“Yes.”

“Yes baby.”

“Oh my…”
.
“Baby, yes…”

“Huh… Yes. Like that baby.”

Their m0@n was interrupted by an heavy knock on the door, but Michael knew who that was alre-ady, so he didn’t bother to slow down as he enjoyed the plea-sure before him.
“Really Michael! You and I know mom is expecting us this morning, but here you are shagging someone in there. And you…” The knock c@m£ ha-rder again. “You slut! You know this guy sleeps around, yet you are here with him. Yet many of you won’t back off. You all should leave my brother alone. Just leave him. Like seriously!” She sounded very frustrated. “This guy is not gonna d@t£ you.”

“Michelle just go.” Michael managed to reply his twin sister so she would st©p causing trouble, but this time, the knock almost brou-ght down his door, as Michelle knocked on the door like she had to save someone who was dying. “I’m breaking this door if you don’t come out here.” She kicked the door so ha-rd , feeling the pain, but that wasn’t enough to st©p her. “Michael, today is Christmas p@rty for heaven sake. It’s Jesus birthday, and here you are committing a great sin that–”

Suddenly, the door opened, and her mouth was closed. Instantly closed.

Michelle Stephen. Rude with astonishing beauty. Pompous. Fashionista. Clas-sy. The chef of Stephen’s family. Spoilt, and the only Carbon copy of Suzy James, her mother. She was a beauty, but no guy dares to compliment her. She doesn’t fall for sweet words. You just can’t tame her. She had almost everything, and she rule her world.
She had a motto tag on every guy. Guys sleep around, and can never stay with one girl. Her brothers were examples. There was never a stable girlfriend in their lives, and the ones who love them ended up with a broken heart. She had seen it, and vowed never to experience a broken heart. So, she decided to create a wall for herself. I don’t nee-d a
guy. She reminds herself every time.

Staring at his sister. “I don’t like that.” Michael’s voice was stern, and accurate, with a look telling Michelle never to try that again, as he walked away. Michelle was behind him, gritting her teeth together, but not after she had given one of the sl@ymamas she knew well a dirty glare that made the girl quic-kly looked away in shame. All for money. Her brother was a philanthropist. A philanthropist after be-dding a woman.
Michelle walked close to Michael, walking side by side with him as she intentionally hit his hand with hers. “Who are you now forming action man for. Are you okay sir?” Michael looked beside him, unable to hold his smile, hitting Michelle back like she did to him. He could never go ha-rd , or get angry at his sister because she always seemed to turn everything to pl@ywithout be offended at all. She had that magic of acting like their mom. She was his mom whenever they were back to school. Always watching his movement.

“Mr. Man, where to?” Michelle called Michael who was heading to take his Toyota car key. “No bro. The car key to your sport car is here. We are taking it.” She said to Micheal who un-derstood no time to bargain or disagree with her. The Lady had spoken, and that was final. “Yes, your highness.” He bowed pla-yfully, getting one of Michelle’s lovely smiles.
Happy Michelle gr@bb£d Michael from behind as usual, and pushed him out pla-yfully. “Our loads are inside the boot alre-ady. Waiting for your customer to come out.”

“Michelle.”

“It’s okay.” Michelle knew that warning tone. “Is not as if she’s your girlfriend. So what?” She turned, and eyed the lady that was still trying to search for her bag. “Looking for this?” She pointed to the small red bag that could not even contain one of Michael’s novels. The lady gr@bb£d her bag on the floor, and glance around for her heels, but Michelle helped her again so she could leave on time. “Over there.” She pointed to the red heels, and immediately, the lady found her way there, and picked a race out of the compound without looking back.

They were both in the same university, and she knew what Michelle could do, so she ran, not waiting for what Micheal has to say. Michael glared at his twin sister. “plea-se next year by God’s grace, call before coming. That’s why you have a phone.” He walked straight to the driver seat, leaving Michelle behind. He was about starting the car when Michelle quic-kly climbe-d in, and closed the door.

Michelle slightly shifted her head to the back checking for a sunglas-s. She pushed all the big, big textbooks, and novels Michael must have been re-ading. Every week, he sets a target of how many books he wants to re-ad, and buy. He was obsessed with re-ading, and if not found re-ading, he was either slee-ping or enjoying his quiet time, listening to music. She finally found two, and helped herself, checking for the finest one before giving the second one to Michael.

