EPISODE 79
Meanwhile, Aisha hadn’t left Estrella City after that night. Cherry and Rio had stayed too. They can’t go back to the Central State after knowing that their daughter is alive and that they have a little cute and smarty granddaughter. Guess they were that determine to bring them back home.
Cherry was the one who clarified all the misunderstandings of the past. She told Aisha what had transpired that day. That Silver himself denied his being the biological father of the twins.
And she had never expected Rio to be her biological father! It was definitely a blow!
*FLASHBACK:*
“Liam must have muted the phone after you heard about the ‘ra-pe’ thing. Maybe he knew the truth back then—–”
“He definitely knew everything!” Aisha interjected. “He told me everything. He saw what Silver did to you and to dad’s mother… But he dared not to do anything about it because he wanted them to hate and fight each other.” She added. “he tried to wash his hands on what happened back then.”
“But he’s already dead… So there’s no way he could atone for all his sins.” Rio ed in.
“Aisha… I’m sorry… It was all because of me that you have to suffer this much.” Her mom uttered in sorrow. “If it is not because of me then you should have not experience such terrible things in the hands of fate…”
“Mom, it was not your fault… It was all mine…” Stacy came forward with her head lowered down. “Erika… It was my fault, if I didn’t asked you to save mom back then… If I didn’t trust Silver… Then…” Tears gushed from her eyes.
Stacy interjected as soon as she came from the other room… she had to see Robi sleep first before seeing everyone.
Cherry cried too. They started blaming themselves for all of Aisha’s miseries… For all the unfortunate events that had happen in her life.
“I’m sorry!” Cherry and Stacy cried in unison.
Aisha’s tears started to flow as well. They were right, if only she hadn’t save Sherry before then she and Mira should have lived with Ethan and Eli… Then she shouldn’t have heard about Silver and believe the lies that he was their biological father. And she should have not hurt Ethan earlier.
That moment, when Liam had shoot her, she actually wanted to forget about the information she just heard. Dang! She actually wished to die that moment thinking that she is a daughter of a murderer! Worst, the blood of the one who murdered Ethan’s parents was running throu-ghher veins!
But it was all a lie?! Dang! It pained her!
Looking at the two sobbing in grief, her mind suddenly went in daze. If she thinks about it, she hadn’t been with either Stacy and Cherry before. She was watching over Stacy when she was in the hospital. They didn’t have much time to bond actually. Also with her mom… after the rescue, that was last time she had call her mom.
She didn’t spend so much time with them at all. Yeah, how to have a mom? Then she thought of Mira…
“It’s not your fault, not any of you guys’ fault.” She faintly uttered as she lowers her head. “I’ll just go to bed for a while.” She turn around and walk towards the room. Good thing that Rio offered his suite so she doesn’t need to go back at Ethan’s or to her apartment.
Cherry was about to follow Aisha but Rio stopped her. “let her rest for the meantime. There’s a lot of things that had happened to her within the day so I’m sure she’s totally tired.”
Cherry wiped her teary eyes and sat on the couch understandingly while Johnny went to help Stacy stand up. Sophie and Lisa couldn’t speak a word. They themselves were flabbergasted. They couldn’t believe their eyes even if they are seeing Aisha in front of them at the moment.
Everyone seems to be blaming themselves. After hearing all that had happen to Aisha after the fall, they felt within them that guilt they have tried to cover up three years ago. They were her friends… thinking about it, Aisha had been with them in good times and in bad, but during the time that she was fighting all alone, they were absent! Nowhere to be found!
There was a minute of sorrowful moment when Hunter and Caleb entered the room. They themselves were surprise to see the gloomy atmosphere.
“What happened in here? Did someone die?” Caleb tried to break the mood but then it didn’t work.
“Caleb, how’s Ethan?” Cherry suddenly asked.
The man lowered his head frustratingly. “he had already return to the Central City.” He replied. “We tried our best to stop him, unfortunately, it didn’t work out.” He furthered.
“It can’t be help. He must be heartbroken right now.” Rio uttered then gazed at the door where Aisha entered.
Unknown to them, Aisha had been listening since she got inside. And when she heard that Ethan left, she felt devastated, therefore she fell on her knees and cried.
