“Do you remember this place? ” I asked as we both walked into the place.
“yeah, I was here with Naomi half a year ago when I won my first actress award” she said and I put on the masked in my hand.
“Do you remember this? ” I asked and she looked at me and nodded.
“I want us to do it again and this time I promise to take off my mask” I said and she smiled.
“Silly you” she said and ran into the crowd.
she never knew what was coming for her, a section of the bar had been decorated with birthday signs, Henry and Michelle had arranged everything.
I smiled and followed her into the crowd. when I saw her, she pretended to be falling and I caught her just as it happened before. The light were deemed and balloons were falling from up to the groud. People were dancing as I held her.
I held the mask on my face, the same mask she had placed a ki-ss on our first encounter. I took off the masked gradually and she smiled at me while I still held her with one arm.
When I took off the masked, one of the balloons which were eloping around explored and everyone around Started clapping and singing to us. A story by Wilson libr@ry.

I’d watched them displaying their so called love from up the bar stairs. They actually didn’t know it was going to be their last moment.
I picked up a glas-s of wine from a pas-sing waiter and slight it down my throat as I continued to watch them.
Ronnie had made a big mistake by inviting me over to his and Mandy’s birthday party.
My phone rang as I continued to watch them… I shift to a corner where there wasn’t alot of noise and answered the phone.
“Hello.. ” I said.
“Hello, please is this miss Mandy Rose? ” the caller asked.
“No this is her manager, who are you and what can she do for you? ” I asked.
“I’m from one of the biggest entertainment company in the country. I’ve watched a couple of miss Mandy’s dramas and I think she is capable of joining us. I’ll like her to be part of our new drama series” he said and I smi-rked.
“I’m sorry but Mandy isn’t available ” I responded sm-irking.
“When can she be available? ” he asked.
“I’m sorry but she won’t be for a very long time, I suggest you look for another female lead” I said and he nodded.
“Ok, thank you for your time” he said and dropped the call.
I smiled and placed back my phone into my pocket. Actually I’ve been rejecting clients who came to ask for work with Mandy. She is very free and looking for clients but I won’t let her have the opportunity to work for any.
I walked back to the previous place I was at so as to weakness what was going to happen.
It was soon getting to the moment where Ronnie was to explore a balloon as he had told all of us who planned for the event.
He explored it and nothing seem to go wrong as people instead of running started clapping at them.
I looked around and no one who was in the crowd ran out then I knew it was all a plan to catch me.
I ran down the stairs towards the back door trying to figure out an exist and Henry suddenly appeared before me.
“Where are you running off to? ” he asked…
? MANDY ROSE ?
“Why did you Jenna?… why did you want to destroy us so badly?, I trust you with my all Jenna. We have been working for almost two years and I even treat you as my sister Jenna, why do you have to do this? ” I asked in tears.
“Why won’t I? ” Jenna who had been hand cliff by the police said.
“Why didn’t you ask Ronnie that when he sent my brother to the hospital? ” she said.
“Your brother so Tonney is your brother” I asked.
“Yes, that’s right, I’ve been following you all this year’s just so I could get revenge for my brother but I later found out that he is the real cause of why my brother is lying on the hospital bed for over two years now” she said
” But Ronnie wasn’t the one who hit him, haven’t that been clarified” I said and she chuckled.
“Clarified?. In my eyes Ronnie will always be the escape goat behind what happened to my brother and what about you? ” she asked.
“Me? ” I repeated.
“You left my brother just so you can be with him” she said.
“You know you’re lying right, Me and your brother never dated…we were just high school friends? ” I said and she smi-rked.
“But you knew he loved you. I went throu-ghall my brother stuff and mas-sage, I found out all about your chats with him” she said.
“I never accepted him because that was when I started to pursue my dreams of becoming an actress. I wasn’t even ready to be in a relationship at that time” I said and she chuckled.
“So you two are very good at pretending. I can’t believe you organized a party just to catch me” she said very badly.
“Mandy knows nothing about it, You two should take her in” Ronnie said holding me and the two police officers held Jenna.
“Wait” I said and she smi-rked.
“What? aren’t you done talking or you want to mock at me now? she said…
“I’m sorry” I said and she blow her head as they took her away.
“It’s okay Momo” Ronnie said as I placed my head on his che-st.
“What really happened between ours that can’t be fixed, she even went so far as trying to harm me” I said and he pampered me.
“Don’t cry Momo, it had been her intention since the beginning” he said.
“Can we go visit her brother Tonney, I want to see how he is doing ” I said and he nodded.
“OK, I’ll take you there tomorrow ” he said and we both walk out of the police station.
Henry and Naomi were both waiting for us outside.
“Boss here is the video the CCTV recorded of her inserting gas into the balloons” Henry said showing him a USB KEY.
“Hand it over to the police ” he said and Henry nodded while I walked to Naomi.
“Can I watch it first? ” I asked as Henry made his way into the police station.
“OK. Henry come back ” he said and Henry came back and handed it over to me.
After handing it to me he walked away into the police station.
He came back after a while and we all left together.

