💋Hyuna’s POV💋
I was standing in that same field again, the beautiful field where I always dream about Oppa and I being together, even before I met him.
I knew I was dreaming but I didn’t care, I wanted to see what the dream would be all about.
I looked down at myself; I was wearing the white dress but it looked more like a wedding dress now than before. Was I getting married in my dream?
“Hyuna” a very familiar male voice called and I spun around sharply to see him walking towards me, dressed gorgeously in the black suit as usual
“My love” I breathed when we stood face to face. He beamed at me and reached out for my hands. We locked our fin-gers together and I glimpsed the golden rings we were both wearing…….Are we already married?
“Where are you?” he asked and his voice echoed
“I don’t know, my love. Please find me” I replied with my eyes beginning to water
“Find me, Baekhyun……find me”
I kept saying those words until my eyes fluttered open. The first thing my eyes saw was a very high ceiling with designs on it. I sat up slowly and discovered that I had
been lying on a king-sized be-d, I gasped when I looked down at myself….I was wearing different clothes from the ones I had on that night and I could swear that I was wearing tampons too.
Who put them on me?
Who took me?
Where am I?
How long have I been asleep for?
I slowly slid down from the be-d and took a good look around the room, it was plain; no designs, no decorations, no other furniture apa-rt from the m@$$ive be-d. There was not a single window so it was really dark in the room and I couldn’t tell what time of the day it was.
What kind of a freaky place is this?
I nee-d to get out of here….
I ran to the door and began hitting it
“Hey! Is anyone there? Let me out!” I yelled, Ban-ging furiously on the poor door
“Let me out of here! Hellooo!” I yelled and paused to catch my breath…. I felt so weak… when was the last time I ate?
I slid weakly to the floor and buried my face in my arms. I was startled by a loud cli-ck that came from the door. I sprang to my feet and hurried back to the be-d.
I watched with unblinkling eyes as a small, plumpy woman dressed in a maid uniform walked inside carrying a tray of food. She shot me a stare and placed the tray on the be-d
“The boss wants you to eat” she uttered in Ko-rean and my eyes wide-ned
“Who are you people and what do you want with me? I think you’re mistaking me for the daughter of a rich man or something……I’m not who you think I am. I’m just a regular girl with no use to your boss” I replied in a shaky voice
“You’re here because you’re of great use to my boss. Here, eat, I know you’re famished” she mouthed and I glanced at the steaming hot food.
I found myself drooling and lic-king my li-ps hungrily……she’s right anyway, I’m definitely famished.
I slowly pulled the mouth-watering food closer to myself….. I would ask questions later but now I nee-ded energy…

“It’s almost been two days and you still haven’t found anything, Martin. When will you start doing your job right?!!” I yelled, slamming my fists on the table
“Calm down, Suho…..I’m working on it, I promise to find her”
“Stop telling me to calm down, Martin. Just do your job, find Hyuna and bring her back to me safe and sound!” I snapped, puffing my cigeratte angrily
“Look, I honestly think the best thing to do now is to stay calm and wait for Karai to call us and make her demands” he uttered and I scowled
“Whatfu-cking demands? This isn’t a kidnapping, Karai is using her as bait to get to me. She wants to destroy me and make me feel pain!”
“Well that’s because she knows that that young lady means a lot to you. Karai won’t hurt her, she’s too smart to do that. Hyuna is the bridge that she’ll use to get to you.. so she won’t burn down that bridge until she’s gotten what she wants” he muttered and I exhaled.. I opened my mouth to say something when my phone started ringing
Martin and I sat up immediately and my eyes wide-ned when I peered at the caller ID
“It’s Karai…..what do I do?” I asked Martin who was already punching bu-ttons on his laptop
“Pick it up and keep her talking for 2 minutes so I’ll be able to track down her location” he replied and I hurriedly picked the call
📱”Karai…..where is she?” I asked immediately and I heard her huff
📲 “Good evening to you too, brother”
📱”Listen Karai, I’m so not in the mood to pla-y your silly mind games. Just tell me where Hyuna is and we can forget that this ever happened” I said while glancing at Martin and he mouthed a; “Keep talking” to me
📲 “Oh don’t be in such a hurry, bro. Your girl is fine and if you really do want her back then you’ll have to agree to my conditions. I won’t talk much because I know you’re trying to pin my location but listen very carefully to this; go to the warehouse in Yishun… the same one where you kept and tortured Xin Ping. Go there by sunset tomorrow and wait” she uttered
📱”But what are my…………
I was cut off when the line went dead
“Did you get anything? Where you able to find her location?” I asked Martin but he shook his head negatively
“fuc-k!!” I cursed and grabbe-d a table lamp before smashing it on the wall.
Where are you, Hyuna? Where?
This is all my fault…….
Why did I have to fall in love?
Now I believe what my distant uncle who was a veteran soldier used to say;
“Love makes us weak and more vulnerable to our enemies”
He was so right, and now, I will have to wait and find out what Karai wants cause I will never forgive myself if anything happens to Hyuna. She doesn’t deserve to be dragged into this war….

My eyes slowly opened to the sound of murmuring voices. My vision was a bit blurry at first but I could tell that there were at least four people in the same room with me.
As my vision cleared, I was able to determine their genders; there were 3 males and a female. I shut my eyes and listened to their voices ;
👤”His phone hasn’t stopped ringing. About 3 people in pa-rticular keep calling him” One of the males said and I instantly knew that they were talking about me. I was also sure that Mia was the female among them
👤”A smallish woman came by yesterday and this morning as well. She had her own key to the house, she tried to for-ce her way in; saying that she nee-ds to see him urgently. But we were able to bundle her out of the premises” a different male voice mouthed. I sighed inwardly, knowing that they were talking about Sihyeon
I hope they didn’t lay a fin-geron her or I swear I’m going to strangle Mia with my ba-re hands
speaking of my hands……..
I tried to move them but I Gr0-ned when I felt something binding them
They tied me up!
I can’t believe this….
I snapped my eyes open and looked down at myself….. they had chained me to the be-d, both my arms and legs were bound with metal chains…..what the hell!
“Well, looks like the slee-ping beauty is finally awake” Mia uttered and I glanced at them. They were all staring at me, I couldn’t recognize any of the men but I guess they must be working for Mia.
Mia walked over to me and sat beside me on the be-d as I kept glaring at her
“How did you sleep, my love?” she asked with a smile and tried to ki-ss me but I moved my face away. She for-cefully gripped my face and turned it back to herself before pecking my li-ps
“You shouldn’t avoid my ki-sses, sweetheart” she said with a sly smile
“What the hell is the meaning of all
this, Mia? Why are my chained up like a guard dog?!” I growled and she shrugged
“I’m sorry, baby…. but this is the only way to keep you from running to that rat”
I huffed and tried moving my arms but I failed
“Damn it, Mia! Let me go, this thing hurts!” I hissed and she sighed
“I can’t let you go, my love. I will never let you go because you’re mine and mine alone” she whispered and my heart sank
“I have to go now, babe. I’ll see you later…. stay gorgeous” she winked and pec-ked my li-ps again before getting on her feet and walking out of the room
“You can’t keep me here forever, Mia! People will start asking questions about me and you know that! Just let me go!” I yelled after her as she walked
I Gr0-ned and layed back on the be-d tiredly…… this is crazy, Mia is crazy…. keeping me hostage in my own house!
I have to get to get out of here fast, I nee-d a plan……….