“what have I done?” she yelped within her.

Jane had been silent for the whole time since they have found out that Aisha is alive. She herself doesn’t understand what kind of emotion she has at the moment. Is she happy that Aisha is alive or is she sad knowing that Ethan will never be hers? She’s not sure too.
While others were at the living room,, she was at the veranda looking at the horizon… mourning alone for her broken heart. She should rejoice that her big sis is safe and sound… but her heart is in pain, so much pain!
Unknown to her, Cherry have seen her pain so she went to see her.
“Jane, are you alright?” she asked as soon as she reached her. Then Jane immediately wiled away her tears.
“Ehm.” She faked a smile.
“Jane, you don’t have to hide anything to me. I know about your feelings towards Ethan, but you should understand that he is not the man for you.” She tried to comfort her.
“Mother!” she instantly embraced her. “I’m sorry! But it’s not my intention to take him from big sis.. It’s just that… it’s just…” she was sobbing and couldn’t finish her sentence.
“Shhhh… it’s okay… I know, I know…” she caressed her hair.
“Come on, let’s go inside. It’s almost time for dinner.” The woman smiled giving her the a-ssurance that she totally understands.
“Ehm.. ” Jane nodded and wipe her tears away, then walked inside along with Cherry.
As soon as dinner was done, Mira pleaded if she can sleep with Rio and Cherry for the night. Aisha was a bit surprise but she couldn’t do anything so she forced a smile as an agreement.
She was washing the dishes when Caleb and Hunter came to see her.
“Aisha…” Caleb called out while Hunter was leaning on the door.
“Caleb! Hunter…” she faintly smile.
“Aisha… Ethan’s plane will take off after a few hours. Are you sure you don’t want to go after him?” Caleb spoke. “You might regret it… you should decide now cause tomorrow might be too late.” He added.
“Now that you know the truth, don’t you think it’s time for a little adventure?” Hunter smirked meaningfully.
The woman lowered her head in distress. How will he face the man now? She heaved a heavy sigh.

*The next day*
”Its not yet late. You can still catch his flight.” Hunter suggested..
” But…” she was hesitating. She was actually thinking of patiently waiting for the man’s return but Caleb and Hunter said something that had alarmed her.
”He might find someone out there. Paris’ women are totally beautiful and they are good at seducing men.” Caleb voiced.
” Yeah, he’s right. We’ve been their before that’s why we know.” Hunter uttered.
” If it hadn’t because of me then I’m sure Hunter had already married someone out there.” Sophie interjected.
” Sophie!” Aisha yelped.
” I’m not eavesdropping. I only heard about your conversation when I am about to get a cup of water.” Sophie lied. She’s definitely eavesdropping since a while ago.
”You should think about it carefully Aisha. Waiting is not easy. And you never know what will happen next.” Caleb voiced.
” It’s not yet late. I can get you the next flight going to the Central City and from central city to Paris. You can even seat beside him.” Hunter winked meaningfully. Of course,with his ability he can. There’s no doubt on that.
” You guys…” she smiled.
” Now go! Don’t worry about Mira, we’ll watch over her until you two come back.” Cherry showed up as well.
” And your luggage is ready…” Jane came with some of Aisha’s things.
” Go mommy!” Mira cheered while being carried by Rio. While Rio lovingly smiled at her.
” Say what? Just say the magic word…” Hunter waved his phone.
” Erika… Don’t do something that you might regret after. Listen to your heart.” It was Stacy who spoke.
” Stacy…” Aisha was surprise. ”You came!”
”I just came by to see you when I heard everyone.” She went beside her. ”Go, it’s time for you to chase the man you love.” She smirked.
Then Aisha smiled after. ” Ehm!” She nodded in agreement.
”Okay!” Hunter yelped then did something on his phone. After a few minutes…
” All good! Come on, We will accompany you to the airport!”
He raised his brow questionningly. What is this woman doing in here?
Ethan was a bit surprise to find a woman sleeping beside his seat. As far as he remembers, he had instructed the crew to empty the seat beside him when he called to buy a plane ticket.
Though she was wearing an eye pad, he could determine who the woman is. It’s totally Aisha!
