“Dad you don’t nee-d to worry, everything is fine ” I said talking to him over the phone.
“How can I not worry, this is your first meeting and it seems only that company is willing to work with us” he said and I nodded.
“Dad you should care more about your health and leave company matters to me” I said smiling.
“Okay son, just do as you please but make sure to keep me update with how the company is doing ” he said and I nodded.
“Okay dad I’ll hu-ge up now, take care of yourself ” I said and dropped the call.
“Dad and this his over caring habit” I said and smi-rked.
“I hope this deal works out well” I said and walked into the office where we are having our meeting.
“sorry am a little bit late” I said sitting down and the meeting began.
Hours later we all were done and had reached an agreement on how to go about signing a contract.
At first presenting a good speech and having him accept what I said seem to be very difficult. I didn’t know managing a company cloud be this difficult than being an actor.
“Mr Michelle, I really liked the points you presented out there in the meeting ” Mr Thomas said escorting me out of the company.
“Thank you. I’m still new to this and have a lot to learn, don’t be offended if I come to ask for help from you” I said and he chuckled.
“I surely won’t be that type of a person who would reject you” he said and we both smi-rked.
“I’ll love you to come have dinner at my place sometime. My daughter is a big fan of your dramas, she watches it a lot and wished to have an autograph” he said and I just listen to him.
“I even asked Ronnie to help me talk with you sometime ago” He said and I smi-rked.
“Ronnie didn’t make mention of this to me but don’t worry since you’ve told me, I’ll make sure to come ” I said and he nodded.
“Thank you ” he said and I let me find my way out of the company. I walked finding my way out but stop to listen to what two of his employees were talking about after they made mention of my name.
“That was Michelle the famous actor ” the one holding some files said blus-hing.
“Actors are also humans you don’t have to react like this after seeing one” the other said.
“I heard he no more acts dramas, he is now managing his father’s company ” she said whispering to the other with files.
“Yeah that’s true, If not that Mr Ronnie talked with our boss, Mr Thomas won’t have considered listening to his offer” she said and the news was so shocking to me.
“So Ronnie talk with Mr Thomas, I’ll have to meet him right away ” I said and dash out to my car.
“Drive me to Ronnie’s office ” I informed my driver and he moved the car.
? MR RONNIE ?
“Where is Ronnie… let me see him. I said I want to see him let me in” a voice kept shouting from the outside of my office.
“Michelle calm down, Mr Ronnie is busy” Henry said but Michelle bashed into my office looking so angry.
“Ronnie tell me what did you tell Mr Thomas behind my back, do you think I can’t get a contract without your help ” He yelled standing in front of me and I tried to signal Henry.
“Henry get me a cu-p of tea” he said driving Henry away.
He walked and sat on the couch in my office looking so angry.
“Michelle, I’m really sorry, I only talked to him about the company nothing more. You were the one who was left to convince him about signing a contract ” I said walking to where he had sat down.
“It’s my fault, you can do anything you want I won’t hold you” I said and he chuckled.
“Ronnie how is my acting skills, did I improve? ” he asked smiling.
“Don’t tell me you were just joking and I believed you” I asked and he nodded.
“You should have at least offered me a cu-p of coffee” he said and just then Henry walked in with the tea he had earlier ordered for.
“So how did the meeting with Mr Thomas go?” I asked sitting down close to him.
“It went well.I think we should celebr@te, Why don’t we go out for a drink” he suggested.
“No… no… no.. I don’t think so? ” I said waking back to my desk.
“What’s wrong??? scared to drink with me? ” he asked.
“That’s not it, I’ll have to pick up Momo later” I said and he chuckled.
“I see you are now favoring her over me, it’s been long we get together and now you’re going to keep me hanging ” he said and I smi-rked.
“Maybe another, Love before friendship” I said and he nodded.
“I’ll just finish the tea beforev I leave, I can’t believe you’ll say that after we grew up together” he said and continued drinking the tea.
? JENNA ?
“As you may know, you have no drama, no advertisement, no endorsement, you just have one last live broadcasting to do, people may even forget about br@nda before a year time” I said and she smi-rked.
“What do want from me Jenna? ” she asked and I smi-rked.
“Brenda, what if I help you get back all what you’ve lost? ” I said sm-irking and she chuckled.
“Aren’t you Mandy’s manager? ” she asked.
“Brenda not everything is like what you can see on the surface ” I said and she remained quite.
“Mandy’s live broadcast tomorrow will be from two twenty to two thirty, you’ve only got eight minutes to be with Ronnie ” I said and she nodded.
“But he won’t be with me for that long ” she complained.
“You only have to talk to him about the agreement with Mandy” I said and she nodded.
“What agreement? ” she asked.
“You shouldn’t asked what you’re not supposed to know, just do as I say” I said and she nodded.
This is my only chance to cause a misun-derstood between the two. Headlines going to be *Ronnie cheated on Mandy with Brenda* what an excellent plan I have hear.

“Mother am sorry I haven’t been visiting you lately, Here’s a flower for you” I said dropping it on her grave.
“It’s a pitty you aren’t here with me mother. I’m now rich, you wouldn’t have to suffer as we used to mother” I said cleaning the tears that drip drown from my eyes reaching my cheeks.
