“Thanks for listening to me, buddy” he whispered.

Aaron suddenly separated them and pulled Teddy to his side.
“There’s a limit to how long you can hug him” he said.
“Are you gay?” Micheal scoffed.
“I can turn gay cos of him, that’s how much I love him ok?” Aaron replied.
“What!” Jennifer gasped, pulling Teddy to her side.
” He’s my boyfriend and your jealousy is not needed bro” she rolled eyes.
“He met me before you came, we’ve been friends since 10” Aaron rolled eyes too.
“Gawd, that again” Seth laughed.
“I don’t care ok? The fact that he met you at 10 doesn’t count, I’m his ten over ten, I’m over you” Jennifer glared.
“Ted, me or…
“It’s always my gorgeous” Teddy cut him off, and everyone laughed.
“You should have allowed me to finish talking at least” Aaron pouted, and they laughed again.
Teddy held Jennifer’s hand, interlocking their fingers just like the other time.
“Shall we?” Vance said.
“Of course” Vernon replied, and they all walked to the front of the hall.
While the girls entered, all the boys left for the dressing room except Vernon who entered the hall with Becca.
The hall was almost full when they got in, but they still managed to get front seats, thanks to Vernon.
They settled down and began laughing at jokes from the MC.
“I’m glad I came” Leslie said.
“See? I told you you’d be fine, no one is talking about you anymore, there’ll always be new things to talk about on the blog” Miranda smiled, holding her right hand.
“I’m glad you came too, you’re in for a whole lot of enjoyment today, and after we’re done here, we’re going on Ride Or Die mode at any available bar” Jennifer winked.
“I love you guys!” Leslie gushed, and they both hugged her from each sides.
“We love you more!” They chorused, and coincidentally, their phones are in their hands, and their pouches glittered, the same one Miranda got them in Dubai.
“Ride Or Die for life” Miranda said, raised her phone.
“Ride Or Die!” Jennifer and Leslie shouted too, raising theirs too.
“I’m snapping a selfie of all of us right now” Miranda said, and she kissed Leslie cheek.
Jennifer kissed the other side, and Miranda snapped it like that.
She shared it immediately, and they all made it their wallpapers before smiling at each other.
“Let’s start revising for exams tommorow” Jennifer said.
“Sure” Miranda and Leslie chorused.
“I’m so jealous” Tessa smiled, watching them from her seat.
“Me too, but they’re cool, I envy their friendship” Becca replied.
“Me three, I want friends like that” Vernon said.
“And I wonder who the two new Knights will be” Tessa said.
“Isn’t it obvious?” Becca smiled.
“Who are they?” Vernon and Tessa asked at once.

“Whoa! Teddy you should be the main visual” Aaron shouted when Teddy stood from his chair.
His makeup is done, and his hairstyle was changed too, the right side of his long hair was braided slightly. He’s s*xy in his outfit! A loose white shirt on ripped jean! He’s rocking lip ring too!
“Stop teasing me” he laughed.
“Teasing? Do I look like I’m teasing?” Aaron held his shoulders, leaning in.
“Don’t kiss me” Teddy said, and Aaron laughed sillily.
“You’ll forever be the main face of this crew, but I think we now have two main faces” Teddy smiled as Micheal stood too after his makeup is done.
He’s wearing a loose shirt too, but his is black, plus black pants, bangs off just like Aaron, but tinted with ash spray dye.
“Whoa! I give up” Aaron gasped, and Micheal laughed.
“Don’t even start, I refuse to be the second face just because we have the same face, you created this crew so you’ll forever be the main face” he said.
Aaron patted him, and Seth stood next. His hair was tied back, but some tendrils were left to fall on his forehead, giving him a baddie look.
Vance stood too and smiled. His freckles weren’t covered this time, they were beautified with glitter spray, and his face stood out, his hair was dyed platinum completely.
Pascal was the last to stand, and as usual, his lips and charms stood out, and the bad boy vibes, he used blue contact lens.
He was still looking guilty as they all stared at him.
“You should apologize to Leslie” Teddy said.
“I’m trying, but she’s not giving me the chance” he replied.
“Keep trying” Micheal said, and he nodded
“We’ll resume this conversation when she forgives you” Aaron said.
“I understand” Pascal nodded, and Aaron smiled slightly.

