I looked at Anthony after he said I should ask Emma out. ” Anton I just found out I like her ” I complained.
” but you do know you like her more than like ,I mean you have strong feelings for her little bro ” Anthony said and I turned.
” I know….. okay, it’s just things are complicated, there’s still one part of me that feels I’m cheating on Diana” I said finally bringing out my biggest fear and he gave me an un-derstanding look.
” bro …I know I like Emma, she brings out the part of me that I felt had died after Diana p@$$ed away. I don’t know I feel like I’m not completely over Diana , I don’t even know if I can give in to what I feel for Emma without feeling guilty ,this is so messed up” I said and he took a de-ep breath.
” Alex calm down , one step at a time. first of all Emma has been a good influence on you, I mean ive seen you change, you don’t talk much before,buh have you seen yourself ? you now open up to people, your not being your workaholic self that hides in his office anymore, I mean now you work from home sometimes. you now relax , you smile more often. we are happy to see this change in you.

” and Emma ? shit ? what if she’s still in love with that annoying man ? I asked . ” man ? he asked confused. ” her ex , she cried over him sometimes and I hate it” i said and he chuckled. ” jealous much ” he teased.

” what …….no ” he screamed and I Frowned. now this is getting interesting. I watched my brother l-ick his lower li-p cutely . I wonder how he manages to look so good without stress. buh I’m glad he’s finally opening up to me .

” you say it like you don’t know how I act around a woman I like” he said and I burst out laughing. ” your the straight forward kinda guy , you go straight and ask the girl out ” I said sm-irking. ” ya..and I can’t do that with Emma she’s still fragile from her previous relationship. ” he said and hesitated to say the last.
” and self control….” I asked and he immediately drank from the gl@$$ of water on the table. ” of course have you you Fu-cking seen Emerson when she isn’t wearing childish big shirt n skinny jeans ? he asked frustratedly and I chuckled.
?” I guess you should prepare yourself because mom’s plan is to change her dress sense” I said laughing. ” mom…. said that ? he asked and I gave a nod while trying to stifle a laugh.
?” and Stephanie is with her ? Anthony I swear if Emma comes home wearing Fu-cking nothing I’ll sue Stephanie for child abuse ” he said and God I’m really laughing ha-rd right now.
Alex and Diana’s relationship wasn’t this interesting,I Fu-cking ship him and Emma.

Anthony left a while ago after laughing like a mad man. sometimes I feel like I’m elder because he acts like the youngest. I’ve decided to pursue what I feel for Emerson. one step at a time.
” daddy fluffs as uncle ton ton left already ? Mia asked coming downstairs with her Teddy and her enemy blue not far behind , doing the bodyguard job.
” nanny isn’t back yet ? she asked with a frown .
” yes baby didn’t you join for-ces with Grandma and let her go with them ? I asked and she glared at me?
‘ why didn’t you tell me she’ll stay long daddy fluffs ? she asked frowning and I stared at her confused.

” baby didn’t you do the good Samaritan / cheerful givers work and give your nanny to grandma ? I asked.
” hmmn ” she whinned. ” baby I’m so sorry I’m late…” Emma said and as she walked in ,I swear my jaw dropped ?

I just couldn’t take my eyes off her, her long hair now in soft curls ,they where now on her wa-ist, just before her @$$ . and she wasn’t putting on her normal jeans and t shirt , she was in a red sun dress that had a slit on both sides showing of her pretty legs , I stared at her as she bent down to ki-ss Mia on the forehead,I noticed her @$$ , the dress was hu-gging and wasn’t doing a good job at hiding it in like the jeans . ??
I stared at her shoulders up to her slender ne-ck and gulped down nothing before looking away.

” sir were going upstairs” Emma said and picked Mia up living her stuffs on the sitting room.

Mr Alexander has been acting wiered lately, like stealing glanced at me. I wonder if he is planning to fire me soon ?

even Mia is complaining of the way he drank a lot of water some days ago.

my phone rang and it was moi bestie Mildred. I swear we’ve both not spent time together since I became Mia’s nanny, I’ve been neglecting my bestie duties.
” hello bed ,” I said immediately I picked the call.
” HELLO YOUNG LADY, YOU ARE Fu-ckING DONE, you forgot I exist it’s more than a month now” she screamed.
” I’m so sorry bes , I’ll find time so we can hang out soon maybe a whole week” I said and she screamed excitedly.
” only if that hot boss of yours will let you” she said teasingly.
” Mildred stop calling him hot it’s wiered ” I said and she laughed.

