Flowers… chairs… curtains… musicians… Cherry had been checking everything over and over again.
She wanted to make sure that the wedding reception is completely ready before heading to the church.
”Mom, calm down. We already have the best wedding coordinator so let her handle this job, okay?” Stacy went to talk to her mom when she sees her running some errands.
”I know, I know… But I just can’t help but worry. Besides, there are a lot of important figures who will attend her wedding.” Cherry replied.
Stacy sighed. She’s right. With the celebrities, government officials from Central and North State and some business personalities, it would be a shame if something goes wrong from the wedding ceremony to the reception.
Although Aisha and Ethan wanted to have a private wedding, the news about Aisha being alive spread in just a minute. Therefore, people everywhere sent their regards. Even the elders in the North rejoiced when they heard about the goodnews.
” Yeah, It can’t be help. But mom, we have to be in the church before Erika does.” Stacy added. ”Let’s just trust the coordinator and the staffs, okay?”
” Fine, Fine… I’ll be there in a minute.” The woman smiled.
Then Stacy left Cherry to go and check for Robi and Johnny. The car is ready so they must be waiting in the garage.
Meanwhile, Rio is busy checking and instructing the security people. Men were posted everywhere to check for any suspicious and uninvited people. They haven’t recieve any threats yet but it’s better to be careful nowadays.
” Rio, it’s time for you to go. Just leave the job to me, will you?” Archie admonishes the man.
”Yes. Thanks Archie.” The man smiled.
” I know. You don’t have to say anything. We will do everything to make this wedding a peaceful one.” Archie a-ssured the man.
” I know you will.” Then he tap him in the shoulder. ” Then I’ll be going now. Take care.”
” Rio.” Archie called out before Rio exited the room.
” Yes?”
” I am happy for you.” Archie said. ” You finally have your family completely.”
”Thanks Archie.” Rio replied. He is thankful enough that Archie never left his side even during the worst times. ” It won’t definitely be complete without her.” He was pertaining to Aisha.
”See you later then.”
Then Rio exited the room and went to see Cherry. As for Jane, she’s with Aisha since she is the maid of honor.
It’s good that Jane was able to sort her emotion towards Ethan and that Aisha have accepted her as her younger sister. She decided to make Jane her maid of honor since her twin sister nor Sophia and Lisa can’t be one. It’s okay since she once saved Aisha at the Island..
” Oh my goodness sissy! You are so gorgeous!” Jane’s eyes twinkled in delight upon seeing Aisha in a wedding dress. ” You look like a fairy! The fairiest of the fairies!”
” You’re exagerrating again, Jane.” Aisha chuckled.
” But I am not! You really are!”
” She’s right Aisha… you are totally gorgeous today! I think you are the most beautiful bride in this century.” Sophie interjected.
” Sophie! I thought you have gone to the church.” Aisha replied when she look at her ever gorgeous friend.
” I came to see you since Ethan had been pacing back and forth at the church while waiting for you. I think he’s super worried that you might not show up.” The woman chucked mockingly.
” Is everyone there?” She asked nervously.
” Yes, and everyone can’t wait to see you now.” She smiled.
” Time check: 9:15am… time to go now.” Jane excitedly in.
” Then let’s go.” Aisha exhaled as she motions the two.
At that time, Ethan had been pacing back and forth while waiting. He can’t help but be anxious.
” Relax man, she’s coming!” Caleb and Hunter was teasing him.
” But what if——”
” Ethan.” Caleb stopped him. ”She won’t ditch you, that I know for a fact.” He taps him in the shoulder. ” She loves you enough to chase you in Paris, remember?”
Ethan smiled when he recalled what had happened before. But still, he can’t help but be nervous.
*FLASHBACK:*
Ethan heard Aisha and Sophie’s conversation during the time that Sophie had called to let the woman know about Lisa’s birthing. He was a bit surprise but he understood Aisha’s qualms so he secretly planned a much better way to propose and that was the time he heard about the welcome party from Sophie since he called her for help.
” Yeah, I think it will be a great surprise if you do that.” Sophie approved. Therefore, Ethan and the whole family united to give a good surprise.
Master Omni also told Eli about Aisha when he went back to the Central State. Ethan backed his grandfather about it as well. He was definitely shocked but at least, he’s happy to know that the woman is alive.
However, he have some reservations when he heard about Mira.

She looks perfectly stunning with the wedding dress! No words can describe how beautiful the woman is but she caught everyone’s attention.
As for Ethan, he breath a relief when he saw the woman walking slowly on the aisle. Mira and Sahaya were before her spreading the flower petals on the red carpet. Ah! Those two lovely little ladies! They have complimented the beauty behind them.
