It’s Ace, looking dangerously at Richa-rd
“It’s ok baby, that one sl@p made all his face red, he’ll probably go blind if you sl@p him again” he said
” And you are? ” Rich asked
” Ace, Ace Higgins in full, her fiance, so buzz off, we’re back together, right Snow? ” Ace said
” Sure, so get out of here and never come back” Snow replied

“Ace, plea-se I nee-d your help in getting him out, thanks” Snow said and went in furiously
” Snow plea-se! ” Richa-rd shouted after her
“Shut the fv¢k up!” Ace yelled

“No one messes with what’s mine, else I’ll gobble you up in one gulp, I’ll crush you easily, I can start with your mum who owns Daniella boutiques, then your brother who’s a student of Elite high, after finishing them off, then I’ll come back to you and make you regret dragging my fiancee with me” he threatened
” Is this really for real?” Richa-rd said, water is even coming out of his nose
” I don’t even know why I’m standing here taking to you, I talk to people like you with bullets but maybe you’re just lucky, or maybe you’re handsome, that’s why I pity you, if you don’t want your handsome face to get spoilt, leave her alone, wait for just one more week, .no!, Tommorow our wedding invitation will be out, you’ll be the first one I’ll give it to” Ace said and Pat his shoulder before leaving
Richa-rd fell on his car and almost lost consciousness but he managed to get in his car and drove out of the company…

Sandra is alre-ady back to work when Snow got to her office
“Girlfriend” Snow said, taking her seat
“You didn’t even call to ask about my health again, it’s unfair” she accused
” I think I told got to spend all this week at home” Snow replied, somehow cold
” Snow?, Are you ok? ” Sandra asked
“Yes, why asking?” She said
“Oh… Nothing” she replied, still looking at her as Ace entered
“My fiance’s girlfriend, how’re you doing” he said and win-ked
” Snow what’s happening?, Fiance?” She said unbelievably
“Yeah, he’s my fiance, and we’re getting married soon, any problem with that? ” Snow replied

“Seems like I’ve been giving you too much space, I nee-d privacy now, leave” Snow interrupted

Sandra skrie-ked at her loud voice before leaving the office

“She really went back to him?, After all the promises, after the bond we shared?, After the intim-acy and the time we spent together? ” He lamented, crying more
He has never cried that way all his life
The tears just kept rushing, maybe because he loves her so much
Like he might go mad at this rate, he has gone de-ep into her that it’ll be ha-rd to step back

“Pinky will resume school next week, but I’m sad” Drake suddenly said
He’s sitting with Bentley and Riley at the cafeteria

“Richa-rd has been sad, cos Snow is behaving somehow” he replied
“Come on, maybe they had a fight, they’ll settle things” Bentley replied
” No, it doesn’t seem like those two will ever have a fight, have you ever heard of freaking fearless ever lasting love?, That’s what their love looks like, it doesn’t seem like it’s a fight, I just can’t un-derstand” Drake replied sadly
Gianna joined the table with Rowan
” Why is our Drake sad?” She said, first time she’ll be talking to him after the occurrence
“Just family stuffs” Drake replied
“Breathe in and out three times, it helps me” Rowan said
Drake did it and buried his face on the table

Evelyn is sitting in the living room with Gabriel While Pinky is sitting on one of the dinning chairs
Snow’s matter is really disturbing, very very
“Gabriel do you think she’s possessed?, Maybe a spirit possessed her, Snow is not behaving like my daughter anymore, I’m scared” Evelyn suddenly said with a shaky voice
” I’m confused too, ok initially she’s a rude girl, but she changed alre-ady, and now that Ace returned, she went back to her rude behavior but this time it’s square root hundred, she’s … Oh God! ” Gabriel remarked
” I want my sister back, I’m sure that’s not Snow, when Snow was still rude, we do threaten ourselves with forks and knives, but Snow will never say she feels like strangling me, I’m scared, she changed too much” Pink said too
The door c@m£ open and Snow entered hand in hand with Ace

“What’s happening” Pink wondered
“Ace* Gabriel called
“Yes dad, plea-se bless us, let’s get married” Ace replied, facing Snow for affirmation

“Snow are you out of your s-en-ses!” Evelyn yelled
“Sis no, you can’t do this, he’s not what he seems like he is, Snow you can’t” Pink said, crying slowly
Snow only rolled eyes at the both of them
“I wanted this before but.. Ace right now I don’t think….. Since you c@m£ back, Snow changed, especially since yesterday, don’t you talk to her? ” Gabriel said
” That’s her real behavior, you just have to embr@ce it Mr” Ace replied flatly
” What have you done to my daughter” Evelyn said at the point of tears
” Yes, what did you do to my sis, she listens to no one again” Pinky said
” Nothing, I just love her” he replied as innocently as ever
“Even if you don’t approve, we’ll go ahead with the wedding, we’ll just elope” Snow said
” Elope?, No no, no ok… Let’s start the preparations, you can’t elope, you’ll get married” Gabriel said
” Better, Ace I’ll see you tommorow” she said and went upstairs
” See you at the wedding hall my in-laws” Ace said with a smile before leaving
Evelyn fell back on the chair
” I don’t un-derstand anything again, I’m in the dark!” She said

She really discussed it with Jake and it was Jake who suggested they call Richa-rd
“Yes, she’s getting married to Ace” Richa-rd replied
He cried for all of today, what he has never done before
“Is Snow possessed?, She hates Ace the most in this world, that’s what she told me” Sandra said
“but wait, this Ace of a guy, who’s he? ” Jake said
“her ex, they d@t£d four years ago before he left her without saying goodbye, only for him to come back now to claim her” Richa-rd replied
” Richa-rd don’t tell me you wanna give up” Sandra said
” Sandra I can die for her but not including my family, he threatened me with my mum and my brother, if I lose them both, then I won’t forgive myself, I can’t lose my family, though this is the ha-rd est thing to do but I just have to…… ” Richa-rd said and left the house
Jake sighed
” Complicated” he said
“What might be happening” Sandra thought

Richa-rd cried throu-ghout the drive home , it’s blinding and hurting
He hid his tears when he got home
He walked past Daniella and Drake in the dinning where they’re having dinner
“What’s happening?, He has been Strange” Daniella said

Richa-rd left the house early next morning just to go cry somewhere
Drake and Ella didn’t even know when he left cos he did it stealthily
He stayed un-der a tree down the neighborhood and cried till noon

When his eyes ran out of tears, he stood to go back home
He’s walking home slowly when someone called his name
He looked behind and it turned out to be Ace
He c@m£ to him with a cigarette in his mouth
Richa-rd had to cover his nose as he blew the smoke
“You know I promised yesterday that you’ll be the first one to receive the invitation, and here it is” he said and brou-ght it out from his pocket
He took Richa-rd ‘s hand and put it in
Richa-rd ‘s hand shaked as it t©uçhed his hand
“Now Richa-rd , this invitation serves as a last warning, if I see you beside her again or anywhere near her, then you’ll know I’m not joking about your mum and brother, with you yourself, I stand on my words so if you love yourself, stay away, you can come to the wedding though, I’ll reserve a front seat for you” he said and gave that smug smile before leaving
Richa-rd ‘s tears fell on the invitation card as he stared at it
His legs started moving on its own as he stared and cried at the same time, forgetting he’s on the road
He got to the middle of the road just when a car is coming, the invite fell off his hands as he saw the car
He can’t possibly run back again cos it’s too late, just few meters away from him
The car hit him and his b©dy flew up in the process, he landed on the road with a loud thud…
