“Daddd!!!!!” He cried out.

Aaron grabbed the bottle of whiskey and made to crash it on his head in anger, but Seth and Vance were quick to hold him back.
“No you can’t, it’s ok now” Seth whispered.
“Bro,chill” Vance said too.
He looked at the two, and they nodded gently, then he looked at Cross who’s still laying weakly on the ground.
“You should get ready to die the next time you do something to hurt Ted or his girlfriend” he glared and left with the guys.
“You didn’t tell me you learnt judo in Britain” Vance said when they got to the car.
“I and mum learnt it, how did you think she was able to knock Veronica’s teeth out” Aaron replied.
“But…the fact that you love Teddy more than anything, I’m jealous” Seth muttered, and Aaron sighed.
“Remember I knew him even before I formed The Beautiful Knights, he has been in the mansion with his dad since he was 10, we spent childhood together, so after my mum, he comes next, I wish I was a girl” he said, and Vance laughed.
“I understand though, he’s lovable, and that’s why I love him too, I started keeping long hair too cos of him, remember?” Seth smiled.
“He’s cute and relatable, I like him too, and I can’t wait to have him in the crew” Vance smiled.
“Shall we leave?” Aaron replied, and they all got in the cars at once.

Everyone is currently in the living room. The couple are sitting on a two-seater.
Jennifer is sitting on Teddy’s laps, straddling him as she placed her head on his chest, and her arms on him.
“Don’t try this again, ever again, and I mean it” Styles said seriously.
“I’m so sorry sir” Teddy replied.
“I hate seeing my princess in tears, I really I hate it when she sheds a tear, please… This should be the last time she’d cry because of you, I plead” he continued, and Teddy nodded.
“When if you’re going through a hard time, please have her beside you instead of shutting her out, you won’t know how my heart broke when I saw her in tears earlier” Tanya said gently.
“I’ll always remember this, and I’m sorry once again” Teddy replied, and she smiled.
Jennifer hugged him tighter, and he did the same.
“So… what’s this thing about jail?” Styles asked.
“Mr Tiffin told me everything when I visited the mansion” Tanya said.
“You should have told me” Styles replied.
“He rode the rollercoaster with his ex on their one year anniversary, and she fell off the rollercoaster mysteriously, so the girl’s dad got him jailed for a year even when it’s not his fault” she narrated.
“Wait…are you talking about Mr Salvador? Angela Salvador?” Styles muttered shockingly.
“Yes, he once partnered with you before you travelled out” Tanya replied, and Styles stood immediately.
“Honey, please come” he said, and Tanya followed him out.
They went to the kitchen, and he faced her.
“You know I was somehow close to Mr Salvador during the incident, and I found out something” he said.
“What is it?” Tanya raised her brows, and he leaned in.
He whispered it in her ear, and her eyes widened.
“What!”
“Shhh” Styles hushed, and she blinked.
“Is this true at all?”
“I saw it” he replied.
“So, Teddy going to jail, was… injustice” Tanya muttered, still in shock.
“Act normal, let’s go back” Styles pulled her back to the living room.
“You’re better now, right?” Styles asked, stroking Teddy’s hair fondly.
“Sure sir, a friend talked to me” he smiled lightly.
“Friend?” Tanya said, and he nodded.
Micheal rushed out of the taxi that dropped him, and he entered the house easily.
He rushed past the maids and went upstairs, only to meet Mr Tiffin at the door, crying and begging Teddy to come out.
“Mr!” He ran to him, and the old man stood.
“Micheal?”
“Yeah, is he not coming out?” He asked.
“He’s only crying” Mr Tiffin replied, and he sighed before knocking on the door.
“Hey Teddy! We need to talk!”
No answer.
“It’s urgent so don’t just sit in there and cry!”
Still no answer.
“Jennifer got into an accident!” He shouted, and almost immediately, the door bursted open.
Teddy rushed out with piping hot tears on his face, and Micheal pushed him back in immediately.
“Jenny is what…
“It was a trick to get you to open the door” Micheal replied, and Teddy blinked.
“Michael?”
“Yeah it’s me, your greatest enemy” he smiled.
“What are you…
“Isn’t it stupid to just sit in here and cry cos of a past you’re not even guilty of? Life showed you hell, so you should be the one telling life that you can do it rather than showcasing your weakness by bawling out your eyes” Micheal said, and Teddy sniffed.
“You probably don’t know how much I hated you back then when I was still living as Aaron, in fact I once tried poisoning your food in this mansion” Micheal continued, and Teddy’s eyes widened.
“What!”
“Shocked? That was how bitter and cruel I was back then, but after what happened, I realized I’ve been jeopardizing my life in the name of revenge, the bitterness took over me, so much that I couldn’t think of anything but darkness… Teddy I was once a monster” he replied, and Teddy swallowed hard.
“I hurt myself whenever I thought of the people I hate, I’ve done terrible things, but I’m over it completely right now, thanks to the love I received from everyone around me especially The Knights, you can do the same cos you have Jennifer” Micheal continued.
“She loves you a lot, it hurts to say this but I know she does, and I can guess you haven’t been picking calls or replying messages, she’d probably be in tears right now, won’t you regret making her cry later? I know how much you love her too”
Teddy closed his eyes, and Micheal came closer to hold his hands.
“Turn a blind eye to the past, it’ll only hurt bro… please” he said, and Teddy opened his eyes.
“Focus on the present, it’d help” Micheal smiled, and Teddy left the room immediately.
“Where are you going?” Mr Tiffin asked by the door.
“Need to go see Jenny” he replied and rushed out.
“Oh dear, thank you!” Mr Tiffin hugged Micheal tightly.
“I owe that Micheal a gift” Styles said, and Teddy smiled.
“So… you’re promising to focus on the present and future right now?’ Tanya asked.
“Full time” Teddy replied.
“I’ll prepare dinner, you should stay to eat with us” She said.
“He’s spending the night here with me” Jennifer finally talked, raising her head from his chest.
“Right?” She whispered, holding his face.
“If that’s what you want, then yes” he replied and kissed her forehead.
She smiled and returned her head to his chest.
They stayed like that till Tanya was done with breakfast, then Teddy carried Jennifer upstairs after dinner, to her room.
She threw her slippers out of her foot as he placed her on the bed, then he lay beside her, and he hugged her body tightly before covering them together.
“I love you” he said.
“I love you too” she replied, and he began stroking her hair, laying kisses on it repeatedly.
“Bear” she whispered.
“Yes? Gorgeous”
“We’re gonna be together till death, right?” She whispered again.
He raised her face and gave her a nose smooch.
“Sure, I’ll always yearn for your touch, desire your kiss, crave for your tenderness, thirst for your passion, long for your closeness, I’ll always need your love” he whispered sweetly, and she smiled, snuggling closer to kiss him.
She eventually left his side and climbed his chest, laying flat on him.
“Love your heartbeats” she muttered, listening to it on his chest.
“Dum dum!” He said, and she chuckled, caressing his brows.
“I’ll just die if you break up” she said seriously.
“Me too” he replied, and she kissed him lightly.
“You’re the only handsome guy I know” she whispered, kissing him again.
“You’re the only gorgeous girl in my world, trust me no one can replace you. You’re like my mother and lover… Two in one, never ever to be abandoned, I’m gonna always show you how it feels to be held the way you should, with my soul tightly wrapped around yours, and your heart cradled in mine…I love you” he whispered romantically, and Jennifer connected their lips immediately.
Teddy responded like fire, and when their tongues met, their fire ignited again… They blazed viciously for each other, and their heartbeats collided on their chests.

