✒✒✒✒✒✒✒
I don’t know what age, or proper time to talk to my little ones about S-x education. I don’t remember my mom telling me what I nee-ded to know about S-x. All I could remember was her telling me that a guy should never t©uçh a single hair on my skin, not to talk of tou-ching me. And if anything like that should happen, it’s pregnancy.

I could vividly remember she gave me that lecture when I started menstrating. I couldn’t help laughing because my friends who started before me then shared their experience on how they were avoiding the boys in their clas-s, and how they got laughed at. But of course, we got to know why our parents gave us that professional logic lecture.
I couldn’t erase the the pictures of how the headmistress reacted to the news. She was shocked, before she bec@m£ furious. The teachers who were around were called upon, and when they heard me narrate the whole story, and also have Emmanuella talked, they were beyond shocked. The headmistress, and a teacher among those who c@m£ in were mothers, so they could share my worries.
They apologized, and I love the instruction the headmistress gave immediately, that the teachers would start teaching the students starting from nursery clas-s, not to allow anyone t©uçh them in a profane manner. Especially their b©dy p@rts which are pri-vate.

“Did you hear what your HM said?” I reminded her immediately we got home.

“Yes mommy,” she nodded. “Our new uncle is very bad.”
Yes. I was so happy for the word she chose. Very
bad. I decided to educate her more like their headmistress said. “Emmanuella, people like that your new uncle are very very very bad.” I stressed on the word ‘very’ so ha-rd for her to know how serious it was.

“Don’t let any uncle, brother, or any boy t©uçh you here.” I pointed to her little dot, the stupid uncle called big brea-st. I also pointed to other p@rts of her b©dy which are pri-vate. She nodded and hvgged me. “Thank you mommy.”

“You too Emmanuel.” I faced him. “Don’t allow any aunty or sister t©uçh you here.” I pointed to his ba-lls. He moved back from me, and laughed.

“Come here, why are you laughing?”
He laughed again. “My daddy has alre-ady told me. And he said I should tell him if anyone t©uçh me there.”

“So, why are now moving back?”

He was still smiling. “Mommy you want to t©uçh me.”

I laughed. “Mr. Man, I bath for you everyday. So, your daddy is talking about any one that is not your Mom.” I quic-kly enlightened him so he won’t st©p me from washing his dirty bu-m bu-m whenever he baths. I guess that was why he always request to bath for himself.

I went back to what I was saying, pointed at the two with my index f!nger. “If anyone tries to t©uçh you where I just told you, that person is a very bad person. Run from that person, and always tell mommy and daddy okay.”

“Yes!” They both chorused.

“Very good.” I got up to go to the kitchen.

“Mommy, our caprisonne!” It was as if they were waiting for me to finally finish my story. I couldn’t help laughing.

“Mommy is coming,” I said, laughing my way to the kitchen.

✒✒Victor’s POV 📝
💕💕💕💕
I c@m£ back home very hungry. I met the children watching their favorite cartoon. They greeted me, and I immediately went upstairs to our room. I found Suzy slee-ping peacefully. Quietly, I dropped my things and changed my clothes. The sky was blue and re-ady to rain. I went back downstairs, and fetched the clothes she spre-ad outside. Immediately I set foot into the living room, the rain started to fall. I reached upstairs and threw the whole clothes on the single chair in the room.

“Oh, my God!” Suzy suddenly jumped out of the be-d. “It’s raining.”

“Easy, I’ve fetched the clothes.” She sat down, and heaved a sigh. “Thank you. I spent hours washing that clothes. I think we nee-d a new washing machine.”
I wasn’t concentrating on what she was saying anymore. “Sweetheart I’m hungry, what did you cook?”

She used her left hand to scratch the back of her n£¢k, fumbling helplessly for words. “Honey I’ve been working nonst©p since morning. I just wanted to rest before ma-king dinner, and I sle-pt off. Let me quic-kly cook what you alone will eat. It will be very fast.” She got up again.

“So, there is nothing at home?” I st©pped her.
She quic-kly turned around. “What is left at home is the spaghetti I cooked for the children this afternoon,” she said, waiting for me to reply.

“Just warm it, and bring it,” I told her instead, and she left immediately. It was alre-ady past nine, and she looked tired. Had alre-ady plan how I would eat the food she cooked. That was how hungry I was. I was a bit vexed, but I knew she had not been feeling well lately. Besides, I could remember how cool, and patient my Dad acts by taking cas-sava flakes, or snacks when Mom was too tired to cook at night sometimes before we finally have maids. But as for me, cas-sava flakes won’t do. I never like it.

