“Uurgh! Seriously, Can you guys st©p being too lovey dovey? It’s sick and cheesy asfu-ck” Lizzy gro-an ed.
Ryan smiled and turned to ru-by. “Let’s just eat” He told her. ru-by nodded as they all began eating.
“I’m sorry but who’s older?” ru-by asked staring at Lizzy and Collins.
“Why asking?” Lizzy asked
“In case we met by fate and not coincidence?” ru-by replied
“How?” Lizzy questioned back.
“I wanted to know if you are like us” ru-by smiled pointing at Ryan.
“What’s in the hell is she saying?” Lizzy murmured.
“I’m 34. He’s 28” ru-by smiled. She tried to make it easier to un-derstand.
“Wh… What? Who’s 28. You? Or him??” Lizzy was shocked.
“He’s 28” ru-by calmly said as she brushed her lashes lightly.
“You’ve got to be kidding me. You look very young. How come you are much older than him? 6 years ain’t no joke!” Lizzy exclaimed.
“I know right. There were lots of trials on our way but we managed to push throu-gh” Ryan commented
“Wow. This is so cool. I’ve only seen this in movies but I’m so super surprised seeing this in reality!” Collins smiled
“But Ru… Unnie, Why did you accept him. He’s younger than you” Lizzy asked
“It’s Love. It’s nothing but Love” ru-by answered and chuckled softly.
“It’s Love? Love my foot! You could have told him he shouldn’t love you!”
“I did but trust me, He was persistent”
“What? Seriously? You didn’t give in at first?” Lizzy wi-de-ned her eyes.
“Yeah. To me our age was a stumbling block. But finally, I un-derstood Age was just a number that why at times, you can look younger than your age and older sometimes” ru-by said
“I’m so amazed right now. Unnie, I think you are really fun. I’m getting to like you guys now” Lizzy chuckled
“Tell me. How did you guys meet for the first time?” She added. Both p@rties looked at each other and laughed.
“It was really funny. But let’s save that… It’s a long story” ru-by replied
“Oh. I see, So.. What were you guys to each other before he started having feelings for you?” Lizzy asked pushing in a spoonful of food into her mouth. Ryan smiled and drank quarter of the wine in the glas-s cu-p.
“It was a teacher and a student relationsh!p–
Ryan was however interrupted by Lizzy and Collins. They threw up the food and drink from the mouth to Ryan’s face. They couldn’t hold themselves anymore. They were shocked by his reply. To the extent that Lizzy had to throw out the little chewy food from her mouth which landed on Ryan’s face.
On the other hand, Collins was drinking water when he heard the reply. He quic-kly spat out the water due to shock which as well, landed on Ryan’s face.
Ryan shut his eyes ti-ghtly as his face squee-zed due to being irritated by the event that had just occurred.
“Oh my. Ryan? Are you alright?” ru-by asked drying up his face with a napkin. Ryan opened his eyes and chuckled.
“It’s fine. Anyone would have been surprised as well. Teacher and Student Relationsh!pisn’t a joke” He replied
“But still, I’m sorry for what we did. It’s our mistake” Lizzy apologized.
“It’s fine” Ryan accepted.

