“How were you able to find me?” Isha asked.
“It was kind of ha-rd finding you, since you chose to keep a low profile. I see you are still helping people carry out their evil plans on innocent people” Amica said and Isha smirked.
“Yes I am, just like how good exist, evil must also exist, not everyone should be nice. Haven’t you hear the saying that good people tends to die quickly, while those with evil mindset last longer” Isha said, but Amica didn’t say a word to her.
“How are you Amica?” Isha asked.
“I am good as you can see. Doing more good than becoming a dark witch like you” Amica said, and Isha smirked.
“You think being a courtesan at the brothel is more better than being a dark witch who can do some many things with her powers?” Isha asked.
“I chose to be a courtesan over being a dark witch like you, but for the record being a courtesan at the brothel, doesn’t mean I sell my body to those ungodly men, because I have always have my ways. At least serving them liquor is more better than inheriting your dark powers” Amica said.
“You hate me more than anything in the world, don’t you?” Isha asked.
“And why won’t I when you are always helping people inflict pains on other people. If only the heavens can take your dark powers, I’d have been the most happiest girl in the world”
“Then why did you come to see me. I am sure it must have been ha-rd for you to find me, but why did you look for a person you care less about” Isha asked.
“Because I want to confirm something from you. I know you are capable of doing it, but somehow I am hoping this time around, you don’t have a hand in it” Amica said.
“What are you trying to say?” Isha asked.
“Cheng, the third prince of Maelstrom, did you possessed him with the power of a demon and always control him to do evil” Amica asked.
“How did you know the third prince of Maelstrom?”
“Don’t answer my question with a question mother. Did you possess Cheng with the power of the demon and always control him to do evil?” Amica asked again.
“And what if I did?”
Tears falls down Amica’s eyes after Isha said that. How was she going to face Waylon, knowing the fact that her own mother was the one who possessed Cheng and always control him to inflict pains on people.
“How could you have done such a thing mother? What wrong did he do you for you to possess him. A lot of people hates him. Why did you ruined his life?” Amica asked.
“I have no connection with Cheng, I am just following orders”
“Who the heck ordered you to possess Cheng?” Amica asked with more tears falling down her eyes.
Isha snickers and said. “You must be so daft to think I am going to disclose my client’s identity to you. You should know by now that I don’t disclose the Identity of my clients. And beside is Cheng’s fault for having a great destiny” Isha said.
“What do you mean?”
“There’s a lot of secret revolving around Cheng’s birth, but it’s something I will never tell you. But Cheng is the rightful king of Maelstrom, whose destiny is to be loved by many, but I just turned his destiny upside down” Isha said with a wicked smirk on her face.
“Like always you are evil, and since I already you are the one behind what happened to Cheng, it means you are working with someone inside the palace. Waylon must know about this” Amica said and turns to leave, but Isha raise her hand and Amica flew and landed on the wall, hurting herself
Isha looked at some swords hung on the wall, and the swords aimed at Amica.
The swords were able piercing into her skin, but Isha halt it with her powers, and Amica looked at her breathing in fast pace.
Isha smirked and walked closer to Amica.
“Did you possibly think I told you I was the one who possessed Cheng, just so you can run your mouth?” Isha asked.
Amica only stared at her with tears falling down her eyes.
“You are my daughter Amica, but that doesn’t mean I will think twice before killing you”
“You are going to kill your own daughter without blinking an eye?” Amica asked in a crying tone.
“Yes Amica, that’s how evil I am. Without evils, the world won’t be a perfect place. Just a word out from your mouth, this swords will come aiming at you, and Waylon will die as well” Isha said.
“Don’t do anything to Waylon!! Don’t touch that innocent man!!” Amica shouted crying.
“It seemed you have a soft spot for Waylon, so if you don’t want him to die, then keep those mouth of yours shut”
“Why did you tell me you were the one who possessed Cheng? You should’ve just kept mute, so I won’t have known anything!!”
“You were curious to know if I was the one that possessed Cheng, right? And as my daughter, I just told you the truth” Isha said.
“Please mother, revoke the demon who invoke inside Cheng, so Waylon won’t be able to find you”
“Too bad, only the powers of the heavens can unleash out the demon inside Cheng, but is going to be ha-rd in doing so, since Cheng and the demon are already become one body, and as long as I get orders from my client to control Cheng’s demon, Cheng will forever be hated by many people, if you want Waylon to be on the safe side, don’t even think about telling him about me, or you are going to lose the man you love” Isha said
Amica covers her face with her hands crying.

