mercy knew her end was near, but she thought running to the spiritulist will save her from the impending madness.
She barged into the spiritulist charmers, the woman was with someone else
MERCY
help me please, I’m in trouble.
SPIRITULIST
I’m with another client, go wait outside will call you in when I’m throu-gh.
MERCY
what? with what is on ground I won’t be sane by the time you finish.
She said eyeing the client like she’s the reason for her misfortune.
SPIRITULIST
Did you do what I warmed you against?
MERCY
I was very careful, in fact I already got the twins I went in search for….. my car developed fault on my way here and I had to repair it … only for a si*ly girl to splashed water on me and the water has locust beans in it.
SPIRITUALIST
(She laughed)
a stubborn fly they say, follows the corpse to the grave….. I warned you, I warned you didn’t I? you shouldn’t have come back here….. because there is nothing I can so for you..
MERCY
you must be joking, how can you say there’s no solution! please you can’t do this to me please….I can’t afford to go mad please.

Before she could say another word, something hit mercy on her head and she started to stretch her body aggressively.
Soon she ran out from the spiritulist house pulling her clothes and laughing na-ked.
MERCY
(Laughs)
Sonia think she can take Joshua from me, no way, she didn’t know that I would never let that happen…. now I have made her mad, now she’s crazy….
(She laughs and clapps her hands)

As she talked and laughed with herself on the street, people gathered to watch her… some people poured abuses on her for trying to make whoever Sonia is mad, some even threw things at her for being evil…. the small girl that poured her water ealier pa-ssed and saw her…

Jack heard that joy his ex girlfriend was leaving in that area, he wanted the come see her eye ball to eye ball, to ask her what he did to make her treat him that bad till the end.
He was just driving into the street when he saw people gathered, he parked to see what was happening… he couldn’t believe he just witnessed mercy being burnt alive, he couldn’t believe what his ears just heard, he couldn’t believe mercy would go that far just to want to get a man…. he took his phone and called Joshua, Joshua and Sonia were resting from a hot rounds of se-x that they just had.

are you kidding or what? what did she do to deserve such cruel death?
JACK
she killed a little single mother and took away her twins just to make you love her
JOSHUA
I don’t un-derstand, kidnapping? just to make me love her?
JACK
according to her she said, her spiritualist told her to bring twins and she would use them for love ritual.
JOSHUA
wow!!!!! that girl didn’t stop amazing me…. you know ealier today I didn’t know what she did, but immediately I saw her, I had this seriously felt the urge to have se-x…. it was so powerful that I thought I was going to die.
JACK