Pascal was fidgeting as he came out of his car, and he took bold steps to the door.
He rang the doorbell, and it was Miranda who opened the door.
Leslie’s parents are currently on a business trip, so she’d be here with her throughout the night.
“What are you doing here?” Miranda questioned with an unfriendly glare.
“Leslie, I need to talk to…
“Talk to her after everything you did? You’re a joke, seriously” Miranda pushed his chest, and he staggered back.
“I’m sorry, I just need to talk to her and nothing else, please…”
He sniffed and fought back his tears before continuing.
“I regret everything ok? Just…
“Shove those regrets in your pocket, f**king idiot!” Miranda shut the door on his face, and his tears finally fell as he walked back to his car.
Miranda got back to the bedroom and sighed when she saw sleeping Leslie.
She was able to get her to sleep after much petting, and she’s hoping when she wakes up, she’d be better.
She sat beside her, and her phone beeped. She checked, and she smiled when she saw a text from Seth.
IS LESLIE BETTER?
She quickly typed a reply.
SHE’S CURRENTLY ASLEEP, HOPING SHE’D BE WHEN SHE WAKES
He texted back immediately.
WBU?
Miranda: I’m fine, thanks
Seth: Was planning to ask you out on a dinner date before all these happened
Miranda: We can just go when a these is over
Seth: Sure, just rest tonight
Miranda: You too, goodnight
Seth: Goodnight, red girl
She smiled when she saw that, and she dropped her phone before sleeping beside Leslie.

“Mummy!!!” The kids screamed when Becca came in with Vernon.
They ran fast to hug her all at once, and she laughed as she crouched in front of them, widening her arms for them.
Vernon smiled as he watched them, and granny Edgar was pedalled out by Micheal.
“Thought they said you still have to spend more time at the hospital, why come home so soon?” She said.
“I missed my kids” Becca replied, breaking the hug with the kids to go hug granny.
“I missed you too” she said
“I missed you more, Becca” granny replied, and they kept hugging.
“Congratulations on being an official Knight” Vernon smiled at Micheal.
“Thanks” he replied, and they shook hands.
“Friends?” Vernon asked.
“Sure” Micheal replied.
“So…what should I cook for you guys tonight?” Becca asked after breaking the hug with granny.
“Pasta!!!” The kids chorused.
“That, you’ll get” she winked
“Yayy!!!” They jumped, and Becca grabbed Vernon’s hand.
“You’re cooking with me” she said.
“Of course baby” he pecked her, and they smiled at each other before going in first.
“Thanks for coming back, Micheal” granny said.
“Thanks for always being there” he smiled.

