“Father congratulations.” I stated smiling widely at father.
“Congratulations? Is your mother totally fine now?” He asked looking stressed out and I shook my head.
“Not that Father. Something more than that, that you have always wished for.” I said hoping he would guess correctly.
“Wished for? C’mon Katika, don’t pull my legs now. I am not in the mood.” He said and I giggled.
“I know you are frustrated, but this would definitely cheer you up.” I said happily and he nodded furrowing his brows.
“Okay? What’s that?” He asked eagerly.
“Medan is yours now Father! We have collected that city from King Maeko.” I stated jumping up happily.
“What? How is that even possible? What Happened?” He asked in shock with a smile on his face.
“We waged war against them and we were able to send out the King from his own Palace. It’s time for you to take what you have always wanted. Be the king of Medan Father.” I said happily and he smiled.
“Oh My… I can’t believe my ears. How didn’t I know about this before now?” He asked and I smiled.
“I wanted to make it a surprise, so I pretended to love Niran, and then got un-der their skin. Brou-ght out some un-derground warriors and then went to get the City for you Father.” I said and he laughed.
“Come here Katika.” He said pulling me to himself and I giggled as we hu-gged each other.
“So when I to go there?” He asked eagerly.
“We nee-d to report to the Three Lords that Maeko has been dethroned due to his incompetence, and was overruled by us because we won the war.” I said and he shook his head grinning.
“You are a genius Katika.” He said happily and I nodded.
“Father we did all that for you together.” Maya came in pouting her mouth and I smiled.
“Don’t worry. I am not taking all the glory for myself.” I stated and father embr@ced us both.
“Let’s go get our City Medan.” He said and we screamed happily.
⭕ AKIRA ⭕
“Oh My… Arjun!” I yelled coming out of hiding as they carried him from the ground and rushed him to Nikita who was busy with her Son Aaron.
“Heal my Son first!” King Maeko yelled and then Kaleb came into sight.
“You can’t give orders anymore remember? You were chased out of your own Palace during war with an opponent. You and your entire family has lost the throne.” He said and we all looked at him unbelievably.
We are thought he was on Father’s side, what is he saying now?
“What are you saying Kaleb?” King Maeko asked in anger clenching his jaws.
“You know the rules Maeko.” He said and our eyes wide-ned. Did he just call the King by name?
“How dare you!” King Maeko roared in rage walking close to him.
“You can’t touch me now. You have no right to.” He said and I looked beside me and saw Niran raise up his arrow and bow. The arrows were up to ten on the bow.
“But I can.” He said releasing the arrows and it hit Kaleb all over his body.
“fuc-k you betrayer.” He spat and I looked at Arjun whose eyes were still shut. I was damn scared. I can’t lose him.
Suddenly I felt an hu-ge urge to puke, so I ran to the nearest bush and let it out, coughing In the process.
“Are you okay?” Hana asked rushing to me and I nodded.
“I am fine, but Arjun isn’t. He nee-ds urgent attention.” I said looking at Nikita who was way too busy to look around. She had removed all the bullets in Aaron and bandaged him before she moved to Arjun.
“Nikita will take care of Arjun, he will be fine.” Hana said in tears and I nodded cleaning the tears in my eyes too.
Nobody actually looked sorry for Kaleb, because everyone knew he was that cunny bastard sent to tear Maeko’s kingdom apart.
I could feel that after hearing what Kaleb said and King Maeko couldn’t defend himself because it’s the law, the slaves were happy.
Finally they got their freedom. But I wasn’t Happy! Not with Arjun in this state.
After some minutes of standing and staring at Arjun, Mei approached me.
“Akira I have to leave now. This is the only chance I have at my own freedom. The rest of the slaves have decided to leave since they owe no more service to Maeko.” She stated and I nodded.
“You have always wanted your freedom no matter what, so I can’t be surprised if you leave your two best friends in this state just because you want to be free.” I replied looking at Vanna who stared at us from a far distance. She stood next to Niran.
“I have no reason to wait. You two have seen the ones you want to stay and be with. But the one I want to be with wants to be with another person. I can’t keep hurting myself, I nee-d to go away.” She said in tears and I nodded cleaning the tears that rolled down my eyes.
“That’s so thoughtful of you. If you want to leave, you nee-d to go far. In case Maeko gets the throne back or the opponent takes it, you won’t be around to be caught for slavery anymore.” I said and she nodded.
“Thank you.” She replied and looked back at the other slaves who were also going with her.
The King stared at them as they left and couldn’t do anything. He wasn’t the King anymore.
Finally,power has been collected from him.

? ARJUN ?
I opened my eyes and found myself in an entire different place.
“Where am i?” I asked myself and was about sitting up from the unfamiliar bed when the door opened and Akira walked in.
“Hey.” She said with a smile running into my arms gently.
