EPISODE 86
Archie was seen dashing towards the newly wed. Rio and Cherry are both beside them too since they help the couples in entertaining their visitors.
” Archie…” Rio is a bit surprise to see the man sweating profusely. So he excuse himself and went in a corner since they still have some visitors inside.
” What happened?” Rio asked.
” Rio…” his tone gave Rio an idea but he was actually hoping that he is wrong! ” Eli and Mira… they were kidnapped by some unknown men!”
” What?! But we have men posted all over the place!”
” It seems like they know where the men are, even the cameras!” Archie doubtingly stated. ”We found two of the waiters tied up in a corner, undressed!They were the ones who said that the children was taken by some unknown men.”
” But how did they get in?”
” according to the witness, the men were all wearing formal suits so basically, they have attended the wedding ceremony as well. Looks like some of the visitors knew about this as well.” He shared his thoughts.
Yes! The visitors! But who could it be? Who dares to go against Rio and Omni? Rio clenches his fist in anger.
” Our men are currently trying to track them but I haven’t receive any updates yet.” Archie added.
” I need to see the recordings.” Rio uttered as they both rushed inside the mansion. However, their action caught Aisha’s attention, as well as Cherry. That kind of facial reaction from the two… they know what it means! Something must have happened.
Cherry and Aisha stared at each other.
” Is there a problem?” Ethan inquired when he saw how they both look at each other with worries on their faces.
” Seems like it.” Aisha replied while watching Rio and Archie’s retreating shadows.
” Eh?” Ethan’s forehead creased.
” Later.” Aisha force a smile at him. She needs to calm down for the meantime. Whatever it is, she hopes that it’s not a life and death situation.
As soon as the guests left, some of their close relatives and friends stayed for the meantime. So Ethan and Aisha sat down to rest. It’s definitely a tiring day for them! However, a shocking news rocks the two.
The happy occasion instantly turned into chaos.
Mira and Eli was kidnapped!
They both stood up unbelievingly. Fright came to everyone in a blow but Aisha and Ethan rush to where Rio and the others are..
” Dad, what happened” Who did it? Where are they now? Have you found them?” She asked questions after the other.
” We’re still trying to find out but we have already alerted the authorities to set checkpoints everywhere.” Rio explained.
” No!” She covered her mouth with her hands in shock.
*Flashback:*
” Hi, you’re my big brother Eli, right?” Mira sat beside the boy when Aisha left him to entertain some of their visitors. Master Omni saw them so he decided not to disturb their moment. Guess it is right to let them sort their own problems.
Eli glance at her but averted his gaze after a minute or two. ” My name is Mira, your little sister.” She smiled the widest.
The little boy snorted but when he recalled what his mom had said, he face the little girl.
” I don’t like noisy people.” He casually uttered.
” I can see that, but I just want to get to know more about my big brother.” Mira keeps on talking at him. ” I’m sorry if you find me troublesome but I was so excited to meeting you.” She grinned.
Eh? She was excited to meet him? But he feels the opposite!
” I have always dream to have a big brother and now that you’re here…” she touched his arm. ” I hope we can be good friends.”
Ahy! Friends my … but Eli doesn’t like her at all. He hates her! But then once again, she remembers what his mom told him and the worst thing is, he agreed. He did promised her.
” Find another person who wants to be your friend. I am not interested.” He looks away.
Miracle frowns. ” I guess you don’t like me too just like the others.” There is a hint of sadness in her tone. ” It’s okay, I’m used to having no friends at all.” She still spoke positively.
Eli heard what she said so he glanced to observe her.
” You don’t have any friends?” He was curious. Then the little girl shook her head. Still wearing that obviously fake smile.
” I have one but he is already a grandpa.”
” How about friends at your old school?”
” I don’t have one. They don’t like me because they thought that I don’t have a daddy…” she paused. ” That I am an unwanted baby…” she frown a little.
Eli suddenly felt the guilt coursing within him. Everyone thought that his mom died a few years ago but she had never experience such a lonely life as hers!
” I’m sorry.” He finally apologized.
” It’s okay. I’m alright. I’m used to it anyway.” She nonchalantly replied.
Eli tap the girl’s shoulder. ” Then let’s be friends from now on.”
” Really?!” She instantly look up to him.
” Yes.” He nodded.
” Yehey!” The little kid suddenly jumped in joy then embrace the boy beside her. She was too happy to finally have a big brother…. and a friend as well.
Eli doesn’t know why but he suddenly accepted the girl’s proposition. He doesn’t like her but guess he knew how lonely it must be for her to be cast out just because she doesn’t have a father. And it sent a pang of pain within him. Guess there’s this blood connection after all.
Master Omni saw how fast it is for Eli to give in and it makes him at ease. Aisha and Ethan saw them as well so they smiled at each other. Finally!
The old man was watching the two when someone came and chat with him. Everyone seemingly became busy entertaining people from everywhere that they have lost sight on the two kids.
” Wait for me here, I’ll just go and get something for you.” Eli stood up and walked towards his bagpack. However, a man dressed as a waiter simply walked towards him and whispered something so he followed the man.
Meanwhile, Mira had been waiting for the little boy to come back. Then she spun around only to see Eli’s back following someone going to who knows where, so she tried to follow them until they have reached a secluded area.
The man pointed out a car to the little boy and was about to walk near it but Eli suddenly halted and was seemingly in de-ep thought. Is he analyzing the situation? Probaby yes since Ethan and master Omni had been educating him about dangerous people and scenarios as well.