“Auntie I hope you are at peace wherever you are” he female voice enchanted from behind and I immediately turn to see who it was.
“Jenna, what are doing here?? how did you find me” I asked surprised.
“What??can’t I visit auntie” she said dropping a banquet on her grave.
“State your point, I know you didn’t come looking for me for this ” I said and she chuckled.
“okay, but can we talk elsewhere ” she said and I nodded.
We both walk to a nearby cafe restaurant and settle there to talk.
“Tell me what do you want? ” I asked drinking a glas-s of cold water.
“You’ve been away for so a while, are you afraid of Ronnie or you accepted defeat?” she said and I chuckled.
“A young man like me can wait even if its for ten years to get revenge ” I said and she smi-rked.
“Revenge?? ” she said surprised.
“I thought you wanted something more, it seems we both are in for the samething, so why not help each other ” she said and I smi-rked.
“Miss Jenna, I have no intention to work with you. I can deal with Ronnie on my own” I said pouring another bottle of cold water into the glas-s.
“But we have common enemies and it’s easier if we can work together” she said and I drank the water gently before responding.
“Your enemy is Mandy and my enemy is Ronnie and besides you still don’t know the reason why your little brother has been in a comma for over two years now” I said and the look on her faced totally changed.
“How did you find out about my little brother. What do you know?” she said and I smi-rked.
“You should know I aren’t just a common man, I’ll let you know the truth about your little brother in a few days time” I said and stood up.
“Kendall, what do you mean? ” she asked stopping me from leaving.
“You’ve been Mandy’s manager for over two years now just so you cloud take her to the top and then cause a serious problem in her career that will bring her back to the beginning right?” I asked and she didn’t respond.
“you think only Mandy’s involved in this matter, well Ronnie is also involved” I said and she shoke her head.
“Explain things clearly to me, I still don’t un-derstand what you mean” she said.
“Everything is going to be clear to you few days from now. Thank you for the water” I said and walked away to my car.
“Ronnie, Ronnie, Ronnie, let me see what you can do when I exp-ose your little dark secret ” I said and entered my car.

Just like what Jenna said, I’d arrange everything the way she wanted.
Mandy’s door was next to mine and all I’d to do was changed the name tag on it and Ronnie will walk into my room thinking it Mandy’s room.
Immediately I heard foot steps of Mandy’s as-sistant leaving her room, I quickly changed the names tagged on the door and entered my room then waited for Ronnie.
Just as expected he entered my room and sat down on my make up mirror. I quickly changed the names tagged on the door back and walked to him.
“Wow what a pleasant surprise Mr Ronnie ” I said sitting by the side and he carried his head up to look at me.
“Get out, what are you doing in Mandy’s chambers ” he said and I smi-rked.
“I don’t think I’m in the wrong place. I want to talk something serious with you” I said and he smi-rked.
“I don’t have any business with people like you” he said and I held my anger back and just smiled.
“I want to talk to you about the agreement with Mandy” I said and he dropped his phone on the table.
“Go on I’m listening ” he said and I remained quite lacking what to say.
? MANDY ?
Me, Jenna and my as-sistant walked back to my room after the interview was over.
“What is going on here? ” I asked as I saw Brenda crying and Ronnie walked out of her room.
“He…he…he tried to do bad things to me, I asked him to leave my room but he tried to take advantage of me” Brenda said crying and Ronnie just watched her without a word.
“What nonsense, you’re still putting on your cloth” I said pointing a finger at her.
“You don’t believe me, what will he be doing in my room when your name is clearly written on the other door ” she yelled still crying.
“Ronnie isn’t such a person, I just think your acting this all up to frame him. Let mewarm you, if you have nothing doing you better go away because I might tear you apart ” I said venting my anger all on her.
“You… ” she tried saying but Ronnie brou-ght out his phone and played a recorded speech.
“I want to talk to your about the Agreement with Mandy”
Go on…
“Mr Ronnie I don’t think Mandy’s good for a person of your status” he stopped it and looked at Brenda.
“Should I continuing playing it? ” he asked and she became silent.
“You pig go on, why don’t you continue talking . You better stay off or else you won’t like what I’ll do to you” I said pointing a finger at her.
“You all ganged up on me right… you…you ” she said pointing at the four of ours and then ran away in shame.
“Ronnie come on” I said and we both walked into my chambers leaving Jenna and my as-sistant out.
“Ronnie so you had evidence with you and yet you let me waste my time and energy aguring with her” I said after he sat down and he chuckled.
“If I didn’t let you do that how will I know if you really trust me” he said and I smi-rked.
“But something is not right, how did you manage to think about recording the time you were with Brenda? ” I asked and he smi-rked.
“It’s just my normal habit, something I learnt from my dad… In talking with a person who you think might harm you, is always good to record what they say so if they hurt you, that evidence can be use in future ” he said and I nodded.
You so intelligent, I’ll be back, I still nee-d to do something” I said and he held my hand.
“At least a ki-ss before you go” he said and I ki-ssed him on the cheek.
“Again ” He said and I gave him another perk.
I walked to the door and opened it while he sat back down.
“Ronnie ” I called and he turned looking at me and smiling.
“Don’t even think of cheating on me” I said and he nodded still smiling.