FEW WEEKS LATER

“Ronnie do you think you’ve won? ” Kendall said smiling at me.
“I’ll take her away and make your life miserable. You won’t get to see her ever again” he said and this time sm-irking and I saw Momo being taken away by him.
Although he took her away just by my side, I couldn’t even protect her nor stop him from doing so. I felt so weak…I tried standing up but I couldn’t, all I did was shout out her name as they both walked away.
“Boss… Boss” Henry’s voice reprocated and this was when I opened my eyes to find out it was all a dream and I’ve been sleeping in my office.
Fear crabbed me as I looked at him…. it had just been few days we caught Jenna and now I’m having a bad dream about Kendall coming back for me.
“Boss what’s wrong?. I heard you calling out miss Mandy’s name in fear? ” he asked.
“Henry send some men to protect Momo, they mustn’t leave her side no matter what” I said and he nodded.
“I’ll do just that boss” he says and before he leaves my office, he drops some files on my desk.
I have to find out the whereabout of Kendall before my dreams come to reality.
I walked out of the office and drove to the police station. I’d to ask Jenna if she ever met with Kendall or had an encounter with him.
“Why are you here? ” Jenna asked as she was brou-ght out to see me.
“I nee-d to know if you ever made contact with a man named Kendall, he’s from a supreme Court investigation team” I asked showing her a picture of Kendall and she chuckled.
“You and Mandy were here few days ago and I answered your every question, what now with this one” she asked.
“It’s really important I find out his whereabout” I said and she smi-rked.
“I don’t know about him. I only met him on that day he introduced himself to Mandy and you didn’t even let us talk with him” she said turning her face to the right.
“OK, so you never met with him again? ” I asked and she nodded.
“No I never did ” she said and looked at the picture again.
“Thank you” I said and stood up to leave.
“Wait how is my little brother? ” she asked…
“Your little brother will soon wake up… I sent him to the US for treatment already ” I said and she smiled.
“Thank you Ronnie” she said and I nodded and left.
Kendall should certainly be around, I can’t let him get close to Momo, who knows what evil thing he may do to her. I’ll better let him get me and not her.
❌ MANDY ROSE ?
“This is your new manager the company has arranged for you” my senior director said handing me a file and I nodded.
“Jennifer has been removed and banned from being a manager. she miss used your career by sending away clients and work shifts which came into the office ” she said and I remained quite.
“Here are a couple of movies you were called for but Jenna never submitted them to our office” She said and I checked them.
They were actually movies from famous companies in the country.
“Your new manager is Sarah your as-sistant. She is replacing Jenna. we are going to get you a new as-sistant sooner or later ” she said and I nodded.
“Thank you” I said and she nodded and walk away.
Sarah walked into the office Jenna had been using while In the company just few minutes after the senior director left.
“So you are going to be my new manager, meaning I’ll be taking orders from you and not you taking others from me. Congratulations” I said and she smi-rked.
“Thank you miss Mandy” she said and I chuckled.
“Just call me Mandy. you are now my senior In the office” I said and she smiled…
“We are now sister” I said and she stood up and hu-gged me.
“What happened to miss Jenna?” she asked.
She was just released by the company, you don’t have to worry yourself about her, she is perfectly fine ” I said and she nodded.
Not many people in the company know that Jenna had been trying to harm me or try to destroy my career, I prefer it remains this way.
? MICHELLE ?
“Do you have anything else to tell me apart from helping you out with your wedding ” I asked as Ronnie sat down with a coffee in his hand.
“You just think any time I visit you it’s about my wedding. I agree you are helping me out with my wedding preparations but we should sometime sit down and talk about other things” he said and I smi-rked.
“What else can we talk about when you are so busy preparing for your wedding? ” I asked.
“Why not talk about how our business are growing? ” he said sm-irking.
“Business???, is there anything new with that? ” I asked.
“You know you could give me a discount on my wedding photos right, I mean your doing awesome” he said and I chuckled.
“I just knew you won’t say anything other than your wedding ” I said and he smi-rked.
“You don’t have to worry I’ve got everything covered up. It’s just a month from the wedding, everything will be okay by then” I said and he smiled.
“By the way how is Mandy, I haven’t seen her for a while now? ” I asked.
“Same for me. she said ” she wants to finish their recent movie before the wedding, I’ll only have to wait for my bride on the wedding day” he said and I chuckled.
? KENDALL ?
I sat inside my car, watching the company where Mandy Rose works. I’ve been waiting for over an hour just to see her.
Finally she walked out of the company put what I noticed stopped me from going out of my car. she was secretly guarded by so many people around.
There was no way for me to get close to her… it like Ronnie had predicted that I’ll come looking for her.
I could only drive back to my resident and figure out what my next move will be. Jenna had been imprisoned because of her foolishness. I’d told her Ronnie was very smart but she didn’t listen to me now she faces regrets for the action she had taken.
If I couldn’t get close to Mandy then I’ll have to figure out something awesome.
A WEEK LATER
“Hello Ronnie ” I said sm-irking.
“Who’s it? ” he asked.
“It’s me Kendall, I’ll like ours to meet” I said and dropped a knife on the table.
“Yes let’s meet ” he said and I smiled.
“I’ll text you the location, come meet me alone and no tricks” I said and he nodded.
“I’m on my way, it better we end everything now ” he said and I smi-rked picking up the knife.
“You’ve got eight minutes to reach here, if not I’ll harm Mandy ” I said after texting him my place of resident.
“Mandy??? ”
