“What happened?” That same voice repeated and they looked at each other before Rushing in
“Where am I?” Adel asked looking around
The whole room was smaller than her wardrobe
“You’re awake?” Jeremy asked gently
“Jem, what happened? Am I dead already? If am dead then what are you doing here,” she asked still looking around
“I came to the land of death to bring you back,” he said she stood up
“Wait,” Sasha shouted cos the old duvet covering her fell down
She had no idea that she wasn’t wearing anything, Sasha quickly gets the duvet and wrapped it around her che-st
That’s when it becomes clear to her that she wasn’t wearing anything, she looked at Jeremy to see him facing the other side and signed in relief
“I thought you’re a pervert I would have broken your head” she muttered un-der her breath but Sasha heard it and start laughing
“What happened?” Jeremy asked and turn around to face them
“Nothing, I will go call the local physician,” she said and left
Jeremy forgot the fact that he was going to work and sat beside her, her wounds healed quickly… All thanks to the local physician she looks sp-otless again
“Where is Margaret?” Was the first question she asked looking around
“Everyone thought you were dead,” he replied and Tears build up in her eyes immediately
“Hey, it’s okay, I will call her later in the day, ” he said and she nodded
She was fighting back the tears in her eyes
“It’s okay, everything is gonna be alright,” he a-ssured and she looked at him
How can you be this beautiful even without any makeup, you just woke up from a coma and you’re looking all pretty again,” Jeremy thought staring at her
She still hasn’t un-derstood what was happening, it was as if something was missing and she was trying to figure out what it was.
Jeremy hold her chin and slowly turned her to face him, she just stood still like a status without moving or blinking her eyes
He leaned over and made to kis-s her but someone hit his head and pull him by his ear outside
“Ouch,” that hurts he winched
“I said you can make babies but I didn’t say you should do it immediately after she wakes up,” The local physician scolded
Turns out she was the one that hit him anyway
“She’s too pretty and charming, it’s not that easy,” he pouted
“You have to try, for now, she doesn’t know what she’s doing until her memory and body come together, she needs food and rest then medicine,” the woman said and he nodded
“I know she’s too pretty but one step at a time, I know she’s all yours and you can do anything you want once she’s healthy, by the way, where did you meet her….”
“It’s pretty lady,” Sasha corrected
“Where did you meet the pretty lady? Happy now?” She said and Sasha smiles
“Just go check on her already,” Jeremy said and frown
The local physician went inside and Adel was still looking around the house, she gave her some medicine and Adel took it then a few moments later
She started getting herself together bit by bit, she tou-ched her flat tummy
“For how long have I been sleeping?” She asked no one in particular
“Six months,” Sasha replied
“Have I given birth already, though it’s nine months? Where is my baby? Hope is a girl? I want to see her,” she said and everyone was silent
She took her gaze from one person to another
“Don’t tell me that am still pregnant cos I have seen many pregnant women and their tummy is huge,” she said with a light smile
“Am sorry, the baby couldn’t make it,” The local physician said and she stood up immediately
“You’re lying right?” She asked laughing like a mad person
“Am sorry, it was already gone before you get here,” the woman added and she nearly falls but Jeremy was quick to hold her
“No… I was gonna be a good mother, no.. no… No, you’re lying, tell me you’re lying! No!!!” She yelled moving back
“Calm down,” Jeremy said and she made to slap him but he quickly ducked it
“I was gonna be a good mother, tell me you’re lying,” she shouted and hold her head
“You can still make another one,” the local physician said and she rans off
“Pretty lady,” Sasha shouted and runs after her
Jeremy turns to the woman looking all pitiful
“What should I do?” He asked and rou-ghed his head
“Calm her down and talk, then make another baby if not she will go crazy,” the woman replied and gathered her things

Margaret was packing their stuff in a box planning to leave since the boss is no longer around, staying here will do her more harm than good
“What a beauty,” she heard that voice that makes her blood boil with rage
“I will kill you no matter what it takes, just watches your back cos I will make sure to prove to the whole world that you killed her and you will not go Scott free,” she said staring at Steve who smi-rked
