought to herself.
Though she and Rhett can be on each other’s ne-ck at times, but she respects him a lot. He can be very protective when it comes to her.

Hazel walked to Louis who’s beside his car outside. They already finished shooting the movie for that day.
” Hi, cutie” she smiled when she got to him.
Louis raised his head from his phone and look at her.
” Do you know you’re perfect?” She asked.
Louis didn’t say a word.
” It’s always been my dream to feature with you in a movie” she smiled and then continue.
” Can you do that for me in your next movie?” She asked, flic-kering her eyes at him seductively.
” I can’t” Louis simply replied.
Hazel roll her eyes.
” Why?” She moved closer to him and touch his arm.
Louis stare at her hand on his arm before looking at her.
” I’m also good too. I’m actually the best in this industry” she muttered.
Pierce came out with Ashley beside her. Her eyes went to Hazel and Louis, she clenched her jaw.
” What’s wrong, Sierra?” Ashley asked beside her.
Louis removed Hazel’s hand from his arm.
” I’m not interested and don’t you dare try to touch me again” he warned
He raised his head and saw Pierce staring at him. Pierce looked away and entered her car with Ashley and the car drove away.
Louis faced Hazel.
” fuc-king stay away from me” he growled and entered his car too. The driver drive off immediately
” Why did she looked at me that way? Perhaps, she’s mad?” Louis Gr0-ned.
” It’s not what you think, Pumpkin” he muttered inwardly.

Pierce entered the house and banged the door shut loudly. Charlotte got startled and she stare at her in surprise.
” Hey, what’s up with you?” She asked.
” How dare she touch his arm? And he allowed it too?” Pierce scoffed.
Charlotte stared at her as though she’s gone crazy.
” Helllloooo” she waved
” Gosh, I’m mad” Pierce m-oaned and slumped down on the sofa.
” Guess I’m invisible after all” Charlotte muttered.
Pierce snapped out of her thoughts and glance over at her.
” Charlotte! When did you get here? Why are you back this early? Where’s Gold?” Pierce asked.
” She’s up in her room. Pierce, I think I’m getting fired. No, I’ve lost my job” Charlotte said as she remembered the words she said to Arthur.
” Why?” Pierce asked.
” First, can you done a favor?” Charlotte asked and she nodded.
” Can you cut off my li-ps? Like, they just keep spitting out ru-bbish. I’m doomed, bes” Charlotte cried.
” Can you just tell me what’s going on?”
” I disrespected my Boss. I told him I don’t care if he fired me, I’m not the one that said that, it was my li-ps” Charlotte dramatized.
Pierce laughed out loud.
” Arthur should have known what he’s getting himself to when he employed you. I’ll gladly cut of your li-ps if you want me to” Pierce laughed.
” You’re so cruel” Charlotte pouts.
” Just put your mind at ease and tell him you didn’t mean those words. It’s so simple” Pierce shrugged and stood up.
” You don’t know anything, bes” Charlotte mumbled.
” I’m going up to meet Gold. We’re going to Louis’s place tonight” Pierce said.
” At this rate, I might just end up living alone” Charlotte Gr0-ned and Pierce chuckled. She went to meet Gold.
” Charlotte, you can do this. Just go to work tomorrow and pretend nothing happened today” Charlotte muttered to herself and exhaled loudly.

Vera entered the restaurant slowly, she’s scared of what her Boss might do to her for being absent at work.
She went to Muna.
” Vera! Where have you been? The Boss is so mad” Muna said to her.
” It’s a long story. Is she in?” Vera asked.
” Yes. What happened to your face?” Muna gasped seeing the bruises on her face.
” You won’t un-derstand” Vera smiled at her and went to her Boss office nervously.
” Good afternoon, ma’am” she greeted slowly.
” Who are you and what are you doing here?” The woman asked.
” I’m sorry ma. I had an accident and I had to be admitted at the hospital,,” Vera tried to explain.
” So?” The woman cuts her off not interested in her talks.
” Ne?(huh?)” Vera was surprised.
” Get out of my office. Your service is no longer nee-ded here”
Vera went on her knees immediately.
” Ma, please don’t do this to me. I have no other job, I’m sorry” she begged.
” I don’t tolerate inefficiency in my job. You’re fired, get out of my office”
“I’m sorry ma, I promise to work for those days I was absent even if it’s till midnight, please don’t fire me” Vera cries.
The woman stood up and drags her outside, ignoring Vera’s pleads. The people at the restaurant stared at them, wondering what was wrong.
” Don’t you ever show up here again” the woman thun-dered and shoved her out of the restaurant rou-ghly.
Vera almost fell but a hand prevented her from falling and her back hits a ha-rd che-st. The cologne hitted her nose immediately and she knew it’s Rhett that saved her.
Rhett held her arms as she cried loudly. All these are just too much for her.
” Take your wretchedness away from my work!” The woman half yells and entered the restaurant.
Rhett turned Vera to his che-st and held her face closely to him. Vera cries loudly, her tears soaking his shirt badly.
” It’s okay, it’s okay” Rhett cooed, ru-b-bing her back soothingly.
” Rhett, this is my only means of survival. How do I survive now!” Vera cries.
” You can and you will, I’m here for you” Rhett whispers.
” You can stay at my house, I’ll take care of you” Rhett said and Vera broke the hu-g to look at him.
” Rhett” she whispered
” I promise you won’t suffer again. I’ll take care of you, Eleanor will take care of you. Don’t cry anymore, huh?” He ru-bbed her cheeks softly.
” But your parents, how will they react? I can’t, I don’t wanna be a burden to you” she hiccu-ps in tears.
” I’ll talk to them. They won’t be at home tonight so you can spend the night at my house. I’ll inform them tomorrow. And, you’re never a burden to me. You aren’t and don’t you ever say that again” Rhett said.
Vera hu-gged him happily.
” Thank you so much, Rhett. Thank you” she mumbled.
” I’ll do anything for you Vera, anything” Rhett muttered, holding her ti-ght.
Vera smiled in tears, wrapping her hands around his wai-st more ti-ghter

