EPISODE 17
“Aisha, This is already the 5th flower that has arrive for today. Are you really going to ignore his act of apology?” Lisa told her when she entered her office.
“Coz you know what, before this day ends, our office will turn into a flower shop.” Lisa joked. Caleb was sitting at the couch reading magazines when he suddenly laugh at Lisa’s joke.
“I agree with her..” he said. ” Why don’t you give him a chance to explain himself?” Caleb spoke. “Because I’m telling you, guys like me and Ethan is very susceptible to temptations.” He added.
“Hey! So you are saying that since men are naturally full of that, ladies have to accept your unfaithfulness? No way! Can’t men be faithful to just one woman?!” Lisa was aggravated.
“Hey woman, that’s not what I mean! It’s not that we are unfaithful, its just that we cannot avoid those fli-rty ladies coming to us..!” Caleb yelled at Lisa.
“So what’s the difference of you being unfaithful to your wife, huh?! Men should know how to say no, especially if he is already married!” Lisa insisted. Caleb put down the magazine that he was reading. He face lisa.
“Lisa, You’re a woman that’s why you don’t un-derstand men like us——-”
“And you’re a man Caleb that’s why you don’t un-derstand women like us. Don’t you know women doesnt want to share their man to others?!” She yelled. “If it is my husband who did that I will surely cut off his manhood, I swear!” Caleb gulped.
Aisha heared their arguments. They have their own points but she was having a good time watching them fighting. They look good together. She smiled.
Aisha un-derstood Ethan’s situation, but she just dont want to see nor talk to him for the meantime. Her mind is full of worries for now. Moreover, she is trying to control her emotion towards Him. She doesn’t want to fall for him that much coz she might have a ha-rd time leaving him sooner or later. Robert told him that Stacy- her twin sister already regained her consciousness, so she can return to her place soon. She has to be ready to let him go anytime soon.
She also nee-d to concentrate on her mission, So she doesn’t have time to care for her growing feelings.

On the other hand, Clint was laughing at his bestfriend Ethan. He looks like a lamb ready to be slaughtered anytime soon.
“Where is the mighty Ethan that I knew before? Why are you sulking in a corner?” He teased him.
“Clint! I called you here in my office to ask for your help! For your advices! I didn’t call you here to mock me!” Ethan was irritated and impatient.
” She’s not answering any of my phone calls. And I already sent her 5 different flower bouquet but Lisa told me that she never looked at them. What am I supposed to do?” Ethan continued.
“Hmm.. I un-derstand if she is still mad at you. Of course,who wont get mad if they saw their husband fli-rting with another woman. Haha! One thing you should un-derstand about women is that, they hate sharing their husband with another woman. I wont be surprise if one day she will divorce you.” Clint laughed. Ethan threw him his stress ball.
“Damn you Clint! You’re not helping me at all..! He said
“But I wonder though. This is the very first time that she got mad at you. If you think about it, Stacy never gets angry even if you sleep with another woman before. Hmm.. I wonder when did she bang her head?” Clint spoke his curiosity.
“Clint if you’re not going to help me with her then you can go back now.. ” Ethan pointed the door sarcastically.
“Haha.. relax my friend okay, just relax. The solution to your problem is so simple— Just court your wife again!” He laughs hilariously.
“Ask her out, go to a fancy restaurant and have a dinner date. Or if not, cook her a delicious breakfast. Give her gifts and just Do everything she told you to do.” Clint continued..
“I can try that but I don’t think it will help.” Ethan sighed.
“Then just talk to her, that’s it.” Clint suggested.
“But she doesn’t want to talk to me..” he answered.
“Then make a way! Make an effort. Show her that you’re serious about getting her forgiveness! ” clint encouraged him.

Aisha turned off her phone and handed it to Lisa for the whole day. Unknown to her, Ethan texted her that he will be waiting for her outside the building. It’s been an hour but Aisha didnt response yet and that he didnt see her come out of the building. When Ethan saw Lisa who just got out the building, he approached her.
“Sir Ethan, I’m sorry but her phone is with me. The battery is dead so I have to charge it and Miss Stacy forgot it when she went out early.” Lisa lied.
“She went out early? Where did she go? ” He asked.
“I-I don’t know sir. She didn’t tell me.”
“Is Caleb with her too?”
“Yes, Sir Ethan..” Lisa hesitated.
Ethan was annoyed. As far as he remembers, that Caleb was so close to Stacy. He was with her everytime since he started working as her personal as-sistant. He knew that they were just friends but he is frustratingly annoyed whenever he see them together. Is he being jealous?
Lisa has to lie to Ethan about their location as well. She knew that they went to Hunter’s place. They’ve been going there from time to time to discuss some their plans.

