SUIDAN PALACE**
As Adelaide left the King’s chamber,she walked into queen Sofia and her maids
“Mother” Adelaide immediately bowed and queen Sofia smiled
“It’s so cool to see you again today” She said and they started walking together
Adelaide’s maids already walking behind them also
Adelaide and Queen Sofia kept talking as they take a walk together
Their maids following them closely
“Thank you for coming into my son’s life,I was beginning to think he won’t fall in love again” Queen Sofia smiled and Adelaide almost asked if there was someone else before and then what happened to her? But she kept quiet
“Thank you for accepting me mother,it means alot to me” She smiled
“Like I said,it’s the King’s decision. Even though I’m his mother,but still he’s the king and I have no power if he decide on his own” Queen Sofia said and Adelaide smiled
Soon,Queen Sofia got to her suite and left with her maids
Adelaide’s maids immediately moved closer,walking by her sides
“Gosh,I want to sleep” Adelaide yawned
“My lady,,you have to visit the princess tonight” Gemma said
“Yeah I know,so I will rest till then.”
They saw Matilda coming
“It’s the mistress” Gemma said and Ava scoffed
“Wow,she’s beautiful” Mia smiled
“She’s not beautiful Mia” Ava snapped
Matilda got closer and to Adelaide’s surprise,she smiled at her
“Good to see you” She said
Adelaide couldn’t find her word,she was surprised and shocked
“I haven’t got the chance to congratulate you since the announcement,congratulations” Matilda smiled
“Thank you” Adelaide said
“I guess you’re surprised,don’t be. I’m just doing the right thing. I can’t do anything about it since the king has made his decision,so let’s forget about the past and start all over again” Matilda said,bringing out her hand for a shake
“Of course,sure. Thank you” Adelaide smiled but she ignored her hand
Matilda smiled,dropping her hand
“Then,see you around Adelaide” She said
“You too Matilda” Adelaide also smiled and immediately walked away
Her maids followed immediately.
Matilda smirked as she stared at Adelaide till she was out of sight
She turned and found three maids standing before her
“My lady,we are the new maids” They bowed
Matilda eyed them from their heads to toes before walking away
The maids exchanged glances
“Does she hate us?” They asked one another
“Let’s follow her” One of them said and they immediately went after her.

“You can leave” Adelaide said to the maids when they got to her suite
“We will prepare you a warm bath my lady” Mia said
“We will wait and accompany you to the princess too” Ava said
“No,I will go alone. You should take a rest” Adelaide said
“Good night my lady” They chorused
Adelaide replied with a nod and went in
She got in and her mind went to the painting,she scoffed and sat down looking pissed,the fact that he even refused to burn the painting is more annoying.
She sat down in front of the mirror
“Is she really that pretty? Than me?” She muttered
She started removing the hair pins until her full hair dropped all over her back and face,she brushed the hair to the back with her fingers and stood up.
She walked into the dressing room to take off her clothes and then she went into the bathroom.

“That’s all for today,you can go” Eleanor dismissed the last set of maids who were taking care of the kitchen
“Thank you my lady” They bowed and immediately walked away
Eleanor also turned toward the new room given to her,she suddenly thought of Jimmy and she sighed
“I wonder if he arrived safely already” she muttered and sighed out

MINISTER’S HOUSE**
“Seriously,I can’t wait to see him again. Should I just go to the palace?” Yasmin was pacing around as she talked to herself
Amara and Lucia exchanged glances and shook their heads
“She’s going crazy” Lucia muttered
Yasmin suddenly faced them
“What do you think? Should I go to the palace??” She asked
“To do what?” Amara asked
“To see my prince charming of course” Yasmin gushed proudly
“Palace? Your prince charming stays in the palace and you’ve never met him those times you always visited the king? Oh come on” Amara scoffed
“I’m sure he’s not even from Suidan,He’s just one of the numerous people who attended the ball” Lucia said
Yasmin gro-aned and fell on the bed,her face staring up
“I want to see him again” She mumbled
“Is he really that handsome?” Lucia asked
“He’s so handsome,his voice sounded like music in my ears. He’s really looking young and cute” She smiled
“Young,what if you’re older than him?” Lucia asked and Yasmin sat up
“I’ve not thought about that,but…..I’m twenty four” She muttered and faced them
“I’m sure he’s twenty” Lucia rolled her eyes and Yasmin frowned
“Are you trying to make me feel bad?” She asked
“Well no,you just said he’s young” Lucia replied
“That doesn’t mean he’s twenty! When I meet him I will ask” Yasmin snapped and walked out of the room.
Lucia scoffed and turned to Amara
“Do you miss your boyfriend?” She asked
“You can go,it’s late” Amara faked a yawn
“I know you’re lying,but I’m leaving” Lucia winked and also went out of the room.
Amara brou-ght out the golden hairpin Liam gave him before leaving,she lay her back on the bed and kept staring at the pin.
“I can’t wait to see you again” She said in a mutter