Students were still laughing at the last joke cracked by the MC when he suddenly screamed into the microphone.
“SRC!!!”

“You guys still remember the slogan?” The MC said.
🗣️ Of course!!!
“I accept the vibes part, but the learning…. how many of you have started reading for the upcoming exams? Hands up!” He shouted, and almost everyone raised their hands.
“Some people are born to lie” he said, and laughter took over the whole hall again.
“Ok today is the most exciting day of this festival, and I know a lot are here cos of two things, The Beautiful Knights and our Prince Charming whose face will be revealed tonight!” He shouted.
🗣️ Yes!!!!
“The showcase is happening in three minutes! Prepare to behold the five beautiful boys of SRC! Do you know why they’re called Beautiful instead of Handsome?” He asked.

“Simple! Cos their attractiveness is too much to be called handsome, so they snatched the glory from the females too!” He shouted.

“A round of applause for that!” He shouted, and they began jamming their hands together.
“And now! Is the time!!! Keep your eyes open! As they bless your day with their stunning appearances!” He shouted, and a deep silence happened in the hall as they all expected the first person to come in.
It all turned crazy when Aaron opened the floor, coming in with the usual brightly handsome smile, walking in style as he advanced the stage, a spotlight followed him.

Leslie swallowed hard and quickly turned her face away from the stage, burying it on the ground.
Jennifer hugged her face to her chest immediately.
“Don’t look” she whispered, stroking her hair.
Girls were still insane over Pascal when Seth came in, and the screams doubled, he winked as he walked.
“My crush!!!” Miranda screamed, standing from her seat with her phone.
She zoomed on him with her camera, snapping various pictures of him.
Vance came in next, and Tessa was the first to sprang up from the crowd.
“Baby I love you!!!!” She screamed.
“I love you too!!” Vance screamed back.

Immediately he got to the stage, Micheal came in, hands in pocket with a calm face.

He finally smiled handsomely when he got to the stage, and then the last person came in… Teddy.
Hush fell in the hall at first, but eyes and mouths widened, a big verification that he got everyone speechless, including Jennifer.
She was unaware of when she stood from her seat, and her heartbeats came faster like she’s seeing him for the first time. She just fell for him again!
He’s too s*xy! Who told him to use that lip ring? It’s so peng on him! And when she looked around to see the speechlessness of everyone, she smiled and looked back at the stage to see another interesting scene.
At each step Teddy takes, one button from his shirt falls off , and immediately he took the sixth step, the last button fell, and his shirt fell off his chest, revealing his crazily packed abs, and that made everyone release the screams they’ve been holding in.

He obviously received the loudest screams, and Jennifer couldn’t stop snapping his pictures, blushing as she did.

He finally joined the others and strike a dangerously hot pose. An hand in his hair, and a leg forward, gazing at the crowd with his thumb stuck in one of his belt loops.

Another round of screams started as they maintained their poses, and they filled the gallery of students as cameras snapped.
That continued till after three minutes, and they left their poses to come together.
“Be on the lookout for out comeback photoshoot tommorow!” Aaron announced.

They left the stage, waving and blowing kisses till they’re out of sight.
“I can’t believe they’re handsome than me, had to cover my face earlier” the MC said, and laughter resumed again.
“Now the second most important item, our Prince Charming is coming on stage in three minutes!” He announced.
“Need to use the restroom” Leslie suddenly said.
“I’ll escort you” Jennifer and Miranda said at a time, and she smiled.
“I’ll be right back, don’t worry” she said and left the hall.
She went to the nearest and did her business, but coming out, she met Pascal in front of the room, and she ignored him, walking away.
“Leslie!” He pulled her back, and she snapped her hand off.
“What? Want another f**k with me again? Should we do it in the restroom this time?” She rolled eyes.
“Leslie I’m sorry, I made the bet without thinking, and I didn’t even know Vance made the record, I was…
“No need to explain anything to me, not like i can reverse what has happened, I’m the fool who allowed myself to get used despite the warnings from my friends” she interrupted.
“Please.. please forgive me…I..
“Forgive? I was never mad at you, like I said I’m the idiot who allowed myself for use, it’s not your fault, I’m only hurt, and thanks to my caring friends, I’ll heal soon, so please… excuse me” she pushed him out of the way and left.
Pascal kept standing weakly, and his fists went folded as she went out of sight.
“You did well” Aaron patted his shoulder from behind, and he turned back.
“Aaron” he whispered.
“All you have to do now is try making her happy, even if it’d be hard” Aaron said, and he nodded.
“Thanks, Aaron”

Leslie came back in, and that was exactly when Prince Charming began singing.
He came in during her absence, and his face was hidden with a curtain just like the other time in Dubai.
The whole hall was silent as he sang exactly what he sang in Dubai.