At the moment, at the Lockwood residence, Angel was being treated by their family doctor. She got cuts on her li-ps and her face was swollen due to the impact of Stacy’s slap-s earlier. She also got some bruises on her forehead and her arms were swollen when Aisha once pulled her hands ti-ghtly.
“She will definitely pay for what she did!” She cursed. She took her phone and dialed a number.
“I’ll send you her picture. Make sure you beat the crap out of her!” She screamed in frustration.

“Is everything set?” Aisha asked hunter.
“Yes,I already set up everything. You will be able to monitor them throu-ghthis phone.” Hunter handed him a smart phone.
“Will you be able to trace them on your computer as well?” Caleb asked.
“Yes. In case you lost that phone, I can still track them.” Hunter explained.
“Thanks hunter..” Aisha sighed in relief. Caleb look at her.
“So how’s Ethan?” Caleb suddenly asked her.
“He’s good.” She indifferently answer while cleaning her gun.
“So how are you two doing? Have you talk to him already?”
“We don’t have time to talk. He comes home late and I go to work early..”
“Haha.. or should we put it like this; you always go home from work early so you could sleep before he comes home—- oh,wait! Or should we say you pretend to sleep? AND, you rise up early just so you can avoid him.. ?”
“Tsk..! Who are you? Caleb the soothsayer?” She joke.
“But seriously Aisha, are you going to ignore him for life? It has been a week. Do you think you can live with him like that forever?” Aisha didn’t answer.
“Do you think it helped you? Let me ask you,what did you gain from avoiding him?” Suddenly, Aisha receive a call from Lisa.
“Yes?” She answered
“Aisha! It’s Ethan! He was rushed to the hospital!” Lisa stammered.
“What?! I’m coming!” Aisha hung up then she rushed to the hospital where Ethan is. She saw Larry outside the room,
“What happened?” Aisha’s eyes are full of worry. The door to the VIP room opened. A guy came out.
“I’m sorry but who are you?” Aisha asked.
“Stacy, my name is Clint. Your husband’s bestfried. We met before. I guess you have forgotten about me..” Clint offer his hand. Aisha received it.
“I-I’m sorry. I have a short term memory.” She smiled hesitantly. “But how is he? Can I see him?”
“Yes of course, You can go inside but he is still unconscious for now..”.
“W-what happened?” She asked Clint as they entered the room.
“Well, how could I explain to you how foolish your husband is?. The thing is, he was so upset coz you haven’t talk to him for a week now. You’re not even answering his calls. He set up many surprises for the whole week yet you never showed yourself even ones. This morning he decided to go all out. He hired the whole restaurant and he tried to decorate it himself. I told him to let the staffs do it instead but he insist to do it alone. That was when he sli-p his foot then he fell down from the window. He bang his head and injured his arm.” Clint explained all the details.
“What a stupid man!” She cried. A tear escaped her eyes. Clint look at her expression then he sm-irk.
“Seems like my plan is working…” He thought to himself.
“But is he okay? Did he damage his br@in? Can he walk?” She asked him.
“Uhm.. that depends on what the doctor will say. He is still un-der observation though.. the doctor will see you in a while.”
“O-okay.. thanks for your help though. I’ll take it from here.” Aisha answered then she walked past him to sit beside Ethan. She inspect him from head to toe. He has bandages on his head, his arms was surrounded by cast.
Clint exited the VIP room. He look at Larry and showed him a thumbs up signal.
“It’s working!” Clint whispered. Larry laugh.
“Let’s see the doctor then..” Clint continued as they stride to the doctor’s office.