“What! Mental illness?” Veronica gasped immediately the doctor broke the news about Cindy who’s sleeping in bed. She was actually sedated.
“Induced by guilt, guilt made her this way” the doctor said.
“Oh no” Veronica muttered.
“She hallucinated, right?” The doctor asked.
“A lot of times, always imagining what’s not real” she replied.
“You should have brought her for check up then”
“How would I know? How!!” She shouted.
“Now she has to stay in our intensive care unit till we see improvements, but if that fails to happen, then I’m afraid we’d have to transfer her to our rehab” the doctor said, and her eyes widened more.
“What!!!”
“No…not my daughter…
The doctor was already leaving as she fell on a chair and held her head.
“Titus ruined everything!” She cried loudly.
Two men in suit came in, and she was about to ask what’s up when they brought out documents which they pointed at her.
She slowly took them and checked. They’re proofs that Titus borrowed money from them before going to jail, and he used one of Cindy’s luxury stores as collateral. They’re loan sharks actually.
“Titus!!!!!!” She yelled.

Jennifer was already waiting at the park when Miranda’s car drove in, and when she came out, Jennifer rushed to hug her tightly.
“I’m sorry I couldn’t console Leslie with you yesterday” she said guiltily, and Miranda quickly broke the hug.
“Don’t even try to feel guilty, I know it must have been tough to console Teddy too, at least you sent texts and called” she said, and Jennifer smiled
“How’s Teddy doing?” Miranda asked.
“He’s with Aaron” Jennifer smiled, and Miranda nodded.
“Where’s Leslie?” Jennifer asked, and Miranda gestured at the car.
“She’s in, took a lot of effort to get her here”
Jennifer rushed to the car immediately, and she got in only to find herself beside Leslie who was looking so scared.
“Babe!” She said, and Leslie pouted as she hugged her so tight.
“I missed you” she whispered.
“Me too, I’m sorry I couldn’t come to calm you down last night” Jennifer held her face after breaking the hug.
“I heard about what happened to Teddy too, so it’s not your fault” Leslie smiled sadly.
“Why the sad face? You’re already here now so cheer up, we’re here for you ok? Ride Or Die!” Jennifer kissed her cheeks, and she smiled largely.
“Now let’s go, no one will dare talk shit to your face, I heard Aaron spoke to the students about it already” Jennifer said, and they came out of the car together.
Miranda stood by her right while Jennifer stayed at the left.
They walked into the campus together, and surprisingly, students only stared at them, no one said a word about it, and that helped Leslie keep her head up till they got to their major hall where they met Aaron, Seth and Vance.
“Are you fine?” Aaron asked.
“Yes, I heard you spoke to the students” Leslie replied.
“It won’t do a lot, but it’ll help keep their mouths shut, it’s not your fault, Kiss is the devil here” Aaron said.
“Thanks” she smiled.
Seth winked at Miranda, and she blushed hard, making him smile.
“Liebling!” Tessa appeared beside Vance, gave him a peck before facing the girls
“Tessa!” They chorused in shock.
“I’m back, what’s up girls” she waved.
“Aww!” Jennifer hugged her before the others.
“It’s the second day of the festival, can’t miss The Knights visual showcase for the world, and I heard they’re getting two additional members today, and also… Prince Charming is performing, there’s a lot to watch” Tessa said.
“I know, right?” Leslie smiled.
“Hey guys!” Becca appeared with Vernon.
“Becca!” Miranda gasped, rushing to hug her first.
“Never knew you’re back from the hospital, you wouldn’t know how high I jumped when I heard you’re still alive” she said.
“I’m back luckily, thanks for staying fine, y’all” she said and faced Jennifer.
“Especially you” she said.
“Huh?” Jennifer blinked.
“I wouldn’t have forgiven myself if something happened to you” Becca smiled and hugged her.
“I’m glad you’re fine, Jennifer” she whispered.
In confusion, Jennifer hugged her back.
Immediately they broke the hug, Pascal appeared and joined The Knights, though he stayed at the back without a word, and his face is down.
“Bear!” Jennifer smiled widely when Teddy appeared afterwards.
He was flaunting his bunny smile till he got to her and grabbed her hand, he interlocked her fingers with his own and kissed it.
“Ok was that really necessary?” Aaron pouted, and everyone laughed.
“Shall we go to the hall? The festival is almost starting” Tessa said.
“Nope, we’re expecting one more person” Seth replied, and almost immediately, insane screams took over the hallway as someone entered.

Students rushed after him in crowd as he walked till he appeared in front of the crew.
“Hi, fellow Knights” he smiled brightly, and Teddy walked briskly to him.
His eyes widened when Teddy hugged him tightly…
Aaron smiled so wide, so happy to see a day like this.
Everyone else has a smile on their faces as they watched the once upon two enemies.
“I’m not Jennifer yunno?” Michael smiled.
“Thanks, for yesterday” Teddy said, and Micheal chuckled.
“Did my motivation work?” he asked.
“You should become a motivational speaker, I’ll support you, jerk” Teddy replied.
Micheal laughed loudly before hugging him back slowly.
“Thanks for listening to me, buddy” he whispered.