They started their journey to Banana Island, while Michael decided to enjoy one of his favorite songs, but he felt like Michelle enjoyed it more because she sang it throu-ghout.

? I love you…
I nee-d you…
Baby, I love you
Oh….
? No matter what I do
All I think about is you…

“Hey, do you know you are singing for the wrong person.” Michael tried looking for her trouble, but Michelle k!$$£d his right cheek facing her, screaming. “I love you bro! I love you Michael Stephen. The only philanthropist of Stephen’s family.” She was happy, and ended up laughing at herself, causing Micheal to laugh too. “You made it sound like I’m not a good philanthropist.”

Michelle laughed. “All thanks to conscience.” She gave him a puppy look, and he feigned a sad look, holding his che-st, but he knew his sister would never fall for that. It would never work, and sometimes, she acts like a drun!kman, but he loved it.
Michael Stephen. They call him a walking computer. He was like a machine created to supply answers to anything. Their Dad, Victor Stephen would say, Suzy vomited her best p@rt of br@in to him, because he was more brilliant than the rest, but Suzy James knew Michael re-ads ha-rder than the rest of her children, and that was the secret of how she bec@m£ better in her studies. It wasn’t just any special gene or magic. He re-ad himself to that stage.

Micheal was known for that, so no one tries to compete with him. He had re-ad himself to the extent that if he appears, people could see answers to their questions plastered on his forehead. He got a lot of attention from ladies especially, and he loved it, taking advantage of it. He was ranked as one of the t©p ten Casanova of the school, popularly known everywhere just like the secondary school. Crown university which was founded by their Dad, and Grandpa before his death.

Before Michael could press the second horn, the gate to their mansion was instantly opened, and meeting them was the woman who had worked for their parents for up to ten years.

? Michelle baby…
Michelle, Michelle, baby…

.She hated that song, but the reason everyone got to know the song was because, anytime she was crying, her sister, Ella would sing that annoying song for her, and that always make her smile at the end. She just have a way of singing it that makes her calm. “Mama D Mama.” She greeted the woman in her usual way, getting a big smile from the woman who was old enough to be her mother.

The moment their car entered the compound, everywhere was bubbling as their regular DJ was giving them back to back. Christmas p@rty with their family was celebr@ted that way every year. She had to arrive early with Michael so she could lend a helping hand to their Mom. She was the chef of the Stephen’s family, because she was a great cook, and she knew how trouble her Mom would be if she dares arrive late.

Her brothers’ friends were all around as usual celebr@ting the first batch of the p@rty with drinks all over their tables. Red cu-ps flying everywhere, as they sang along with the songs the DJ was pla-ying. Micheal liked listening to songs while Michelle could dance in her sleep. The moment she stepped down, she went over and joined her brother who was dancing. “Oshey baddest.” She hailed her brother. “Brother Emma in the building.” She looked happier, dancing the shaku shaku dancing steps with her brother.

“Afe gun Bentley, Able God!” The guys were the ones who shouted most. But as Emmanuel, and Michelle were dancing together, a lady in white fitted go-wn interrupted them. “Baby now. I’ve been here alone by myself. Is that not okay.” She tried dragging him away, getting a look from Michelle.
you’re the fifth girlfriend for this year, so st©p acting
like he has married you. Michelle knew she would soon become a bygone by the end of the month. Her brother never had a stable girlfriend.

The fact that she c@m£ as her brother’s girlfriend, wasn’t she supposed to go in, and support thier mom. But no, they were just after the son of the billionaire, and his money, and not his family. It was then she realized she had been dancing, and had not said hello to their mom. Michelle quic-kly left her brother, and his friends, heading inside the house. Her brother, Emmanuel was twenty seven, and never planned to settle down that their Dad, and Mom had left him on his own.
Mama Dee whom Michelle greeted as Mama d
Mama, had alre-ady seen her, but she immediately signal to her not to say a word as she ti-ptoed very slowly till she got to their mom, covering her face. Suzy who knew who that was, was alre-ady smiling. “Michelle you know you have work to do.”

“Mom now. How did you know it’s me?” She re-leased her hands, facing her mom who was cutting carrot. “You guys c@m£ late. Why?”
Michelle threw one dice of carrot in her mouth. “Is it not your son.”