Aisha doesn’t know what to say or do. She’s blaming herself for what happened to Ethan. If she was not selfish enough, he shouldn’t be hurt by now. If only she knew, but its too late.
“I’m sorry Ethan. I never knew this will happen. I don’t hate you at all. I can’t hate you even if I wanted to. I was mad when I saw you with that woman. But then I realized, I don’t have the right to claim you coz you were never mine in the first place. I don’t want this feeling anymore. So I’m doing my best to avoid this if I can’t control it.” She sobs as she mumbles those words.
“Please wake up. Don’t make me nervous Ethan..” she continued. Her eyes were close while her tears kept flowing. Suddenly, a hand was wiping her tears. She openned her eyes.
“Ethan! ” She exclaimed.
“I’m sorry honey. I’m sorry for making you cry.” Ethan said with a broken tone.
Aisha sob even more. She shook her head as she hold his hands.
“I’m sorry. I just can’t bear to see you mad at me.” He explained. ” I better die than to lose you, AGAIN.” suddenly Aisha hit him in the head.
“Ouch! What was that for?!” Ethan was surprise.
“That’s for your stupidity! Why do you have to do stupid things that could cause your life,huh?!” She yelled at him as if he was a child.
“Do I have a choice? I have to do it since you’re avoiding me for a week now!” He yelled back.
“Now its my fault?! Who told you to ki-ss that woman in front of me,huh!?” She was upset.
“I didn’t! She was the one who for-ced herself on me. I was trying to avoid her..” he explained. Aisha pouted.
“Look, I’m sorry,okay.I never loved her—”
“But she likes you!” She pouted. Ethan laughed. He pulled her close to his .
“But I love you. Only you.” He bend to ki-ss her li-ps. ” You don’t have any idea how I miss you so much!” Then he hu-g her ti-ght. She embr@ced him back.
“Ahem ahem!” Clint was standing at the door as well as Larry and Lisa. “I guess you don’t nee-d me anymore bro. Time for you to repay all my efforts.” They were all laughing. Aisha crease a brow as they all entered happily.
“What’s the meaning of this?” Aisha was puzzled.
“I’m sorry Stacy,. I rejected them but they were so persistent. Caleb even joined for-ce with them!” Lisa explained. Aisha suddenly look each and everyone of them, then she glared at Ethan.
“So, you mean— ALL of these? Everything was just a show?!” She yelled at them then she hit Ethan’s stomach. She held his casted arm and for-cely remove his head’s bandage. He’s fine. He doesn’t have any wounds. Once again, he glared at the smiking Ethan.
“I hate you!” She’s about to leave when Ethan held her arm and pulled her back. He embr@ce her.
“I’m sorry. You left me with no choice!” He laugh. Everybody in the room laughs with him except Aisha as she pouted in annoyance.

*FLASHBACK:*
“That’s a stupid idea, Clint! She’s too smart to believe such a fake drama. Do you really think she will fall for it?” Ethan exclaimed.
“Bro, we have to at least try. As you can see, your efforts for the week were all wasted!” Clint laugh at his bestfriend. Ethan sighed.
Ethan was lost in his thought. Indeed, Stacy has been avoiding him lately. He never had a chance to talk to her,not even in their room coz Stacy was de-ep in sleep when he gets home. Sometimes, she slept at Eli’s room. Agreeing with his bestfriend’s idea would be his last shot.
“Don’t worry man, leave it to me.” Clint as-sured him. He sighed.
Yesterday, Clint spoke to Lisa and Caleb about it. they agreed knowing that Ethan has been doing everything he could to reconcile with her wife.
Faking Ethan’s accident was orche-strated by his bestfriend Clint with the help of Lisa, Caleb and Larry. After seeing how the husband and wife reconciled, they tapped their shoulders for the job well done.?

*The next day*
“Miss Stacy, another mail came this morning for you…” Butler Antonio handed her the envelope.
Once again, her heart skip a beat. She crumpled the pictures in her hands.
“Just who the hell are you!” She mumbled bitterly. “Eli is not safe anymore. Despites un-der his personal bodyguards, still, they were able to go near him. Seems like even if she placed a tracking device on Eli’s phone and wristwatch, it wouldn’t help at all. They can target him anytime.
Once again, she looked at the pictures. It was Eli’s picture while he is at school, in the park — he got a lot of pictures everywhere. Should she tell Ethan about it? But how? Is she going to tell him that bounty hunters are after her and they are in danger? She can’t blow her cover yet. If she tells Ethan about the threat on Eli’s life then there’s a big possibility that he will question her identity. Or maybe not. But in any ways, she has to cover her true identity for the meantime.
She was about to go to work when butler Antonio handed her the envelope. Ethan went ahead because he has to meet the new investor of their company. She then decided to message Caleb and Lisa that she will be late or worst, she might not go to work. She has to go and see Eli at their school. It’s very evident that the enemy is watching her son.
“Hi, I’m here to pick up my son Eli..” she told the guard.
“Eli? Eli Williams?” The guard was puzzled.
“Yes!”
“But someone already came and pick him up. The person said that you sent him.”
“What? Who is that person? I didn’t send anyone! Since when did they left?” She’s feeling unease.
“I-it’s already past 10minutes..” the guard nervously answered.
Aisha pick up her phone and dialed Ethan’s number but he’s not picking up. She tried numerous times but to no avail. She called Mr. Tanner but he is in the mansion. He didn’t go to Eli’s school because Stacy said that she will be picking him up. She tried calling Larry but his phone cannot be reach.
“Damn!” she cursed. Suddenly she remembered that she placed a tracking device at Eli’s phone and Wristwatch. But she forgot the smart phone at home so she called hunter.
“Hunter, track Eli for me, Asap!” Aisha was in a rush.
“Wait. But What happened?” Hunter ask.
“I-I don’t know. Someone pick him up at his school earlier.” Aisha is breaking up. “Hunter, please fas-ter! Give me an address!” She’s feeling nervous.
“Okay, I’m still locating him. Have you called Caleb?”
“Not yet”
“Wait, I am calling him..” he called Caleb to inform him about Eli’s disappearance then he went back to her call with Aisha.. ” I got a location!” He yelled. “Go straight to North Minnesota Oregon. I think they are in the park side.”
Aisha hurriedly drives the car that Ethan gave her the other day. She was driving crazily fast. Some of the drivers on the road allerted the police. Aisha was in a rush that she didn’t notice Ethan was calling her. She was nearing the address that hunter gave her when a patrol car police was trying to stop her. She cursed but she can’t stop. No! Not yet. She nee-ds to see Eli. Once again she called hunter.
“Is he moving?” She asked..
“Yes. He is moving though but still in the area so you better hurry!” He answered. “Wait, Is that a police siren? Are you being chase by the police right now Aisha?” Hunter was worried.
“Yes. 4 police car is already chasing me. But I can’t stop now!” She was aggravated.