” Isn’t your mom beautiful?” Ethan whispered at Eli’s ears; he’s best man.
” She’s lovely dad!” He exclaimed joyfully. But frown after when he stared at the smiling Miracle. What is it? Is it jealousy? Guess it is.
The wedding song ‘Beautiful in white’ is being sang beautifully as well. It had set the romantic mood inside the church.
Aisha was met by Rio and Cherry in the middle-aisle before they continue walking in front. The parent’s joy couldn’t be hidden as well. It is painted all over their faces as well.
Cherry teared up when they handed the woman to Ethan. Master Omni and Eli was on his both sides as well.
They have decided to have the ceremony two weeks after Ethan’s proposal. And yes, Ethan went back to the central state before Aisha that time, using a private jet he hired from a long time friend just to surprise her with his proposal.
That moment, Aisha cried when he saw Ethan on his knees holding a beautiful ring in his hand. She was definitely dumbfounded and was moved at Ethan’s actions. He even exceeded her dream to have a romantic proposal. What he did was way, way, way better than what she had expected.
” for better or worst…till death do us part…” they both promised each other.
”I now pronounce you, husband and wife!” Everyone clapped when the preacher announced.”
” You may now ki-ss your bride!”
Everyone was clapping, some were shouting, some are whistling… the children covered their eyes jokingly.
Ethan gracefully held her chin then ki-ss her. Then he whispered something in her ears that made the woman pinch his side.
”It’s just a quick one… let’s do some more later.” He even winked meaningfully. Of course Aisha understood what he meant… it’s their honeymoon after! She suddenly blus-hed.
” Moreeeeeee…..!!!” They heard the people shouting. So Ethan ki-ssed the woman’s li-ps once again… longer than the first one.
After the wedding ceremony, everyone gathered at the Mikasa mansion for the reception. The visitors filled the whole place. Different personalities who came to congratulate the two couples.
Everyone was happy except for a little boy who is sulking in a corner.
” Eli… is something wrong?” Master Omni asked his great grandson when he noticed the lonely boy.
” Mommy and daddy have another child now… Mommy doesn’t like me anymore.” He frowned.
” Eli, you know that’s not true. Your mom loves you more than anything in this world, you know that right?” Master Omni was a bit surprised to hear his grandson having doubts like that. But what can he do? He’s just a child after all.
But Eli feighned even more. The old man sighed but he stood up and went to see Ethan and whispered something in his ears.
” What?” Ethan raised his brow in worry.
” What is it? Did something happen?” Aisha asked when she saw Ethan reacted worriedly. Then Ethan relayed what the old man said earlier.
” Eh?” She exclaimed. Her face suddenly went sour when she looked at Eli all alone in a corner. Then she stood up and went to where Eli is.
” Eli…” she sat beside him with a smile in her face. However, Eli turned his back on her. ”Are you feeling unwell?” She innocently asked.
”No.” He casually replied, still looking somewhere.
”Eli, sweetheart… are you mad at me? Why don’t you look at me?” Her voice hints a bit of sadness.
” I’m not… it’s just that…” Eli lowered his head. So Aisha held her shoulder and made him face her.
” Eli… always remember that whatever happens, you will always be my first baby and I love you just how I love your little sister.” She tried comforting the little lad.
” But I am not your real child…” he pouted.
” Eli!” Aisha frowned a little. ”Even if I am not your real mother, but in my heart, you will always be my son. Always remember that, okay? My love for you will never change even if I give birth with many more babies!” She wants to laugh upon hearing her own words.
” Nothing and no one can replace you in my heart. Having Miracle doesn’t mean I don’t love you anymore. But in my heart, you two are my greatest treasure. So I hope you will also watch over and protect your little sister because it will hurt mom and dad if something bad happens to both of you.” She ki-ssed the kid’s forehead. ”Can you promise that to mommy?”
” Ehm.” The little kid nodded understandingly.

He was struggling to escape from the unknown man’s grip, but the man was too strong for him.
” hey you! Let go of my brother!” Mira run to bite the man’s hand who held Eli.
” Ahhhh!!!!” The man yelped and swung his hand. It was ha-rd enough to hit the little girl and fell on the ground.
” Mira! Run!” Eli is still struggling.
” No! Brother!” She sobs weakly. her tiny body can’t handle the blow she received from the man.
” Take her as well!” The man who held Eli despitefully ordered his companion. So the other guy took the little girl as well. As soon as they entered the car, the driver drove off avoiding the securities.
Mama…. papa…. Mira quivered in dread but Eli held her hand and smiled as if saying everything’s gonna be alright. But de-ep inside him, fear was crippling as well.