”Never trust anyone whom you do not know especially if they are telling you to go and get something inside their cars. They are bad people. They have some evil plans on you.” Those were just some of his dad’s warning to him.
” I’m sorry, I need to get something upstairs.” He was about to turn around and run but the man held him quickly than his reflexes.
” Where are you going?” The man smirk evilly.
” Let me go!” The little boy was struggling to escape from the man’s grasps but he was too strong for him.
” Let my brother go!”’ They suddenly heard a tiny voice from a little kid. Mira! Eli exclaimed.
” Mira! Run!” He motioned her but instead of leaving him, the little kid run to where the man and bite the hand that had held him. But then he swing his arm ha-rd and that hit the little girl and made her landed on the ground.
” Mira!” He bellowed. ” You! Don’t hurt my little sister!” He was trying to hit the man as well but his hands are too small. He could only touch the man but couldn’t hurt him at all.
” Take the girl as well.” The man growled frustratingly.

” Miss Aisha, Sir Ethan, do you know someone who can do such a thing? Do you have any common enemy?” The chief inspector asked them.
Ethan was thinking carefully as well as Aisha. A common enemy?
Ethan seemingly can’t recall anyone but Aisha gulped when she remembered something… or should she say someone!
Clement! The woman yelped. Can he possibly order the people to kidnapped her son and daughter? is it his way of getting back at her?
She’s not sure though but she needs to check him out as well.
” I am going to see Clement, now.” Aisha quickly stood up and was about to walk towards the door but Ethan held her arm.
” Don’t stop me, Ethan.” She look at him with a murderous intent.
” I won’t and I will go with you. But are you going to see him with that dress?” He looks at her from head to toe.
Aisha suddenly jerked when she realize what Ethan meant. Dang! She really needs to change since she is still wearing her wedding dress.
” Let’s go together.” Ethan held her hand gently and smiled. ” We will save them… together.”
The woman soften up and look around. Everyone was present… her family and friends are all staring at her. And they all have that anxiety as well. Ah yeah, she forgot… she’s not alone anymore.
” Aisha…” Rio walk towards her.
” Dad…” she heaved a heavy sigh.
” I know.” He tapped her shoulder. ”I know you can’t help it but try to calm down. We are all doing our best to look for them as well. We won’t let anything bad happen to them.” He rea-ssured her.
” Dad.” She embraced the man while Cherry went to where they are and joined the two.
” Mom.” She tears up as well.
” Go and change first before you go and see Clement.” Cherry wipes her tears away.
” Thank you mom… dad… and everyone.” She finally smiled and took Ethan’s hand as they exited the room.
Clement! She clenched her teeth.
She won’t definitely allow anyone to hurt her children. not now,not ever. Therefore, if this will ignite war, then she’s ready for it.

Clement crease his brow. Who would want to see him at this time? He asks himself while holding a book. Then he glance at his wristwatch… it’s 6pm.
He rose up hesistantly and followed the guard. And to his surprise, it’s Alex!
Then he sat opposite her.
” To what do I owe this visit?” The man raised his brow with sarcasm in his voice.
” Where did you take them?” Aisha went straight to the point.
” Take who?” The man creased his forehead.
” Stop acting like you don’t know anything Clement!” She yelped. ” Where is Eli—–”
” I really don’t know anything, Alex!” He cut her off. He didn’t let her finish her statements since he got upset as well.
” Don’t call me Alex. You know in the first place that my name isn’t Alex.”
” Tsk!” The man scoffed as he leaned back on the chair. ” I thought you came to visit a friend but looking at you right now, you seemingly came to seek and kill an enemy.”
” Well that depends on the information that you will be providing.” She raised her brow as if challenginng the man.
” Where did you take them?” She added.
” how did you come up with the idea that I am the one who cause it when in fact, I am a prisoner.”
” Anything is possible nowadays, especially if you have the means to hire someone to do it for you.”
” and why should I do that, huh?” The man vexed. ”What should I gain in doing such a thing?”
” Revenge?” The woman uttered.
The man growled. ” what benefit am I going to get from that nonsensical revenge. Tsk!” Then he stood up and was about to leave the woman but Aisha cried out.
” Clement.” She soften up. ” Please…. ” she begged. ” You had spent some times — happy times to be exact with Mira in the past, so I bet you don’t want her to be in danger.”
Clement halted when he heard about Mira. Wait, what? They took Mira?
So he slowly faced the sobbing woman. ” What did you say”.
” You heard it correctly, Clement.” She stared at his eyes. ” They took my children, they took Mira.” She bellowed.
Clement staggered backwards in shock. No, Mira… she’s not a part of the whole plan! He sat back while in de-ep thought. A minute of silence engulf them both.
*Flashback:*
”Don’t worry son…We will get revenge on them… they will surely taste their own medicine.” The old man promised when he visited Clement.
” Zoren, that’s enough. I have already accepted my defeat.” The man casually replied.
” No, not yet. We can still do a lot of things to get back at them.” Zoren ured him.
Clement sighed. Even if he disagrees, Zoren will still insist his plans. He gave up before but he didn’t know what made him change his mind again.
” I thought you have given up on her already. What happened? What made you change your mind?” Clement inquired.
” I gave up on her but not on them.” He smirked evilly. ”It was all that man’s fault. But upon learning some truths, well, he’s not the once Almighty king of the underground anymore.”
” Tsk.” Clement snorted. ” Do what you want to do but don’t touch the little girl.” He emphasized.
The old man did not reply but he grinned meaningfully.