Meanwhile, Ethan just finished talking to the investor. When he look at his phone, he has 23 missed calls from Stacy so he called her back but she’s not answering. Maybe she’s busy at the moment. He decided to drop at the company’s cafeteria. He bought a coffee and decided to seat at the VIP lounge.. some of the employees were watching thorou-ghly at the current live news. He turn his attention at the television. It was a police road chase at North Minnesota road. 4 police patrol car were chasing a red bugatti chiron. Wait! What?! a red bugatti chiron? It seems familiar. He shrugs his thoughts. It couldn’t be Stacy! It’s Impossible! But no, wait! It is possible.
He tried calling stacy again but to no avail. He look at the car once again. He cursed.
“Damn Stacy! What are you thinking?!” He panicked. He took the car key’s to Larry and headed to where the car chase is.

Aisha parked the car in a corner. She’s about to run towards the park in front of her but the police got her.
“Please, I’m looking for my son! Someone took him. I nee-d to find him as soon as possible.” Aisha cried.
“I’m sorry miss but you violated one of our road rules. You were driving crazily fast—–”
“Damn that rules! I told you my son is being kidnap! I’m telling you, If something happens to him I’ll hold you responsible!” She yelled hysterically.
“Then at least hand us your license. We can help you find your son.” One of the cops irritatingly asked her. The license that she has is un-der her real name Aisha Mikasa. But the car was registered un-der Stacy Williams. She can’t possibly risk her identity. She was so upset and is not on her right mind so she twist her arms that are being held by 2 cops. She kick the police officer in front of her then she run. The police officers were shock. She is fast!!
“Eli..! Eli..!” She was yelling on top of her lungs in search of his son. The park is wide and there’s a lot of people. She is having a ha-rd time. Suddenly she saw Eli, held by a man wearing a cap. He look at her then he pulled Eli as they stride the west side of the park. She tried to catch them.
“Eli..!” She shouted. Eli recognized her mother’s voice. He look at her direction.
“Mom!” He yelled. He’s about to run towards her mother but the man held him ti-ghtly. “Y-you said you will bring me to my mom! Let me go!” Eli cried. He was afraid. The man look at him indifferently. Eli suddenly feels afraid.
“M-Mom..! Mom..! Help me..!” He shouted while being drag by the unknown guy
Aisha is so angry when she saw how fearful Eli at the moment. She can’t shoot the man, they are in an open space. Aisha saw a shortcut to their location. But she has to jump out the fence. The cops are nearing her. She has to try anyway. The cops were shouting and the cops got the attention of the people around her. She climbed the fence and jump out the park. They’re getting away. She’s about to pull her gun but Eli manage to scape the man’s grasp then he run towards her. She run to meet him when she saw the man brou-ght out a gun and is about to shoot the child. Her eyes wide-ned. She run fas-ter! She was able to get to him, she hu-g him ti-ght as she face her back to the shooter. She closed her eyes as soon as she heard the gunshot. It echoed outside the park. The police held their breaths as well as the expectators.
“Stacy! Eli!” Ethan shouted worriedly. He came to the scene a minute late.