“What a stupid man!” I said when Suzy explained everything about the new Uncle who t©uçhed Emmanuella and her friends. “I feel like punching his face!” I said again out of anger, but Suzy managed to laugh.
“But sir, have you forgotten you’re also tou-ching someone else’s daughter,” she joked. I knew she would make something out if it.
I coughed. “You,” I said to her. “You’re calling yourself daughter at thirty six. Grandma, I’m not hearing you.”
She hit my arm, and laughed. “You’re trying to say I’m old like that. You’re trying me this man”
I knew where she was going. I’ve learnt my lesson alre-ady. “You, old? You this beautiful girl.”
She laughed. “God will have mercy on you,” she hit my arm again.

I couldn’t help laughing too. “Of course he will, because he knows I love you, and I’m saying the truth.”
She was giggling really ha-rd . Her face was later calm, throwing me a beautiful smile. “Thank you for eating that spaghetti like that. I was really tired, and I didn’t want you to get angry. I will make you your favorite meal tomorrow.”
I chuckled softly. “Trying to bribe me?”

She drew my nose. I wasn’t surprise by the act, so I just smile. She later re-leased it. “I’m only taking care of my husband.” After she was done, I drew her nose too, and she giggled. “Thank you sweetheart. You’re the best cook.”
She gave me a warm smile, and k!$$£d me on thel-ips. “Thank you for being patient and for everything.” Her hand was resting on my che-st, and the other one on my head stro-king my hair. As a good husband, he is also expected to appreciate his wife.

“Thank you for overlooking my faults, and choose everyday to accept the good side of me.” I k!$$£d her forehead. “I love you Suzy.”

She k!$$£d my che-st. “I love you too.”

I reached out near our be-d, and gave her the package of what I bought. “These are for the kids. I thought of buying them their Christmas gifts, and caps, with other things they would love. Just keep it before they start taking it one by one.”
After checking it, she raised one eyebrow at me, before lifting her head up. “You didn’t buy anything for me?” She asked. At first, I wanted to say what does she nee-d gifts for. But I remembered it has been long I bought her things. And just recently, she bought me the chocolates we divided into two, that I had to start taking hers when mine was finished. That the little man used the chance to blackmail his father.

I heard her continue. “You don’t even buy me cards anymore. Not even a single text anymore,” she complained. Actually, I realized it was childish of me s£nding her letters then, and text like I don’t have anything to do with my credit.

She laughed. “You’re not talking. Then, I can remember how you s£nd me messages like it was the only way for you to survive. Now you think it’s not necessary or may be I don’t have time to re-ad it anymore.”
I chuckled silently. I couldn’t help smiling at the way she put it.
Like it was the only way for me to survive. So, that
was how much I nee-ded her to breathe.
“I’m sorry,” I immediately apologized. “I will get something for my beautiful wife tomorrow, and I promise the crazy Victor that text you back then will be back. Just that I’m getting old,” I added to tease her.
“What!” She laughed. “Mr. Man, I’m still a little girl o. Don’t you think I nee-d to find myself someone young and cute,” she joked.
I bur-st into laughter, as I shook my head. “When I’m still alive. Them no born any man well.”

Her peaceful laughter filled the air, sounding sweet to my hearing. She laughed and laughed. “So you’re saying, a guy can’t come to me, and say Suzy let me dash you one k!sson your mouth.” She said and started laughing.
I hissed, and shook my head. I pity that guy. “plea-se how many emergencies do you have in a day?”
She laughed, and looked at me. ” not much though.”

“Okay. Just call me when those guys that want to dash you k!ssare around. I will help you increase the rate of emergency.”
This time, she laughed, and laughed, and coughed for some time. “God! This love will not kill me.” She tea-sed.

“Only you, for the rest of my life,” I k!$$£d herl-ip. “I love you, and only you.”

She giggled. “You don’t know how much I put that in my prayer everyday. In fact is my number one prayer point.”

“Ahh! Madam it has not reach that one.”
She laughed quietly this time. “Your highness, let me serve you well during my time. It’s my duty to protect you from water melon sisters.”
I couldn’t help laughing. Thank God I didn’t roll down from the be-d.
Water melon sisters. I married a prayer warrior.