“Accusing me of murder is an offense and I can charge you for that, but seeing that you’re as pretty as your boss I will like to taste that sweet juice of yours again,” he said and she spites on his face immediately
“You’re a disgusting creature, a demon in disguise, just watch and see how I will exp-ose you,” she said and continue what she was doing
He smi-rked and clean his face with a handkerchief
“The box,” he asked
“Go to hell for all I care,” she snapped
If only glare could kill I bet Steve would have been dead by now
He went to the wall and place his hand on it and she just watch him
“Initiating activation,” came the computer voice
It scanned his hand and showered a red light
“Failed… Failed, Please Input the right code,” the computer voice said again and he looked at Margaret who has an angry look on her face
“Open it,” he said going to her
“Go Fu-ck your mother, son of a bi-tch ,” she said and he raised his hand to slap her and she closed her eyes waiting for the slap but nothing happened
She slowly opened her eyes to see Bruce holding Steve’s hand looking all angry
“How dare you?” Steve sneered and Bruce punched him immediately and it send him flying to the wall
“Argh,” he winched in pain
“No one touches what’s mine, nobody,” Bruce said and kicked his stomach
“Argh!!!” He yelled groa-ning in pain
“Get up and fight me, son of a bi-tch !!” Bruce yelled and grabbed his collar then punched him again in the face his li-ps Bursted
“C’mon, fight me,” Bruce said but he staggered back and cleaned the blood on his li-ps
“This isn’t over boy,” Steve said going to the door
“Call me that again and I will have your balls, you wanted to fight right? Why not fight me like a man? Why are you running?” Bruce asked going after him but he runs out holding his mouth that was covered with blood
“Are you alright?” Bruce turned to Margaret and asked gently
She blinked twice
“Margaret, did he touch you?” He added and she came back from her dream world
“No, am fine … Thank you,” she said gently and he went closer
Tears gathered in her eyes and she just allowed them to fall freely
“Hey, don’t cry again please,” Bruce said gently
“I Missed her so much, I wish I can just see her again,” she mumbled and he offered a crying shoulder
“Why does it hurt so much? It’s been six months but it’s still as if everything happened just yesterday,” she added still crying
“Get away from my son black witch,” Mrs. Benson walked into the office and dragged her away
“Mom, what are you doing?” Bruce asked surprised
Shortly Ashley came in
“Where is the code? Where is it?” Ruth asked glaring at Margaret
She ignored Bruce and all her focus was on Margaret
“What code?” Margaret asked confused
“Oh, you think we don’t know right? Where is the code? Black witch” Ashley ranted and Margaret kept quiet
“I said where is the secret code to the safe house?” Ruth asked with a slap
Margaret quickly hold her cheeks that was burning cos of the slap
“I don’t know about any code,” she replied simply
Mr. Benson is still at the hospital, Adel is Dead to them and the code is what can open the secret door in Adel’s office, the place she makes out with Jeremy
Inside there is their family treasure that has been pa-ssed down from generations, starting from Mr. Benson’s grandmother who was an heiress, then she pa-ssed it down to her son Mr. Benson’s father and Mr. Benson’s father pa-ssed it down to Mr. Benson who now pa-ssed it down to Adel which makes her the current Heiress
She doesn’t want to use their family Fortune and so she works ha-rd and made her own money and now Ruth wants to get into the secret room so she could have it all to herself
“Grab her and open the door,” Ruth said and two security came in immediately they made to take her away but a punch from Bruce sent the first guy flying to the door
“Trust me I learned Kung fu in France, if you don’t want it to be a bloody step away from her but if you want it the other way round, touch a strand of her hair,” he said and cleaned his fist then pose ready to attack
“Bruce,” Ashley called and he kicked her mouth
She falls and blood covered her mouth immediately, Ruth rushed to her
“What have you done Bruce? Did you want to kill your sister cos of this black witch,” Ruth yelled and he scoffed
“You will still tell me who my family is when am ready for it, but now everyone should leave now that am still being nice,” he said glaring at them
“You might be lucky today witch but I will get you,” Ruth said and left with Ashley whose mouth was still bleeding
Margaret just stood there with tears
