Adam was still crying over River, he cried till he was tired and decide to jump too, there is no need of staying back
The only person that he called his family is gone because of him, he killed his brother again, he never wanted to believe that he was cursed but now everything is clear
The person that stood by him is gone, all hope is lost, he made to jump down the cliff but someone pulled him back, turns out to be the guards
They carried him back to the palace, he didn’t have the strength to shout or cry but immediately he saw the king’s angry face
He didn’t need a seer to tell him that he was dead
“And River?” The king asked
“Am sorry your highness he fall down the cliff,” one of the guards replied

He didn’t both tell them to look for River, the Clif is so high and anyone that falls there will end up dead

“Hope you know that I will come out from here one day? And that day is getting closer, any day I come out of here will be your last day to exist both in heaven and earth,” Aphrodite said
“Empty threat from a powerless goddess,” the queens mocked and left

Adam was dragged out of the prison with a lot of bites on his body, he was weak due to the amount of beating he received in there
The creatures down there bite the living hell out of him, and everyone gathered to witness the punishment
Many people pity him cos of the way he looked, he looked pitiful but none dare to say a word
“Father,” he called when they made him kneel before the king
“You’re a demon and a traitor to this community, am supposed to behead you for taking the life of others but you will have a very slow and painful death, whip him till he stopped breathing,” the king said
“Father please have mercy, please am also your son, I didn’t kill my brothers, I didn’t know that they will die, father please,” he pleaded
“Take him away and do the needful,” the king ordered
“Father kill me, just kill me instead cos I want to die, I want to die… Kill me already,” He said with the little strength he has left
The guards made to drag him out
“Get your hands off me,” he suddenly yelled taking everyone by surprise
“I want to die just kill me, kill me or I will kill myself, father kill me,” He said with tears