“Emmanuel?” Michelle knew her Mom had started. She was good at teasing their Dad, including them.

“Mom, you know your son.” She was smiling alre-ady.
“You mean, Emmanuella.”

“Mom go jhoor.” They both laughed. Michelle always wonder how her mom stayed this pretty. Everyone said she grew up to become her carbon copy, and it was true. She prayed as she age on, she remain that pretty. As she was about to take another carrot in her mouth, Suzy sl@pped her hand away. “If you finish it, which one will be used for fried rice?”
But a familiar voice interrupted.
“So, cry cry baby is around. When did you arrive?” There was only one person who didn’t give up calling her by that name. Michelle turned her angry face at the person who stood at the entrance of the kitchen.

“What’s with the look? Do you want to sl@p my face?” Ella was a cute, and mean sister. She makes Michelle smile, and at the same time, makes her angry when she wants to. Knowing Michelle was angry, she still went on. “The only cry cry baby of this house. Is me that will narrate your story to your children.”
Michelle stared at Emmanuella’s heavy stomach, and stole one dice of carrot without her mother’s cons£nt, and threw it on her stomach. “I will get to narrate mine before it gets to yours.” She boasted. She looked at her sister, and wondered if it was her stomach carrying the pregnancy, or every p@rt of her b©dy with how swollen her b©dy was. “But wait, is this sister Ella? Mom can you even recognize your daughter.” She laughed at her sister.

“It will soon get to your turn,” Suzy said, looking for the vegetable oil she bought at the market, while Emmanuella quic-kly signal to Michelle to transfer some carrot inside plate for her. Since Michelle threw that carrot on her stomach, she felt like taking everything with her. Immediately, Michelle started laughing at what their mom was saying as if it was funny, while Emmanuella quic-kly transferred some carrot inside the plate she took. Mama Dee saw the girls who just finished picking at each other and smiled.

Emmanuella left, but the minute Michelle turned to place the carrot back, she g@sped, and couldn’t believe her sister took half of the carrot for herself. Suzy saw it too, and immediately knew who that was. “Emmanuella well done o. You should have taken everything instead.”
Emmanuella who knew what she did was busy laughing as she enjoyed the carrot. “Mom, remember you invited me, and junior. And is not as if I’m the one eating the carrot o.”
Michelle, and Suzy laughed. Suzy who had pas-sed that stage just nod her head. “I know is junior now. You are just helping him.”

Emmanuella laughed at herself, because she knew her mom would never buy that. Both Michelle, and their Mom were busy in the kitchen, working together, as Mama Dee stayed to as-sist. Despite Michelle having a twin brother, she was known as the baby of the house. Just like Emmanuella always teasing her, Emmanuel would gladly narrate how she cried when she was young whenever she tries to cry even when she had matured.
She grew up, always wanting to be with their Mom, and just like that, Suzy was fond of her because Michelle was always around to help as she grew up. Michelle was ha-rd working, and to her, she was a lovely girl. Fried rice was done, and covered inside a green cooler as Michelle joined Mama Dee to serve the meat.

“Less I forget.” Suzy who was resting got to her feet. “Kunmi’s daughter is around, and I really want you to guide her, and watch over her.”
Michelle laughed. “Mom, if you are talking about Gloria, someone would think you are talking about one primary, or secondary school girl.”

Suzy smiled. “I just don’t want Michael to get involved with her.”
Michelle laughed again. “That’s if she does not fall for your handsome boy. But don’t worry, you’ve got me. Your super woman is here.” She boasted, getting Suzy to smile. “I trust you.” She knew Michelle would do just as she said. She was rest as-sured.
.
“Can I help ma?” Michelle recognized who just peeped in. They weren’t friends, and they weren’t enemies. They were not just close. She wasn’t the type of girl she keeps. She was too shy for her liking.

“Gloria dear.” Suzy quic-kly welcomed her. “Come in Darling. We are almost done.”
Gloria was beautiful in her own way. She was fair, but not as fair as Michelle. Not as beautiful her Michelle. Michelle was sometimes mistaken as half-caste with how light skinned she was. The only thing that gave Gloria more beauty was her obvious curves that can make a guy glue to his sp©t. Michelle knew Michael would definitely notice that.
“Mom, when will this food be done now. Your young doctor is hungry.” Michelle immediately covered up Gloria with her stature.