“So? Can I ask one more question?” Lizzy asked now putting in a spoonful of food as usual.
“Go on” Ryan replied
“How old were you when you first started your relationsh!p?” She asked as Collins took his cu-p trying to drink more water.
“She was 26. I was 19–
Prwwwwh! He was interrupted by the food p@rticles landing on his face right from lizzy’s mouth and as well as Collin’s rushing water which gushed from his mouth again!. Ryan f0rç£d a chuckle as ru-by smiled. She cleaned his face once more.
“Damn it. I’m so sorry” Lizzy apologized again.
“Same here. It was a big mistake, I can’t believe we repeated this again” Collins added.
“Oh my Goodness. I might think you guys are doing this intentionally” Ryan laughed
“No.. We aren’t!” They exclaimed simultaneously waving their both arms as a “No!” sign.
“Don’t mind him. He was just pu-lling your legs” ru-by joined Ryan in laughing.
“Oh.. Uhmm, What are the few trials you guys faced if I may ask?” Collins asked.
“I hope I won’t get poured on?” ru-by giggled. Lizzy and Collins laughed and shaked their heads.
“We faced lots of difficult trails. But there was a certain time I thought all hopes were lost” ru-by started as the others listened with ra-pt attention.
“Ryan had to leave overseas to get things right for his future. He c@m£ 7 years later–
“That’s a lots of years” Lizzy interrupted sighing.
“Yeah. However, It wasn’t wasted. I waited for him like seriously. You know what, I’m sorry but I’ve to st©p here”
“No. Why? Why? Why?” Lizzy asked with a childish voice. She was getting anxious alre-ady.
“It’s gonna be a spoiler” Ryan win-ked.
“Whatever. Anyways, I’m glad you guys are together. You really fit as well!” Lizzy complimented
“Awwn. Thanks, Likewise the both of you” ru-by smiled
“No. We aren’ d@t!ngand we aren’t gonna d@t£ too!” Lizzy answered firmly.
“He’s younger? Is that your reason?” ru-by furrowed her eyebrows.
“Somehow, It’s one of my reasons. I don’t also want to d@t£ my friend’s brother..I don’t really like it” Lizzy said.
“Oh. He’s your friend’s brother. It’s fine as long he or she doesn’t disapprove it. It’s just Love. You can’t change it dear” ru-by said
“By the way, Do you really like her?” Ryan asked Collins.
“Well.. Yeah, I like her a lot” He replied
“Well.. Case closed. Everything is gonna be alright like everything was for I and ru-by” Ryan said.
“Okay now. Guys, Let’s eat and talk as much as we want after we want” ru-by said. They all obeyed and started digging into their various meal.
“By the way, The last question. How old are you guys?” ru-by asked with her mouthfull
“I’m 21. He’s 19” Lizzy replied
“It’s worth it” Ryan smiled
“You think?” Collins asked as Ryan nodded. They all laughed except Lizzy who frowned and they finally got back to their meal.

“How was it? What did they ask you?” Alexa asked bulging her eyes as she followed Ethan to the kitchen. He opened the refrigerator, took a chilled bottle of water, opened the co-rk and began to drink from it.
Alexa blinked her eyes nervously as she watched him gulped down the water. His S-xy, visible Adam’s apple kept moving up and down, his throat as he drank. Alexa swallowed ha-rd and t©uçhed her throat.
He st©pped drinking and closed the bottle. He opened the refrigerator and kept it in again. He inhaled de-eply and looked at Alexa.
“It was nothing serious. But it’s quite late? Shouldn’t you go home?” He asked
“Uhh.. Sure, I will. Very soon. I was just a bit anxious and worried about you. Hope you have cleared whatever?”
“Yeah. It’s concerning Laura’s case connecting to your father’s hit-and-run”
“Oh. Yeah, Thank God everything went smoothly”
“By the way, I saw your sister?”
“What? My sister? Oh.. At the station right?”
“Yeah.. I–
“Wait! Did she say anything?” Alexa interrupted
“Huh? Like what?”
“Anything at all. That sounded weird, foolish or something like that?”
“No. In fact, she is damn smart. I like her!” He chuckled
“She’s annoying though”
“Whatever. You’re more annoying than her” He laughed leaving.
“What?!” Alexa yelled
“Are you sure she’s your blood sister?”
“What? Why?”
“I’m just wondering where you picked your br@in up from?” He replied and left while laughing.
“Heyyyyyyy!–She screamed
“Darn it, That’s annoying j£rk!”
“But anyways, Why’s he so handsome?” She thought as she blu-shed b!tt!g herl-ips shyly. She opened her eyes wi-dely very shocked realising what she was thinking.
“You’d better snap out of it, Alexa! She whispered to her self shaking her head vigorously.

“Ethan just c@m£ by right?” Laura asked as she looked at Alicia.
“Yeah. He did. How did you know?” Alicia asked
“He asked for a visit but I declined. I was too embarras-sed, I didn’t have the courage to face him”
“Oh. I un-derstand. But who’s he to you?”
“He’s my Ex”
“Whoa. I’ve never heard of that? You can’t blame me though. I am not connected with these computer age of a thing. I don’t know these things since I’m not online like most of you are”
“Oh. It’s on my profile if you search online. But he’s my Ex-b©yfri£ndnow so..
“You mean you can check things online, anything at all?
“Well. Ofcouse, As long its makes s-en-se”
“Wait a minute! Then, Can I check this online?” Alicia asked showing her the logo(Dove and Fig Leaf) she drew.
“Yeah. Just put it in details …Search engines really have everything”
“Yes! I’ve gotten an idea!” Alicia smiled.
“Hey sister.. Get re-ady” She thought as she formed a grin on her face. She stood up about to leave when Laura st©pped her.
“Hey? Where are you off too? You haven’t heard my confession yet? I remembered telling you I’m finally gonna tell you everything!”
“Sorry, Unnie… Let’s skip it for today. I’ve got something to do first… at home…