THE NEXT DAY, GONZALEZ GROUP OF COMPANIES***
“Good morning, Boss” Charlotte greeted Arthur cheerfully when he entered the office.
She quickly rushed to him and collected his briefcase. Something she’s never done before ?
” How was your night, sir? Hope you slept well? What about the headache and cold? Are they gone?” She rushed.
All Arthur did was to stare at her.
” What are you doing here? I though you fired yourself” he tilted his head, a lazy smile on his li-ps.
Charlotte gulped down nothing.
” What are you talking about? I don’t know what you’re talking about” she denies, trying to walk away.
” Yesterday,,,” Arthur said and she stopped.
” Aaiissh” she mumbled, bi-ting her li-ps. She faced him with a smiled
” I don’t remember anything, sir. Pierce has an interview today, let’s watch it” she rushed to switch on the TV avoiding any more questions from him.
Arthur chuckled as he watched her. She would never siezes to amaze him

THE INTERVIEW****
The hall is filled to the brim with different reporters as they wouldn’t stop taking pictures of Louis Beckett and Sierra Ashford.
A lot of people were in the hallway to participate in the interview as they want to see the stars who acted the movie: LONG LOST LOVE
INTERVIEWER: I’m so honored to be the one presenting the interview of our popular celebrities. Will you like to introduce yourself?
LOUIS: Well, there’s nothing much to know about me except from my name, Louis Beckett popularly known as King of R0m-nce
Audience: King of R0m-nce! King of R0m-nce!
The reporters wouldn’t stop taking pictures, while some are making videos.
PIERCE: I’m just me, SIERRA ASHFORD

INTERVIEWER: It’s so nice to have you here. As you know, this is a live interview so everyone across the world is watching this now. So, can you both tell me what inspired you into acting movies? I think you should go first *she pointed at Louis*
LOUIS: Actually, it wasn’t my dream to become an actor, I did it for one person. The love of my life, Pierce West.

INTERVIEWER: Awwn.. that’s actually cute
LOUIS: Yea, it has always been her dream to be a Celebrity, an actress. I’m a jealous freak, yea I am. So, I became an actor because I couldn’t stand it when the love of my life shoots a movie with another guy. You know, the ki-ssing scene and all that
Everyone laughed
Pierce cheeks turn red as she listened to Louis. She couldn’t even believe he’s going to mention her in front of everyone.
INTERVIEWER: Since you mentioned her dream was to be an actress, she should be an actress now, right?
LOUIS: Yes
INTERVIEWER: Then can you introduce her to us? We should know her
LOUIS: She’s very popular and almost everybody knows her.
Pierce held the hem of her cloth ti-ghtly, this was her fears.
LOUIS: She’s no other than…..
” Stop!!!” They heard a voice and everyone looks around in confusion.
Someone walked closer to then and Pierce’s eyes grew wide as she saw the person.
” Sierra Ashford has a child” the person shouted and everyone gasped.
” I have an evidence and there’s a witness too. She’s been deceiving everyone all this years, if she couldn’t reveal her child to the world, then she must have been a slut in the past” the person motioned another person to come over.
A guy went closer and brou-ght a picture of Pierce and Gold.
Everywhere went uproar as the reporters kept taking videos of what’s happening right now.
” Do you believe me now?” The person asked.
Pierce closed her eyes ti-ghtly, lowering her gaze from the curious audiences.
This is her FEARS…. Right at that moment, she saw her career crumbling in her presence.