PALACE★PRINCESS LISA’S SUITE**
“You don’t look too good” Lisa said,staring at Adelaide’s face
“Really? I’m fine though” Adelaide muttered
Lisa wanted to say more but then the door opened and Eleanor came in
She was dressed in a beautiful gown
“Wow!! It’s my first time seeing you in a normal wear!!!” Lisa shouted and immediately stood up to hug her
“Congratulations Eleanor” Lisa said
“Thank you princess” Eleanor chuckled
Adelaide also hug-ged her tightly
“Thank you bestie,I love you so much” Eleanor said and Adelaide smiled
“So,you don’t love me?” Lisa frowned
“Of course I do” Eleanor laughed and hug-ged Lisa again
“You don’t have to be so jealous Lisa” Adelaide teased when they sat down
“Of course I am jealous okay?” Lisa chuckled
Two maids came in and started setting the table
After they were done,they left
“Wow,I love prawns” Eleanor said and immediately took one
“Seriously? I didn’t know” Adelaide faced her as she took a piece of meat
“Really? How come you don’t know your best friend’s favorite?” Lisa mocked and Adelaide glared at her which made her laugh
“What’s your favorite meal?” Lisa asked Adelaide
“I don’t have one” Adelaide replied and shoved the meat into her mouth
“Wow,so delicious” Adelaide said shaking her head
“Seriously? Is it that delicious?” Lisa smiled and tried taking one
“That’s mine” Adelaide slap her hand off
“What?? How can you finish everything?” Lisa chuckled and picked the chopsticks
“Ramen are more delicious when hot” She winked and started eating
She picked from another plate of meat,leaving the one with Adelaide
Eleanor poured the wine into three cups
“Here” She pushed the first cup to Lisa
“You’re the best” Lisa gave her a thumb up
Eleanor turned to Adelaide
“No,I will go with water alone” Adelaide said
“What? Water? Why?” Lisa rushed her questions
“I don’t feel like taking wine,I just don’t feel like” Adelaide said
“Fine” Eleanor poured a cup of water for her
“Thank you” Adelaide smiled and sipped from the water
“Let’s make a toss,for Eleanor becoming the palace head maid” Lisa raised her cup
Adelaide and Eleanor also raised theirs
“Cheers”
“Cheers!!” They chorused
After a while,Adelaide and Eleanor left Lisa’s suite.
“I guess you miss Jimmy already” Adelaide muttered,staring at Eleanor’s face
She nodded slowly
“I do,but I’m worried about Kai too. He has refused to talk to me” Eleanor said
They were still talking when suddenly Kai appeared in front of them
“Hey guys” He smiled
“Kai!!” Adelaide and Eleanor called loudly and Eleanor hug-ged him immediately
Adelaide also hug-ged him after Eleanor
“Weird,you two look so happy to see me” Kai said
“Of course” Adelaide smiled
“It’s a pity I’m leaving” Kai muttered
“Huh? You’re leaving?” Eleanor asked
“For the academy?” Adelaide also asked
“I’m not going to the academy yet,but I’m leaving the palace” Kai said
“Why?” Eleanor and Adelaide asked at a time
“Don’t act like you’re surprised,you two doesn’t even care if I’m here. Especially Adelaide” Kai pushed Adelaide’s head with a finger
“I’m sorry” Adelaide pouted
“Don’t worry,I will be here on your coronation. I’m going to hug you right in front of the king,but make sure you save me from getting beheaded” Kai said and they laughed
“So,when are you leaving?” Eleanor asked
“Tomorrow,I already informed the commander. So I am free to go” Kai said
“I’m going to miss you” Eleanor muttered and hug-ged him again
“Me too” Kai said,hugging her more tightly
The hug took longer this time before Kai let her go
“Don’t miss me too much” Kai said and rou-ghAdelaide’s hair
She nodded
“Good luck Kai,bye” Adelaide smiled and walked away leaving Kai and Eleanor together
Adelaide got to her suite only to meet Carl waiting for her
“My lady” Carl bowed
“Hi Carl” Adelaide said lowly
“His Majesty will like you to come to his chamber…..”
“I’m not interested,tell him that” Adelaide cut him off and went in,she slammed the door on his face angrily
“Seriously? He think I’m going to come there this night? He should call his beautiful Suzy to sleep beside him” Adelaide scoffed and roll her eyes before she started taking off her dress.

KING’S CHAMBER**
King Lucian was holding a book in his hand trying to read but he couldn’t concentrate,he was thinking about Adelaide and hoping she will come
Carl came in and he looked up immediately
“Where is she?” He asked
“Your Majesty,she said she’s not interested in coming here” Carl bowed
“Not interested?” Lucian muttered
“Yes your majesty” Carl responded
“I guess she’s still mad at me” Lucian sighed and rest his back on the seat,he covered his face with the book in his hand.
“Can you just tell her to get ready tomorrow morning? We are meeting the royal councils together” Lucian said
“Yes your majesty” Carl bowed and immediately turned back again
Lucian gro-aned
“She’s always so ha-rd to deal with when angry” he muttered

