“daddy stop ” eight years old said as he giggles.
” sweetheart the food are served ” Katherina Jayden’s mom said
“mommy Jayden messed up my room again ” eleven years old Kristi yelled
“Kristi he is your brother . that siblings love ” Katherina said .
“I don’t want him to ever enter my room” she yelled and sat down .
” princess he is your brother okay ” Mr Thompson said and Pat her hair
” i Will go into your room as many times as I want to ” Jayden said and stuck out his tongue.
they all were still eating when the door bell rang .
“I will go and check” Kath said and walked towards the door .
she opened the door and saw a woman with two kids .
“good evening. how may I help you please ?” Kathy asked politely
“move out of the way ” Grace said and forced her way into the house
“who are you ? ,you can’t just come into people’s houses like this ” Kath yelled .
“daddy” eight years old Anna and Kim called and ran towards me Thompson.
Mr Thompson stood up with shock writing all over his face .
“Mason I brought your kids . they kept on crying that they miss daddy” Grace said
” daddy I miss you so much” Kim said and Anna nodded .
“can someone explain what is going on here . I’m confused right now . who is she Mason?” Kath asked
“listen sweetheart it not what you think. just let me explain” Mason said (Mr Thompson)
“daddy who are they ?” Kristi asked
” he’s my daddy and not your daddy ” Kim said
” mommy who are they and why are they calling out daddy theirs?” Jayden asked
“you two go upstairs. I will tell you two what Happened” Kath said
“but we want to know ” Kristi replied
“no Kristi mommy will tell you everything just go upstair with your brother”
“now explain” Kath said calmly
” what do you mean he should explain. I’m here to give him his kids so they can spend the weekend with him ” Grace said
” just shut up !” Kath yelled already going crazy
” I’m sorry sweetheart. it was a mistake” Mason said
” what do you mean by the world mistake? if it was a mistake will still be carrying your child ” Grace said and sat comfortably on the couch
“she’s pregnant for after these kids?” Kath asked in disbelief
“Mason you’ve been having an affair with her ? how old are the kids ?” Kath asked
“we are eight years old” Kim said
“what ? they are Jayden’s age mate ? how could you do this to me ? ” she said and couldn’t control the tears anymore.
“it was just a night stand” he muttered
” and you didn’t tell me about it . why will you have an affair with her when you have me !” she yelled

“we both enjoyed it years ago and yeah if you most know we are married” Grace said .
“wh. ….a…what ? m..ma.. married?” she asked in shock
“here we got married 2yrs ago ” Grace replied and showed her the ring on her finger
“are you gonna stand without saying anything. tell me all this is a lie ” Kath said
“it true ” he replied
“aahhhhhh ! how could you do this to me ? ” she said and cried so hard
“so which one of you will take me to my room ?” Grace asked and Kath pounced on her
“sweetheart she’s pregnant” Mason said trying to get her away from Grace
“Kristi why is mommy fighting with that lady?” Jayden asked as he and Kristi watched from a hidden place
they go into a fight that resulted to the list of Grace pregnancy.
“I’m sorry….I…di…..
“what have you done Katherina” Mason yelled angrily and quickly called the ambulance
the ambulance arrived within ten minutes and they took the bleeding Grace in and Mason followed them .
“you hit my mommy. I hate you for that ” Kim said and Kath just stare at the kids as another round of hot tears rolled down her cheeks.
“mommy” Kristi and Jayden called and she hugged them do tightly.

the next day Mason came back home with Grace that evening.
“you caused all this . how could you be this heartless” Mason yelled at Kath
“she lost her f*cking womb ! he yelled .
“it’s not my fault you were the one who cheated !” Kath yelled and received a hot slap
maso. went in and came back with some papers which Happened to be a divorce paper .
“here sign them and get the hell out of my house ” he said and threw the papers at her
“Mason …..you can’t do this to me …..what about our kids ?” she said and cried
“now sign them ” he said and pulled her hair roughly
“Mason you’re hurting me ” she cried out.
“then sign the papers and I will let you go ” he said
she couldn’t hold in her pains anymore so she had to sign them .
” now go upstairs, pack your stuffs and get out ” he said
“Mason you said you love me . we promise to be together forever” she said but he ignored her .
she went in and packed her stuffs and was about to leave with her kids when he stopped her
“I want my kids here with me . we can talk about them when will get to the court” he said
“I want to go with Mommy” Kristi and Jayden cried out.
he held them and Kristi was able to free herself and then ran after her mom .
” I want my son Mason ” Kath cried out
“he is my son, come back here Kristina” Mason yelled .
that was how Kath left with Kristi.
” you know after we left that day mom cried so hard “Kristi sniffed and continued.
the court declares that Jayden can stay with his dad while Kristi stays with er mom.
Kath always go to see Jayden every week to make sure he was okay for 4yrs while she flew Kristi abroad for study.
” don’t ever come to this house again if you wanna go back alive ” Mason threatened the day she came to see Jayden
“Mason he is my son ” she said
“and he is also my son . if you come here again I will kill you and dump you in the river ” he said almost straggling her to death .
“she ran out of the house and met Riley coming back from school
“good day ma’am Kath” Riley greeted
“you’re Riley Jayden’s friend right?” she asked and cleaned her tears
“yes. why are you crying?” Riley asked
“tell Jayden that I love him so much and I will come for him someday” Kath said
“did you lost your mom and dad like me . I cried like this when my mom and dad died” Riley said
“can you promise to take good care of Jayden till I come back?” she asked
“hmmmm …..okay I promise, but please don’t cry ” Riley said and Kath pulled her into a high before leaving.
END OF FLASHBACK
Riley was crying with Kim by the Tim she finished talking.
“so ? where is mom?” Jayden asked wiping the drop of tears
” dead ” Kristi dropped the bomb
“what are you saying Kristina? mom is okay like you said she is gonna come back for me ” Jayden said not believing his ears
“Jayden mom died the day dad told her never to come to the house . she died when she was coming to California to see me ” Kristi said
” It not true . mom is not dead, mom is not ……….” he broke down and Riley hugged him for comfort
“why didn’t you tell me yesterday?” he yelled
“because I didn’t want to ruin your day . I wanted you to have fun with Rohan ” she said .
“my mom is not dead Kristi” he cried out.
she went in her knees and hugged him tightly as the trio cried together.
“mom is not dead . you’re just trying to play pranks on me ” he said and laughed
“this was the same reaction I had ” Riley thought and cried bitterly
