” good morning don philli-pe” Alexander said and walked over to me with a cu-p of fresh coffee in his hand.
” good morning boss” I said and he gave a nod in my direction. he watched me trim the flowers for a while and I turned to see what he was staring at with such attention,just to see it was Emma and my wife Ingrid at the other end of the garden.
she was helping Ingrid with the flowers while Mia clapped excitedly while dressed in her school uniform. ” she’s beautiful isn’t she ? I asked and he looked at me shocked then ru-bbed his face trying to calm down.
” hmmn I hope she isn’t giving you guys any trouble ? he asked trying to Change the topic and I chuckled.
” Emma can never trouble anyone Alexander she’s a bundle of joy I mean just look at her” I said and he looked at Emma. he wanted to say something but his phone rang.
” hello Mia ya I know my first meeting is scheduled by ten ” he said and started walking back inside the mansion.
” you might avoid talking about it son but I know Emma is slowly making a place in your heart” I thought and smiled.

” yes sir….I hope you like our services” Mildred said and the customer said something which made her laugh happily.
is she fli-rting with our customers now ?
” I will visit anytime I’m in nee-d of your services thank you” he said and drove off.
” we nee-d to talk Mildred” I said and she looked away. ” not now Br@ndon I have something to finish up in my office chat you later ” she said and started walking towards her office but I walked behind her.
” Br@ndon what’s wrong with you ? why are you following me around like this ? she asked annoyed. ” okay I can’t follow you around but others are permitted to do whatever they want with you ? I asked angrily and her eyes wide-ned.
” what do you mean Br@ndon ? I have no idea about what you are saying so please escuse me I have no time for this ” she said and tried leaving but I pulled her back, and slammed my li-ps on hers .
she froze for a while and kizzed me back . her phone rang in her pocket and she pushed me away. ” what’s the meaning of this Br@ndon ? she asked scared.
” it means I have feelings for you, whenever I say this you to think I’m out to sleep with you come on give me a chance” I pleaded but she pulled her hands away. ” I’m sorry Br@ndon I just can’t ” she said and I felt my heart burn at her rejection.

” Henry …..Henry ” I called while glaring at my husband as he fli-pped throu-ghthe pages of a business magazine. ” what is it Sarah ? I know you love me a lot but screaming my name like that….what would our children think we are doing in this room of ours ? he asked and my eyes wide-ned.
” you shameless man . how can you even try to be nau-ghty at this old age of yours ” I said trying not to blus-h so he doesn’t tease me.
” whoever said R0m-nce was only for teenagers or youths ? although I’m not old I’m still in my middle fifties , old age is even the best time for R0m-nce . Emma would agree with me her innocent father if she was here ” he said and I laughed.
” innocent indeed ? you better forget about that fake innocence of yours , and learn to keep our room clean or you’ll end up sleeping on the couch” I said strictly. ” oh Sarah your so unR0m-ntic ……” he said dramatically and I chuckled.

We arrived from the dinner Quiet late yesterday. our ride back home was a lot of fun especially for me and Mia . we sang a lot in the car and took a lot of selfies.
poor Mr Alex had to watch us have fun until we reached home.
I watched him scroll throu-ghhis phone and he raised his long lashes expo-sing his chocolate coloured eyes and I su-ck ed on my breath at the intensity and se-xiness of his eyes it felt like he just looked into my soul.
” Emerson is this the first time you’re seeing me ? he asked and I shook my head negativily. he looked down at his plate and I couldn’t take my eyes off his face .
” Emerson is there something on my face ? he snapped and I swallowed down nothing.

?” daddy fluffs why are you looking at nanny Emma like that ? ?are you planning to steal her from me ? ? Mia asked innocently and sir chocked on the water he was drinking while I stiffled a laugh.

Mr Alexander left for the office and I went to Mia’s room to pick her bag pack .
” okay baby it’s time to go to school” I said and she frowned. ” no , I don’t wanna go to school nanny Emma” she said and Lola gasped.
” we are finished Emma, that word she just said now is final” she said dramatically and mama Ingrid sma-ck her head.
“ouch….I was only saying the truth mama Ingrid” she said and Loli laughed.
” sometimes it’s important to keep the truth to yourself” Loli teased.
” don’t worry baby I’ll go to school with you how about that ? I asked and they all laughed as she gave a nod.
” okay girls let’s go I have to report back to boss Alexander” Dan said and blus-hed when he realized Loli was with us. oooooh so he also has a thing for her wow I thought smiling.

” are you gonna come in with me when we get to school ? Mia asked curiously.

my phone rang and it was the private investigator I hired to look for Emma because she wouldn’t pick my calls, and I can’t approach any of her close ones they never liked me in the first place.
” hello ” I said as I stood up. ” send me the address” I said and cut the call. he just told me Emma is outside a kindergarten,I don’t have time to think of her reasons for being there ,I just went there straight in my car.
I arrived at the see scene and what I saw made my anger increase, Emma laughing happily with a handsome guy in a driver’s uniform. she left me for this cl@$$less guy ?

” okay I admitted I have a crush on Loli soooo…what’s up with you and the boss” he asked and I pushed his shoulders Making him laugh.
” Dan he’s our boss” I said and he smi-rked.
” oh really…” he said giving me a teasing look and I laughed out loud. just then someone walked over to us and Punched Dan.
” ouch who the hell are you ” Dan asked after punched him back. my eyes wide-ned when I saw Erik .
” Erik what are you doing here ” I said in shock he stared at me with blood running down his nose due to the punch Dan gave him.
” seriously , what are you doing here is what you ask me ? I’m your boyfriend Emma” he snapped angrily and I slapped him he held me ti-ghtly on the wrist hurting me.
” your mine Emerson” he claimed and Dan Punched him they got into a hu-ge fist fight.
” stop …guys stop it” I kept screaming… some security guards came on time and stopped the fight from escalating.
” mark my words Emerson your mine try dating anyone else and see how it ends” he said and wiped the blood stains on his cheek before leaving and I burst into tears.
” God, Emma calm down” Dan said and engulfed me in a hu-g.

The clients and employees started leaving the conference room one by one and I picked up my phone just to see 8 missed calls from Dan.
why is he calling me ?
” sir your driver is outside ,he says he has something important to tell you” Nina said and I gave a signal to let him in . he walked in and my eyes wide-ned.
” what the hell happened to you Daniel ? I asked as I stood up.
” I got into a fight sir a guy was trying to hurt Emma he did leave a few bruises though ” he said and I didn’t know why I felt anger rise in me.
” did you find out who he was to her ? I asked and he scratched his nervously.
” she called him Erik sir and while threatening her , he called himself her boyfriend” he said and I looked at him shocked.
Emma had a boyfriend ? was he the reason she was crying that night ? does she still have feelings for him ?
questions filled my mind.
” I’ll take care of it Dan ” I said and he gave a nod before leaving.
” I don’t know what you have to do with Erik Emerson, but I won’t let anyone take you from Mia” I said holding my phone ti-ghtly.
I know keeping Emma is selfish ,but I can’t let her go . I just can’t and not even Erik can take her away from my daughter’s life . he’ll have to get p@$$ed me first Emerson is mine .