DIRA KINGDOM**
It was so late when Prince Liam and Jimmy finally arrived at the palace,they were quite surprised to meet a party going.
???? The Crown Prince Is Here!!
Someone announced and immediately the guards started rushing toward them
“You’re Welcome Your Highness!!” They all chorused and bowed in respect
Liam smiled
The maids also gathered
“You’re welcome your Highness” They chorused too
“Thank you all,but….what’s the party about?” Liam asked
“King Lucian sent a message about your home coming so the king organized a party” A guard replied
“Seriously and he didn’t tell me?” Liam chuckled and started walking in with Jimmy beside him
The guards followed
They got to the party hall,Jimmy and Liam paid homage to the king and queen first.
Liam could see princess Renata also beaming with smiles there.
???? Did you see Jimmy?
???? He got even more handsome
???? I seriously almost hug-ged him when I saw him
???? He’s so hot
The maids whispers among themselves as they stared at Jimmy who was smiling while the king talked to him
The party lasted for some hours before it was over

“You’re really welcome commander,we missed you”
The guards were all over Liam
“Why are you guys acting as if I’m not one of you?” Liam chuckled
“Of course not,you’re different. I wished it was me who get the chance to follow the prince everywhere. I heard the ladies in Suidan are always hot” A guard said and someone slap his head from the back making everyone laughed including Jimmy
“So,Commander,tell us. Are there hot girls In Suidan? For real?” Another guard asked and they all waited curiously for Jimmy’s response
“There are bunch of hot girls there” Jimmy said
“Whoa!!!!!!” Everyone chorused
“Does that mean a girl finally captured your heart?”
“Do you wanna go there?” Jimmy asked
“Of course!!!!”
“Then you can leave” Jimmy smiled
“Wow,really?” They gushed happily
“Yeah sure,and get ready to loose your jobs” Jimmy said
“Ohhh,come on” They gro-aned
Jimmy chuckled
“Get back to work” He ordered and they started leaving
“You look more handsome commander” One of them said before they left finally
Jimmy turned to the other side to also take his leave only to find a maid standing in front of him
He almost rolled his eyes when he saw her,she has always been running after him. Obviously she’s crazily crushing on him but he never listened to her
“Hey Jimmy” Yuna called simply
“Hi” Jimmy said and made a move to leave
“Wait” she grabbed his hand
“What do you want?” Jimmy asked
“Honestly,I really missed you while you were away. But I’m glad you’re back,please accept this. I prepared it specially for you when I heard you will be back tonight” She muttered,giving him a wrapped box of food
“You shouldn’t have stressed yourself,thank you. But I’m not interested” Jimmy scoffed and walked away
Immediately tones of laughter filled the air
Yuna turned to see some maids mocking her
“Seriously,you think he was going to accept that sh*t?” One of them asked and they continue laughing
“Oh poor girl,I’m sure he saw a lot of pretty girls in Suidan,and here you are. Gosh I pity you”
They continue laughing and saying words,Yuna was almost in tears when suddenly Jimmy walked back to them
The maids all became silent
“You all should watch your mouths sometimes,it’s annoying” He said and turned to Yuna
He took the box from her
“Thank you” He said and the maids gasped
Yuna immediately smiled
Jimmy took her hand and dragged her away
“Wow,did he just hold Yuna’s hand? I wish I’m the one!!”

Jimmy stopped when they got to a silent place,he released her hand and faced her
Yuna was blus-hing
“You should give up Yuna” Jimmy said and she looked at him
“Why? I like you a lot Jimmy. I’m pretty too,why won’t you just look at me?” Yuna muttered sadly
“You’re pretty,but I can’t do what you want okay?…..”
“Why? You love someone else?” Yuna asked heart brokenly
“Yeah,I’m in love with someone else so just give up” Jimmy said
“Is she in Suidan?” Yuna asked and Jimmy nodded
“Then I don’t mind” she hold his hand
“I don’t mind being your second option,I love you so much Jimmy Please……..”
Jimmy moved away from her
“You don’t deserve to be a second option,I will eat this. So please just forget about me and don’t allow the other maids talk that way to you. You should stand up for yourself” Jimmy said and walked away
Yuna bite her li-ps
“I’ve been crushing on him but he didn’t even look at him,,,how could he fall in love with a girl over there?? How?” She muttered as tears roll down her eyes

NEXT MORNING★SUIDAN PALACE**
“You look so beautiful my lady” Mia said as they dressed Adelaide up for the meeting
Adelaide roll her eyes when she thought about Lucian
‘I seriously don’t want to see his annoying face’ she said inwardly
The maids glance at each other seeing the look on Adelaide’s face
“My lady? You don’t like the makeup? Or hair?” Ava asked
“It’s pretty” Adelaide said and smiled
She stood up
“We will go with you my lady” Gemma said and Adelaide nodded but all of a sudden she felt strange
She squee-zed her face
“My lady,are you okay?”
Adelaide suddenly rushed out of the bedroom and the maids followed her
She went straight into the bathroom and started throwing up
“My lady,are you okay?” Gemma asked worriedly as she splashes water on her face
‘Why am I suddenly feeling so weak?’ Adelaide thought inwardly
