❣️Episode 22❣️

?Lena’s pov?

“Hey Brenden!” I waved my hands as I approached him with a smile on my face. “Haven’t seen you around.”

He scowled at me. “Was that necessary?”

“What are you talking about?” I asked him quietly, praying silently to God for Brenden not to embarras-sme publicly.

Not after what I did minutes ago, the last thing I want right now was to be embarra-ssed again by the guy I have a huge crush on.

Mind you, I don’t regret putting that girl in her place but what I do regret is not being able to challenge her.

Like come on, why does she have to be good at everything?

What’s so special about her?

She’s just a newbie…a newcomer so why the hell does she have to be popular around school!?

I should be the popular one. I should be the special one. I should be the one with the perfect life, perfect boyfriend, perfect friends…In other words, I should be the miss perfect!

And that’s why I will get Brenden to love me no matter what.

He must date me. Dating Brenden is like moving a huge mountain.

Oh, you guys might not remember me. Okay, let me do a little introduction of myself.

I’m Lena. But Brenden foolishly calls me Luna.

I’m the leader of the school cheerleaders. I am the only girl out of five siblings. Yeah, it’s quite annoying to be the only girl in the family but hell, that’s what makes me special.

I get what I want at all cost regardless of who or what I have to get out of my way.

Now that’s all about me but if you still can’t remember then that’s your problem and definitely not mine.

Hey, I’m not desperate… I’m just determined, okay?

Brenden have only slept with me once. According to him, he don’t do repeats but come on! Who would reject a hot cake like me? Obviously Brenden.

I’m beautiful, se-xy, hot, smart, good on bed, crazy… I’m literally a girl every guy wants so what’s stopping Brenden?

I think I know what, that stupid rule of his!

Like seriously, every rules are meant to be broken and that’s one reason why I haven’t lost hope yet on me getting Brenden.

“You know just what I’m talking about. You clearly shouldn’t have done that.” He said to me, glaring.

Wait, was he talking about that shit that happened forty-five minutes ago?

If yeah, why does he care?

It’s not like I was talking to his sister or something.

“Are you talking about that g-ay?” I questioned, almost at the verge of losing my anger.

“What? She has a name.” He stated.

I folded my arms over my chest and tilted my head to the side, giving him a suspicious look. “A name?” I scowled. “Of course she does…g-ay.”

“Hey!” He yelled angrily, getting the attention of other students.

I know I hate one of the g-ays,,, the newcomer of course whose name I can’t even remember.

Wait, I think I do…Gwen? Um, Gwendolyn? Arrrrgh, Fuc-k it.

But was it the same person we were talking about? I mean, he definitely can’t be worried about that newcomer, right?

“Which of the g-ays are we talking about, Brenden?” I asked.

He didn’t say anything or maybe he doesn’t even know her name.

Brenden was a very smart guy but when it comes to remembering names…Tsk, he su-ckat that.

Take for instance my name, what’s the similarities between Lena and Luna? Ooh, I think they both sound alike but still!

“Obviously the newbie.” Arthur said, smirking.

“Don’t call her that unless you want a shifted nose or black eyes.” Davis said, scrunching up his face.

Arthur started laughing, earning a glare from Brenden.

“Wait, you are worried about Gwen? The newbie? Do you even know her name is Gwen? And why do you care?” Yes, I was offended.

How dare he come to me to ask me that shit?

Why does he even care?

This is stupid and annoying!

He rolled his eyes. “Worried? Care?” He scoffed. “Why should I?”

“Oh, you don’t?” I raised a questioning brow at him.

“I don’t. You just look stupid acting that way towards the girl and her girlfriend. What’s your business with them? And how does them being g-ay affect you?”

“And how does me insulting them affect you?” I fired back.

He sighed, running his fingers throu-ghhis hair. “This is pointless. Let’s go guys.” He walked past me but I shot out my hand and grabbed his shirt. “What do you want?”

“You never poke your nose into something that doesn’t concern you, Brenden. This isn’t my first time telling some girls the bitter truth about themselves and you never cared.” I stared de-eply into his eyes. “But why? Why do you suddenly care now?”

He hesitate for a while…he hesitate?

“Take your hands off me, Luna.” He said throu-ghgritted teeth, pulling his arm off my grasp. “Just do as you please, I don’t care.”

I smiled. “Seems like it was me you were worried about. But hey, the name is Lena.” He was already walking away.

I will get you Brenden to love me no matter how ha-rd or how difficult it may be… I will. And that’s a promise even if it means making that newcomer’s life unbearable.