“If she was alive that little thing won’t talk to me any how, Ruth wouldn’t have come into this place to insult me, Gosh why did she die? Why does it have to be her?” She sobbed
“Hey, it’s okay,” Bruce said gently and she sat on the floor and start crying not Minding that Bruce was watching her
“It hurts, it hurts,” she mumbled still shading tears

COUNTRYSIDE*
Evening*
“Pretty lady,” Sasha called and Adel looked at her
She was able to calm down but de-eper down the pain is still there
“Yes,” she answered
“Did you like my brother?” Sasha asked and Adel raise a brow
“Yes… I mean no, we have different kinds of Likes” she replied and Sasha started laughing
“What’s funny, he’s my life saver so yeah,” she added
“But I have seen you staring at him like all throu-ghthe day,” Sasha said
“I can stare at anything I want, it’s my eyes,” she replied and Sasha nodded and stood up
They were in a garden a little far from their home, from there you can see the view of the ocean and the flowers in the garden were beautiful
“Going already?” Adel asked and she shook her head negatively
“I will be back,” she replied and left
Shortly after she left Jeremy joined her
“Hey, still angry?” He asked gently
“No,”
“But you look sad,” he said and she looked at him and bit her bott-om li-ps
Gosh, can you not do that, you are so tempting,” he said in his mind
“How did you save me and why?” She asked and he looked at her
He wasn’t expecting that question anytime soon but since she has already asked, I guess he has to answer

“So you saw a burning car and you didn’t even think of your own life and you went in, what if the car exploded immediately after you get in?” She asked and he shrugged
“Then we would be signing our marriage certificate in heaven by now,” he replied and she chuckled softly
“Wait, did you just smile, like I made you smile?” He asked surprised
He has never seen her smile for a single day even though he works for her
“Am a human, not a robot silly,” she said and he was still surprised
“Can you smile again,” he asked exactly
“No,”
“Please, just like this,” he twisted his head showing his teeth and she started smiling
“That’s crazy,” she said and he laughed
“You should smiles more often cos you look more pretty when you smile,” he said and she frown immediately
“My bad,” he muttered and she burst out laughing
“You’re silly,” she added and hit his head lightly
A moment of silence prevails
“Thank you,” She suddenly said looking at him
“You’re my lifesaver,” she added and he hold her hands gently
“Can I ask a question?” He said and Adel nodded
“What if I told you that I love you? What if I show you that maybe I can surprise you? Would you be so kind to open up your mind and heart to me? I want to be the one to cheer up and give you hugs when you feel lonely, and tell you that everything will be alright,” he said and she was silent
“when you cry you will know that someone get your back, but can you tell me that am breathing anyway?” He said and she was silent
“Could you be my one and only? Could I be the only to hold you close, in the day time and in the night time? What do you say? We can go to a place I know that you will like, will you be my lover?” He added staring de-eperly into her eyes
She was silent
“Say something, anything,” he added, his heart beating so loud
“If I give my heart to you, will you swear that you’ll stand by me? Will you help me to fight those that tried to kill me but ended up killing my baby, cos I will visit their homes one after another, I will kill both the woman and children…. Young and old, their generations will hear my name, will you help me Or will you lie?” She asked

She suddenly falls and start rolling on the floor hold her tummy ti-ghtly
“It hurts, I think am gonna die,” she cried and Eden stopped and looked at her
“Sasha,” he panicked seeing how badly she was shaking
She slowly opened her eyes and saw him coming towards her then she closed her eyes again
“Argh!!? Am dying, am gonna die, arghhh!!!” She shouted and he rushed to her immediately
“I thought you will not come back” She thought silently
“Argh!!!” She yelled into his ears, she closed her eyes ti-ghtly and her two hands on her tummy as she rolled around the ground
Seeing that she was serious he carried her immediately and start heading to the local physician house
“It hurts, argh!! Am gonna die,” she shouted with tears
“No don’t die, what did you eat? Huh!” He asked panicking
“Am dying,”
“No don’t die,” he replied with fear
“Am dying, arghhhhh!!!” She yelled with tears and he started crying
“Please don’t die, please,” he said with tears