” Emma having feelings are outta our control , like I couldn’t control when I fell for Br@ndon of all guys” she said and I fell quiet . ” bes ” I called and I could hear her sniffing. ” we’ll talk later bestie” she said and hung up.
why does everyone think Mr Alex likes me ? he isn’t even saying or doing anything to me feel he likes me .

This p@$$ed week hasn’t been easy for me, I spent late nights thinking about my life, my business my feelings for Emma and commitment to Diana .
” I won ” Mia cheered happily and Emma laughed. she has grown such a beautiful bond with my daughter that I couldn’t create for 4 yrs .
today is weekend and I wanna visit the place I’ve avoided for the fear of pain. I believe Anthony was right when he said what I nee-ded was closure.
vee called this morning , she’s picking up Mia for their girls outing, you should see Mia jumping happily. seems Emma will be having an off today.
” girls are you done ? ” vee asked checking her watch .
” baby remember only two chocolate don’t eat too much ice cream,vee please make sure she takes a nap …and ” Emma was saying but vee cut her off.
” babe relax okay she’s in a safe hands I @$$ure you” vee said and Emma smiled.
” by the way ,you look stunning” vee said and smi-rked at me trust my best friend to tease me at every moment.
” have fun baby ” Emma said and ki-ssed her forehead as they left she was also about to leave when I called her.
” Emerson ” I called and she turned.
” sir ” she said staring at me confusingly. ” are you huh…I mean do you mind going out with me for a while ? Its kinda important ,I can’t do it alone ” I said and I could feel my voice shake at the edge,she looked at me and gave a nod . ” sure sir ” she said.

Mr Alexander looked tensed when he started driving us to the unknown destination. he seems to be in thought and worried. we arrived and I noticed it was the cemetery. I looked at the flowers in his hands and that’s when realization hit me , Mia’s mom.
? ” sir , are you sure ,I mean I can wait here ” I hesitated.
” Emma please I nee-d you with me now” he said his voice breaking on the edge , he sounded so vunerable . it must hurt a lot for him. I smiled at him and held his hands showing him my support.

we arrived at her grave and it was written Mrs Diana Alexander north born on 14 of Feb …and her death date .
he just stared at it blankly buh still managed to pull of the handsome look.
” Diana..I..” he tried saying but chocked out tears . I froze as I saw Mr Alexander shed tears like a baby. he cried for good thirty mins and I didn’t let go of him throu-ghout.
” Diana I’m sorry for not visiting you after you where laid to rest ” he began and I stared at him in shock.
” I just couldn’t accept the fact that your gone for good,it just hurt so much to face the pain and the reality it caused me ,buh I’m finally come go terms with the fact that your never coming back..I wanna move on Diana …” he said and as he cont talking to his wife I cried silently. he continued to stay faithful to her even after her death for four years. ” I’ve decided to move on from your memories, from everything and I hope your in a better place,you’ll always be special Diana ” he said and broke down . I wrapped my hands around him and hu-gged him. his tears we-t my ne-ck down to my shoulders and I realized I had fallen crazily in love with this man.

I felt so light and free after pouring my heart out to Diana , having Emma there with me really helped a lot. her hu-g was like medicine to my wounds .
” sir can we get going now ” she asked when we walked outta the gate and I pulled her back.
” call me Alex or Xander , whatever you like, buh not I don’t like sir or me Alexander . you can call me sweetheart ion mind ” I said teasingly and she laughed so beautifully.

” nice joke sir if this is your trap to fire me , too bad , cause I’m stuck with you for now” she said and got into the car.
” whoever said I’m joking ? I’m serious” I said and she looked shocked.
” huh sir…” she said shyly ,she couldn’t look at me in the eyes and a cute blus-h on her cheeks.
” what ” I asked teasingly
I couldn’t help but stare at her baby blue eyes and plump pink li-ps. she cut me staring and stared back at my eyes down to my li-ps and back. I leaned in and she closed her eyes ti-ght . I could hear her heart pounding. I was sooooo close to ki-ssing her , when her phone rang and I burst out laughing .