⟨ PALACE OF MAELSTROM ≈ SAME NIGHT ⟩
“I heard you are getting engaged to Prince Cheng” The palace head maid said as Tatiana helps her with the cooking.
Tatiana smiled and said “Yes I am. It’s surprising that the king accepted me as Cheng’s bride without a second thought”
“There are lots of things you can’t foresee yet, and when you do, you might not be by his side, because you will return back to where you belong” The palace head maid said.
“What are you talking about? Where I belong? What does that mean?” Tatiana said looking confused.
“In due time, you will know what I am talking about. The one who became a human just to save another” The palace head maid said.
“Now you are getting me confused. Who exactly are you, and why are you always speaking in parades anytime you are with me?” Tatiana asked.
“You already know who I am way before this world began”
“You are getting confused, what do you mean by I know you way before this world began? What are you trying to say? You are the palace head maid right?” Tatiana asked with so much confusion in her eyes.
The palace head maid smiled and said. “Yes I am the palace head maid and you are Tatiana”
“You are so confusing”
“Continue with chopping the vegetables Tatiana” The palace head maid said smiling, and Tatiana looked at her with a puzzle face.

After Tatiana was done helping with the cooking, she decided to walk around the palace. She couldn’t go to Cheng because he is busy arranging the kinds of gifts to send to her aunt.
“Sometimes I don’t understand the palace head maid, why is she always talking in parables” Tatiana mumbled to herself.
She sneezed and the fire lights outside the palace turned off.
Tatiana looked around wondering why the fire lights of the palace turned off.
“What going on, why did fires turned out all of a sudden?” Tatiana mumbled.
“light up now” She said, and fire lights turned on immediately.
Tatiana gasped falling to the ground.
“What just happened? Did I just ordered the fire lights to turn on?” Tatiana asked with unbelievable eyes.
She gulped down hard, and stood to her feet.
“Turn off” She said.
But the fire lights didn’t turn off.
“I command you to turn off” She said again, but the fire lights shine more brightly.
“I must have been hallucinating things. There’s no way a human like me can have powers” Tatiana said, she turns to leave, and sees Waylon going to his flower garden.
She smiled and followed him, and when she arrived at the flower garden, she saw him watering his flowers.
“Do you want some help?” She asked, and when Waylon looked at her, she beamed a smile at him.

“Why do you like watering your flowers at night?” Tatiana asked, as they water the flowers together.
“I don’t know, I have always loved watering my flowers at night”
“I guess maybe that’s why your flowers are so beautiful” Tatiana said watering the flowers.
“Yeah they are beautiful just like you” He said looking at her beautiful face.
“Huh?”
Waylon smiled. “Nothing. Are you excited in getting engaged to Cheng?” He asked.
“Yes I am. And we are sending gifts to my aunt tomorrow” She said smiling.
“That’s good to know”
“Thank you Waylon”
“For what?”
“For being a good brother to Cheng, and for helping him to find the dark witch that possessed with the power of a demon”
“Cheng is my brother, and the least I can do to make up for the times I neglected him is to find a way to set him from the demon inside of him, so he can live as a normal human being without being controlled” Waylon said.
“Thank you Waylon”
“Enough with the thanking Tatiana, is my obligation to protect my brother” Waylon said.
“I think is the other way around”
“Meaning?” Waylon asked.
“Cheng is the rightful one who can protect you, since he is the one with the power of a demon”
“Now I am hurt” Waylon said, and Tatiana laughed.
“I was just kidding. That’s reminds you haven’t told me what you wish for. What’s your wish? I am going to grant it for you, since I promise I will” Tatiana said smiling.
“I have thought about it yet” He said.
“Why are you taking so long to make a wish?” Tatiana asked and puckered, and Waylon smiled.
“I am still thinking about the perfect wish to make, so get prepared for it okay” Waylon said.
“I am always ready” Tatiana said and they both laughed.