Within minutes the news had went viral on all social media platforms, everyone was talking about the evil lady that tried to make her best friend mad because of a mad.
Mercy’s mother was called by her best friend, she asked her not to go to the internet…. she pleaded with her till she agreed… but after she dropped the call, she was curious to know why her friend didn’t want her to go online, she took her phone and went online.
Facebook FBI had already dung out Mercy’s previous pictures and vidoes she posted on her page on Facebook
Mercy’s mum was surprised to see the picture of her daughter littered everywhere on Facebook….. everyone was talking about the video…. she pleaded with someone to send her the video to watch too pretending like she didn’t know the girl.
Someone was kind enough to send her the cli-p of Mercy’s confession and how she was set ablaze.
Just watching the video, her heart couldn’t take it, she realized she ruined her daughter with her both hands, she realized if she didn’t introduce her daughter to evil she wouldn’t have died….. the shock was too much for her, she fell and died immediately from the shock.
back at the spiritulist chambers, the lady she was with ealier when mercy ran in for help is an un-dercover agents that was sent there to investigate the woman…. alot of complaints has been made about her, saying all those Yahoo boys go there for ritual and she helps them, but they couldn’t arrest her base on “they say, they say” so she was sent there to act like a client.
After listening to all what mercy and the spiritulist discussed she recorded everything without her knowledge and sent to her boys outside… they burst in immediately and had her arrested
SIX MONTHS LATER
Sonia went to the salon to make her hair, Joshua had dropped he heavily pregnant wife earlier, and had rushed off to the office to pick some files before coming back to pick his wife.
at the salon the normal woman gossip started, a very beautiful lady was there, she was equally heavily pregnant too, she talked about her honest and righteous her husband is,how she can swear that her husband has never cheated on her since their two years in marriage.
some women told her to trust on one, most especially men …. as they were still talking Joshua walked in and the woman immediately started smiling…… only for Joshua to walk pa-ss the woman to Sonia and kis-sed his wife on the li-ps.
the shock on the woman’s face was out of this world.
LINDA
Josiah!!!!!! what kind of embarra-ssment is this?
(she screamed charging towards JJ)
JOSHUA
Sorry ma do I know you…..
he was still saying when she lifted up her hand to slap him for embarra-ssing her and denying that he doesn’t know her….. Sonia was fast to grab Linda’s hand.
SONIA
don’t you dare try, what is wrong with you madam? you want to slap my husband before my very eyes?
The woman started to create a scene and yelling at the top of her voice that after trying for two years to get pregnant and God has finally blessed them, her husband was busy cheating on her with another woman …..
SONIA
There must be a mixed up somewhere or some sort of explanation for all … this man right here is mine,my husband and we have been married for four months now.
yeah, Sonia was already two months gone when she and Joshua got married.
An elderly who has been observing everything that has been happening finally spoke
MAMA
you said you guys have been married for two years….there must be something you can use to prove that this man is your husband.
Linda brou-ght out her phone and showed everyone their wedding picture and even more
Joshua was shocked to the bone, who is trying to ruin him like this? he has never seen this woman before.
MAMA
Young man, you have seen the photos yourself, what can you say for yourself?
JOSHUA

(he said and his tears dropped)

But that is you in the picture or are you twins?
LINDA
what nonsense twin, this is my number, don’t worry I will prove it….. I’m calling your number now
as Linda was trying to call the number Joshua was begging his wife not to believe the woman.
Immediately Linda dialled her husband’s number, he answered it
JOSIAH
I’m sorry babe, I’m already close by …are you done with your hair?
Linda was shocked to the bone, she looked at everyone cinfused
LINDA
I don’t un-derstand, someone just answered the phone.
before anyone could ask what she meant, Josiah walked into the salon and left everyone in shock.
A MONTH LATER
Joshua and Josiah went to visit their mother’s grave with their wives…… the happiness Joshua felt was really out of this world.
to him he didn’t deserve everything God had done for him, he wasn’t worthy of any of them…. God blessed him with a beautiful wife that turned his Ife around, and brou-ght back his brother that they all thought had died….. his business was going so well, and the scan results said they were expecting two boys…… he felt unworthy of this blessing.
Tommy and his wife heard rumors that Joshua was coming for them, they parked their stuffs and set to run away away, they have always been on the run even when Joshua has left them to fate.
On their way going to warri thru met with a very fatal accident that claimed their lives, it was only the kids that came out unharmed.
joy on the other hand looked for Joshua and begged for forgiveness, things went from had to worse, every man she met only wanted one thing se-x, they didn’t want to get committed or serious with her…. she had to go back to Joshua, and jack to beg for mercy.
Joshua was blessed enough even when he didn’t deserve it to hold anything agaio her…. even him too was unworthy but God showed him mercy.
He forgave joy and gave her a huge sum of money to take care of herself and the children her late sister left behind.
Amanda, Joshua’s pa finally left the company to start up her own firm, she met a promising young man that loves her so much and she decided to give him a chance.
jack and Bella were still in relationship because Bella wasn’t ready to settle down yet….. but soon their wedding bells would ring because isalready pregnant and didn’t want to give birth out of wedlock…. jack too had no choice but to forgive, if she didn’t behave the way she did, he wouldn’t have met his soulmate bella.