”Excuse me, Miss.” The man called the stewardess.
” How can I help you Sir?” The tall, slender and beautiful stewardess smilingly asked.
” I believe I have instructed you to empty the seat beside me. Why is there a woman in here?” He sternly spoke.
” I am sorry Sir, there must be a mistake on your reservation. But rest a-ssured that we will notify the management about this as soon as possible.”
”It’s too late to do that now. Just find me another seat.” He was upset.
”T-that…I’m sorry Sir but we do not have any seat available right now. All our seats were all occupied.” She guiltily replied.
Ethan then sighed and stared intently at the smirking woman who was looking at him. She tapped the other seat as if teasing the man. And without a word, Ethan sat down.
Then he took his top, openned it and started checking some of his mails. Aisha raised her brow annoyingly. The man doesn’t have any plans of talking to her.
” Hey.” She was disturbing the man. However, the man isn’t responding at all. ” Aren’t you going to talk to me at all?”
The man continued typing without a word.
” Ethan…” she pouted her li-ps. ” Hey!”
Still, no response.
Suddenly, she snatched Ethan’s top and close it swiftly. The man clenched his teeth, wanting to yelled but he held it in. Though he glared at the woman.
” Want to hit me? Go on…” the woman challenged him.
The man growled. Then without a word, he took his eye pad and placed it on his eyes and leaned on the chair.
” Tsk!” The woman snorted. The man doesn’t really have any plans of talking to her. Whose idea is this anyway? Following Ethan to Paris and seating beside him?! She will definitely kill Caleb and Hunter once she gets back.
*Some minutes later*
Aisha once again scowled annoyingly. Looks like the man already doze off. Really?! But then she smirked at the thought that had crossed her mind.
Then she openned the man’s top and searched for an specific email. After copying it, she closed the top and smilingly slumbers.
Ethan didn’t know how long he fell asleep, but he could feel a weight on his shoulder. He slowly openned his eyes and stared at the woman who was soundly sleeping. She’s even snoring and slightly drooling. He wanted to laugh but he controlled it.
But he took his phone and recorded a short video of her snoring. Then he smirked. After a few more minutes, the woman lightly moved therefore, he closed his eyes, faking his sleep.
The woman must have felt her own drool therefore she woke up immediately and wipe her mouth. She cursed lightly which Ethan didn’t fail to hear.
” Did you just drool on my shirt?” He spoke, still eyes closed.
” E-eh?” She jolted embarrasedly. ” I-I’m sorry… I can wash your shirt later.” She faked a smile, still trying to hide her reddened face.
” Tsk!” The man snorted. ”Don’t even think of following me. I just hope our paths wouldn’t cross again.” He muttered.
Aisha felt a sting within her. Damn! Its painful! But she needs to bear it… it was her fault after all, as to why he is acting tough.
Ethan could sense her sudden change of mood, but he doesn’t have a plan of giving in.
” I’m sorry…” she muttered lightly. Then sat back silently until the plane arrived at the airport.
At the airport, a car was already waiting for Ethan. He got in without inviting the woman who was closely following behind.
Tsk! She snorted upon seeing how Ethan disregarded her. Unknown to her, the man was looking at her using the rearview mirror. He even instructed the driver to drive slowly. However, they have already exited the airport premises but he hadn’t seen the woman got into any of the cars.
Dang! He shouldn’t care! She should have come prepared. So he tried to shrug her off his mind.
After arriving at the hotel where he made his reservations, he immediately took a shower. Then he recalled Aisha’s childishness earlier. She looks so cute, but then he couldn’t hide the fact that he’s a bit worried about her. Did she ever been to Paris before? Can she even speak french ?
As usual, he was only wearing his trunks. He wanted to sleep but the thought of Aisha is bugging him too much. Damn! He curse inside him.
However, after a few more minutes, he heard the doorbell rings. He lazily openned the doorknob but he was startled to see a smiling woman holding a glas-sof wine.
”Wanna drink?” The woman offered.
Aisha? He was a bit suprise. How did she know where he was staying?
”I’m staying at the room right in front of you so I was thinking to get to know more about my neighbor.” She grinned playfully.
