“Mum am back” Ann informed her mum.
“Hmm Anna what are you doing here, have you been fired from work?” Her mum asked smiling.
“No mum, she smiled “am not that bad,am taking the rest of the week off”.
“Sweetie it seems this dream is taking it toil on you”.
“Like seriously sunshine,am fed up,I don’t know what to do and it seems real”.
“Sorry sweetie,be praying,I will also be praying for you, go take your shower and sleep it shall be well with you”.
“Abella, what up you are a bit early today? Bella asked.
“I took the rest of the week off” she replied.
“What happened?” She (Bella)asked.
“Isa you are my sister has you are aware of what am going throu-gh”.
Bella moves closer to her and hug her.
“Am sorry sis”.
“That aside am going on a date with my boss tomorrow” Ann informed lightening the mood.
“What?” Bella stared at her wide eyes “like seriously, are you for real?”.
“Nope am for fake, am serious girl”.
“Wow, around what time tomorrow?”..
“Six pm ma’am”.

*The next day*
“Ok don’t you worry little sis, I will do the make up”.
“No problem sis, I trust you”.
“Now the finishing touches”.
“Isa, no need for all these,am just going on a date with my boss not my boyfriend”.
“Who said your boss can’t be your boyfriend, come off it kid sis”.
“Isa do you have to tell it to my face that am your kid sis, anyway thanks biggest sis”.
“You gonna wear this blue gown a matching jewelry and a blue heel”.
She did as she was told and she looked at her self in the mirror
“Oh” she held her head, she suddenly had a flashback she looked exactly like how she was in her dream except for the crown and the horse tail.
“What’s wrong” Bella asked.
She didn’t want to bother her sister so she told her she is fine.
At exactly six pm Max called for the direction of her house which she did gratefully,he later called that he is outside.
Wow she held her breath she couldn’t believe who was standing in front of her it seems like a dream she had this kind of excitement in her..
Max was super excited when he saw her, he still couldn’t place the kind of feeling he has for her. Is it love or lust but he was confident that it’s the former.
“My princess let’s go” he said reaching out to her.
“Huh?” She asked” my princess?”.
“Pardon me Annabelle”.
“Annabelle?”.
“Just forget about that, let’s go”.
Max took her to a cla-ssic restaurant. A table was reserved for them at a close corner. Max stood up and pulled out the chair for Ann to sit during the process his hand brushed her back. Ann felt a bolt of electricity rushing throu-ghher vein and that’s not the only thing she felt ,she felt the bu-tterflies again but this time they didn’t twitch they are actually flying in her stomach.
“Yeah”Max said “let be formal with each other, you call me Max”.
“Yes sir”she replied.
“Come off it Ann, don’t be so official, we are on a date, not some company a-ssignment.” He said.
“Ok”.
“Tell me about you Ann”.
“Am the second child of the Richa-rd family”.
“What! Come again,did you say Richard” Max asked wide eyed.
“Yeah” she smiled.
“Wow, why did you come to work in our company?”.
“hmm I choose so though am being talked into working in our company but am not interested I want to explore”.
“Let order our meal” Max informed when a waitress came to take their orders.
“Ok”, tell me about you sir” she smiled.
“Am Maxwell Anderson the only son at that and the……………”.
“My boss” she completed.
Max laughed heartedly.
‘Gawd she loves his laugh’.
“Let do this more often”he smiled.
“What? More often?” Ann asked to be sure of what she heard.
“Yeah” he smiled.
“Ok sir”.
“Hmm Ann” max called.
“Yes?”.
“Can I take a picture of you” he asked.
“Sure”.
She pose for the picture and they also took picture together with max kis-sing her slightly on the cheek.
He later drop her home.
“I will see you on Monday, thanks so much sir”.
“No Ann” he replied “Don’t be so sure”.
“What?”.
“Bye” Then he drove off.

EPISODE 7
“Marietta! Marietta!! Marietta!!!”
“What? Who are you? Who is Marietta?”
“Am Nwala your great grandmother”
“What do you want from me? I have no business with you”
“Hmm” the woman thun-dered “you have a lot of business with me child, come with me”
“No” she snapped
“Marietta delay maybe dangerous”
“Who is Marietta? Am Anabelle, stop calling me that” she shouted agitatedly
“Listen child” the woman thun-dered “it’s time”
“Time?” She asked bewildered
Next she started having strange voices telling her ‘its time’
She screamed frantically and woke up, her noise attra-cted her family.
“Mom, she started crying, Patricia rushed towards her daughter
“What’s wrong my child?”she asked
“Mum it the nightmare, who is Marietta?” She asked confused
“Marietta?” Bella asked with Blank face. “Mum, dad am confused why is she having this nightmares constantly”
“Huh”she gro-aned, her head ache
“What’s wrong dear?” Her mom asked
“My head ache” she replied tiredly
“Hmm, honey you have to rest”.