?Brenden’s pov?

I don’t care about her. I mean, why should I?

That tomboy almost knocked off my nose so why exactly should I care or worry about her?

Pfft, Luna or whatever her name was must be crazy to even think that shit.

Okay, maybe I did poke nose into a matter that doesn’t concern me but does that mean I care about her? Don’t worry I will answer that. No.

Besides, I wasn’t even looking out for her but rather at the innocent young girl who stood beside her. Um, what’s her name…I don’t know but it’s her I care about and not the tomboy.

~When did you start caring for a girl, Brenden?~ My subconsciousness asked, making me gro-an in annoyance.

I don’t care about her. Period!!!

“You must really care about that tomboy.” Arthur chuckles lightly.

“Arrrgh!” I gro-aned in annoyance, glaring ha-rd at the idiot. “Do you need a soothsayer to tell you how much I hate that girl, huh?”

“But sounded so worried earlier ago.” He pointed out.

I rolled my eyes. “I didn’t. Like seriously, simply because I said those shit to Luna doesn’t mean I care or worry about that tomboy. I was only looking out for the school’s property.”

Arthur and Davis both started laughing.

“You? Care about the school’s property? Even if the universe was coming to an end, you wouldn’t.” Davis stated in between laughter.

“I don’t get. And what’s that suppose to mean?”

“It means you su-ckat lying.” Arthur said, fist bumping with Davis. “I advice you just have se-x with her and forget about her.”

“Besides you are very good at that.” Davis winked.

“I’m not having se-x with her.” I scrunched up my face in disgust.

I can’t even imagine myself sitting down close to her.

~Well she is apparently your seat partner which makes it possible for you to have se-x with her~ Fuc-k subconsciousness.

“Why not? She’s beautiful, se-xy and most importantly… she’s hot. se-x with her will be so much fun and kinky.” Arthur smirked.

“Hmm, let me guess. You’ve imagined yourself having se-x with her, haven’t you?” Davis questioned.

Arthur hesitate for a while before smiling sheepishly. “Maybe?”

“Eww,” I shook my head over my friend’s stupidity. “First of all, that girl is g-ay and secondly, there are much more girls to pick out to have se-x with than her, man.”

“She’s so cute.” Arthur shrugged.

This was crazy.

We all walked inside the cla-ssroom going throu-ghthe back doors.

I went closer to my spot and sat down, the chair beside me was vacant… I looked around the cla-ssroom in search of the tomboy but I couldn’t find her.

Thank goodness she didn’t come to clas-sbefore me. I’m not in the mood to fight over this precious spot.

Mrs Jessi, the physics teacher came inside the cla-ssroom and started teaching the topic for the day.

The tomboy was still absent. Wait, did what happened earlier today have anything to do with her absent?

Luna must have really provoked her.

I was subconsciously tapping my fingers against the desk with my gaze fixed outside when I suddenly heard the sound of the chair being pulled back.

I glanced over and saw her seated beside me with a de-ep frown on her face.

She has never smiled to me before but I’ve never seen her frown like this.

Yes, she always glare at me or scowl or smirk but I’ve never seen her frown.

This must have something to do with what happened earlier this morning…this was all Luna’s fault.

I should probably look away and ignore her present but something inside me just couldn’t.

For some reasons I wanted to hear her voice. I wanted to make her… happy?

And there’s only one way to do that.

“You are late.” I cleared my throat, leaning back into my chair.

She ignored me.

“You know, I didn’t know you were g-ay until this morning.” I don’t intend to give up until she replies me. “How did you meet your girlfriend? Was it love at first sight? Or what?”

….

She really don’t intend on giving me the reply I need.

She must be very upset.

“Barbie?” That finally caught her attention as she turned to glare at me. “What, it suit you perfectly.”

“I’m not in the mood, Princess Brenden.” She fired back throu-ghgritted teeth.

“I hate that name.” I gr-unted.

She shrugged. “What, it suit you perfectly.” She mimicked, smirking.

She was smirking…Finally.

She might not be smiling but at least she was smirking and trust me that was a huge progress.

“Frowning doesn’t suit you.” I said before I could even stop myself.

She opened her mouth to talk but nothing left those plumpy pink li-ps of hers.

She gulped and looked away, focusing her attention back to Mrs Jessi.

“Being g-ay isn’t…”

“I’m not g-ay.” I growled, clenching her fist tightly. “I’m straight, okay? Simply because I’m dressed like this doesn’t make me g-ay.”

