? Lorenzo is dead already**
So many thoughts kept running throu-ghher mind as she remembered her conversation with Ca-ssie that Lorenzo might still be alive somewhere just the way Ca-ssie escape death.
“But I saw his dead body burnt beyond recognition and if he isn’t the one then who was the person i buried, ” she thought getting more confused.

Two weeks Later..

“I hired someone to investigate your family to know how they’re doing, ” Miguel said to Ca-ssie.
” How is Dad and my uncle? Are they doing fine? Ca-ssie asked so worried as she stood up.
” Yes, they’re all doing good but am sorry.. ,” he said handing a paper to her.
” After Investigating he confirmed that this young man is death,” Miguel said while Ca-ssie stare at Tomas picture on th paper.
” Tomas is death? When? She asked shocked to hear that.
” Just a month when you went missing,”
Ca-ssie walked to the window and stood there trying to hold back her tears.
” Tomas, ” she whispers, letting out her tears.
“It’s Kendall and Kamil.. they killed him,” she said then turn and face Miguel.
” He was against my relationship with Kamil and who’s know if he confronted them and they murdered him because he knows a lot about them too, ”
” The Kendall have bite more than they can chew. I have to do something,” Ca-ssie said in rage walking to and fro.
” we have to be wise in dealing with such people. I’ve also investigated about Kamil and Audrey and is said that they got married few months back and about Kendall we have to get evidence to sent him to jail and they whole world will know how cruel and evil he is, ”
” Do you believe Kendall can be sent to prison. All he need is a terrible torture and death, can’t you see he already killed Tomas and now we won’t have anyone to testify against him in court,”
” I have my ways Ca-ssie! Just calm down and believe me if you really need help. Am doing this for you,” he said, while she nodded, hoping whatever plan it will turn out well.
Memories of Tomas flash throu-ghher mind.
“Poor Tomas,” she cried. All she feels is anger, bitterness and thirst for revenge.
“Being treated like an animal is the worst thing that can ever happen to anyone. I just feel so useless,” she whimpered.
Miguel heaved a sigh as he watch her cry, he don’t know if should console her.
“The justice system is already corrupt and the best way to handle those people is to just kill them,” she said in rage. Miguel stood and walk towards her.
” Am sorry for you lost,” he said sympathetically.
” You won’t understand. We’ve been treated like animals, we have no right of our own. ,” she cried then pulled Miguel into a tight hug unexpectedly as she cried on his chest.
“Everything will gonna be fine,” he cooed as he gently rubbed her back.

” Hmm,” Nadine clear her throat when she walk in and saw them in that position.
“Am I interrupting something? She asked. Ca-ssie quickly disengaged from the hug, feeling so embarra-ssed letting her emotions get the best of her, she just needed a shoulder to cry on.
“Excuse me please,” she said with a low voice as she hurriedly climb the stairs and headed to her room.
“What’s going on? Nadine asked.
“she just confirm the death of someone close to her, more like a brother,”
” She looks so fragile. I can imagine what she pa-ssed throu-ghand now the death of her brother!
“Time heals all wound they say. With time she will get better, ” Miguel said while Nadine just nodded.

In the garden: different colors shine brightly, the place looks so beautiful as everyone drop their gift for the unborn baby.
It’s Nadine’s baby shower, as they celebrate it ma-ssively.
? Congratulations Nadine
? Can’t wait to see my grandchild,”
Leonard’s mom said with a smile.
” Thank you Mom,” she smile. Leonard stood beside her helping her receive the gifts.
“I missed you,” he whispers to her ears while she chuckle.
“Congratulations Nadine,” Austin smiled as he looked at Leonard then smirked.
“Can’t wait to see my godson. I will be an uncle few days time,” he smiled.
“Sure Austin and we will get to hang out just me, you and Miguel just they way we use to be back those days,” she smile.
“Sure,”
Leonard frown as he held Austin and take him to a corner.
“What are you doing here? Leonard sneered.
” What! Why asking stupid question?
“Just answer me,” he seethed.
” Am here for Nadine, I guess you’ve forgotten Nadine is my friend and she invited me here. Nadine and I have been friends ever since we were kids and mind you it’s because of me you have her as your wife so respect me,” he smirked.
” What’s going on here? Miguel asked, kinda surprised to see them glaring at each other.
“Nothing,” Leonard muttered then walked out.
“What’s that? Miguel asked.
” It’s nothing bro, we were just talking about some random stuff,” Austin shrugged.

” Are you trying to get yourself drunk? Miguel asked. The party was still going on, Miguel suggested they have drink together as friends because it’s been long they hang out.
“So what about Stacy? Are you back together now? Austin asked.
” What! You know that can never happen,” Miguel said with a frown.
” Why? You don’t like her again? Or you’ve got someone else?
” I’ve moved on Austin. Stacy was a cheat, a gold digger and she never loved me so what sense will it make if I accept her back?
“Sure,” Austin nodded as he gulped down his drink.

***Inside the house..
Ca-ssy felt so bored in her room, she knew it was Nadine’s baby shower but she can’t go out and join them to avoid anyone from seeing her.
“Can I possibly keep on staying here,” she thought walking down the stairs, the house feels so empty. Immediately a door went open, She stood in shock as she watch the person.
Austin staggered back as he open the door surprised to a lady, staring back at him.
“Who is she? He thought.
” And why isn’t she outside with us,”
Ca-ssie who was still in shocked stare at the guy.
“This was the same man I saw with Stacy back then if am not mistaken,” she thought.
” Who are you? Austin asked, he walked close staring at her thighs, she was wearing one of her short nightie that reveals her thighs down to her legs.
“Hmm, I have to go,” Ca-ssie quickly turn to leave but Austin grabbed her by the wrist.
“Who are you?
” Just let me go,” she yelled trying to free herself from his grip but he was way too strong.
” So he lied to me? He whispers, Ca-ssie wonder what he meant by that.
“You’re so beautiful,” he cooed while Ca-ssie slapped him but that even make him tighten his grip on her arm.
“Your hurting me help! Ca-ssie shout while he pushed her on the nearby couch and use his palm to cover her mouth.
“Uhmmmm,”. She mumur as she kept struggling with him until she felt her breathe ceasing.
“Am gonna have you all to herself”
Austin smirked, caressing her thighs.