“Mum am scared, I can’t close my eyes a bit without having this confusing dreams, am tired” she raised her tears filled eyes to her dad. “Dad. Am fed up, am losing my mind already sometimes i seat on a strange place with strange people sometimes I will be in strange clothes, sometimes I will be hearing strange names ‘Marietta, Adaobi, what does those names mean,who goes by that name,am fed up already” she was crying already
“Am sorry baby” her dad replied “come here” she moves closer to her dad who engulfed her in a hug while stro-king her back gently before she slept off.
Bella offered to sleep beside her and their parent went to their room.
“Richa-rd am tired, it’s so confusing” Patricia complained to her husband
“Patricia am also fed up”
“What are we going to do, it’s getting better part of her”.
“Maybe we should tell mama” her husband suggested
“What has mama got to do with it, did (mama) even know her?she only know Isabella” Patricia replied
“It’s true,she only know Isabella but don’t forget it been a long time since she see us, so it won’t be a problem convincing her”
“It’s a good idea,we will visit her this weekend with the children”
“No I think we should only got and explain things to her before taking them along with us, besides they ba-rely know Lagos not to talk of taking them to Anambra”.
“They have to get used to this country first”
“Ok no problem”
“Ann how are you feeling now?” Bella asked
“Sis” she smiled “am ok now”
“Hmm” Bella smiled
“What?” Ann smiled back
“Before you kill me for what am about to say, am so sorry” she said looking sorry
“What happened?” Ann frowned
“Your boss called earlier this morning to ask after you and I picked the call I told him you are kind of indisposed.,…..”
“What?”she asked frowning de-eperly
“Ann that’s not the problem now”she replied stressing the words “What is it?” Ann snapped
“He’s actually in the livingroom waiting for you”she replied picking her words carefully
“What?” She yelled
Bella quickly move to cover her mouth “stop Ann, stop shouting”.
“Gosh Bella, how could you invite him”she yelled
“No no no sis I didn’t invite him he came at his own free will” Bella replied.
“What am I going to do now?” She asked biti-ng her li-ps nervously.
“Gosh you’re nervous” Bella replied laughing.
“Am really nervous”she replied.
“Who won’t be nervous, to hear that a hot guy is actually looking worried in your house” Bella teased.
“Huh, he’s worried, Bella what exactly did you tell him” she accused glaring at her.
“Come on Abella don’t give me that look” Bella replied with an eye roll.
“Go and take your bath and come and meet your prince charming”.
“Ok mum, could you please keep his company”.
“Yes ma’am that’s what am going to do”.
Few minutes later, She wore a white cropped top over a blue jean bum short before she strolled down to meet Max.
“Good afternoon sir” she greeted calling his attention to her.
Max diverted his gaze to her, his heart twitch again,she was so beautiful, he couldn’t help staring at her.
“Hello” she called again.
Max lic-ked his li-ps, embarra-ssed that he was caught staring “Good afternoon Ann” he greeted.
“I can see that you are enjoying my sister’s company” she said smiling, whilst winking at Bella.
“Yeah it’s true, Bella have a great sense of humor” he replied laughing.
“Great then, I don’t have to introduce you guys again”.
“Yeah”they both replied.
“Sis Mum called a while ago,she told me to get somethings for her at Victoria Island” Bella said.
“What? Isa do you know your way around here?” She asked smiling.
“You seems to forget sis,that I work at Ikeja and I know my way around Lagos” she replied grooving at her.
“Whatever, grab some pizza for me”.
“Maxwell see you later” she replied.
“Maxwell?” Ann asked bewildered.
Bella pulled out her tongue “deal with it baby”.
“Screw you” she replied laughing “gosh pardon my manners, I can’t get enough of her she is Zee world extraordinary everyday”.
Max did not hesitate to join in the laugh ,he laughed heartedly.
Ann took the moment to examine him, she has never seen him in casual clothes before and he looks so hot, no wonder Bella had to excuse them. He wore a white Polo and a kneel length shorts together with white Snickers.
Max on his own part can’t take his eyes off her,she wore a bum short that clung to her a-ss firmly and a crop top. He asked himself for the umpteenth time if she’s not out to sed-uce him but she’s so hot.
“Sir thanks for checking up on me” she said gratefully.
“Hmm” he smiled “for the love of Chin Chin and Yogurt,stop all this sirs, we’re not in the office”.
She paused her li-ps “yes sir,I mean Max”.
“So you mean you don’t know your way around Lagos?” He asked.
“Yep” she replied.
“How about take you out” he stated staring at her “around Lagos”.
“Yeah it’s a great idea, let me place a call to my mum” she squeaked and looked down “I can’t go like this, let me go change my clothes”.
On getting to her room she had to slap herself for behaving so childish.