“How are you? Are you okay?” I asked holding her ti-ghtly as I felt slight pain at my back.
“I should be asking you that. You have been out for three days now, I have been worriedly sick.” She said and I looked around the room .
“Where are we?” I asked and she sighed.
“My town Java.” She replied and I furrowed my brows.
“Why are we here?” I further asked remembering the war that sent us out of the palace.
“Because your father has been dethroned, he was sent out of his own Palace, which means he has no power to rule it anymore.” She said and I nodded reluctantly.
“That’s true. I almost forgot.” I said sighing.
“That’s it? Aren’t you sad?” She asked and I scoffed.
“He got what he deserved Akira. He wasn’t a good leader, so he can lose it for all I care.” I stated and she stared at me speechlessly.
“How are the others? Niran, Hana,Aaron, Nikita…” I said and she caught me short.
“We are all fine. Aaron is responding to treatments and Hana can’t wait for him to open his eyes. Niran has been the man, taking care of almost everything since we got here.” She replied and I nodded.
I tried to get up, and she supported me up by holding my hand.
“Can I see around?” I asked.
“Arjun you just woke up. You should be resting, not gallivanting.” She said and I shook my head.
“I have been on that bed for three days, I have had enough rest. I nee-d to check on everyone. Especially mother, didn’t have her time at all.” I said.
“She was rescued with Father. But I can’t stop you, so you can go see anyone you want to see.” She said and I nodded .
But then, before I left, I noticed something about her. She looked pale.
“What’s up with you? Have you been resting?” I asked and she looked at herself.
“Not really, why?” She asked.
“You look Pale, didn’t you notice?” I asked and she shook her head.
“No I didn’t. Is it that bad?” She asked holding her head in her hand wishing she could see her own face without a mirror.
“It’s not that bad. Or maybe it’s me.” I stated ru-b-bing my eyes and walking to the door.
She followed behind me and when I got out of the house, I saw how scatter everywhere was. Some houses were demolished already, and some uncompleted. Few where the ones standing.
“What Happened?” I asked furrowing my brows.
“Oh. This was from the time your father came to raid our town, in search of slaves and guards. He did this to this place.” She said and I felt so sad.
“I am so sorry about that.” I said looking at the house I came out from and I saw it was only one part that was standing. The other part had been destroyed.
Suddenly Akira ran forward and held her tummy bending down.
“Hey are you…” I wasn’t able to finish my statement when she began to puke. I moved closer to her in fear ru-b-bing her back careful.
“You nee-d to see a doctor or nurse Akira. Did this just start?” I asked and she shook her head.
“It’s been three days, and It won’t stop. I get irritated easily.” She said and I shook my head In fear.
“You nee-d to see Nikita now.” I said and she nodded. She began to walk forward and I followed behind her.
After few minutes, we got to a particular house which was still very complete. It was quite big.
“Almost everyone are here.Nikita is in there with Aaron too.” She said and I took the lead and walked in.
As soon as I got in, I saw Niran talking to the men.
“Niran.” I called and when he saw me he smiled widely approaching me.
“Look who we have here.” He said hu-gging me and I winced in pain as he tou-ched my back.
“Oh…Sorry.” He said and I nodded.
“It’s cool.” I replied smiling and we both looked at Akira.
“I will be with Nikita. You should talk.” She said walking away and I smiled looking at Niran.
“Where is father?” I asked him.
“Another house, with his wife. He isn’t himself at all so he doesn’t want to be near anyone.” He stated and i scoffed.
“He actually deserves what ever is happening to him.” I said and Niran nodded.
“He does deserve it but we shouldn’t lose that throne to those Bastards.” He said and I furrowed my brows.
“And who are those Bastards?” I asked.
“Katika and her father of course. Their family have been after the throne for a very long time, and that’s why they came to mingle with us. And finally sending Kaleb, may his soul rest in perfect torment, to finish the task.” He said.
“Kaleb is dead?” I asked and he nodded.
“I killed him gladly.” He said and I smiled. It was kinda painful I couldn’t witness it, but all the same he deserved it.
“What do we do now? We can’t stay here forever.” I said.
“And who said we are? We are getting back that throne.” Niran said and I scoffed.
“How is that possible? They have all weapons and we have nothing.” I said and he smiled.
“We won’t be nee-ding weapons.” He said and I looked at him like he has gone crazy.
“Prince Arjun.” I heard Nikita call in a whisper and I rushed back to her with Niran.
“What’s that Nikita?” I asked fearfully.
“Akira is pregnant my Prince.” She said and my mouth dropped open.
“What?” I asked in shock and she nodded happily.
“She is carrying your baby Arjun.” Niran said smiling but there was actually nothing to be happy about.
I walked away with a straight face and I could feel their gaze on me.
“What’s wrong with him?” I heard Niran ask.