“Wait, that girl who stood beside you, isn’t she your girlfriend?” I questioned.

“Were you there when I asked her out?” She snapped out.

Oh, she has a point there.

“But why didn’t you say that out there when they tagged you as a ‘g-ay’” I air quoted the word using my fingers.

“Why can’t you just mind your business.” She scowled.

“Brenden…Gwen, do you have something to say to the clas-sthat’s relating to this topic?” Mrs Jessi asked.

“I love your dress, Mrs Jessi.” I winked. The whole clas-sstarted laughing while Mrs Jessi blus-hed over that.

Of course she would. She was a woman after all.

Women are like that. They blus-h over little things and love being pampered by their man or complimented. Thy are just so predictable.

Well, apparently aside from this girl seated beside me.

And I’m so curious…so curious about her.

?Alexis’s pov?

“Who are you? And where did our Alexis go?” Kathy said dramatically.

“Damn girl, I’m loving this Lexi.” Pearl added, smirking.

“Shut up, girls.” I rolled my eyes. “Look, I want to enjoy s€x with Rowan and if lack of experience is the reason why I can’t then I have to be experienced.” They were both staring at me with their mouths hanging open. “You can close your mouth now.”

“Wait, are you seriously asking us for help? You really want us to take you to a s€x toy sto-re and to also watch porn with you?” Kathy asked, still in shock.

“Why do you both look so surprise?” I questioned.

“Well, we are.” They both said in sync. “We know how uncomfortable you always feel with stuff like that.” Pearl stated.

“What happened? Did Rowan say something to make you feel bad again?” Kathy asked cracking up her knuckles as if preparing for a fight.

I laughed. “No. He didn’t say or do anything. I just want to enjoy s€x, guys. I want to know how it feels like to mo-an.” I explained.

And most importantly, I want to forget about her.

I refuse to be g-ay and the only way not to be one was to start enjoying s€x with my boyfriend, the love of my life.

And yeah, I think it’s best if I should just stick to avoiding Gwendolyn. It was for the best.

“Fair enough.” Pearl nodded her head, smiling.

“Listen my friend,” Kathy placed her palm on my shoulder. “You’ve made a very right decision. Trust me.”

I looked ahead and sighted Cleo stepping into the clas-swith a frown on her face.

I’ve never seen her look this way before. She was always the smiling and jovial one. She hardly frowns or look sad.

And besides, shouldn’t she be happy? She got a girlfriend as cute and charming as Gwen. She was very lucky.

Her gaze darted to me and our eyes locked.

She didn’t take her eyes off and I didn’t take mine off as well.

Slowly,,, she looked away and sat down on her seat which was just two seats away from mine.

“Did she have a fight with her girlfriend?” Kathy voice broke throu-ghmy thoughts.

“I know right. She doesn’t look like one whose girl supported and defended her.” Pearl added.

“what’s wrong?” I muttered under my breath, not taking my eyes off Cleo’s back.

“CLEO!” I called out just as she was about to leave the cla-ssroom.

She stopped and turned around to look at me. The clas-swas empty due to the fact that clas-swas over.

“Hey.” I smiled at her, warmly.

“Hey.” She didn’t returned the smile. “Can I help you with something?” She asked.

I want to apologize to her for being such a jerk to her.

I shouldn’t have said those hurtful and mean words to her.

She doesn’t deserve them at all.

Cleo is just to nice to be treated badly,,, just like I’d treated her.

Screw me, I Fuc-ked up.

I gulped as I hesitate for a short while then said, “I’m sorry.” She raised a questioning brow at me. “I’m sorry for how I treated you. I was wrong and you don’t deserve it.”

“Hmm.” She hummed, nodding her head as she looked away.

“You forgive me, right?”

“I don’t hate you, Lexi. And yeah, I’ve forgiven you long before you even apologized.”She smiled then sniffed.

“Are you alright?” I worriedly asked her.

“I…Gwen…I…can I just hug you, Lexi?” She asked, sobbing quietly.

I hesitantly spread out my arms, Cleo stepped closer towards me and engulfed me into a very warm hug.

I hug-ged her back, smiling.

“It’s alright.” I encouraged, stro-king her back gently. She continued sobbing while I kept saying soothing words into her head.

It was quite ironic, I don’t like that Cleo was the one fortunate enough to have Gwen by her side but here I was in attempt to make her feel better about her relationship with Gwen.

But, I was willing to give up. Afterall I wasn’t g-ay.

I hope.