“Why are you standing like that?” Michael noticed, moving his head from one side to the other, as Michelle also did the same thing, causing their mom to laugh.
“Mom, what’s wrong with your daughter?” He asked pla-yfully. “Will you treat her, or I should use her for experiment?”

“They will use you for experiment!” Michelle fired back, causing Micheal to laugh. “Easy sis. Is not like I’m going to kill you. So who are you hiding?”

It’s okay.” Suzy said to Michelle. “That’s Gloria. The same Gloria that c@m£ during your sixteenth birthday.” Immediately Micheal saw her, he couldn’t believe his eyes. The same slim girl was now looking chubby with the right curves. But Michelle noticed something. Gloria’s eyes sparkled, with a blus-h, but Micheal’s eyes was not gleaming. They seemed bored, and off immediately his surprised look was gone, and for the first time, his brother didn’t fall for the look. But it was obvious Goria liked her brother, while he didn’t feel the same.

Food was re-ady, and everyone served to their satisfaction. The fun was going on, but Suzy was the only one praying for Victor to arrive on time with Daniel. They’ve left for a business meeting together, and haven’t arrived. Suzy was inside with the girls, leaving the guys to have fun outside. Michelle who was busy laughing at what her sister was saying, looked up only to see Micheal holding a bottle she warned him not to buy.
“Sister Ella do you know Micheal bought that drink for two hundred and fifty thousand.” She blurted, forgetting their mom was sitting close to them. Emmanuella quic-kly covered her mouth, but Suzy heard everything, and instantly, a sudden headache c@m£ that she almost fainted. “Mom.” The two rushed to her side.

“Call that boy for me.” She managed to whisper.

“Mom, who?”

Suzy’s energy c@m£ as she threw a look at Michelle. “Call Michael for me before I transfer all my anger on you.” Immediately, Michelle did, seeing how angry their mom looked. But at the same time, she was happy to see their mom re-ady to deal with him, so he would st©p wasting money.
Suzy was waiting for him in the kitchen. One drink for two hundred, and fifty thousand. She could not get it out of her mind. One drink. Just One drink that wouldn’t add to his future. One drink that wouldn’t take him anywhere. It is called wasting of money. She didn’t train her children that way to waste money. Besides, Micheal wasn’t the type that p@rty. But still, her mind was resting on that p@rticular thing she just discovered.
“Mom, you called for…” He could not finish when Suzy launched at him with the broom she was holding, as he ran to the sitting room. “Mom, what have I done?” He was trying to dodge the broom, but Suzy would drag his cloth, and wh!phim well before he could get a chance to run. Michelle, and Emmanuella were busy laughing at the two, enjoying the show, but suddenly, Michael c@m£ behind and hvgged his mom, causing Suzy to turn around trying to get him off her.
It was a funny sight for both girls.

After everyone had gone remaining the Stephen’s family alone, including Gloria who was around. Suzy who had always love to listen to radio, tune in to her favorite station.

“Whao, whao! I can’t believe people are having so much fun, and I’m here. Someb©dy comman take me out now.” The pres£nter said. “Hello, who do I have there?” She asked the caller.

“This is Lugo from Agege.” The caller shouted.

“You mean Bingo.” Everyone bur-st into laughter.

“Lugo, Lugo.”
“Oh, jingo!” Now, it was obvious she was trying to look for the caller’s trouble.
“Lol, Lugo, I gat you. How is the Christmas going?”

“Fine, fine, fine.”

“Which one is fine, fine. Did policemen fine you, or what?”

The caller laughed. “Actually, I’m back home with my elder sisters, and we are just watching film.”
“Awwn… I want to watch film too.” That caused everyone to laugh, including the caller. “So, Lugo, can I have you, and your sisters wish everyone merry Christmas.”
“Of course.”

“That’s good.” The pres£nter said excitedly. “One, two, go!”