⟨ QUEEN VANYA’S CHAMBER ⟩
“Are these gifts enough mother? I want to impress Tatiana’s Aunt” Cheng said to Queen Vanya.
“Has living alone made you forget you are a prince?” Queen Vanya asked, while Cheng looked at her.
“Do you know how excited Manisha is going to be once she knows you are getting engaged to her niece? The prayers of so many people in Maelstrom is to tie the knot with a royal family. So even if you didn’t shower Manisha with lots of gifts, she is still going to handle to Tatiana to you, because you are a royal blood” Queen Vanya said.
“I want to do it the proper way mother. Let’s send lots of gifts to Tatiana’s aunt” Cheng said and Queen Vanya smiled.
“You love her so much, right?” She asked.
“Yes I do mother, and I want to give the best gifts to her family”
“I am happy for you Cheng, and I am happy the king accepted Tatiana, despite being from a lower breed”
“And thank you mother for supporting me” Cheng said and Queen Vanya smiled.
Narmada entered the room, but when she saw Cheng, she quickly left.
“I will be right back mother” Cheng said and went after Narmada.
“Narmada” He said teleporting to her front.
Narmada scoffed and said. “Are you trying to show off your powerful skills? Just kill me as well”
“C’mon Narmada, you know I will never hurt you, talk more of killing you” Cheng said.
“But the fact still remains you get controlled from time to time!!”
“Is that the only reason why you hate me or is there something beneath it?” Cheng asked, and Narmada kept mute.
“I didn’t intend to be a demon Narmada. If I have my ways, I will control myself from hurting other people, but I can’t do it, but that doesn’t mean I am going to hurt my only sister” Cheng said.
Narmada ignored him and walked away. Cheng sighed and turned to go back to Queen Vanya’s room, but Narmada called his name.
“Cheng”
Cheng turned to look at her.
Narmada heaves a sigh and said. “I know this is crazy, but let’s start over again as siblings, my use to be husband”
And her word made Cheng smiled.

⟨ MARCELLUS’S HOUSE ≈ NEXT DAY ⟩
Marcellus kept looking at Swati smiling as she helped him wear the coat of his kimono.
“Why did you insist I help you wear your kimono when you have hands” Swati said.
“I thought I told you that I don’t have strength to do so” Marcellus said smiling, and he could perceived the pleasant fragrance of her hair.
“Oh really” Swati said and intentionally tighten the rope of his kimono.
“Ouch! You should have just said you want to kill me” Marcellus.
“I wish I could. All done” Swati said and tried to leave, but Marcellus held her hand and pulled her closer to himself, and Swati gasped when he did that.
“What are you doing?” She asked in a low voice.
Marcellus smiles and caressed her face.
“I have something really important to tell you”
“Which is?” Swati asked.
Marcellus takes out the strand of her hair from her face, caressing her chin softly.
“Swati I…”
Marcellus was interrupted when the door opened and a beautiful maiden dressed in an expensive kimono entered the room.
“Thalia” He muttered
“Marcellus” Thalia said with a happy smile, she pushed Swati away from Marcellus and hug-ged him, but Marcellus pushed her away slightly.
“Who are you?” Swati asked, getting jealous already.
Thalia smiled at Swati and said. “I am his wife”