And that was when the curtain covering his face fell off, leaving everyone in shock.

Teddy played the preceding tunes on the piano again, and while playing, he saw someone in the crowd, and his eyes widened.
It’s K3! The richest singer in New York, he’s sitting at the back of the hall, watching him with a smile on his face!
How the f**k did he get here!!!
Aaron came into the hall with the remaining Knights, and he smiled to him on stage.
It’s Aaron’s work!
“How were you able to bring K3 here? I’m scared of you” Micheal said.
“We met in Britain, and I told him about Teddy then” Aaron replied.
Teddy’s song ended after three more minutes, and immediately he stood, students began screaming to him on stage, hugging him and asking for pictures with him.
They almost choked him there, complimenting him back to back till guards rushed in to intervene.
He was pulled out of the crowd, and he found himself in front of K3.
“K3 , is it…is it really…you?” He muttered, still in shock.
“Give me a call tonight, you’ve got the talent I want” K3 replied, handing him a card.
Teddy quickly took it, and he flashed another smile before leaving.
“Yes!!!! Yes!!!” Teddy screamed.
“Congratulations” Aaron came over, and he hugged him immediately.
“Thanks so much bestie! How do I start appreciating”
“Just continue being sweet” Aaron replied, breaking the hug.
“Need to be somewhere, today is the handover of Sunrise yunno?” He said.
“Oh I get!” Teddy replied.
“And expect a show” Aaron winked and left.
Teddy was still wondering what his last statement meant when Jennifer came over, and he smiled before carrying her like a baby, swaying her around.
“Bear!” She laughed happily, and he finally stilled.
“Today is my happiest day” he said.
“Me too, your dreams finally came true, the great K3 recognized you, and you made a showdown at the showcase, I’m so proud of my baby” she smiled.
“Dinner tonight?” He winked.
“Deal, you eat me afterwards” she winked back.
“Not bad, I missed it” he replied, and she smiled.
“Kiss me” he whispered, and she immediately reeled her head in, capturing his lips with the ring.

All the directors, shareholders, staffs and executives were already waiting in front of the skyscraper, for the arrival of Regina who’d be taking over Sunrise from The Mayor today.
The Mayor himself is in front of everyone, checking the time every minute as if expecting something. He looks anxious.
He was about to check the time again when one of the staffs suddenly gasped, staring at her phone.
“Lady… Lady Regina…she got into an accident on her way here! Her car was hit by a truck!” She shouted.

Everyone began checking the news, and truly it’s everywhere, on every platform and station.
“How did this happen! How!!!” Mayor screamed in pretence, but deep inside him, he’s feeling an immeasurable surge of happiness.
He was still screaming when a limo halted, and all eyes widened when Regina came out with Aaron.
🗣️ What!!!
Mayor’s eyes widened the most as she smiled at him, and a police car stopped afterwards.
Five cops came out, and they came straight to him.
“Mayor Walker, you’re under arrest for attempted murder”
“What!”
“Eric, your secretary was once my secretary before you exiled me to Britain, and that’s why he can’t do anything to harm me, he informed me immediately you told him to find the truck driver, and I’ve been preparing for this since then, the car the truck hit was driverless, no one was in” Regina said with a slow smile.
“What!” Mayor gasped as he got handcuffed.
“Sunrise has always been mine, lowly thief” Regina muttered.
“Bye dad, I’ll send you nets, heard the mosquitoes over there are cultists” Aaron winked before wearing his shades.
“No! No Regina! Regina!!!” Mayor screamed as he was led to the police car.
“Regina!!!!”
Regina faced the crowd, and they all bowed in respect, then she hugged Aaron.
“I love you, son” she smiled.
“I love you too, mum”

Veronica just finished watching the news on the TV, she put it off and turned her teary face to Cindy whose condition is getting worse everyday.
“You won, Regina, I shouldn’t have messed with you” she muttered as tears fell from her eyes again.