“Merry Christmas, and happy New Year in advance everyone.”
The pres£nter cl@pped. “That’s so beautiful from Lugo’s family. If you are just tunning in, this is 122.5fm. It’s Christmas, and here I am for you to call in, and wish your friends, and everyone out there a merry Christmas, and happy new year in advance. To call in, the number is 08147728874. Yes, hello, who do I have there?”
??
“This is Michelle Micheal.” Michelle lied, because she knew if she had mentioned Stephen with it, she would have to answer some questions.
“Whao! My first mm caller. I hope you are not related to the family of mmm?” The pres£nter tea-sed, getting a sweet laughter from Michelle. “Not related at all.”
“Lucky you. So, where is Michelle right now, and how was your day?”
“At home with my family. It’s been stressful all day, and we are just relaxing listening to you. Besides, Mom likes you, and she’s been smiling here since.”
“Awwn, mommy, I love you too.” Suzy couldn’t help smiling. “So, sis Michelle, let’s have the Michael’s family wish…”
“Which is one is Micheal’s family.” Micheal whispered un-der, shaking his head. “Stephen’s family is Stephen’s family. Are we the only one bearing Stephen.”
“Someone is murmuring there.” The pres£nter said.
“No, no. That’s from the TV.” Michelle lied, pushing Micheal away from her.

“So Micheal’s family, let’s have you. One, two, go!”

“Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year in advance everyone. We love you guys.” Everyone shouted happily, melting the pres£nter’s heart. “Awwn. That’s so sweet. I love your family.” She complimented before the call was ended. Michelle sometimes like to hide her surname because to some people, whenever she mentions her surname, the first thing that comes to their mind was the famous billionaire’s family. The Stephen’s family.
Let’s go on a short break,” the pres£nter announced.

? Hello ladies, and gentlemen,
Introducing a renown music icon
Alhaji Dr. Saheed Osupa with a br@nd new single,
‘Abeke’.
“Oshey! Mom, that’s the latest song in town.” Micheal dropped his phone so he could sing along, as he faced his mom. “Mom, this is for you.”

? Baby oooo
“?Your love is my love.
Sweet sixteen, your pain is my pain.
I go take you round the world with no time.
And buy you whatever money can buy.
I want to run your race o…”
“I want to run your race ooo…” Emmanuel who esc-rted his friends, c@m£ back and joined his brother.
“Mommy, you beautiful, you too set o…”
“Susan you too set ooo…” Their mom just laughed, as Emmanuel continued to back up.

? Omo I want to be foot your bill ooo….
I believe in you ooo…
Cause you are the one
You are my number one hey!!!
Both Micheal, and Emmanuel carried the chorus, as they hailed their mom. ? Moti setan lati mu baby mi

Moti romo to shan, ma fomo wo’omo oo…

“Susan is by baby o…”
“Forever with my baby o…” Emmanuel threw a k!ssto their mom, causing the girls to become jealous.

“Mom, you know you shouldn’t be the one they are to sing this song to.” Emmanuella voiced out.

“Mom, jealousy is speaking.” Michael quic-kly said, so their mom won’t fall for Emmanuella.

“Which one is jealousy is speaking. I’m talking, you are talking.” Emmanuella turned it to rou-gh, and the guys couldn’t st©p laughing.

“Which one is you are talking, I’m talking. So I cannot talk again.” Micheal replied Emmanuella who was re-ady to get up from where she was to hit Micheal till he realized she would always be his big sister, no matter how tall, or hvge he might be looking. They heard a car drove in, and that settled the case. “Michelle, we will sing our own too. Case settled.” Emmanuella got to her feet, and sat back upright, re-ady to sing too. Suzy was just smiling. They don’t get to have them all the time like before. They were all grown up. Both Michelle, and Michael were in school. Emmanuella was married. Emmanuel had his own house. Daniel was married, and they were left like how both her and Victor started their lives together. So, whenever the house is full, it brings joy, and happiness to her.

They quic-kly planned something to welcome their Dad, and Suzy bought into it. Victor Stephen, with Daniel beside him, swung the door open as they made their way in. Suzy was about to greet him, but he was fas-ter. “Where are all these children?”
“Children.” Suzy acted like a good actress. “They didn’t tell you. None of them c@m£ around, and Emmanuel who c@m£ this evening with his friends, just took away my food, and left.”
Victor looked around. “That can’t be! What nons-en-se is that.” He brou-ght out his phone, but before he could press it, he was suddenly distracted.

“Merry Christmas Daddy!” They all chorused, laughing at their Dad who looked surprised.
