” How?” Emma asked and Olivia whispered something into her ears.
Emma laughed evilly imagining what they’re going to do to Vera already.
” Orphans like her don’t nee-d to exist among humans” Elle said.
” Right” Olivia laughed.

Charlotte looked over at Arthur’s table and sighs loudly.
” Why isn’t he here yet?” She wondered aloud.
She’s just worried cos this is unlike him, he’s not yet at work.
” Is he okay?” She asked again.
Arthur entered the office and she sprang up from her seat immediately, rushing to him.
” Boss, are you okay? You’re late today and this is unlike you, is everything fine?” She rushed and suddenly gasped when she saw his face.
” Boss!!!” She screamed, touching his face
” What happen to your face? Why are there bruises there? Did you get involved in a fight? Does it hurt?” She asked.
Arthur stared at her before looking away.
” I’m fine” he muttered.
” Of course you’re not, don’t tell me that” she snapped.
” Do you have a first aid kit here? I should treat your face up” she said.
” I’m fine, Charlotte. You don’t have to bother yourself” he said.
” If you say that once more, I’ll have no choice but to spa-nk your head” she said and Arthur stared at her.
Did she realize she’s talking to her Boss?
” Where’s the first aid kit?” She asked again.
Arthur went to bring it for her.
” Now sit like the good boy you are and let Momma treat your face up” she giggled and Arthur chuckled.
He sat like she instructed and she starts to treat his face. Arthur cringed when she applied an antiseptic wipes on his face.
Charlotte stared at his face, admiring his features slowly. Arthur glanced at her and she quickly looked away.
” It’s done. You should have treated it sooner” she mumbled moving away from him.
” Thanks” he said and Charlotte smiled.
” It’s okay, Boss”
” So, why are you late today? Are you feeling sick?” She asked.
” Are you that worried about me?” He asked.
” Why won’t I be worried about my Boss?” She bit her li-ps and went to her seat.
Arthur smiled gently before starting his work.

LOUIS’S APARTMENT, HOURS LATER****

” Oh, I never knew” she teased and he chuckled.
He turned off the gas and turned her back to him, hu-gging her from behind.
” Do you know how long I wish for this day?” He murmured softly against her ear.
Pierce smiled, leaning unto him.
” Being with you like this is what I’ve always wished for” his hands trailed un-der her shirt till they met with her ba-re che-st.

” She’ll be so glad to know the angel is her dad” she added and Louis smiled before claiming her li-ps.

” Stop doing that, you’re making me we-t” Pierce giggled.
Louis chuckled and continue su-cking her so crazily making Pierce rele-ase a soft gasp.

Louis went to open the door and Clara came into view.
” Louis” she ran to hu-g him immediately

Louis tried to push her away but she held him more ti-ghter.
